We had send a Courier through the Indian post on 28-Dec-2012 by speed post we tell them that courier must reach the Destination before 31 Dec 2012 that Destination was Daman Goan it is in Nashik Maharashtra, that courier First reach at Nashik but Officers of Indian Post of nashik had Open that Courier and taken out all thing it Contain Cake, Some Choclates, Cadboury, And Some Ruppess ans some more things they taken out all those thing frm that Courier and we packed that Courier very well it cannot open by accident also it clearly mean that Some one had open that Courier nothing other than Indian post officer and it reach today on 1.00 pm[protected].Now Sir or Madam u tell we send Courier from Indian post why because we belive that it is Indian post. Sir or Madam please help us and please take some Action on those types of Person plz help us .We send courier from Nagothane, District-Raigad

The letter with tracking no. RU[protected]IN was received only on 01.01.2013, however the tracking details show it as delivered on 28/12/12, is this how Indian Postal Department works? .Why was the date manipulated, now since this is a legal document, there are certain obligations we are unable to comply with.

We owe an answer for this forged update.

This is very sad that government employees that to postal department- Postman who is delivering Registered Post/ Money order / Credit card / Pan card / and demanding for bribe openly.
I am working in day shift and unable to collect my register post then next day I went to choolaimedu post office at 8:00 Am and they make me wait till 9:00 am saying that it was supposed to send back and getting for you now. Pay me Rs100/- I will give you that mail:
This is seriously redicules that a govt employee asking openly bribe then where is justice:
One More thing I observed when I am waiting for my post , the old/senior citizens who are all waiting for monthly pension from morning from them they collecting RS 50/- each, so this means that an average salary for the post man is Rs.500/- a day + Govt salary with all the benefits (PF ESi HRA) and they will be fighting got pay scale increase:... Where is the law

MY NAME IS VENKATESH SHEKAR S/O LATE MP SHEKAR, I HOLD PPF SAVINGS ACCOUNT IN THE POST OFFICE, AT VIMANAPURA POST OFFICE, BANGALORE - 560017 SINCE 22ND FEB 2010, I HAVE DEPOSITED AN AMOUNT OF RS.8000/- ON 19TH DEC 2012, AND THE SAME GOT DEBITED IN MY SAVINGS BANK ACCOUNT ON 26th DEC 2012 AND THE AMOUNT IS NOT APPEARING IN THE POST OFFICE BOOKS OF ACCOUNT TILL 29TH DEC 2012, WHEN I APPROACHED THE POST OFFICE MANAGER, THEY ARE RESPONDING VERY CASUALLY STATING THAT THEIR BANKER SBI WHO DOES NOT GIVEN THE CREDIT ON TIME AND WHEN EVER THEY GIVE CREDIT WE SHALL CREDIT YOUR ACCOUNT.
THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE ON THE POSTAL DEPARTMENT, THE MANAGER MR. REDDY WHO HAS GIVEN PHONE NO[protected] TO CALL BACK ON 29TH DEC 2012 AFTER 4 PM, I CALLED UP THE PHONE AND THE PERSON WHO WAS IN THE COUNTER ANSWERED VERY RUDELY, THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CREDIT AND PLEASE CHECK NEXT WEEK, WHEN I REQUESTED TO KNOW THE NAME OF THE PERSON WHO IS ATTENDING THE CALL, HE WAS NOT WILLING TO GIVE THE NAME AND STARTED USING BAD WORDS OVER PHONE, I THINK THIS KIND OF EMPLOYEES SEATED AT THE COUTNER IS PAIN FULL FOR THE CUSTOMERS AND REQUEST PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THE EMPLOYEE, IAM READY TO COME FOR ANY KIND OF INVESTIGATION AND FACE TO FACE FEED BACK, KINDKY ARRANGE TO LOOK INTO THE PROCESS AND TAKE CORRECT MEASURES IN RENDERING SERVICES.

Non receipt of a registered parcel sent through India post on 19/12/2012 from St. Columbus college post office, Hazaribagh, Jharkand, registry no. RJ[protected] to be delivered at Saurabh Kumar Pandey, B 504, shri Krishna Garden excellency, Mira road, Thane. 401 107. There was a mistake while entering the delivery address pincode, instead of 401 107 it was wrongly entered as 400001 which is the pincode of Mumbai GPO. I want the parcel to be delivered to the Mira road post office.

Hi,

I am Rahul Kumar. I was supposed to receive my speed post no ED[protected]IN at Ujhari, J P Nagar, UP (PIN 244242) which was booked at New Delhi GPO on 26th Dec'12.

As per online tracking the item has been delivered to me on 28th Dec'12 whereas it was not delivered to me on 28th Dec'12.

Today when I went to the Post Office and asked them whether they have received any parcel for me they denied immediately. However when i showed the online status of the post to them they were in a position to look here and there and had no reply.

Finally they handed over me my parcel on 29th Dec instead of 28th Dec that too when I contacted the Post Office.

Further I want to make a note that we are respected family in Ujhari and every body in Post office knows our address. Post office personnel can not take this advantage in their defense.

Now the question arouse that how post office personnel are trying to hide their defaults even in online system.

I request you to please look in to the matter and do the needful.

I subin s varghese, one speed post is comes on 29/11/2012 address vazhayil house vettipuram pathanamthitta(po) pathanamthitta kerala but im that time my house is closed to it returned. so kindly resend that speed post tracking id is: EK[protected]IN im searched this id to it noted delivered but it not goted. please take action immediatly. my mob no[protected]

I am booked a speed post on 11th Dec 2012 at Tambaram HO Post Office. But till now that post non delivered to Concern address. I am checking use of Speed post post tracking option. I found that the post last in Villupuram RMS. SO I am booked the complaint in India post compliant option on 17th Dec'12. But till now that articles not delivered and NO RESPONSE against my Complaint.

Our family members Aadhar card was couriered through Indiapost consignment # UE[protected]IN
But the postman handed over the courier to Shankar Yadav of our society without confirming the identity for such a valuable asset.
This guy is in rival with us and doesn't handover the courier back to us...
I request you to please instruct Indiapost to recollect the courier from him and handover to us... How come such a valuable document is handed over to anyone without even checking the identity and address ? Indiapost is ridiculous, they are too lazy to take a lift and deliver the courier to correct addressee!!!! Please take some action on my request and help us get our Aadhar card back....

deliveres mails irregularly and also he demands money while delivering mails.
I don't want to give my full details but the postman never visits to any house to deliver post. He informs the man via some meanings to come and take the mail. In order to deliver mails he demands money. I personally gave him 50 rupees in order to receive PAN card, 50 rupees to get UID card as it was necessary for me. You may ask any villagers against the postman he will tell the same thing.

I am having a Monthly Income scheme Pass book which was opened on 28/11/2006, which is matured now, but when i approached the post office , they told me that total principal amount will be returned , but bonus of 10% will not be gievn as government has stopped from Feb 2006 . I have read that it is stopped on new mis deposit w.e.f from 13 Feb 2012, but mine is old one which is getting matured now.

some times ago i purchase the NSC from Indian postal office of total rupees 30000 . In last month the NSC would be mature . then i submitted the NSC in the head post office Ghanta ghar Raebareli and postmaster give me the cheque of ammount 60400 cheque no. 581886 dated 26.11.2012of state bank of india main branch raebareli. i submit this cheque in my account in baroda utter pradesh gramin bank jila parishad compound raebareli in[protected]. when i go to withdrawl the money the bank employee said that your cheque would be dishonour due to signature difference,then i go to head post office raebareli and meat to head postmaster and request to correct the cheque but they could not correct.
so i request to take necessary action to correct to my cheque.

The parcel is booked on[protected] at CPO Ludhiana via Registered Post with tracking code RP[protected]IN. It is not delivered even after 15 days of booking. No information is being given by the concern person and also the Indian post tracking website is showing nothing.

mene kaha thik he!magar mrs.nikita ne customer se jese bat karni chhaiye vese nahi ki!kya indian post apne staff ko is tarah ki traning deta he?

i checked for the status with the REG bill no...it was wrongly delivered to DADAR BPO..then i confirmed with the income tax dept..to which address they have posted..the address said by them was clear and it was correct

I am Sanad.P.P. I have send ond official document cover from my home location to Chennai for submitting my PF application on 27th Oct'12. still it is not delivered to the correct person. While visited to the postoffice directly, they were not responding properly. Please find below the details for your reference.

I've sent SAL post from Japan (on 5th Nov, 2012) to India before leaving Japan so that I no need to carry extra luggage with me. I placed chocolates, cocoa butter, toys, some souvenir key chains , few used handbags and used clothes. in the parcel. But when I got that parcel in India, it was opened and more than half of the items were missing. And they did clever stealing. Out of 2 big packs of chocolates, one is stolen and cocoa butter stolen. Out of 3 handbags one with complete souvenir has stolen. Also several toys has stolen.

When I see the parcel box it is opened from bottom and different tape were used to seal it back.

Local post office has no answer for why it is opened and they strongly deny that they (local office) didn't opened it.

AND AFTER THAT THEY SAID ME THAT I WON'T DELIVER YOUR ANY LETTER BECAUSE YOUR HOME IS SITUATED AT 2nd FLOOR. AND AFTER THAT THEY ALSO SAID I HAVE NOT ANY KIND OF LETTER RELATED TO YOU.
THEN I HAVE POST 2 LETTERS ON MY ADDRESS IN JULY THOSE LETTER LETTER DID NOT SEND ON MY ADDRESS.
KINDLY PLEASE CHECK OUT THE POSTMAN STAFF TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
