postal money order — non delivery of money order

I did sent a Money order (No.A 2603) of Rs 5000.00 on 27 Apr 09 from Hastings, Kolkata-700022. It was addressed to my brother ( Mr. Tinku singh) at Vill: Khajuri, Post: karpi, Dist: Arwal-804419, Bihar.The money order has not reached its destination till to date.After several complaint also the situation and the system remained ignorant. Whereas All govt. departments are trying hard to servive and compete in govt. system the postal department here in kolkata/ bihar are proving them wrong. Kindly help me in getting the money back or deliver to the right place at the earlist.

Yes, it is very serious matter for which department has no any answer. Also I am victim of postal department's lazy work. Postal Departments has started online complaint on the website but I am looking that my online compalint No.[protected] dated 8-5-2009 is still pending and unread by the authority concern. Due to this type of working style of postal dept. department is loosing faith of general public and financial loss also whereas private courier company is going to increase his business and market base day to day.

Finally I can say that Poor service is the main identity of postal department.

Indian Postal service — Non Delivery of MO

Hi,

I am working at Hyderabad. I had sent a money order (MO No: A 1292 Ordinary MO) for Rs 2000/- to my home (At/Po - Kosida, Via - Somepur, Distt - Cuttack, Orissa) on the date 1st June 2009 from Kothaguda post office, Kothaguda.

The MO is not yet delivered at my home. On my first inquiry after 15 days of sending the MO at Kothaguda PO the post master told me to submit a written application regarding this. I submitted a written application on the same day then after 5 days I inquired for the status and the post master told me that he lost the application some where. This is completely irresponsible behavior of the post master. Then I submitted a new application and taken a receiving copy of the same application. Also I submitted a complaint on Indian post web site on the same day.

Till now there are no update on my application and I am not sure whether I will receive back my MO amount or not. This is completely irresponsibility of Indian Postal service. My parents are very old and waiting for the money in my village.

Postal Department — Non delivery of Money Order

I had sent a Money order of Rs.1000/- to my father at Distt. Mainpuri (UP) eMOPNR NO.[protected] on 2nd jAN 10. I had made complaint on 20th Jan 10 for non receipt of money order. Till date no action has been taken by postal department. Rs.1000/- is for me is very big amount I earn Rs.3000/- pm. I am running from pillar to post to get my hard earn money back.

You are requested to arrange to send my money back with interest.

I HAVE A COURIER FROM USA TO PANIPAT FROM USPS SERVICE. THE COURIER HAS COME TO INDIA BUT HAD NOT DELIVERED IT AT MY HOME. THE USPS REFERENCE NO. IS LJ[protected]US.
