Indian Railway: Shubh Yatra Membership — Renew Shubh Yatra Card not Delivered

I had renewed my Subha Yatra membership No#[protected] with IRCTC by making online payment in the month of oct, 2010. IRCTC has not dispatched my membership card after several calls, reminder & mail. Please help me out in retriving my membership card.
