[Resolved]  Investors Clinic — non payment of money

I have invested in 2 projects on only on the recommandation of Investor's clinic but now when the amount is due for payment they are just delaying the whole thing. Matter is more than 3 months overdue but still no conclusion is in sight. Mr Pranav sharma is avoiding calls most of the time and never return calls. They feel that now we are at the receiving end and so they don't bother to revert. They take others money so casually as nothing has happened. While taking the deal, they talk differently but later on they give various excuses which a gentleman will never like to mention. Mr Honey has been contacted several times but he is also not taking interest in clearing the matter.

I am very thankful to Investors Clinic for Clearing the whole Issue promptly. They explained me the problem in Detail and issue turned out to be on the Builders side. I am satisfied the way Investors Clinic handled the whole Issue and gave me a very high priority.

I am having the same issues and they are just delaying the whole process. The mails sent to the above address are bouncing back. There is a lady by the name of Menu who is just avoiding to meet in person. My broker has been trying to follow up with them but of no use.

This is to bring in notice that we booked a flat in Amarpali Terrace Homes( Noida Extension ) Tower B4 Unit 603 in the month of March, 2012 through an Investor clinic’s agent Aditya Agarwal and Amit singh. He has provided many wrong information’s

At the time of booking like there was difference in base rate (BSP offer by Investor clinic is 3388000 @10% = 338800 and BSP offer by Amarpali is 3542000 @10 % = 354200), service tax etc also the yellow slip generated by Investor clinic and Amarpali is different . He followed with us every day every hour until and unless he got the cheque. He informed us that service tax applicable will be 2. 575 % if we book the flat before the first of april, he also gave us the signed copy which describes all the details of the payment, but somehow when the cheque got cleared and when we checked with Amarpali we came to know that the service tax deducted was 3. 09 % but as per the Aditya the service tax was 2.575, this was because of Aditya’s mistake as he submitted the form to Amarpali late somewhere around April 14, 2012 but we got the Yellow slip from Investor clinic on 2nd of April . Then we called him up and discussed the situation he completed backed by his words and said that he never said that service tax will be 2. 575 % but at the time of booking he calculated the total cost of flat with 2.575% service tax and ensure that is is fixed for throughout the payment cycle then we remind him about signed copy he has given to us then he agreed but not fully, then we went to Amarpali office to cancel the flat as there were many false statements made by Aditya during the deal, we also reported this matter to one of the IC agent we met in Amarpali’s office, he assured us that he will take care of it.

Somehow after 2 months Aditya made us agreed by saying that he will pay the difference in the service tax for the 10% amount which we gave as the booking amount from his brokerage which he will be getting from Amarpali and the rest we will have to pay, attached is the mail for your reference which he sent us saying the same. We made the payment of another 10% deducting the difference which was to be paid by Aditya (Investor clinic) to the Amarpali. We also informed the same to Aditya he said that it will be done soon but was never done. We are following up with him on the same since July, 2012 but no settlement done yet and now he has stopped responding our phone calls, sometimes when we call him he is ready to fight.

We are facing lot of problems because of this, the builder has demand for 20% more which has to be paid through bank loan but the loan will only be processed once we give them the receipt of the 20% payment which we have already made to Amarpali. This receipt is to be provided by Aditya on completing the remaining payment. Which he is denying to do.Now these people are saying that pay 20% more which will make the total amount paid to 40% to the builder then they will get the comission cheque from which they will pay the money ( hopefully ), this is just making fool of people and playing with their emotions

We would like to report this matter to some of your senior management member so that they can take the further action and Suggest us in this matter. Otherwise we will have to take forward this case legally as we have all the written proof with us ( which proves that the person/ company will have to pay the difference of the service tax for the entire cost of the flat or may be more ).

We booked a plot in country homes 2 through investor clinic. At the time of booking the agent dharmendra promised us a credit note of 1% of the total cost. Despite repeatedly following up with him on the same we did not get any response from him...eventually we came to know that he has left investor clinic and now investor clinic is denying us the 1% note stating that the employee is not with them...we are really distressed now since this previous boss Neeraj Sharma is not talking to us directly and passing messages through customer service agents that he is travelling.

This seems like a trend in Investor clinic that the guys don't return your call and then they leave and the customer is left in a lurch...

I bought a shop in MSX Mall in Oct. 2009 through your associate director at that time Mr Aman Singh. He promised a commission of Rs. 10, 000. I have been following up with him since last 3 years but he hasn't paid. I am requesting you to take immediate action in this regard and pay the amount alongwith interest or else I will just post the complaint on atleast 10 consumer complaint forums.

Me
and my brother Pushkar Singh had applied for 2 commercial shops in JAYPEE
Wishpoint on 7th April 2014 via your associate “Pramod”
mobile number:”[protected]”. we had given 2 applications along with 2
DD’s for the same. We were assured by him that we will get both the shops on
ground floor itself. Me, along with my brothers, sat at JAYPEE office for the
whole day just to be fooled by him that ours is the next allotment. But the
allotment was not done.


He
kept on fooling us for many days by saying that higher representatives of
investor clinic are in talks with JAYPEE people for our allotment. We kept
demanding our DD back but he kept on neglecting us.


On
2nd May he said that only 1 unit (G059) is
allotted on name of “Amritraj Singh” while 2nd application
was not allotted any unit. On asking him to return the other DD back he again
said he is still trying for it. But after several follow ups and visits to
investor clinic office we got 1 dd back on 20th May 2014.


On
2nd may
he asked to fill the confirmation form for G059 and send it to him which I sent
him on the same day. After that he assured us that JAYPEE will send us the
confirmation and letters of allotment on our address & email.


Post
that the associate has not been taking up the calls and postponing the things
stating one or the other reason(he in vacation or trip to office trip to Honk
Kong). Also I have not received any communication via email/post from JAYPEE
till last week.


So
this made us suspicious and we visited JAYPEE office on 27th June
2014. JAYPEE sales persons informed us that there is no allotment against our
application form. And DD was returned to Kamal from investor clinic way
back. We met Kamal who is representative for Investor clinic at JAYPEE office
on same day and was informed that DD was already returned to Investor Clinic
Associate.


We visited investor clinic office on 5th floor Tapasya Building,
Noida sector 126, where we met Varun Puri (Director) cabin #GC 3.
He assured us that we will get the DD back on Monday 30th June. We
have not received any update yet on when we can get our DD and application
back.
