Sir,
The second cylinder booking is taken up strictly after 25 days from the date of receipt of previous cylinder for our domestic LPG users. On booking the cylinder is supplied after 15-20 days .
We usually consume one cylinder in 30-35 days duration.But this booking after 25 days and delay in supply after 20 days takes a period of 45 days in between. I hope the second cylinder option is to meet our continuous LPG requirement. But we are in a pathetic position to beg about for cylinders in this gap of 10-15 days period.This greivance must be kindly taken into consideration and bring relief to we home makers not able to avail a provision of second refill gas cylinder intended for it.

    So you are requested to do the needful to improve his services to avoid the problems facing by us in kitchen.

      I take this opportunity to inform you that I have LPG connection # 9756 with Shri Darshan Gas Service, Pallavpuram, Meerut. The behavior of the personnel and staff of the gas service is highly objectionable. The customers are being harassed like any thing. The gas is delivered after at least 15-20 days of booking that too after continuous pursuance. Some times it takes even longer. The next booking is done only after at least 21 days after the delivery. Practically one cylinder is delivered in the minimum of about 40 days. That too by making numerous phone calls to the agency. It is also important to note that 80-90% of the times the phone is not received at all either by the agency personnel or the owners. The working hours of the agency are 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM with lunch from 01:00 to 02:30 PM (to discourage the bookings and deliveries).
      I made numerous phone calls every day since then and was promised delivery the next day all the times but till date I did not receive the delivery of gas cylinder. I have made all out efforts at the agency as well as owners’ level but failed as nobody is ready to listen. The gas is being sold in plenty by the hawkers of the agency @ Rs 600 per cylinder or more.
      Kindly take suitable measures so that the above problems may be resolved at an early date and Govt. Officers like me are not harassed.
      Also please inform the following:
      (1) After how many days of booking, the gas cylinder should be delivered?
      (2) After delivery of the gas cylinder, what is the minimum period required for the next booking?
      (3) What should be done or where to approach in case the agency does not follow / listen regarding (1 & 2) above?
      (4) What should be done or where to approach in case of mental harassment regarding (1& 2) above?

      Subject: Complaint against M/s Puneet Gas Services.

      Sir/Madam,

      1. I am costumer of you esteemed organisation through agency named M/s Puneet Gas Services, Plot No.-132, Pocket F-2, sector-16, Rohini, Delhi. My Customer No. is PG-26658.

      2. Today 24.06.2011 at 9:30 A.M. while trying new automatic gas booking no. [protected] for requisition of refill L.P.G. Cylinder, I faced a lot of difficulty answering automatic computerized telephone answering machine no. [protected].

      3. Firstly the machine refused to accept both no. 27856431, 27872552 along with STD code as printed on cash memo of M/s Puneet Gas Services.

      4. The response of the machine was that the above mentioned numbers do not belong to any of M/s Indian Oil Gas agency.

      5. Thereafter at about at 9:45 A.M. I again telephone at no. 27856431. This time a lady answered my call and shoutingly asked about my problem & enquired my consumer number. She very rudely informed me that the complaint / request and has been registered & refill will be provided in four to five days.

      6. My specific complaint is that the lady attending the phone was rude & unsympathtic to the needs of civilized society. Her very comment that “ I was free to report to higher authorities regarding not accepting the above mentioned agency’s telephone no. by the automatic computerized refill booking machine.

      7. My grudge is the gas refill cylinder delivery is very poor. Moreover the person attending the agency’s phone invariably asks to hold the line for long periods

      8. Therefore it is requested kindly look into the matter & solve there grievances on priority.

      2. E - booking no. 3825847 ( dt 9 Jan ) for requisition of refill L.P.G. Cylinder, I faced a lot of difficulty in deliver this no is delivered 20th of Jan ( 11 day's delay

      3. The Agency has print out of each with the time but they are not deliver in 2 day.they have taking the 10-15, days i have the proof in hand

      4.IOC inspector is not taking care of customer book inspection in lot

      5. I would like to suggest you that one of the mamber to select you to look after all the problum to inform you of any negligency in related of delivery, booking, etc
      6. Therefore it is requested kindly look into the matter & solve there grievances on priority.

        Indian oil corporation — NEW COOKING GAS CONNECTION

        Already 3 month passed, I want to apply for a new connection of Indane Gas but in Bhubaneswar ( ALKA GAS ) they refused take my application. They are simple saying we have already closed for the new connection. Kindly look at the matter urgently.

          Hello Sir/madam,

          My name is Mrs.R.[protected]@Selvi and my booking number is 15442 in Tillai Gas Company puducherry. I frequently have a problem in delivery of gas.Since my family consist of 6 members a single gas is not sufficient for our family and whenever i ask for the another gas they are delay in delivering gas and whatever we try to ask the company they are requesting to meet the manager and the manager is not responding us properly and the manager says that they will not book the cylinder before 21 days of previous delivery and even after booking the cylinder they are delaying for another 10days for delivering the cylinder and i am getting cylinder for more than a 30days.And i am struggling with this problem and i need to know the remedy for my problem.

          myself resident of gorakhpur, a customer of indane thru golden gas service gorakhpur. for booking tey are asking the card which is issued while taking connection along with present booking card.sir our connection is too old, hence the card is misplaced sir we are in deep trouble .please take any actio . this problem is not only with me but many are suffering from it

          This is to state that your customer with M/s shri radhagovind Gas Service having cust. No. 16126. I have tel. no. as 22073323, 22075114as printed on their cash memo. When I need to book a refilling of cylinder I try a lot on telephone but usually get the response that either the telephones are temperary out of service or phones are not answered. So I have to go to their office for booking of the same. Today also I tried to contact them on telephones but the reply was " tel. are out of service ". Sir this is very hard to go every time personally to their office for booking in today's mechanical life. Please advise me what to do for permanent solution and get my booking registered for refilled cylinder at the earliest. Your prompt response/action shall be highly soliciated. Please cofirm the same.

            I have booked for my Indane gas supply through IVRS on 15 April 2011 and my ref. No. is 201306. There is no supply of gas so far and none answers when i dial on the toll free complaint in the last 15 days. Gas supply agency says, they do not know and i should contact complaints only. Can you please help me to talk to them and to get the supply quickly? We are suffering without gas.

              Dear Sirs, / Madam,
              I have a gas connection , consumer no. 12564 in the name of myself (R. Prakash).at"SAKAMBARI NIWAS", H - 82, 1st floor,Ganga Street, HIG Block, TNHB, Ellis Nagar, B1 Road MADURAI - 625010., The Distributor is Vijay Gas Agencies Palanganatham, Madurai-3.. Till the connection was with this agency, i had no problem. They were customer friendly. The reason also because of my booking patterns/records speaks about my usage pattern.

              When I contacted them today, they said my connection has been shifted to Pandian Gas agencies . I need to take all my records, i.e., Subscriber voucher, ration Card, id proof, etc. to the new dealer i.e. pandian and after their process only i will get further supply. (PANDIAN GAS AGENCIES is KNOWN for ITS NOTORIOUS unfriendly to consumer/customer in the past and that was the reason, at one point of time, the distributor was changed. It is a really foolish decision to change a distributor who is far away from the current distributor.

              My complaint is that IOC Cannot just like that shift to a Dealier without any valid reasons. and even if they decide to do so let the consumer kept informed in prior and do all these activities.
              secondly, Since I have a DBC connection, no other fuel is made available by this sweet government !!!. just because the Central govt. is at the mercy of the state govt. for their support, freebies will not be questioned by anybody and i had to suffer without any fuel and had to keep hungry till my gas connection comes. Now this period is a vacation period, it is quite natural that families shift /go on tour for the vaccation and papers as required will not be available that easily because of the mobility. The original documents are kept very safely that it is not approachable / available with care takers at the home / children., & not only that , this is purely an internal affair / an administration problem of IOC, which could very easily be sorted out by way of getting all the details shifted from the existing dealer to the new dealer.
              My wife and my younger son is out of station, I 'm on the job most offen on tour. only my elder son is available and his final year degree exams are going on. At this juncture, no fuel is there. This will have impact on his studies. WILL IOC COMPENSATE FOR THIS LOSS ???. what is the damage because of some too smart , over intellegent officer / s, taking has to be thought off.

              Please always see from the consumer point of view and IOC and other government agencies should work on service orientation and not on profit orientation. This policy of course had to come from the top ie the central govt. , The central & State Govt. are only to be blamed for their such poor policies, who indirectly encourage / tax the natural system by way of forcing the common people to relay on trees, etc. which has got serious impact on the global warming.

              Please make use of a subject / topic / tool called STATISTICS , which will help IOC to fix this problem. I get the reply from IOC that due to the state govt. freebies, the paid consumer is made to suffer. why is it so ?.
              Please arrange to supply the refill immediately or make alternate arrangement to supply fuel. The IOC Had infact taken huge deposits before supplying the fuel and it is IOC's responsibility to give the best services to it GUNIEUNE customer like me.

                Sir, I have Indane LPG connection from M/S FOL Depot Jalandhar Cantt, Today suddenly regulator was burst when gas is on and lid of the regulator fill down on the earth due to gas pressure. I am going for replacement of the same from the said Gas Agency. They refused to replace the same on free of cost. They taken Rs 150/- and replaced with old one. It is not our fault without any negligence, why they taken Rs 150/- after confirmation of Area Manager. Please advise me as per rule and also give telephone number of Area Manager Jalandhar.

                  I am an Indian LPG Customer with consumer no is 81918. I am having an problem with the Indian LPG distributor i.e, my gas cylinder does not deliver on time to my home, it may take nearly ONE month to arrive. Recently i have booked an cylinder on[protected] but still now it has not arrived.This problem i am facing every time when ever i have booked the cylinder. Even after so many times calling to the distributor also nothing has been changed. If i talk to the distributor they say that "we have already billed & sent you the cylinder". Plz take some action on this.

I have booked cylinder on 28/04/2011 to Goyal Gas (LPG) agency Dabra Distt Gwalior , but till date no delivery is made. sir, they are blacking the cylinder and given 7 or 8 cylinder per year(Not 12) .                     this compaintis regarding the gas agency in district gandhinagar, mansa named parth gas agency mansa ta -mansa. there r lots of curruption there. costomer r not getting gas bottel intime in additional when ever we want to get cylinder i must be visit mansa every time it will take additional 50 rupee tranport cost . some time we visit twice to get cylinder. in this process we lost money and time so t requisted to short itout as much as possible

                      I am aniruddha garai, inhabitant of bankura(town).I went thrice to indane gas agency beside the state bank(machantala) for a new connection . but they are intentionally denying to issue a new connection.my address is garai para, rabindra sarani, bankura 722101, phn-[protected].
                      please arrange me a new connection as soon as possible.
                      I had aply for new gas connection at Parul Gas Agency Bhalswa burari.First they were insist me to buy a hot plate from them when i deny to do that they said no to give new connection.When i give complaint to the regarding S.O. then they got agree to give the same but making excuse for that and now they are saying that company is not giving new connection.The situation in the capital is so bad what would happen to those who are livilng in rural areas this is the way they treat there custmor, and we are the poor guy who can not do anything about these people.
                      I got an new connection from Ambal Gas Agency in saravanampatty. Actual connection charge is refundable amount of Rs1450 + 150.

                      But they asked me to buy the Gas Stowe, Tube, lighter, Cooker, Fridge freshener etc. totally it will reach to around Rs : 5000. When i said that i have all these products (Gas Stowe, Tube, Lighter) with me, Then they asked me to pay for inspection charge of Rs 230 which is valid.

                      Then finally i got the connection for Rs 1700, Since i am aware of the mandatory products to buy, so i am able to get the connection.

                      But for most of the customer they are providing the connection with Rs 5000 (approx)

                        Dear sir,
                        I had booked gas on a normal procedure of calling the rani gas agencies directly and received a booking no, after 20 days the new centralized system was introduced, i again booked via this and got the booking no, i received the sms promptly saying it will be delivered immediately, and now it says it is delivered. i went to the distributor and asked him he is trying to bully us and sent us back saying it will come tomorrow, but i received sms saying delivered today , but till now i had not received. my consumer no is 25596, my boking no is 205998 with cash memo 18076. is the system implemented to streamline the problem or ?????. we had taken permissions and leave to our office and hired an auto to check with the distributor in this hot summer season, is it all necessary for such a simple need, for 350 rupees gas i had spent so much. now my gas is over i had to buy from hotel three times a day daily.
                        please take immediate action

                          I am a consumer of ioc of lpg since 1972. At present my Distributer is Babarpur Gas Service, I booked my lpg cyllander on 8th june 2011 vide Booking No. 3901. I recieved my refill lpg gas cyllander today at12.00noon ie 25th june 2011.I recieved the cyllander vide cash memo NO. 8645 dated[protected].
                          The amount on cashmemo by computer printing is Rs.345.35 but stamped on it of Rs. 395.40 and i paid Rs. 395.40.
                          Is it not the clear intention of the Distributer to wait for the PRICE RISE by the Government. The cash memo shows the date[protected].the LPG refill cyllander is delievered on 25th june 2011 after 7 days of the cashmemo isissued.
                          It shows that the lpg refill cyllander was delievered intentionly late to charge the more money.

                            New gas connection
                            I registered new Indane gas connection in agency...after three month they sent resiter post to me...but I didnt receive that letter because at the time Iam not in home...so letter is returned to the agency...after that I asked that agency...they told once that letter is returned then we cant give gas connection so u go and register in another agency....

                            Now what to do?...Can I get that gas connection?...please help me...

                              I made a request for gas cylinder refill on 18th February 2011 and till now i.e. 05th May 2011, the gas agency Aparna Indane Services, Puduppariyaram, Muttikulangara (PO), Palakkad, SAP Code 118428,Phone No.[protected] has not yet delivered the refill. It has already been 78 days that I have booked for the refill. For the last 40 days when I am enquiring, the agency is intimating that it will be delivered today and now more than 78 days have been lapsed. Kindly do the needful.

                              Indian Oil Corp. Ltd — Delay in supply of Gas Cylinder

                              I have been facing frequently, longer delays in getting my filled Gas cylinder. This problem started, once we noticed that an Empty cylinder has been Delivered to us, but the delivery man refused to accept, inspite of proving to him. Now this delivery man has refused to supply cylinder in my house (This is my assumption) and always some new person delivers .To get my refill, I have to ring and followup with the distributors 2/3 times and then action takes place.
                              I feel that I am unnecessary being harrased which causes uncalled for anxiety to me.I am registered with M/s KItchen Queen, Kolkata, Ph.No.[protected], and reg. no.1270.

Dhenu Market, Indore in my name Manisha Batheja serial no 10805, This supplier sends gas cylinder very late, last month I have booked my gas cylinder on 1st April 2011, till today on 3rd may I have not received my gas cylinder, after so many call they always tell today you will get cylinder, kindly help me in urgent supply of gas cylinder.

                                Respected Sir,

                                I on 02/04/11 at around 12:00 in the noon went to refill my motor cycle no. UP-75 D 4042 to your IOC Petrol Pump dealer at Sector-105 Noida. I asked the petrol boy to fill the petrol worth Rs. 200/=. They don’t even provided receipt of my purchase. After 4-5 hrs my bike started bubbling and some problem with its starting. Yesterday I took it to the mechanic and asked him to check it. He thoroughly checked the bike and proved the fact infront of my eyes that the tank was having more than 2/3 part of water along with the petrol.
                                I have lodged a complaint (No. 95446) on 04/04/11 against IOCL Petrol Pump dealer at Sector-105 Noida that it is supplying water with petrol, on IOCL web portal. I have clearly mentioned in my complaint that I have not been provided with any cash-memo receipt on demanding it. On 06/04/11 Mr. Surinder (Mob. No. +91-[protected]) from IOCL petrol pump called me and shown interest to meet me. On 07/04/11 I met him in the reception of my University. He also tried to bribe me to withdraw complaint. During this time Mr. Manoj Jayant, Dy. Manager (Retail & Sales) (Mob. No. +91-[protected], E-mail: [protected]@indianoil.co.in) talked to me on phone and explained me the mechanism of storing and delivering of fuel at RO in details without admitting the mistake committed by his petrol pump dealer. Thereafter, I got a consolation message from IOCL on its portal that your complaint has been rectified and customer is satisfied. I was totally unsatisfied by their reply. Nobody contacted me thereafter.
                                I again lodged a fresh complaint (No. 99017) on 13/04/11 as a reminder to my previous complaint showing my dissatisfaction. In this regard Mr. Vivek Garg, Sr. Manager (Retail & Sales) (Mob. No. +91-[protected], E-mail: [protected]@indianoil.co.in) contacted me and met me on the same day. He also went with me to the motor bike mechanic to identify and cross check the damages caused to my bike because of the adulterated petrol. He was totally satisfied with the issue and found that my complaint was genuine. He mailed me on 16/04/11 and asked a few queries like time at which I reached the filling station, distance between the filling station and my residence, time, day and date when my bike started giving problems, distance between my residence and garage of the motor bike mechanic and the total loss I have suffered along with the copy of the bill which the motor bike mechanic charged from me.
                                I replied back all queries in time. Since then I mailed him 3-4 times regarding the status of my complaint but he did not reverted. I called him for the same he told me that I have submitted my investigation reports and moreover, now the matter is with Mr. Asim Tiwari, Sr. Manager (Retail & Sales) (Mob. No. +91-[protected], E-mail: [protected]@indianoil.co.in) and you will definitely get some decision by 21/04/11.
                                Since then I have not received any mail or phone call from any IOCL official; 10 days have already been elapsed. I called Mr. Asim Tiwari regarding my matter he replied me that since there is no evidential document (cash memo receipt) with you we can’t help you out. Although, I have initially mentioned in my complaint no. 95446 that I have not been provided any cash memo receipt from the side of the petrol pump dealer on demanding it. The final decision on the matter is still pending and on every phone call I am asked to wait for one more week for final decision. What I personally feel is that IOCL is making every possible attempt to safeguard its petrol pump dealer. Otherwise I would have got the final decision long back. I am helpless now and seeking your help for proper investigation in the matter and fair judgment. Kindly acknowledge my letter and oblige.

                                I'm an unfortunate customer who happens to fill my bike from meloor petro park. The situation of the pump is very poor from the infrastructure wise. There's not even a canopy for the customers and the employees of the pump. Everyone knows that the company is the one who should provide these facilities. Even though the employees are friendly there seems to be too many employee absentees due to the illness caused from the extreme weather conditions in here. The floor in the pump is too bad that the vehicles struggle to get inside. There are all other facilities available here except the basic compulsory facilities provided by the company.
                                All we can here are the complaints from the pump owner about one Mr. Amaljith who's being too harsh to one of their female employee on the phone & she was crying. It's told that Mr Amaljith have some personal problems with the specific pump. He's caused her approximately around rs.12000 because of him not checking his email at the correct time.
                                From our meloor local people (customers) it's a request to take necessary actions to provide this pump with basic infrastructure facilities and against Mr Amaljith.

                                  But the management of M/s Cooking centre are not accepting my application. At age of 65 I am continue going to the agancy for my application and every time coming empty hand.

                                      I, hereby, want to complaint against the Indane Gas service provider. This is against "Vassan Gas agency, Bhikhiwind Road,Chhabbal, Tarntaran. (Punjab)

                                      My Complaint is listed below:-

                                      Sir, From the last few months I always booked my cylinder through my cellphone last couple of months I am facing so much trouble. they always gives me the message that your cylinder has been booked but I never recieve the cylinders. Even sometime it gives the message that your cylinder has already been booked. I have raised this issue with my service provider which is "Vassan Gas Agency". but they always neglect that and when I go to their office and complaint them about the service they dont even open the door of the office. Its not even me there are several customer those who have a same complaint that Vassan Gas Agency staff dont respond. The Same Problem has face to Govt. High & Elementry Schools of Gandiwind Block.

                                      Sir, Would like you to please take an action against them so that they can provide the good services to their customer and atleast they should open the door of the office.
