Hi ,

I have booked the refilling gas on last month through mobile but the venkata sai gas agencies is not delivering the gas when i contact 1st time they told me gas was returned due to no one is available at my home on 4th of this month but that whole day i was in the home when i called 2nd time they told me next day it will be delivered but one one came on 5th of this month,today i have call them again they told me today by evening gas will be delivers.I don't know what the [censored] this guys are doing and govn also not taking it seriously always busy with corruption.....

    I am forced to write this mail regarding the non issuing of gas properly for the last one year i am facing this issue which no body had addressed proprly .Each and every month i an getting the gas very delayed while enquiring ith them they will same some kiddish excuses.My Gas Agency is Aravind Gas ,Poojapura Trivandrum.Still not delivered the gas afte so many fake commitments.Kindly address this issue and take action fro delivering the gas on time.

      My consumer number is 90706. Cylinder is not delivered to me and when I call to agency they are telling it will be delivered today.But not delivering at all and saying some times that we didn't receive load.
      When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me.

      DEAR SIR/MADAM,
      Last month, I had booked a cyllinder with M/s Nandi Gas Distributor, Vishwas Nagar, Shahdara Delhi. My consumer number is 21656. I booked gas on 11.02.11 with the booking no. 5928 but the cylinder has not yet delivered to me till date. When I went to the agency 'n' no. of times to enquire about it, every time they told that it will take time as there is huse waiting list. Finaly on Wednesday (02.03.11), they told me that today it would be deliver but nothing has happened. Today (05.03.11) they are saying that there is no pendency of booking on 11.02.11. On telephone they are not ready to lissen customers properly. they are always in hurry to put the phone. I request you to please look into the issue as its a gerular problem.

        Hi,

        I wanted to complaint against the Gas Agency "Associated Traders, Chennai" for delay in delivery and irresponsible answers. We had booked the cylinder more than a fortnight ago and they said that they would be delivering this week (from 30th May - 3rd June 2011) but still not been delivered. When contacted they are giving irresponsible answers. I have a small 2.5 Years child and we need to give her hot milk but we have to go out and get the milk from a nearby tea shop continuously for 2 weeks. Secondly, if we have to take her to a hospital also, we need to avoid it because if we miss the gas delivery person, then they would not provide us with the cylinder subsequently. I don't understand whether they should work for the customers or we are looking like slaves to them since we always have to beg and requests otherwise they would not deliver the cylinder the next time if we talk harshly. Such hardships are happening with this agencies.

        I also see that the cylinder are being sold in black but not given to customer like us. My customer Id is 9154 and I still haven't received my cylinder yet. Can someone help us in this regards or advise me how to proceed to lodge a harsh complaint so that consumers like me would not be affected anymore.

The reply is "The same is on the way" Due to high pressure in office I am unable to visit the agency. I hope others also may have lot of complaints, but for me My complaint is very serious.

          I fed up with the very casual approach towards customers from the agency .

As on date he is not received cyclinder, hence I contact Taas Gas Agency, who is our gas agency over phone inconnection with non-receipt of cylinder. They told our consumer numer transfer to Parthiban Gas Agency, and we have to get new consumer no. and fresh request require for refilling of cycliner.

          My Father in Law already waited for 23 days. He is not in a position to go for fresh refill booking. So I kindly request you to consider his age factor and arrange to deliver the cylinder at earliest.

              Sir,

              I have shifted My New Residence at Kallambalam on 01.05.2011. I have already gas connection at Trivandru, Poojappura, Aravind Gas agency and their from transferd my Gas connection to Rahmas Gas Ag ency at Kallambalam Trivandrum Dist..

              I have booked my gas for refile on 09.05.2011 My Consummer No is 10381 and said me that gas will be delivered after within 26 days. I have contact gas agency on 05.6.2011 but due to non availability of gas I have not refilled my gas cylinder, Further I have approached on 06.06.2011 but same situation and I have not get the cylinder. Now on 07.06.2011 I was shocked by their reply that they have supplied my gas They are said gas cylinder get after 31 days which I have not taken. Please help because I am facing too much problem. I am having only Single gas if possible also arrange to instruct gas agency to issue me at the earliest..

                We booked a gas cylinder (indane gas) through the interactive telephone booking system (contact no. [protected]) on 25th April 2011.In response to our booking we received a confirmation number 259823
                Our gas agency is Ms Vimal Gas Agency, Palluruthy, Kochi- 682 006 (Phone No.[protected].Even after 45 days of waiting, the booked cylinder was not delivered.When enquied,the gas agency said that they have not received any information on our booking.
                We tried to register a complaint through the toll free number [protected] they tried to hold us for a long time,thereafter offered some ineffective advices and subsequently cut the line.

                  I have register with Nataraj Enterprises, Indane Gas Distributors, Yelahanka, Bangalore. The consumer no is 50074. Past three years I am facing delay in supply of refill cylinder. It takes nearly 12 to 15 days to get the refill cylinder after booking. This really lands me in trouble. Sometimes I have beg my friend for a cylinder. When I asked the manager, he say he is helpless and can not do anything. If the authority can look into it.
                  Even I am facing same issue.The office is very irresponsible.They make their phone busy in working hours so that no customer call connects to them.

                    Gruhasova indane gas service of ROURKEALA is always delays the supply of the riffils to the home. Also booking on the telephone is not responed many a times , it takes several hours to book on the telephone, some times phone is engaged for a long period and some times it is not responded. I have two cylinders , but they are mantaining delivery record/schedule of one cylinder only . I have jont family so one cylinder is consumed in nearly 25 days. they allow booking of cylinder after 20 days and after booking we get cylinder after 30 days . So to get one cylinder it takes nearly 50 days and we are unable to maintanin the second cylinder which put us in trouble, to use some alternate souce for cooking. Please suplly the cylinders as soon as possible ( max, 3 DAYS) after booking , to maintain the second cylinder. Also delivery boys are coming to home suddenly after number of days has passed without prior information , if home owner is gone for some urgent works at outside or gate is locked ( still persons remain inside during afternoon , generally when people get some rest at home) delivey boys returns the cylinder to the dustributor saying the door is locked and LPG distibutor deletes the seniority list of the consumer without giving second chance. If distributor is so rigid on delivery date , they have to inform in advance the date on which riffill will be supplied .

                    indane LPG cylinders — Erratic Supply

                    The lpg supply at Gurgaon Gas Service is at its worst - first its so difficult to get through their numbers and then they have the policy of not taking any fresh bookings before 21 days from the previous booking and to add further to it the people sitting there are so rude and have no manners to speak. I booked for an LPG on 2nd December and today they have told me that it'll take another 2-3 days, Which means one gets the refill only after a gap of 35-40 days wherein during the winters one cylinder lasts for 22-23 days. Luckily my neighbours are nice who comne to my rescue everytime but then there is limit to it. This situation is nothing less than a harrassment as everytime its the same story with this agency.My consumer no. is 36986 which is in my mother-in-law's name. PLEASE HELP

                    Indane LPG — ERRATIC SUPPLY

                    Hello Sir,

                    My Customer ID is 21107 - City Bangalore - Pincode - 560061 Name of the Supplier Anusha Gas Agency.

                    Iam really dissappointed with the Refill request and response I get from the Distributor. Incorrect and False information is provided evertime I place a refill request. I just want to know what is happening to our System? Why is IOC not taking these matters seriously? Is Govt of India taking the AAM AADMI for a ride.
                    Every time they (Distributor) says the Load from IOC does not come in time and has got reduced.

                    Please look into the Matter.

                      I am a LPG consumer with m/s Sharma Gas Co. shop no A-1 & A-3, SDM Market, H-blk, Uttam Nagar, N. Delhi-59, since 2001. My consumer no is SGC-61. The agency has shifted our no to another one without informing me. On inquiry about booking, they told us that the no is shifted to one in Rama Park, but this agency gave us in written that they are not supplying in our area and hence can not accommodate our no. Now we are facing problem about the gas supply.

                      I am putting up in Abul fazal Enclave-1, jamia nagar okhla, 110025, and your distributor veena gas services, my Gas no. is 26155, By the name of Mohd idris siddiqui, i have 2 numbers of veena gas agency which is 26914545, and other is 26834949, but i tried these number lots of time but not connecting, busy all time, if we are connecting of these lines but not pick up the call, please kindly provide me other number or mobile number else any facility to book my gas on net.

                      Indane Gas — Problem in Gas Booking

                      I am based in Gurgaon and the consumer of Indane Gas, our agent is M/s Shrangeri Entp. me and my Spouce have tried to book the Gas cylinder over phone since last 2 week.The phone is found ringing contiuously and no one is picking up the call and after some time phone was get hold.This is happening everytime when we tried to book the gas cylinder. at last my spouce, being a pregnant, have go their office personally to get cylinder booked.

                      Further we can request only, because action is in your hane only.

                      I am a customer of Indane snce 1984 (i.e., 25 years). I have faced problems for booking/receipt for quite sometime when M/s HSWCC were the distributors for Rourkela Steel Township. Recently there was a transfer nilaterally by IOCL. We were asked to register with M/s Grihalakshmi, Chhend, Rourkela. It was done and I got supply of gas after completetion of all formalities.After 31/12/2008 I failed to book as there was never any one to receive calls/complaints from the above distributor. Till now they don't receive calls for booking. I sent my friend staying in the vicinity to enquire/book on 9/7/09. It was a surprise to find that my connection has been blocked as there was no supply taken for six months. The owner is very adamant and asks for proof that we tried to contact and they don't receive calls. Is it possible to keep any proof in this regard ?? It is my good luck that my father's HPCL connection helped me in all these months.

                      Now the dealer wants application and other details for verification to make the connection functional.This is the fate of a customer completing SILVER Jubilee of Indane connection !! Under the circumstances I have thought of cancelling your connection and book Bharat Gas for better service.Please advise me the best course of action to solve my problems. I plan to write up to Chairman level for the disrespect shown to an old customer by Indane dealer at Rourkela. Please advise your dea;ler accordingly and sort out the
                      problem of delayed response soon.

When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have been enquiring about gas supllying same type of reply tomoroow but that day nobody has come again and agin i have tried but same response tomoroow I have to face this problem for non avalabily of cyilnder in time.

                      pls look into the matter and take action against this agency because his office staff and agency work like very irrisponsible manner .you better know if cooking gas is not available in time what to do.

But this no. is for wasting of time. No body picks the phone in their office. Another side when we visit their office for booking their representative’s behavior is not good and every time they demanding for Ration Card. Ration card copy already submitted on last year. Then why the customers get harassed by this type of Gas dealer.

                      i am a LPG Consumer with M/s Prem Nath Motors, 12, Scindia House, New Delhi and my consumer No. 30971. whenever i contacted the agency for booking of the gas cylinder, they never picked up the line. sometimes they picked up but they said the cylinder will come in two or three days and when i told them to give any reference number about our conversation they said, for that i have to speak them after 2.30 p.m. Thats not enough, after two weeks i cannot get any gas cylinder. so i have to again register my request to gas agency. Many times I was contacted with their Area Manager, Mr. Chotwani, but they also not giving any fulfill backup.

                      Hi I am a customer of Indane being consumer no. 70366 with IOC distributor Yadu Gas Service, Shahibabad, Ghaziabad. Since the time we have shifted to Indirapuram, booking of gas and getting delivery of gas has become a nightmere for us. Some times, even after booking the number, gas cylinder is not supplied even after 10-15 days and on enquiry, it is told that gas is not booked. some times vendor delivers half filled cylinder and there is no body to check. Recent example , we have booked the gas almost 10 days back but till date there is no supply of cylinder.

                      Apt to mention, on payment of extra amount, cylinder is easily available.

                      Hope there is IOC will hear the complaints of the consumers and provide solution to the same,

                      My customer no 13964, Sri sai prasanna gas ageny is the distributor.. I have booked gas on 31st August, but they denied my booking. I again booked on 11th September, I have received message for the same, again they denied booking. I have the refill number, cash memo number, n delivered number, but no gas has been received, they blame everything for server problem. Customer care number is always busy.. No help from distributor. This is very disturbing situation. When asked for solution, they say book commercial cylinder. Please give me a feedback regarding this issue.

                        sir ,i am using indane gas for past 15 years,i took my connection from delhi and later transferred to kollam (kottarakara) my native place when we came here to settle.

                        sir i have a serious complaint regarding the delivery of filled cylinders,.actually we would have to wait for around 45 days for getting a new filled one after booking...any how we just bear it,the actual problem is that..the agency don't even deliver the cylinders that is the issued one.even we pays RS. 400 which is not the actual price of the cylinder and we get the bill for RS.364.35....Recently we booked for the filled cylinder on april 12..and when we called the agency on 28th.may...approximately after 45 days...they told me that my cylinder is already issued,,that is billed and is waiting for delivery, and they told me that i will get my cylinder delivered with in 31st may.,..today is june 4 and till now i made around 20 calls to the agency .and they are not responding..and even when they pick up they are making excuses.I have a strong feeling that they are selling the cylinders in black market.

                        Sir,i am a 48 year old women and me and my daughter stays alone.Its a difficult situation for me to handle.

                          I have a Gas connection with Apna Bazar and when ever i tried to call them they are not attending the call or the call is busy. When i personally visit Apna Bazar and asked them they replied me that its obvious and i m not resopnsible for that i[censored] have any complaint go to telephone exchange that not my duty and every time all other agencies give the bottle delivery with in week and here i got more than 15 day for delivery and when they delivered the bottle after that they count 21 day for new book so plz suggest me what to do with these problem.

                            I beg your pardon to inform that It is really a shame on the reputation of the company when it is not looking after the monopoly of its distributors as when company charges the customers against home delivery of the cylinders and customers again have to get them at an additional price of Rs 50.I am staying under Champasari Gram Panchayat, Debidanga,Siliguri-734003. Inspite of repeated deputation from our end at kanchanjunga gas service end we have not been provided home delivery of the cylinders and have to purchase them at black from a vendor who works in the Kanchanjunga Gas service which is our booking office.home delivery of the cylinders are made 300 mts away from debidanga and they are not providing it to our places only "coz they get a part of the benefit of black money from the vendor.hope now you will inspect the matter and provide us a solution regarding the same.

                              It has been seen for last six months that a petrol pump of Indian oil co at Darpan panch rasta in navarangpura area of ahmedabad is not providing the air filling service as promised by the company. I always says that their air pump is in repairing . It was also observed that while fuelling petrol the fuelling men are adopting cheating techniques as i have redhanded cauht them for two times. These is creating a very wrong impreesion of the company in our minds. So i please request you to look in to these matter as soon as possible. Thanking you .

                                I have booked refill gas cylinder after asking on 11/05/2011 vide booking No.860, when not supplied, I asked on 23/05/11 and got answer that I would get the cylinder within this week. But not supplied till 30/05/11 and after asking they answered that you have not booked any refill. You have to book the cylinder on computerised no. only and told me the No. [protected]. I booked again on 30/05/11.

                                  I booked the gas on 20th June 2011 and received the same on 24th.and the same got emptied on 2 July 2011.
                                  From past 2 months,i am all alone in my family and use the same for night cooking.previously used cylinders took atleast 2 months to get empty and the said cyclinder took 9 days to get empty.I had a belief that my agency is foolproof and never weighted the cyclinder at my residence but now the cyclinder may had only 4-5 kg of gas thus got emptied in few days.

                                  I wish to inform you that, the agency often supply under weight Gas Cylinder to their consumers. Last week they delivered a Cylinder to me which gross weight is 25 kg. whereas it is printed in the body of the cylinder is gross weight shall be 30.2 kg. My consumer No- is- CX-7746281.

                                  After receiving this I made so many Phone calls to them to change the same. unfortunately they haven't taken any action against my complaint. Even the employees of this agency's behavior is not supportive.

                                  So, it is requested to kindly look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest. They are cheating all consumers who never tried to weight after receiving their Cylinders.

                                    For booking of LPG i personally contacted my Dealer City Gas Services Sector 37-C, Chandigarh but they refuse to book and told that the gas is being booked online only though some customers are booking their gas at the distributor.
                                    i booked my gas on-line on 26.02.11 with booking reference number as 201865. Later on when status was checked the message says your booking cancelled with very irrelevant date. Then i contact IOC toll free number [protected] on 28.5.11 at 08.09 A.M and call was dropped after keeping on hold for 40 minutes and 45 seconds. Then again i booked lpg on 28.05.11 with reference number 201993 which was canceled as per message on same date.
                                    Now fate is not known to me. please help me

                                    "Booking for consumer no 02437 is registered and the booking reference no is 520175. GiveADHAAR number to your Distributor and Bank to get subsidy in Bank" and again on 4th Feb 2014 at 16:04:20, I received another message which reads as under:
                                    "Dear Indane customer, against your refill booking 520175, cash memo [protected] generated, cylinder shall be delivered shortly. Save fuel for a better tomorrow" in this context I may tell that this booking was never made by me and this cylinder never reached me but on enquiry the same was delivered. I tried to lodge complaint on[protected] but this number is always engaged. I was trying to lodge my complaint with IOC in the mean time again I have received a message, read as follow:
                                    "Booking for consumer no 02437 is registered and the booking reference no is 526287. Give ADHAAR number to your distributor and Bank to get subsidy in bank" this booking is also not made by me. What I can understand from this, that the Distributor is selling these cylinder in black. the same thing had happen earlier also for which I lodged a complaint with IOC then the distributor's man came and opoliged. this complaint of mine may please be taken on priority and seriously and strict action is solicited against the offenders.
