sir ,i am using indane gas for past 15 years,i took my connection from delhi and later transferred to kollam (kottarakara) my native place when we came here to settle.
sir i have a serious complaint regarding the delivery of filled cylinders,.actually we would have to wait for around 45 days for getting a new filled one after booking...any how we just bear it,the actual problem is that..the agency don't even deliver the cylinders that is the issued one.even we pays RS. 400 which is not the actual price of the cylinder and we get the bill for RS.364.35....Recently we booked for the filled cylinder on april 12..and when we called the agency on 28th.may...approximately after 45 days...they told me that my cylinder is already issued,,that is billed and is waiting for delivery, and they told me that i will get my cylinder delivered with in 31st may.,..today is june 4 and till now i made around 20 calls to the agency .and they are not responding..and even when they pick up they are making excuses.I have a strong feeling that they are selling the cylinders in black market.
Sir,i am a 48 year old women and me and my daughter stays alone.Its a difficult situation for me to handle.

01.One can see a huge long que for the filled cylinders.
02.Their day-wise area is not fixed.
03. its not sure either after waiting for 5 long Hrs. one will be able to get one if his/turn comes.
04.In this new age, where almost all the location have been arranged for home delivery, the status of this area is such pathetic .
05. one can never get a simple or affarmative reply over phone, they speak in such a magestrial way which can hurt anybody.
Appropriate action must be taken to improve the supply condition & training over customer relations is a must

Dear Sir,
Myself Shyam customer of M/s Sukhdham Gas Agency Lawrence raod, Keshav Puram Delhi 110035. Our customer number is SDA10419 & its in the name of my Father Mr.Laxman mehto.
I am very sorry to inform you that the service of the above said agency is extremely poor. this is the second time we are booking with this agency. Both time we have to face problem.
First time.
We have to wait for 18 days to get the delivery after many follow ups & that too they didn't give the bill. They had their own resons for not giving the bills. We diddnt argue as we were in need of the cylinder very urgent.
Second time.
We have booked on 21th Sept, 2008 & they assured that they will deliver the cylinder by 23th Sept, 2008 which till date didn't happen. 4th we started to call them twice a day & we could get same reply, for calls in the morning - delivery by evening & for calls in the evening - delivery by next day morning. Finally today they have admitted that they dodn't have the stock.
I was amazed by this reply as the delivery of other Indane gas agency distributors is very smooth.
I Am totaly hope less
they say that booking shall be taken only after 21 of days of previous delivery and the supplies shall be made after 15 days of booking
hope the indian oil corporation will take care of this problem
is it with all agencies in kanpur
if so the ioc should make a public statement in media
there is a big problem in kasganj to get a indane cylinder....I got only 5 cylinders in last two years....but many cylinders are available in unauthorised shop for 600 to 800 rs...but not available in gas agency...
sir the next booking is done after 21 days of delievery.and cylinder is given after one month........
ON 11.12.13 I WAS INFORMED THAT CYLINDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED VIDE [protected] AND SUBSIDY WAS CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT ON 13.12.13
TILL THIS TIME I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CYLINDER.
PLEASE HELP ME TO GET THE CYLINDER DELIVERED BY BREAKING THE DEALER- DELIVERY PERSONNEL NEXUS.

I have booked for refilling on 3rd Feb 2015 while query over phone after elapsed of stipulated period they said there is shortage of cylinders so you have to wait for some time. Again on 16 Feb they said that your cash memo vide no. [protected] is delivered and you will receive shortly. But TILL DATE (26 FEB 2015) WE HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THE SAME. Delivery person saying that your cash memo is not yet generated but as per their data on website they have delivered me on 16 Feb 2015. That means either they are generating fake cash memo or the delivery person may be sale on black in the market.
SO IT IS REQUESTED KINDLY CHECK THE BOOKING AND INVESTIGATE THE CAUSE FOR NON DELIVERY.
