i am residing at neyveli. I have no gas connection sofar. i have approached for a new gas connection at M/s gosaka gas agencies,rajiv gandhi square,block-6 neyveli.they have instated to buy a new gas stove to my application. as i have already having gas stove received as a gift.....the firm may be infomed to give me the gas connection without insisting to buy gas stove for them.i request that the necessary action may be please be taken in this regard.

    ALWAYS A PAIN TO BOOK A CYLINDER WITH THIS BRANCH.tHE PHONE IS USUALLY OFF THE HOOK(ACTUALLY WALKED INTO THE CENTRE AND SAW THIS ), OR THE STAFF IS ON A BREAK.
    MORE SERIOUSLY, WE WERE GIVEN A LEAKING CYLINDER AT 2.00 PM TODAY.ON PROTESTING, THE PERSON ASSURED US THAT THE SMELL WAS NOT LEAKAGE,AND WILL GO OFF SHORTLY.
    AFTER AN HOUR,WE STARTED CALLING THE OFFICE FROM 3.00 PMTO COMPLAIN,BUT THE PHONE WAS ANSWERD ONLY BY 5.30 PM.
    SERVICE MAN FINALLY SHOWS UP AT 6.45PM AND FIDDLES AROUND WITH THE CYLINDER.LEAKAGE DOESN'T STOP, SO HE SAYS HE'LL BE BACK THE NEXT DAY TO TAKE CARE OF IT.WHEN WE PROTEST THAT WE DONT WANT A LEAKING CYLINDER IN OUR HOUSE FOR 24 HRS,HE SAYS CARTING CYLINDERS IS NOT A PART OF HIS JOB PROFILE.WHEN WE ASK FOR THE CYLINDER TO BE TAKEN AWAY, WE ARE TOLD THAT ALL PERSONNEL HAS LEFT FOR THE DAY.
    THE SERVICE MAN IS ARGUMENTATIVE,RUDE AND TOTALLY REFUSES ANY SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY.
    MEANWHILE, ON CALLING THE CENTRE, IT'S NO REPLY AS USUAL.tHE SERVICE MAN REFUSES TO GIVE ATERNATE MOBILE/EMERGENCY NUMBERS, OR CONTACT OF ANY PERSON IN AUTHORITY,BUT STEPS OUT OF MY HOUSE TO PROMPTY MAKE CALLS THROUGH HIS MOBILE-REPORTING THE INCIDENT.SURPRISINGLY, HIS CALL IS TAKEN AT THE CENTRE, BUT STILL NO REPLY TO OUR CALLS.
    THIS CENTRE HAS ALWAYS BEEN A POOR SEVICE PROVIDER,BUT THIS APATHY TO EMERGENCIES LIKE LEAKAGE IS SHOCKING!!!

      i am writing here certain points on which we the people of Rajajipuram need your concern
      1. No complaint register is given to us when we want to make any comlaint and after a long conversation, they just give a duplicate register.
      2. Workers of the gas agency behave in a ill mannered way with the customers
      3. No verifiation of the complaint register has been done by any Indane oil corporation officers.
      4. None of the workers are properly dressed in their uniforms neither do they wear they name badges.
      5. When we enquire about their names so as to make any complaint.... they usually dont tell their name or give any invalid name.
      6. Agency owner as well as the manager never meet any customer directly so as to solve their problem ever.
      7. No signboards and notice board are available in the Gas Agency office to help the customers to proceed in a proper criteria when they are in certain problems, such as
      => when one wants to transfer gas connection
      => when one wants to make any complaint to someone
      => to apply for double cylinder, etc
      8. Gas booking can ever be cancelled by the workers of the agency without any prior notice and suitable reasons, whenever they want.
      9. Gas is never checked for weight and other criterions before dilevery.
      10. Booking Coupon is always given after 12 p.m. no matter what sort of emergency is happening with the customer.
      11. None workers are there on time. Punctuality is never maintained in office.
      12. Booking is never done through phone, infact phone is generally kept off the reciever so that no bdy can disturb them on call and no matter what sort of problem the customer is having, they have to alwayz come to the agency for booking the gas.
      13. Residential Gas is openely used commercially without anyones objection.
      14. Priorities of Gas agency is alwayz valued irrespective of the customer's satisfaction, specially regarding time of delivery of gas.
      15. thers no generator facility available in the agency. lot of inconvinence for the customers when theres no electricity.
      16. If the regulator is not in a proper condition of the cyllinder, workers of the agency pay no heed to it.
      17.generally the seal of the cyllinder is not tight.
      18. in special cases of public usage such as ceremonies, bhandaras, etc, extra cyllinders are not issued from the agency posing quite a number of difficulties for the customer.
      19. Black marketing of Gas is done openly.
      20. Shri Naveen Pandey, owner of agency is well mannered and polite but have no control over the staff.
      21. no body recieves the complaint of agency
      22. No suitable explanation is given when they are questioned for late delivery of gas cyllinder.
      23. Workers unnneccessary put objections on different requests of the customer and genearaaly ask for "authority" etc.

      kindly, please take neccessary actions against the agency and its workers so as to reduce the inconvinence that is caused to the customer.

        I booked a request of refilling of my indane gas cylinder - consumer no 013276 and Agency M/s B.N.Gupta & Co, Patel Gali, Vishwas Nagar, Delhi-32. The request was made on given phone no. on 2/6/11 but cylinder was not delivered till 10/6/11. On making a complaint, it was delivered on 10/6/11. It was noticed that foul smell is emitting from that cylinder. A Complaint was made to emergency service. A mechanic came and found it was leaking and gave in writing that cylinder is leaking and may be replaced immediately. Next day on 13/6/11, the mechanic report was given to the gas agency for replacing of cylinder. Till date i.e. 15/6/11 the agency has not changed the cylinder. There is imminent danger of mishapening due to leakage of gas. An immediate intervention is requested to replace the cylinder.

        Dear sir

        I am consumer of your company with consumer no 6206 in the name of Neeraj jain with ur Dealer Aman Gas Basti jodhewal Ludhiana.I recieved the delivery of cylinder as i have optioned home delivery.The cylinder i recieved was in leakage condition and when i call in office on no[protected] the staff every times replies tht it will get ok by evening and it happens near abt 6-7 times and when i call last day they said pls come in office and when i replies tht i m doing job and i have optioned home delivery the satff talk to me very rudely and replied tht they dont have so much of staff and they disconnect the phone.when i again call they argue and replied very volgur.so pls tell me how this can be solved

        Sir i am the customer of Radha Govind Gas service My customer no is 18575.The service is very poor of this agency. I have booked cylinder but they not deliver the cylinder and cancel the booking it many times. I have made complaint but they have not positive response.One cylinder delivered on 12/12/10.has minor leakage. if i want to complaint on telephone they have not reciveved the call. the agency is very poor in service. Please improve this service soon and replace my leaking cylinder urgently because it is dengrous to safety. if any mishappening is happen the responsibility will be of Radha Govind Gas Service

        Sir, my consumer no. 15181. Gas is leaking from the cylinder supplied to us 06.2.2011. The whole room is smelling badly we have been trying to reach the supplier (Shanti Indane, Sadh Nagar Palam Colony) but no one would pick up the phone on the 06 Feb . . Their only response is "our staff will come and attend" Again our request for a complaint number was unanswered. How do we sort out this problem

          SIR,

          RECENTLY I HAD SHIFTED FROM MOHALI TO CHANDIGARH. I AM HOLDING A GAS CONNECTION IN MY NAME AT MOHALI WITH HIGH FLAME GAS PHASE 9 MOHALI AN INDANE GAS DEALER. I REQUESTED THEM TO TRNSFER MY CONNECTION TO CHANDIGARH. THEY ASKED TO DEPOSIT BOTH THE CYLENDERS AND REGULATORS. I DEPOSITED THE SAME ON[protected]. THEN I WENT TO THE GAS DEALER OF INDANE AT CHANDIGARH IN SECTOR 37 NAMED M/S CITY GAS, SECTOR 37-D. CHANDIGARH. BUT THEY REFUSED TO ALLOT ME THE CONNECTION BY SAYING THAT THEY HAVE NOT THE STATIONARY FOR ISSUE OF CONNECTION. THEY ALSO MISBEHAVED ME WHEN I TOLD THEM PLEASE CO OPRATE ME AS I HAVE ALREADY DEPOSITED THE FILE. BUT TILL TODAY I.E 14.06.2011 THEY DID NOT HEAR ME. PLEASE RESOLVE THE ISSUE EARLIEST.

            sir,my name is abdul salam s/o abdul rahim.sir we have lot of trouble to get delivery of gas on time with booking.we can''t get delivery within ten days,it always takes 20 or sometimes more than 30.this is situation only with booking,but in black with 600/- the cylinder is anytime available.so we reqest you to lookafter the condition. and plz make easy delivery&on time to time.

            This regards to the Indraprasth Gas Agency, Chutia, Ranchi.
            01.One can see a huge long que for the filled cylinders.
            02.Their day-wise area is not fixed.
            03. its not sure either after waiting for 5 long Hrs. one will be able to get one if his/turn comes.
            04.In this new age, where almost all the location have been arranged for home delivery, the status of this area is such pathetic .
            05. one can never get a simple or affarmative reply over phone, they speak in such a magestrial way which can hurt anybody.

            Appropriate action must be taken to improve the supply condition & training over customer relations is a must

            Dear Sir,

            Myself Shyam customer of M/s Sukhdham Gas Agency Lawrence raod, Keshav Puram Delhi 110035. Our customer number is SDA10419 & its in the name of my Father Mr.Laxman mehto.

            I am very sorry to inform you that the service of the above said agency is extremely poor. this is the second time we are booking with this agency. Both time we have to face problem.

            First time.

            We have to wait for 18 days to get the delivery after many follow ups & that too they didn't give the bill. They had their own resons for not giving the bills. We diddnt argue as we were in need of the cylinder very urgent.

            Second time.

            We have booked on 21th Sept, 2008 & they assured that they will deliver the cylinder by 23th Sept, 2008 which till date didn't happen. 4th we started to call them twice a day & we could get same reply, for calls in the morning - delivery by evening & for calls in the evening - delivery by next day morning. Finally today they have admitted that they dodn't have the stock.
            I was amazed by this reply as the delivery of other Indane gas agency distributors is very smooth.

            I booked for delivering cooking gas on 28/10/2009 from my near by dealer sb gas varkala 46 days have passed and i inquired in person in the agency and he hesitated to supply the same My consumer no is 532
            sengar gas service kalyan pur kanpur failed to make delivery of gas booked on 26 th dec 09 even on 8 th january 10
            they say that booking shall be taken only after 21 of days of previous delivery and the supplies shall be made after 15 days of booking
            hope the indian oil corporation will take care of this problem
            is it with all agencies in kanpur

            there is a big problem in kasganj to get a indane cylinder....I got only 5 cylinders in last two years....but many cylinders are available in unauthorised shop for 600 to 800 rs...but not available in gas agency...
            sir the next booking is done after 21 days of delievery.and cylinder is given after one month........
            Indane gas booked on 21.08.10 vide no. 15742 in respect of consumer no. 60782 have not been delievered so far i.e. upto 11.30 AM of 6.09.10 inspite of regular pursuance and assurance given by M/s Asal Durg Enterprises, Jaipur , an Indane Distributer.
            I HAVE BOOKED FOR A REFILL VIDE 407195 ON 04.10.13 AND SUBSIDY WAS CREDITED NEXT DAY.

            ON 11.12.13 I WAS INFORMED THAT CYLINDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED VIDE [protected] AND SUBSIDY WAS CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT ON 13.12.13

            TILL THIS TIME I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CYLINDER.

            PLEASE HELP ME TO GET THE CYLINDER DELIVERED BY BREAKING THE DEALER- DELIVERY PERSONNEL NEXUS.

            I have booked for refilling on 3rd Feb 2015 while query over phone after elapsed of stipulated period they said there is shortage of cylinders so you have to wait for some time. Again on 16 Feb they said that your cash memo vide no. [protected] is delivered and you will receive shortly. But TILL DATE (26 FEB 2015) WE HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THE SAME. Delivery person saying that your cash memo is not yet generated but as per their data on website they have delivered me on 16 Feb 2015. That means either they are generating fake cash memo or the delivery person may be sale on black in the market.

            SO IT IS REQUESTED KINDLY CHECK THE BOOKING AND INVESTIGATE THE CAUSE FOR NON DELIVERY.

            I had booked a LPG cylinder vide cash memo no.[protected]. booking no:639726. I rcvd an SMS on 20th feb2015 that my LPG cylinder will be delivered shortly. Again on 23.2.15 i rcvd am SMS that the cylinder has has been delivered. Another SMS was rcvd that my balance amount has been forwarded to the bank account mentioned, but on checking no such transaction was found. I called up the delivery boy Kamlesh (who regularly visits for delivery) who assured that the same will be delivered within a day or two. I called up after 2 days again only to be reassured for another two days. Till date the cylinder has not been delivered & the delivery boy continues to give false excuses. Prior to this booking cylinders received either had leakage or weighed less the actual weight. the delivery boy never carries a weighing machine even after several request, A complain was raised on the Toll free no. but this proved to be of no use. Pl. take up the matter strictly & urgently to resolve my complaint.

              As i taken transfer of (LPG domestic) on 04/06/2011 but till now SHEEN GAS AGENCY has not uploaded the data. due to that I am unable to get gas connection in Ranchi. My Consumer number is SH-176821. I hav all ready talked to Mr Poddar of BOKARO on 12/06/11. I have shifted my family to Ranchi.and facing lot of problem.I have also lodge one complaint on IOC websit and my complain number is 124561. Please do the needfull.

                I have a connection of Indane for home use cylinder. My consumer no is P7649 and my distributor is at Uttarpara, Hooghly (Pioneer Consumer). When I am going to book for the cylinder through IVRS, it is not working for the last 15 days. When I went to the distributor, they are not registering my booking. So, how could I book my cylinder? The same problem is happening for the last 1 month. The cylinder delivery is very irregular for the last 1 year. The behavior of the distributor is very rough. Everyone at Uttarpara have the same problem. We are facing this problem for past 1 year. Please take some steps regarding this matter.

                  Hi ,

                  I have booked the refilling gas on last month through mobile but the venkata sai gas agencies is not delivering the gas when i contact 1st time they told me gas was returned due to no one is available at my home on 4th of this month but that whole day i was in the home when i called 2nd time they told me next day it will be delivered but one one came on 5th of this month,today i have call them again they told me today by evening gas will be delivers.I don't know what the [censored] this guys are doing and govn also not taking it seriously always busy with corruption.....

                    I am forced to write this mail regarding the non issuing of gas properly for the last one year i am facing this issue which no body had addressed proprly .Each and every month i an getting the gas very delayed while enquiring ith them they will same some kiddish excuses.My Gas Agency is Aravind Gas ,Poojapura Trivandrum.Still not delivered the gas afte so many fake commitments.Kindly address this issue and take action fro delivering the gas on time.

                      Last month, I had booked a cyllinder with M/s Nandi Gas Distributor, Vishwas Nagar, Shahdara Delhi. My consumer number is 21656. I booked gas on 11.02.11 with the booking no. 5928 but the cylinder has not yet delivered to me till date. When I went to the agency 'n' no. of times to enquire about it, every time they told that it will take time as there is huse waiting list. Finaly on Wednesday (02.03.11), they told me that today it would be deliver but nothing has happened. Today (05.03.11) they are saying that there is no pendency of booking on 11.02.11. On telephone they are not ready to lissen customers properly. they are always in hurry to put the phone. I request you to please look into the issue as its a gerular problem.

                        Hi,

                        I wanted to complaint against the Gas Agency "Associated Traders, Chennai" for delay in delivery and irresponsible answers. We had booked the cylinder more than a fortnight ago and they said that they would be delivering this week (from 30th May - 3rd June 2011) but still not been delivered. When contacted they are giving irresponsible answers. I have a small 2.5 Years child and we need to give her hot milk but we have to go out and get the milk from a nearby tea shop continuously for 2 weeks. Secondly, if we have to take her to a hospital also, we need to avoid it because if we miss the gas delivery person, then they would not provide us with the cylinder subsequently. I don't understand whether they should work for the customers or we are looking like slaves to them since we always have to beg and requests otherwise they would not deliver the cylinder the next time if we talk harshly. Such hardships are happening with this agencies.

                        I also see that the cylinder are being sold in black but not given to customer like us. My customer Id is 9154 and I still haven't received my cylinder yet. Can someone help us in this regards or advise me how to proceed to lodge a harsh complaint so that consumers like me would not be affected anymore.

                              I have shifted My New Residence at Kallambalam on 01.05.2011. I have already gas connection at Trivandru, Poojappura, Aravind Gas agency and their from transferd my Gas connection to Rahmas Gas Ag ency at Kallambalam Trivandrum Dist..

                              I have booked my gas for refile on 09.05.2011 My Consummer No is 10381 and said me that gas will be delivered after within 26 days. I have contact gas agency on 05.6.2011 but due to non availability of gas I have not refilled my gas cylinder, Further I have approached on 06.06.2011 but same situation and I have not get the cylinder. Now on 07.06.2011 I was shocked by their reply that they have supplied my gas They are said gas cylinder get after 31 days which I have not taken. Please help because I am facing too much problem. I am having only Single gas if possible also arrange to instruct gas agency to issue me at the earliest..

                                Our gas agency is Ms Vimal Gas Agency, Palluruthy, Kochi- 682 006 (Phone No.[protected].Even after 45 days of waiting, the booked cylinder was not delivered.When enquied,the gas agency said that they have not received any information on our booking.
                                We tried to register a complaint through the toll free number [protected] they tried to hold us for a long time,thereafter offered some ineffective advices and subsequently cut the line.

                                  I have register with Nataraj Enterprises, Indane Gas Distributors, Yelahanka, Bangalore. The consumer no is 50074. Past three years I am facing delay in supply of refill cylinder. It takes nearly 12 to 15 days to get the refill cylinder after booking. This really lands me in trouble. Sometimes I have beg my friend for a cylinder. When I asked the manager, he say he is helpless and can not do anything. If the authority can look into it.
                                  Even I am facing same issue.The office is very irresponsible.They make their phone busy in working hours so that no customer call connects to them.

                                    Gruhasova indane gas service of ROURKEALA is always delays the supply of the riffils to the home. Also booking on the telephone is not responed many a times , it takes several hours to book on the telephone, some times phone is engaged for a long period and some times it is not responded. I have two cylinders , but they are mantaining delivery record/schedule of one cylinder only . I have jont family so one cylinder is consumed in nearly 25 days. they allow booking of cylinder after 20 days and after booking we get cylinder after 30 days . So to get one cylinder it takes nearly 50 days and we are unable to maintanin the second cylinder which put us in trouble, to use some alternate souce for cooking. Please suplly the cylinders as soon as possible ( max, 3 DAYS) after booking , to maintain the second cylinder. Also delivery boys are coming to home suddenly after number of days has passed without prior information , if home owner is gone for some urgent works at outside or gate is locked ( still persons remain inside during afternoon , generally when people get some rest at home) delivey boys returns the cylinder to the dustributor saying the door is locked and LPG distibutor deletes the seniority list of the consumer without giving second chance. If distributor is so rigid on delivery date , they have to inform in advance the date on which riffill will be supplied .

                                    indane LPG cylinders — Erratic Supply

                                    The lpg supply at Gurgaon Gas Service is at its worst - first its so difficult to get through their numbers and then they have the policy of not taking any fresh bookings before 21 days from the previous booking and to add further to it the people sitting there are so rude and have no manners to speak. I booked for an LPG on 2nd December and today they have told me that it'll take another 2-3 days, Which means one gets the refill only after a gap of 35-40 days wherein during the winters one cylinder lasts for 22-23 days. Luckily my neighbours are nice who comne to my rescue everytime but then there is limit to it. This situation is nothing less than a harrassment as everytime its the same story with this agency.My consumer no. is 36986 which is in my mother-in-law's name. PLEASE HELP

                                    My Customer ID is 21107 - City Bangalore - Pincode - 560061 Name of the Supplier Anusha Gas Agency.

                                    Iam really dissappointed with the Refill request and response I get from the Distributor. Incorrect and False information is provided evertime I place a refill request. I just want to know what is happening to our System? Why is IOC not taking these matters seriously? Is Govt of India taking the AAM AADMI for a ride.
                                    Every time they (Distributor) says the Load from IOC does not come in time and has got reduced.

                                      I am based in Gurgaon and the consumer of Indane Gas, our agent is M/s Shrangeri Entp. me and my Spouce have tried to book the Gas cylinder over phone since last 2 week.The phone is found ringing contiuously and no one is picking up the call and after some time phone was get hold.This is happening everytime when we tried to book the gas cylinder. at last my spouce, being a pregnant, have go their office personally to get cylinder booked.

                                      I am a customer of Indane snce 1984 (i.e., 25 years). I have faced problems for booking/receipt for quite sometime when M/s HSWCC were the distributors for Rourkela Steel Township. Recently there was a transfer nilaterally by IOCL. We were asked to register with M/s Grihalakshmi, Chhend, Rourkela. It was done and I got supply of gas after completetion of all formalities.After 31/12/2008 I failed to book as there was never any one to receive calls/complaints from the above distributor. Till now they don't receive calls for booking. I sent my friend staying in the vicinity to enquire/book on 9/7/09. It was a surprise to find that my connection has been blocked as there was no supply taken for six months. The owner is very adamant and asks for proof that we tried to contact and they don't receive calls. Is it possible to keep any proof in this regard ?? It is my good luck that my father's HPCL connection helped me in all these months.

                                      Now the dealer wants application and other details for verification to make the connection functional.This is the fate of a customer completing SILVER Jubilee of Indane connection !! Under the circumstances I have thought of cancelling your connection and book Bharat Gas for better service.Please advise me the best course of action to solve my problems. I plan to write up to Chairman level for the disrespect shown to an old customer by Indane dealer at Rourkela. Please advise your dea;ler accordingly and sort out the

                                      i am a LPG Consumer with M/s Prem Nath Motors, 12, Scindia House, New Delhi and my consumer No. 30971. whenever i contacted the agency for booking of the gas cylinder, they never picked up the line. sometimes they picked up but they said the cylinder will come in two or three days and when i told them to give any reference number about our conversation they said, for that i have to speak them after 2.30 p.m. Thats not enough, after two weeks i cannot get any gas cylinder. so i have to again register my request to gas agency. Many times I was contacted with their Area Manager, Mr. Chotwani, but they also not giving any fulfill backup.

                                      Hi I am a customer of Indane being consumer no. 70366 with IOC distributor Yadu Gas Service, Shahibabad, Ghaziabad. Since the time we have shifted to Indirapuram, booking of gas and getting delivery of gas has become a nightmere for us. Some times, even after booking the number, gas cylinder is not supplied even after 10-15 days and on enquiry, it is told that gas is not booked. some times vendor delivers half filled cylinder and there is no body to check. Recent example , we have booked the gas almost 10 days back but till date there is no supply of cylinder.

                                      Apt to mention, on payment of extra amount, cylinder is easily available.

                                      Hope there is IOC will hear the complaints of the consumers and provide solution to the same,

                                      Indane Gas — INDANE GAS BOOKING PROBLEM

                                      Indane Gas — BOOKING PROBLEM

                                      UNited Gas Agency phone numbers engaged
                                      This has with regards to telephone numbers o[censored]NITED GAS AGENCY, RAJENDRA NAGAR< SAHIBABAD which has two number 2630636 & 2630846, these numbers are engaged continuously either someone has kept them ideal purposefully else they are of no use to consumers, therefore can there be additional number provided or not?

                                      i requested to you that I am trabuled from booking indane agency, they are very thief
                                      My customer no 13964, Sri sai prasanna gas ageny is the distributor.. I have booked gas on 31st August, but they denied my booking. I again booked on 11th September, I have received message for the same, again they denied booking. I have the refill number, cash memo number, n delivered number, but no gas has been received, they blame everything for server problem. Customer care number is always busy.. No help from distributor. This is very disturbing situation. When asked for solution, they say book commercial cylinder. Please give me a feedback regarding this issue.

                                        sir ,i am using indane gas for past 15 years,i took my connection from delhi and later transferred to kollam (kottarakara) my native place when we came here to settle.

                                        sir i have a serious complaint regarding the delivery of filled cylinders,.actually we would have to wait for around 45 days for getting a new filled one after booking...any how we just bear it,the actual problem is that..the agency don't even deliver the cylinders that is the issued one.even we pays RS. 400 which is not the actual price of the cylinder and we get the bill for RS.364.35....Recently we booked for the filled cylinder on april 12..and when we called the agency on 28th.may...approximately after 45 days...they told me that my cylinder is already issued,,that is billed and is waiting for delivery, and they told me that i will get my cylinder delivered with in 31st may.,..today is june 4 and till now i made around 20 calls to the agency .and they are not responding..and even when they pick up they are making excuses.I have a strong feeling that they are selling the cylinders in black market.

                                        Sir,i am a 48 year old women and me and my daughter stays alone.Its a difficult situation for me to handle.
