dear sir,
here is a very cricticle problem with us,
indane gas delar are taken the gas book& not giving delivery on time even they are selling custmoer quota.to other people in double rate,
so pl let me know what can u do for us & company credit.

Indane Gas — Regarding Black Market

I HAD BOOKED FOR A REFILL FROM Anupama Gas Agency A. Anand Mohan Indane Distributors, Survey No. 54, Trimulgherry, Secunderabad[protected] 27741193 [protected]
The Above Delar is black marketting the gas cylenders by selling to hotals, food suppliers, messes etc
So take imediage action against them

Indane Gas — they are taking huge amount

I am writing from ECIL Hyderabad,
Near to my home ENNER Gas Agency (indian gas agency) they are charges for a connection 4500/- for each connection. There is no requerement of Stove and lighter even thow they are insist me withour these items we are not issuing the new connection. Already we are having stove and lighter with me what to do please giveme advise

demand us Rs.5000 to Rs.6000 so the people were face many problem.
Sir they bought the gas to the hotel, resturant and car owners. they taking huge
money from the owners.

    Last month, I had booked a cyllinder with Mr. shamimuddin Ansari Deoband district Saharanpur Uttar pradesh. My consumer number is 12190. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. And I receive a gas i[censored] any booking chek the ID proot this time very torcher me I m very said this time I request you to please.provided the gas and gas agency deband gas agency deoband ..

      we are not satisfied with anjali gas agency's service
      Dear sir, my customer's no. 4362 by the name of Mr.uma parkash, HM9, P.H.B.colony, ldh.I hav not received the gas booked by date 25.10.12 till now.the agency over here is not listening to my call or are busy.they are making excuses to us .They are saying that we will deliver your gas in 2days till the gas is booked .the distributor's code.245006-ANJALI INDANE GAS SERVICE b-xxxi-1707/18 manjeet nagar, main tibba road, ldh. pls as early as possible make the delivery of our gas cylinder...We are totally unsatisfied with them. Please provide us the solution regarding this.We are facing this problem again

        sir,
        this is chandni chauhan From Ghaziabad,we have a connection of Indane gas from BHARAT BHUSAN GAS AGENCY, ARTHALA, GHAZIABAD(UP) with connection no.B-11615,Sir we ae having the same connection for the 2+ years till now we did not got the second cylinder on the connection,last year they make fool o[censored]s by saying that they have distributed in the march, while this year we were trying to get it from feb and they were say that it will start in 10 days repeatedly,last week we did went and they told us to come in 10 days more but today when i did went to agency the owner of agency Mr.Gupta did say that they have already distributed the cylinder. Now I am confused when did they distributed the cylinders.When did I asked to owner for the same he threat to cut the connection.and did MISBEHAVED and threaten me to cut the connection if I would complaint anywhere.This is not an fresh issue against agency but there are lots of problem which we are facing.
        I want to request the concerned persons who are looking it kindly look it seriously and stop this type of black marketing of cylinders and misbehaving with costumers.

          I would like to bring to the notice that the staff at Indian Oil Outlet, Image Filling Station, Mayur Vihar are involved in manhandling of petrol dispensing machines. It has been experienced by me and by several other customers.

          In course of the petrol dispensation, one of the staff gets into conversation with the customer and in the meanwhile, the other staff member switches off the dispensing machine by pushing down the lever on the machine on which the handle rests. Simultaneously, also feeds-in the amount for which the petrol is being delivered. The customer is under the apprehension that he has received the correct quantity as the panel on the machine indicates the amount correctly but the quantity is zero.

            Indane Gas Cylinder — cylinder man not delivering cylinder

            My connection number is 4065 with Vivek Agencies, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari Distrcit. Today the delivery man came to the house for delivering the cylinder.As I am in the bath room there was a delay of 5 minutes to come to open the gate of my house. But he proceed to near by street and my husband rushed and meet him just 200 yards away from our house and requested him to give the cylinder.He promised to visit our house again with in an hour but he never came.When contacted the Vivek Gas Agency they told me to wait for a few days to give delivery of the cylinder.I request you to give proper adivce to the Agency to effect propmt delivery of cylinders.             Indane Gas — gas cylinder is not full

            I am taking gas from Ranjan gas service, sector 26 Noida. The cylinder supplied by them is lasting only for 12 to 15 days. They do not carry electronic balance with them. There is no one to attend to compalint. It seems that there is a lot of hanky panky going on as there is no one in IOC also to attend to the compalints. I have tried to contact local IOC person but no one picks up the phone.

            i booked gas cylider by indane phone booking.my booking regristion number is 239335 dated 13/09/2011.gas agent is city gas and on enquiry as per indane record they were supplied gas cylinder on 22/09/2011.however so far i am not recived the cylider. i tried to book compaint by indane toll free number but unable to regrister my complianr.pease do the needful

            Last month, I had booked a cyllinder with naik nimbalkar enterprises barshi ta barshi dist solapur. My consumer number is 17256. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I am doing call ag. he told me every month cylender is shortage & man power problem in my office so i cant not delvery .
            ASIDE SIR--I request you pls soul this problem this is very large problem in fature .

              I had visited one distributor of INdane Gas service, at Chandigarh Road Ludhiana named AVTAR FLAME Centre, for activation of transfer connection of LPG. On submitting my papers to the agency, the owner of the agency asked me to come after 5 days, for the connection papers and then he will give the cylinder. On my request to process my case at immedieately as it was a transfer connection only and not new connection, and i dont have a LPG at my place for cooking, the owner refused again and said Come after 5 days only otherwise you may leave without connection. It is very difficult for the family to surviuve without LPG for so many days. Also it is very difficult for a service class person to take leave again and again from office, to move behind these agencies for our basic needs.

              Previously also i had got my connection transferred to some place, and i got prompt service on the same day, that too with all the proper system being followed.

              This agency " Avtaar Flame Center" is harrassing the customers at his own beheast. Some other customers were also pleading to the owner for some or the reason, to which he had a deaf ear.

              This agency shall be taken to task for this kind of behaviour.

                (7) Proof of distributor’s harassment to the consumers and dictatorship is clear from the negligency and non-responding attitude of the above Officials of Indian Oil Corporation.
                (8) A proof of blackmailing of gas can also be seen from the individual statement of our bookings and deliveries received for the past one year. It is also very clear from the recent supply of last month of February,2011 which could be booked on 21st Feb.2011 and received on 2/3/2011 i.e. after 36 days of previous supply, and Mr.Rajat Juneja says that it was made well in time of four days.
                (9) For this month of March, the booking could be made today only after following regularly from 22nd March,2011 and it is again confirmed by the above dealer that delivery will be made after 10-12 days means not before 38-40 days which should be within 20-21 days as per IOCL rules.
                10) The above improper supply is itself a proof of blackmailing our rightful gas, you may check the statement of supplies.
                Since, your honourable officials have been failed to respond us and to take action against the above rude and more corrupted distributor, it is clear that they accept the facts of our complaint and have nothing to say in their defence. It is once again requested to clarify the reasons, if any, within Twelve Days of this first notice, as to why the legal remedy should not be filed in the Honourable Court of Law under the provisions of Consumer Protection Act, against the above LPG distributor and all above Officials of IOCL who have been favoured him and not responded to the complainants deliberately.

                I highly appreciate your priority to my matter, the response received from two officials of IOCL Mr.Rajat Juneja(Gzb) & Mr.R.K.Verma(Noida) over my mobile, are stated below:-
                (1) Mr.Rajat Juneja (IOCL-Gzb) called me up two times over my mobile on 17/3/2011 at 20:43 stated that he has already warned and taken action against M/s Khwaja Agency and assured to deliver a copy of action to me. He told me that he has checked my statement of gas deliveries which was proper and well in time. He furiously asked me to provide any proof of black-mailing of gas and I told him that improper supplies to its’ respective consumers is a very proof in itself. If we consumers are not getting proper rightful supplies in time and company is supplying it proper in time, where gas is going, is it not blackmailing? Usually, I was responding him in English, perhaps on this only, Mr.Rajat Juneja spoken to me very rudely, don’t speak hardier, the words are – “You must be aware that you are talking to an Officer, you don’t know how to talk to an Officer, You have no manners of talking …. Baat Karne ki tameej Nahin Hai & disconnected the call… (you may recall this conversation from airtel, if required).
                (2) Mr.R.K.Verma (IOCL-Noida) called me over my mobile on 19/3/2011 at 12:43 PM and asked repeatedly very as what was the complaint, means he is still not aware of the complaint which clearly shows his negligency as the First Complaint in writing was made to him only but he never paid attention to it and simply forwarded to Mr.Rajat Juneja, Gzb. who also not paid any attention to it. I requested to Mr.R.K.Verma to go through my First Complaint dated 15th February,2011 which was self explanatory. On this Mr.R.K.Verma, expressed again, it means I wanted the solution in writing only which was answered in yes by me.
                From the above conversation, it is clear that both of the above officers of IOCL have deliberately not paid attention to our complaint and in fact instead of taking action against above dealer, they are favouring
                & supporting him which clearly concludes from their unfair teleconversation with the complainant.
                I have deputed a team to collect some proofs of blackmailing the gas, which would hopefully be submitted very shortly and I humbly request your honour to take immediate action against the above dealer by cancelling his Licence and also do penalize the officials supporting him.

                From this long correspondence, you honour may see the negligency and carelessness of the officials of Indian Oil Corpn which doesn’t need any further clarification. They all are fully involved in the blackmailing of LPG Gas of we rightful consumers and that’s the only reason this dealer is not afraid of anything in harassing and misbehaving its respective consumers.
                Instead of providing better services and taking care of all consumers in future, he is threatening me through some unsocial elements and police whose teleconversation with me has been saved as an important evidence for the honourable court of law, if required.
                I, therefore, request your honour to take immediate necessary action against the above dealer by cancelling his Gas Agency Licence and provide us a copy of charge-sheet for the entire satisfaction of all consumers listed on the separate sheet. I do hope, your honour will pay attention and priority to our complaint.

                harassing the consumers because of the looseness of the higher authorities of

                Under the circumstances, I have left with no option but to bring these
                complaints into the notice of Hon'ble Court of Law under the provision of

                It is regretted that inspite of repeated requests, your officers are still failed to take any appropriate disciplinary action against the above said LPG Indane Agency who has been harassing the consumers by misbehaving rudely. Beside this, the owner of this agency Mr.A.Siddhiqee has never been supplying
                the gas in time. His telephones kept for booking remain always either out of order or permanently engaged at the time of booking caused of which the bookings can not be done so easily. Apart from it, the quantity of gas supplied in cylinder is also lesser and he clearly says that only 12 kg. gas is coming from the company, if you need full quantity, you may get your connection transferred
                to some other agency.

                Recently I booked gas on 21st Feb.2011 vide booking no.10151 after completion of one month of previous issue but regret till date I could not get delivery. This is not a single case of mine only but a number of consumers of the society are facing this problem regularly, I can submit a list of sufferers, if required.

                Under the circumstances, I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and take immediate action against the monopoly of this agency by canceling its' license and depute some other new distributor so that the entire suffering consumers may get proper and timely supplies of their respective demands.

It is also very clear from the recent supply of last month of February, 2011 which could be booked on 21st Feb.2011 and received on 2/3/2011 i.e. after 36 days of previous supply, and Mr.Rajat Juneja says that it was made well in time of four days.
                (9) For this month of March, the booking could be made today only after following regularly from 22nd March, 2011 and it is again confirmed by the above dealer that delivery will be made after 10-12 days means not before 38-40 days which should be within 20-21 days as per IOCL rules.
                10) The above improper supply is itself a proof of blackmailing our rightful gas, you may check the statement of supplies.
                Since, your honourable officials have been failed to respond us and to take action against the above rude and more corrupted distributor, it is clear that they accept the facts of our complaint and have nothing to say in their defence. It is once again requested to clarify the reasons, if any, within Twelve Days of this first notice, as to why the legal remedy should not be filed in the Honourable Court of Law under the provisions of Consumer Protection Act, against the above LPG distributor and all above Officials of IOCL who have been favoured him and not responded to the complainants deliberately.

                I highly appreciate your priority to my matter, the response received from two officials of IOCL Mr.Rajat Juneja(Gzb) & Mr.R.K.Verma(Noida) over my mobile, are stated below:-
                (1) Mr.Rajat Juneja (IOCL-Gzb) called me up two times over my mobile on 17/3/2011 at 20:43 stated that he has already warned and taken action against M/s Khwaja Agency and assured to deliver a copy of action to me. He told me that he has checked my statement of gas deliveries which was proper and well in time. He furiously asked me to provide any proof of black-mailing of gas and I told him that improper supplies to its’ respective consumers is a very proof in itself. If we consumers are not getting proper rightful supplies in time and company is supplying it proper in time, where gas is going, is it not blackmailing? Usually, I was responding him in English, perhaps on this only, Mr.Rajat Juneja spoken to me very rudely, don’t speak hardier, the words are – “You must be aware that you are talking to an Officer, you don’t know how to talk to an Officer, You have no manners of talking …. Baat Karne ki tameej Nahin Hai & disconnected the call… (you may recall this conversation from airtel, if required).
                (2) Mr.R.K.Verma (IOCL-Noida) called me over my mobile on 19/3/2011 at 12:43 PM and asked repeatedly very as what was the complaint, means he is still not aware of the complaint which clearly shows his negligency as the First Complaint in writing was made to him only but he never paid attention to it and simply forwarded to Mr.Rajat Juneja, Gzb. who also not paid any attention to it. I requested to Mr.R.K.Verma to go through my First Complaint dated 15th February, 2011 which was self explanatory. On this Mr.R.K.Verma, expressed again, it means I wanted the solution in writing only which was answered in yes by me.
                From the above conversation, it is clear that both of the above officers of IOCL have deliberately not paid attention to our complaint and in fact instead of taking action against above dealer, they are favouring
                & supporting him which clearly concludes from their unfair teleconversation with the complainant.
                I have deputed a team to collect some proofs of blackmailing the gas, which would hopefully be submitted very shortly and I humbly request your honour to take immediate action against the above dealer by cancelling his Licence and also do penalize the officials supporting him.

This is the attitude of a reputed company Indian Oil Corporation.

                Indane Gas Agency,Muradnagar has given Tel. No.[protected],2261905 and Mob.No.[protected],[protected]. All these no. are for the use of booking gas or other enquary for customer.As you are awere that Gas booking by Internet or mobile (by SMS) not possible for every consumer.As muradnager is located on NH-58 between Ghaziabad and Meerut.It is a very small city.

                In this connection I want to say that destribution of gas is being done in very pathetic and rude manner. Gas is being supplied after 15 to 20 days not easly but you have to remind 10 times minimum by many ways. When you try to contact on given Tel no./Mob. no, ,you will get engaged or no body picking up. You may get only after long-long attempt.There is a Incharge of this,What is he? we donnot know but his name is MR. The problem is always they delivered my refill gas cylinder very late more than 30 days, when i make a call to their office the person who attend the phone reply me it will b delivered to u this weekend or next week,because Indane give us only some load to deliver,Then I reported the problem to INDANE gas officer i will get my refill pack very next days, every month it happening. The agencey doing the same thing to other customers. what is the solution for this bad service

                    my LPG(Kitchen) gas connection no is m -2271 with abhinav gas service(Indian oil petroleum dealer),Karnal(haryana)
                    I am facing lot of difficulty in getting booked gas cylinder for refilling.
                    The telephone is always busy of the said dealer.when this time i got success they said 20 days gap for filling required. after 20 days phone remained busy for two days,i went there to drop slip in letter box . box stand removed. at counter , they took my slip for booking. when after 15 days i did not receive delivery at home .i contacted on phone they said there is no booking we are booking todayonly for gas delivery wait for 10-12 days more. if there is any complaint come with copy. i said i m in service it is not possible to visit office. after 2/3 days of persuasion on phone i was given mobile no of the owner who til date not bothered to pick phone.
                    please intervene to get me supply of filled cylinder at home as i m out of gas
                    Plz advise dealer. to amend /improve the style of booking

                      I'm Anita Sinha from hazaribagh. I'm taking gas cylinder from TUSHAR AGENCY. I live in SURESH COLONY, GIRIJA NAGAR, BEHIND HOLY CROSS. Rule of agency says that they will deliver gas cylinder on time -ie- after 7 days of the number we put in agency. But the distributers sell the cylinder in black and compell us also to take in black, since they deliver our own gas cylinder after 2 months.
                      kindly help me out

                        This is for the kind information to The Concerned Person we have booked our gas cylinder on 15.03.2011 and now today (17.04.2011) we are yet to get delivery inspite of our several visit tio their office they are unable to give justified reason. One of the biggest reason citing by them is that they have in adequate labour to make smooth supply, however it not understandable what the hell smooth supply mean???? In the last month also they didnt supplied to our resi infact they just raised their hand and we had to brought the cylinder at our on cost. Their delivery man are still black selling cylinder inspite of our several complaints. Other service provider are however giving delivery after 15-17 days.

                        Herewith just seek kind attention of higher authorities to get rid of such dealer.

                        We have Indane Gas connection (customer id - 81218 - in the name of my wife Dipanwita) in Bangalore jurisdiction. We have recenlty shifted our residence from 29th Main, BTM Layout, 2nd Stage TO Yelanahalli, BTM 6th Stage. Our Gas distributors (J N Enterprises, BTM Layout, 1st stage) do not deliver the Gas cylinder in this area. They want us to collect it from Begur temple (3 kms from my current residence at Yelanahalli). As per them, their supply area ends at Begur (1.5 km from my current residence) and all those residing outside of this area should make their individual arrangements to collect the gas cylinder from Begur temple.

                        There are many Indane gas customers living at my current residence in Yelanahalli (atleast 12 of my 50 plus apartments). I have also complained to the customer care on phone and also gave a written request to extend the delivery of gas cylinder to Yelanahalli. The response was very poor. The customer care executive on phone wanted me to shift to a different gas company (HP, Bharath, etc) and was not sensitive to our inconvenience. Also, the written request that I submitted to the Chief Manager (Indian Oil Corporation, Unity Bhavan, Kamaraj road, Bangalore), there is no response from their end. This is causing lot of inconvenience to us whenever we have to get the gas cylinder from Begur temple.

                        Can this be discussed with the Manager at IOC and get this sorted out ? Any help in this regard will be highly appreciable.

                        I have booked the gas in the January 2008, and got the First Cyclinder in the Month of November 2008, and booked the second cyclinder in Feburary 2009 and still not received the second Cyclinder. I need to the second cyclinder very badly because when the cyclinder gets over, I need to wait for one week, or else I need to book the cyclinder in advance and there is a waste of gas as the old one is taken away. Is there any complaints number or the number where action can be taken against this?

I have booked the Gas on dated 05.04.2011 but I have not received the Gas cylinder after even ten days i.e. till date. This type of service held before many times. All the consumers of the above gas agency are facing lot of problems due to the bad service of delivery. If consumer ask about the delivery time they don't give any sufficient response. we have tried to make the call so many times in their office but they did not attend the call.

                            Each such case should be investigated by the company and the distributor should be fined heavily and the consumar should be compensated monetarily.
                            If the gas company doesnot take any action then it's managing director should be fined heaviliy
                            i have booked for delivery of gas cylinder on thurday (29.05.2008) with the booking no. 273492. Till date (04.06.2008) the cylinder has not been delivered at my place.
                            I would not have complained even this time. But I am complaining for the reason that the agency - Devi Annapurna Gas Agency, A-Block Market, VAsant Marg, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi was waiting for the price to increase so that they can be benefitted by that. Now they can sell the old stock also at the new increased rate.
                            We contacted them yesterday despite that the gas cylinder was not delivered to us.
                            My connection for Indane Gas is with Nangloi Gas Service under NG-28977Z. It is so unfortunate in today's times when everybody claims to be customer supportive that upon calling repeatedly for last 3 days, we are being given fake statements of sending the cylinder next day even when the booking is of around 10 days back. Even the number that are given on the slip of Nangloi Gas Service are not either working or no one picks up the phone on Indane Customer Service. What to say, even the site that is given for 24 hours booking is also not working. We, as our mistake is to be customer and we pay for everything, are only being dodged every time we try to ask for our rights even.
                            In last month also I complained about the non-delivery of gas cylinder and then only after a gap of almost 11-days refilled gas cylinder was delivered to me. This time I have booked for refill gas cylinder on 08/03/09 and was told that the refill will be made available within 4 to 5 days. Yesterday i.e. Sunday, after a gap of almost 8-days, I reminded them thrice over my mobile and it was confirmed to me that the refill gas cylinder will be delivered to me by today evening, but it was not delivered to me. Today is the 9th day and I strongly register my point that this agency since I have got the connection, I never saw them delivering the refill gas cylinder in time and I hope action would be taken against the agency. It is the matter of great concern and the concerned department is ligible to take action under the codal law of IOC. My consumer No. 18568, Sheetla Gas Agency, Gurgaon.
                            i booked cylinder on 6.3.08 to M/s Gauri Enterprises (INDANE GAS), Palam Gaon, New Delhi. Despite of every efforts, till date they have not delivered gas cylinder. we are unable to find out to whom we should complaint.

                              The Gas agency "Hari Singh Gas Service" is not reachable on phone for making gas bookings...they are not serving their client in professional manner, the operator who books the gas speaks to the customer in very unprofessonal manner.

                                I have Indane Gas connection at Alaka, Bhubaneswar Depo.

                                I had booked for a Indane gas cylinder for re-fuelling at the Indane Gas Depo Alaka, Bhubaneswar on dt.19.03.2011 vide booking no-1725.

                                I am yet to receive the said refuelling.

                                It is a regular practice of the Alaka Depo of Indane Gas to supply gas minimum one month delay and they never receive booking over phone.

                                All the Indane Gas customers at Alaka, Bhubaneswar are suffering the same problem regularly.

                                    I have no doubt that the petrol station M/s Kapoor Auto Service Station ( of INDIAN OIL ) located at the Patparganj Society Area is cheating its clients. Earlier too this petrol pump was shut down due such similar reasons.

                                    I am sure that the diesel / petrol being given is lesser in quantity than the payment taken.

                                    I get diesel filled from various petrol stations and get it filled when the car indicator reaches a particular mark. Also I get similar amount diesel filled so I am very sure about how much should be filled.

                                    Got the petrol filled from sec-54 petrol pump opp. kanchanjunega apt.

                                    the moment the guy started filling the petrol, another guy came asking for my tyre air, wind screen cleaning, money/card.

                                    by the time i cud see back the meter, it was reset by the petrol filling guy, and my fuel meter showed a very little rise.

                                    i have got petrol filled thrice from here, and this time i noticed the cheat.

                                    i want to take this issue to higher levels.

                                      My indane gas distributor is golf green gas service. Gas booking has to be done through [protected] where the IVR system tells us how to book refill. After going through the necessary menus and options, the system says "we are unable to process your request, please contact your distributor." This happened twice and then I was forced to contact the distributor who refused to book refill over phone. I had to go all the way to distributor's office and book refill manually. The company should properly program the IVR system and save us from this sheer harassment.

                                      Dear Sir

                                      There is a system adopted by the Gas Agencies, to make a false booking in the name of their customers. Once we book the cylinder, they will deliver and subsequently, they will book in your name again within 21 days and will black market the same.

                                      In my case it is Citizen Gas Enterprises- Alaknanda, new Delhi-110019.

                                      I have informed this mal-practice to their owner in verbal as well in written format, but sorry to note that nothing has happened so far.

                                      Am facing exactly the same situation.
                                      the new IVR system is not working.My indane distributor is KK indane whose office shifted from sarjapur road to outer ring road.Now am unable to make a booking as the IVR system says unable to proces your request.i feel helpless as the distributor is giving excuse that my account got transfered to new dealer on sarjapur road but i tried to book through that dealer and i get same message in IVR
                                      INDANE SUCKS...
                                      I booked the gas on 20th and when I went to complaint to the distributor for not receiving my gas. they said that It was already delivered on 27th of July which is false. Now see how can this happen I ddnt receive any cylinder and how come it is showing in my details as received.. and also when I complained to the toll free no [protected] . he said he wont be taking any complaint .. This is SICK,
                                      same is my problem..
                                      I have not booked any gas on 13.09.2012.Delivery man came with a gas cylinder & a cash memo 10 days back .I refused to take delivery of the gas as I had not booked any gas on 13.09.2012 as revealed from the delivery man's cash memo.Subsequently I went to book gas on 07.10.2012 the IVRS spoke out "Your booking No.401634dt.13.09.2012 & Cash memo No. 11677 & delivery will be completed by 14.09.2012. How this can happen ? I could not understand.
