sir, on 29/11/2010 while booking the ticket from Mumbai to ajmer for train no 2989 for 18/12/2010. The transaction was failed & could not book the ticket, however an amount of Rs.1282/- deducted from SBI A/c alongwith Rs. 10/- as i couldn't get ticket confirmation through email nor sms. I want to know the status of my railway booking of the same.

Today morning @ 9 am I booked a ticket for journey on[protected] from Tiruppur [Tup] to Chennai [Mas] by 2S(2nd Seater) in 2680 Chennai Express, but at the time of payment the session was expired. Again ticket was booked by me in same train, but the same at the time of payment the session was expired. Regarding first and second booking the amount was deducted from my a/c while I found neither mail in my id nor in booked history, but amount is deducted twice from my a/c. Pls return my amount Rs-572/= in my same account.

I Aditya Naidu from Hyderabad would like to complain about the cancellation charges due to me from irctc.
I have cancelled two tickets,
1) From Chandrapur (CD) to Hyderabad (HYB) with the Pnr no.[protected] & Transaction Id:-[protected] cancellation date 30th Nov.10
2) From Hyderabad (HYB) to chandrapur (CD) with the pnr no.[protected] & Transaction Id:-[protected] cancellation date on 1st dec. When I checked the status with irctc, it says that the amount has been refunded to your account, but it’s been 4 working days & I have yet to receive the amount due to me.

Indian Railway Catering (IRCTC) — Ticket Issue
I have booked the two (2) I-ticket on 16/11/2010 and following are the PNR no.[protected] and [protected] , and boarding from New Delhi to Jammu Tawi( JAT)
which train schedule time was mention in the ticket is 4/12/2010 time is 23.16 but train leaved the station 04/12/2010 time was 12pm, I don't know how it was possible for same that train leaved before schedule time, I have request for cancellation in the counter but staff said you have to cancel through Internet only and which is I -Ticket is not possible through Internet........ request you to suggest me , I have full proof for same and I can Represent you,
