IRCTC, Indian Railway — debit of money from my account without the ticket being issued

I have an account in the internet reservation scheme and i frequently use the facility provided by the indian railways. On 7th at around 8:15 in the morning i was trying to book my ticket in Rajdhani Express numbered 2951. I had filled up all the pirticulars and stated the date of journey which was 12th of April and then came the option of payment. I selected SBI Debit card facility and filled up my card number as well as the pin code. Soon after filling the pin code i clicked the pay option and then due to some problem the usual page did not turn up. I again tried and filled up all the pirticulars but the response was that due to certain problem from the bank the transaction could not proceed. I then went to the SBI ATM and i was shocked that 1825/- Rs. was dedudted from my account. Till now no message has come from their side and even my ticket is not booked as i was using the Tatkal which filled up in the early hours itself.

Ticket — not recieved i-ticket

I have booked a tatkal i- ticket on 22 july for Maharastra Express. on dated 25 july . but still i not received the ticket at my given address

I am complaining about the wrong transaction process occured in my SBI account when I have tried for online reservation through IRCTC...
The payment to them was not recieved so ticket was not provided rather my balance is redused to that...

Railway Ticket — DEDUCTION OF AMOUNT

Sir, I am your customer D Sreenivasula Reddy (A/C No. [protected]) in Alandur Branch. I have booked one e-ticket on 22 Oct 2008 for the amt of Rs. 146.00 in irctc.co.in. For this transaction u have deduct the amt of Rs. 166.00 on 22 Oct 2008 alongwith the service charges from my account ([protected]). But I don't know why you have deduct the amt of Rs. 166.00 on 21 Oct 2008 with out any transaction from my account. Hence you are requested to recredit the same amt (Rs. 166.00) in my account on tomorrow and give me the intimation on my mobile No [protected] or 22315725.

On 26 Nov 08 while booking e ticket from your web site in jhelum express for the journey to be performed 0n 27 dec 08 from New Delhi to pune i AC II class for my wife neelam solanki 42 yrs, daughter priti solanki 20 yrs and son veibhav solanki 17 yrs, the total amount of Rs 4992/-00 was debited from my ICICI account No[protected] vide BIL/[protected] and did not issue PNR No and e ticket' I hve gone to IRCTC office at hyderabad but did not get any answer except your web site no.

2. In view of above it is requested to kindly firstly book my ticket on 27 dec 08 since money has been deducted and secondly forward PNR No and e ticket The transaction details from my icici account are attached for necessary action.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Today morning i booked a E-ticket from Vishakhapatnam (VSKP) to Chennai (MAS) through IRCTC. After finishing booking of ticket with my HDFC debit account there was an error accured. Finally i found that the money is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked.

For your info my the ref number of trancation is "[protected]", Narration is written as "[protected]-INDIAN RAILWAYS" my HDFC account number is [protected]

Please do the needfull to get back my money.

The same thing happened with me.. my bank is icici.. but they refunded that within 3 to 4 days.. so plz wait and see..

IRCTC railways — ticket not booked but still account was debited

I was booking online ticket from nagpur to mumbai. while making payment some error occured. when i saw, my account my debited but still the ticket was not booked.

It is a very sorry state of affairs that my account is debited with an amount of Rs.4065/- and Rs.10/- on 06/02/09& 07/ 02/09 respectively but my ticket was not booked.I tried to book the ticket for which details are as follows:-

Railway Ticket — ticket not processed

Hi,
Today i tried to book a ticket using irctc.But after making the payment the following message came on th browser.

Indian Railways E-ticket booking — Account stands debited twice for one ticket

Dear Sir,

I have booked e-ticket for two berths on 14.5.2009 in II AC of train # 7209 for travel on 01.06.2009 from SBC to OGL. The charges are Rs. 1825. But my account stands debited twice by Rs. 1825.

So far till 28.05.2009, this excess debit is not refunded.
Please credit back this double debit of Rs. 1825. I am given only one ticket under PNR # [protected].
