[Resolved]  Irctc — Money deducted but ticket is not booked

IRCTC — money is already deducted on my account but till now i dont get my ticket.

Hello,

Today (16.11.2010) I have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket on 361 nagawali Exp from secunedrabad to balangir boarding on 15/11/2010 for Rabindra parida. Unfortunately after the payment was made through SBI ATM-CUM-DEBIT card, the error, "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankrespon...⇄ came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated.

This is really embarrasing situation and IRCTC is expected to help me at the earliest with the ticket if the payment is already confirmed at their end. If not refund the same amount.

Expecting a reply as soon as possible.

IRCTC-e-ticket — Deduction of amount from my account without providing e-ticket while internet booking

Dear Sir,

I have booked an e-ticket from Lucknow to Chandigarh in LKO-CDG Exp on 24 Nov 2010, for the date on 23 Dec 2010, No of Passenger: 1, Name: P C R Rao, Age: 26, Sex: Male, Class:3AC, Fare: Rs.774/-. While booking e-ticket I had paid the amount after following the instructions and filling all the required information but i didn't get any e-ticket and connection with internet interrupted, then again I logged in and tried for once more, now again the same problem repeated. Here also after paying the amount connection with internet interrupted. The TRANSACTION ID for the first transaction was 27747130. and the second TRANSACTION ID was[protected]. So the total amount deducted from my account in the process of booking e-ticket was Rs.1548/-.

Now, I am requesting u to kindly provide my e-tickets to my email id mentioned below for both the TRANSACTION IDs which i have not got PNR No, and any status of e-ticket. I have only left with Transaction Id's.

Today morning i booked a E-ticket from bhuj to delhi through IRCTC. After finishing booking of ticket with my SBI debit account there was an error accured. Finally i found that the money is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked.

For your info my the ref number of trancation is "[protected]", Narration is written as "[protected]G39262100 Transfer to [protected] SBI IRCTC COLLECT"

Please do the needfull to get back my money.

IRCTC — ticket not booked but transaction occurred

i tried to book ticket from irctc from jaiput to indore on date 22/03/2011 but my ticket is not booked and transaction is occured .An amount of Rs286 is deducted from my PNB bank account.My transaction id for this is [protected].please provide solution for this as soon as possible .My email id is [protected]@yahoo.com

Dear friend, this too happened for me. But the amount will be returned back after a week or couple of weeks. Kindly check in the failed transactions. You can see the status of your refund amount. Don't worry.

Booking e-ticket from irctc — Amount deducted from bank but ticket not received

IRCTC — cutting of money without ticket giving

I tried to book tickets for Solpaur Pune intercity for 12th of May but i tried 3 times failed but all time money deducted i want refund

Today (10/05/2011) I have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket on 01097 LTT NAGPUR SPL Exp from MUMBAI City Jn to NAGPUR boarding on 18/05/2011 for Sri SUCHITRA JADHAV AND PRADHUMN JADHAV Unfortunately after the payment was made through HDFC payment gateway, the error, "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankrespon...⇄ came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated.

This is really embarrasing situation and IRCTC is expected to help me at the earliest with the ticket if the payment is already confirmed at their end. If not refund the same amount.

I was booking a ticket on 17-05-11. The ticket was not book but money deduct from my account. The Transaction no is [protected]. I am also try to talk to customer care of IRCTC but number is always busy.

I mail to this complain to [protected]@irctc.co.in six time but do not get any response from IRCTC

Indian Railways — Balance Deducted from my Bank Account on e-booking

I had a transaction on irctc.co.in site...i wanted to book two tickets from hyderabad to chennai. But my transaction failed....and the reason stated on the website says that the money was not transferred from my bank account...but when i checked my account...it was deducted from there...in this case...my money is deducted but i haven't received the tickets...

Indian Railways — Reservation not done, amount deducted from account

I have done the reservation from Dehradun to Lucknow twice (4/6/2011 & 5/6/2011) but ticket not recieved.

This is really embarrasing situation and IRCTC is expected to refund the same amount.
