on line booking of railway ticket by irctc — Booked Ticket not showing in account

I booked ticket through my irctc account rldad for my friend Harendra Mishra & his family from NDLS to SV for 27th May.2010. Payment was made through OBC Account. Payment transction was confirmed during booking but its not showing in my irctc account e ticket booked. I tried to helpline no.[protected] twice in between 8.50 Hrs to 9.10 Hrs unable to contact. Please send the booked ticket to my account so that we can take print of the same and travel.

my name is :dharmesh shrivastava, i was trying to book ticket from indore to delhi by nizamuddin exp. train on date[protected], while i completed the form field and also submitted the transaction information using sbi atm dabit card services, after some time i received a message that the my session is out.and in this process my balance get deducted from account but ticket not get booked.
so, plz refund my money back to my acoount.

IRCTC — Amount Deducted from bank account but ticket not booked due to problem known by Indian railway

Yesterday at around 10.30PM I booked Two Nos of Tickets from Tinsukia Jn to Guwahati and pay the amount through ATM Debit Card. The amount have been deducted from my Accounts whereas the Ticket ect not found in Booked History. Please refund my money immediately Rs.474/=- Name of the passenger N. Misra M/50 and shouvik Misra M/14 by Intercity Express

IRCTC — Money deducted but don't get ticket

Dear Customer Care,

I had booked a ticket on 22th june with following details:

1. From New Delhi to Motihari
2. Train number -2558
3. Train Name - Sapt Kranti Express
4. Date of Travel - 07th july 2010


The ticket is still not reflected in my Booked History link, but the amount has been deducted from my SBI Savings Account.

Please help me in order to refund my money

IRCTC — Inappropriate deduction of charges

Pls. note that I(Neha Srivastava) had cancelled Ticket with PNR No. [protected] booked on 08.05.2010 with same date of journey as the train got delayed 9-10 hours and it did not serve my purpose to travel by that train. So I cancelled the same and filed TDR with reason "Train Late more than 3 hours". I had read in the "File TDR procedure" that I shall get full refund in case a train is late more than three hours but as per the account details attached, I am getting only 50% of the ticket fare. Pls. take up with Railways. Since then I have been following up with them regularly but all in vain...Kindly attend and advise.

At around 1:00 pm on August 01, 2010 (SUNDAY), i tried to book a ticket through www.irctc.co.in through the username "shvgrg" and used my PNB debit card as a mode of payment. When the webpage was displayed my ticket was not booked but Rs. 1337.00 was debited from my account. Please consider this case and return our money.

hi i am vishwa prakash sharma.i have book a ticket from haridwar to allahabad on 8/8/2010 via hridwar-allahabad express.first time ticket not boocked and second time booked but money deducted twice.

what to do for refunding my money.

rail ticket. — money debited without issue of tkt.

Ibooked tkt. in sampark kranti for 8th.nov/10th.nov for vadodara to mathura.after i confirmed for payment, the web page vanished. as per bank money has ben debited from my account. pl help.

Irctc Railway Reservation — Money Deducted From my account But ticket has not been booked.

I booked a ticket .The transaction with happened
for the same and money has been deducted from my account.But It
showed failed to book the ticket .It has been more than a week but the money has not yet been credited back to my account.As per their requirement I sent a screenshot of my bank statement for deducted money still there is no response.
Please help me out for the same.

IRCTC — Money deducted from my a/c but ticket has not booked

I have booked a railway ticket in the IRCTC site on 5th sep 2010. Journey was from Bhubaneswar(BBS) to barpali(BRPL) on 10th sep.
But while returning from state bank of india(SBI) site it could not returned to the IRCTC site.
The amount has deducted from my SBI a/c no. But there is no tickets showing in the list of BOOKED HISTORY.
So please consider the case and refund it to my SBI a/c.

SBI — my account to deduct money but not book ticket

I have booked my ticket on[protected]near bout 5:30 pm) with transaction id [protected] of irctc online reservation services through irctc but my trasaction is failed and when i have taken mini statement of my sbi account it's showing 808.00 rupees less from my available balance and it's showing POS PRCH how can i get my money back in my account please do needful

IRCTC — not receiving of i ticket within 3 days

As per IRCTC rule i ticket will be delivered within 3days,but after 7 days they have not delivered it.when i asked below reply got it from irctc.
This sis very serious matter as equal to delay of train by 4 days.

IRCTC — Debit from A/C without successful booking of ticket.

sir,
I had been trying to book an E - ticket from Hajipur Jn. to Ambala Cantt in Train no. 2203 (saharsa amritsar garib Rath Exp) for journey on 03 Oct 2010. During payment using SBI Debit Card No.[protected], an error occured and booking could not completed due to system problem. So latter I subsequently tried to book the ticket for the same journey, in which ticket is successfully booked. Later on when I visited SBI ATM and Took Mini statement of my above said A/C, I noticed Double transaction of ropees 660. It means fare has been debited for both attempts. I have also checked my booking history in which only one such booking has been done.
There fore it is requested to look in into matter and credit the above said ammount back in my account.

Don't worry if the amount is debited and the ticket is not booked the amount will be retured through online in 7 working days, same thing happened for me too.

IRCTC — Online ticket booking price deduction three times

Dear Sir,

Actually I have booked online ticket through IRCTC from Hyderabad to Karagpur (PNR No.[protected]) for amounting of Rs.1881.00, but while trying to book the tickets i faced to failures, and the same amount was deducted from my HDFC Credit Card as 1881 X 2 = 3762. Totally three times deducted for one ticket booking. Please look into the matter to get my amount Rs.3762/- back.

IRCTC — non realization of ticket after deducting the ticket charges from bank account

Dear Sir,
I have launching this complaint against IRCTC ticket on line booking.
I have logged on to irctc for booking three ticket for my family.( Ernakulam to bangalore on 22 Nov 10)While in process after deducting the an amount of 684 from my HDFC A/C, I unable to get the ticket.
After cross checking in Booked history it is evident that no ticket is booked in the history.
Kindly do the needful to get the ticket amount refunded to my A/C.

dear sir
today i have booked tatkal e ticket from mumbai to ujjain by 2961 avantika exp .but due to service unavailability on irctc site i made 4 attempt to book ticket. out of that 4, in three attempt amount of 382 each is deducted from my account but ticket has not been generated.in 4th attempt i got the ticket.
SO WHEN DOES MY MONEY (382*3=1146) GET BACK.
