IRCTC — DEDUCTION OF MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT DAY AFTER MY TICKET BOOKING

I am dr anoop,, I lost Rs 20 extra, one day after I book my railway ticke by on line, details are

IRCTC — money deducted but ticket not received

Sir,
i was booking my ticket on 06.08.2011 from IRCTC website through a/c. ashwin_235, the amount Rs. 230 was deducted from my SBI account no. [protected] through Atm-debit card no.[protected] under posting no.[protected] to IRCTC but the ticket was not booked till now, my account is not credited till today, how much time it will take to credit the amount? please reply soon.

E-ticket — payment made by bank but ticket not booked!!!!

I had booked a ticket from palakkad to nagapattanam for the 28th of aug 2011. Train number 16866, transaction id- [protected]. Although the payment was made by the bank ( Rs.2784) which was known by sms, the INDIAN RAILWAYS WEBSITE, www.irctc.co.in shows that the payment was not received !!!!!!! Please return the amount. I am sorry to say that this website has been functioning very bad!!!!! Please do the needful to make it faster and easily accessible!!! When your tryin to bring technology to our fingerprints we wouldn't want to waste a whole day infornt of our computers trying to book a train ticket!!!!! Rather we go to the station and stand in the queue for half and hour and get it done in the proper manner!!!!!! I hope you will look into this issue and not ignore it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IRCTC — ticket not booked but money charged and not refunded

Today (17/10/2011) I have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket of kyn to bsl of train RJPB express. Unfortunately after the payment was made through SBI payment gateway, the error, "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankrespon...⇄ came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated.

This is really embarrasing situation and IRCTC is expected to help me at the earliest with the ticket if the payment is already confirmed at their end. If not refund the same amount.

Expecting a reply as soon as possible.

I had booked a ticket through irctc passenger reservation system on 09/03/2012 for journey date 09/05/2012, by train No.16231 Kumbakonam to Bangalore. But the ticket has not been booked though the fare amount Rs.464/- has been deducted from Indian Bank account. I had spent almost two hours booking the ticket but the net result is I got the amount debited but ticket not booked. In the same time I would have very safely booked my tickets across the counter at the Railways. This is really awful. Krithivasan

Hi, i also faced same problem many times but after 5 workings days my money got credited back in to my account. So please wait, you will get email intimation before its gets credited

sir i hav booked a railway ticket from chandigarh to jaipur on yatra.com for 5th may 2012 nd got confirmation,,,,after tht i hav booked tickets from jaipur to chandigarh for 11th may 2012,,but to my surprise i hav booked tickets three times and every time the amount has deducted from my bank bue even then i got same response tht sorry for inconviniance and the money would b refunded in few days,,but ths is cheatng i thn as when the system shows available seats thn hw cm the tickets didint get confirmed and if not comfirmed thn hw come u take the amount everytime from my bany accountt please look into the mater my referance nos are : KRUSOG GLP30G 42VWOG each time the amount has deducted but the ticket has still nt confirmed

sir today on 01.05.2012 I try to book Railway ticket from Pune to Madurai through ICICI Bank dabit card ,given id to me is 04929161. Sir Bank has cradited from my acount of Rs. 1800 /- but i can not get my ticket .now you are requested to please solve my problem at your earliest .
