Personal — without getting IRCTC e-tickets detected money in my account
Dear Sirthis is bring to kind notice that I have an account in IRCTC for booking railway tickets. I booked one e- ticket on 11/06/09 i got one ticket only from the net and other tickets are not delivered.what the problem I had so that again i went bank and verified my account there is deducted money three times only I got one tickets please find it and do the favorable .

E-ticket — Ticket not booked but account has been credited with the charge.
Respected sir,I wanted to book a railway reservation ticket from Bhubaneswar(BBS) to Tadepalligudem(TDD) on 17/06/2009.My account id on IRCTC is durga16. I have tried to book the ticket through my SBI ATM -cum debit card, but all the transaction has failed. When i have checked my account Rs 309.00 is debited from my account. I have called the concern authority, they assured me money will be refunded to your account with in few days.
Please look to it and cater to the problem at the earliest possible.

I am Amlan Datta Chowdhury . I have tried to book the e-ticket from VISHAKAPATNAM(VSKP) to Howrah on 29th September, 2009 through HDFC net banking but unfortunately due to the internate connection problem the connection is closed and thats why my ticket is not booked but the payment is made by bank .I found that the money is debited from my account.but the booking status shows that "Settlement Requested" with transction ID [protected] .So what should i do?Please reply me as soon as possible.

IRCTC — Ticket has not been issued money deducted
For on line booking of railway tickets i have used my ATM card no[protected] on 5/7/09 at around 12 30 hrs .But transaction could not be completed as it was told that the ATM is not properly authenticated twice although I have used it previouslyfor the same purpose. Then I have purchased the ticket through net banking. but the amount of RS 220/- has been deducted twice . Please correct Money deducted but ticket is not booked.

IRCTC (Indian Railways) — IRCTC never returns money
This is for sure IRCTC never returns money. Even after sending the following mail and calling them up several times I neither got my money back nor have got any reply from IRCTC. My perception about IRCTC has totally changed and now I don't trust their TDR process. Everything is bull crap. Following is the mail which I sent to [protected]@irctc as well as [protected]@irctc.co.in and never heard from them:Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I had filed a TDR for PNR Number [protected] with TDR Filing Date: 03-Mar-2009 and Reference No: ekt[protected]. I have been waiting for my refund since 3rd of May (i.e. after 60 days from the filing date) which is showing TDR Status: 'Admin Approved' since a long time. I am in real need of money and I am counting upon this Rs 6000 refund. Unfortunately, I don't know why it has still not got credited in my account.
Therefore, I would most humbly and respectfully request you to expedite the refund process. I would be grateful to you for this.

irctc refund complaint — payment deducted ticket not booked
It is here by to inform that I booked a ticket from Tatanagar Jn. to ambala cant. train no. 8103 on 24 august 2009, but the ticket is not booked as an error occurred and the money from the bank account has been deducted .I ask you to kindly verify the details and please refund the money as same paid back to my account

I requested IRCTC to please deposit my Amount on my Axis Bank, Account information Name Santosh Soni, Account No. [protected] branch name S. B. Road Branch Pune. The refund of Rs. <679.00> for the transaction tried by you under reference no.[protected] which has failed and later found that the payment has been debited to your credit card account has been credited to your credit card account at 24-Sep-2009But after that I check the my account amount is no refunded to my account. to pls. refund to my amount Rs. 679/- in my account

Dear Sir/Madam,I was booking Ticket on 1st Nov 2009 from Ranchi to Mumbai through my SBI debit card but the money has dudected through my account without confirming the ticket. So, tell me when i will get money back in my account?

Dear Sir,i bought one ticket from bhagalpur to new delhi on 01.11.2009 in the train no 2367 in first AC for the journey date16..11.09. the amount Rs 2421 has been deducted from my sbi a/c (scanned a/c statement is attached, in irctc complaint) i have not taken the print out at that time. later the ticket was not shown in my irctc a/c. as a result, i am unable to know whether i could travel. as prt. out is not avaible. In my email inbox also no email from irctc is available.in case i made mistake in booking of journey date then also in my email a/c some msg should be available.

i have booked ticket from Ankapalle (AKP) to Kharagpur (KGP) by Howrah Mail on 13 Jan 09 on tatkal. I have attempted to book the ticket for twice, first ticket was cancelled due to technical problem (ID No [protected]) but second one was successful (ID [protected] for Rs 401/-) and amount was also debited from ICICI bank. The status is now, amount is deducted from ICICI bank but ticket is not booked. When will i get my money back to my account. My ICICI Bank account number is[protected]. Please do needful. Railway Ticket — Money Deducted from my account though ticket was not booked
Dear Sir,I was doing online booking for 2 Sleeper Class tickets of Matsyagandha express for 23rd April, 2010 (from LTT - BYNR / train no.:- 2619). While doing online reservation on 23rd January, 2010, at 8:00 A.M. my transaction got failed after making payments. I didn't get the E-ticket for and gave the error ticket not booked but still the amount from my SBI account has been deducted and I hope my amount would be credited to my account.
