[Resolved]  Kaya Skin Clinic — Poor Services

I was planning to visit KAYA SKIN CLINIC for acne problem thanks alot to all o[censored] for ur reviews...I m not going there now ...I will visit to doctor soon...Thanks a lot once again guys...

Hallo

I have taken Mesoglow, EDR and Gold therapy from Kaya. It was an unpleasant experience as I started getting lot of spots and pimples.

Addition to that Kaya is least concern about the results and start talking about there Laser treatment and tell me to take there treatment for pimples.

I am spending good amount of my money on other doctor to get it treated.

I will never ever recommend Kaya to anyone it is just a money making mechanism without any care for their customers.

No shame !

I had a wonderful experience with Kaya and still availing their services for my wife. If you have any complaint you can always post it on their customer care ID [protected]@kayaindia.net. My kaya experience at alipore Kolkata has also been really bad. Apart from the staff being totally indifferent there is an utter lack of hygiene at the clinic. They do not bother to sanitise their hands before touching your face and keep reusing disposable bed linen and head caps. I developed a severe lice infestation in my hair from their clinic due to this. It is completely appalling how some place providing treatment can be so filthy. A harrowing experience. Yuck!!

Never ever go to kaya dt mega mall gurgaon there staff is rude pathetic especially. Lilly completely. Unprofessional

Pls dont go to kaya clinic.my experience has been very bad.
They cheated me.i paid full amount for laser.
The 1st visit was good.but on 2nd visit, they asked me to leave d clinic within 5min saying the treatment is complete.
Dr.had her personal work on that day.hence, she was busy on call the entire duration.
this happened in lokhandwala clinic, Andheri west. I raised the above issue with the call centre and got rest of my sessions shifted to Gokuldham branch, goregaon west. my experience was fine during the 3rd session. the 4th session was shocking because i was asked to pay more money. They insisted on more money and refused to give me any more service. On complaining, people from head office landed up at my home. They asked me to not post anything on social media and said they will return the rest of my amount back.
Around 2 weeks has pass by and till date, there has been no response from Kaya clinic. Kaya clinic seems to be a big money building scam to me. Hence, its a humble request to all that please do not waste your precious time and money.

Please i was about to post a comment and i saw ;Lodhas comment...Citizens of India Arise ..I had a very Bad experience with Kaya ..We have spend nearly 53000 for the treatments..They guarantee you that they could give the results but our money has gone and once they take our money they will treat u like a else if they know u would take up another offer they would smile at u ..My husband and myself have taken the Kaya treatments ..Both o[censored]s didnt have any change in our faces ..and when we complain about it they said take up another treatment worth another 50000 u cud see changes..PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT GO TO KAYA AND LOOSE UR MONEY ..WE HAVE LOST WHY ANOTHER PERSON SHOULD ALSO LOOSE

I'm taking a service at Galleria Gurgaon, their shop manager is very unaccommodating, very poor service & very poor customer satisfaction!! U cant even step back because you are simply stuck with there stupid shemes!

hi, , i too have a bad experience, i was treating acne scar in kaya skin clinic in kochi (kerala), I had paid for 4 sessions.but still my pimples are still there, they are saying that i have to pay again for next 4 session.but i was satisfied during 1, 2 session, but now am completely unsatisfied with their services.i had wasted my money.and the sad part is we have to pay additional money for buying their product.now am feeling regret!

This is with reference to the Kaya Skin Clinic at Siripuram, Vizag. Their staff literally forced me to buy a package of 6 photo-facials. I initially expressed my reservations strongly as I do not visit skin clinics regularly, given my tight work schedule. But a group of three workers from Kaya badgered me so much that I gave in and boy did I regret it! The photo-facials were useless! Totally ineffective! I think they knew it and that's why forced me to pay in advance so I would just have to keep coming in. Moreover, after extracting money for 6 sessions, they are now saying that the package was for 5 sessions, effectively ripping me off the money for a photo-facial session. So Kaya is into ripping off their customers too.

I am now moving to Raipur. No more Kaya Maya for me please. There products and services are as BLAND & insipid as their signature color of white, at the same time not maintaining the nobility and purity of their color.

Kaya! Please do tell me how you have been surviving till now. I mean, for beauty services, this is a very competitive era. And for sure, I am going to your competitor next.

Kaya is one of the worst place u can go, never go to them they r cheats.

I went there for the first time for one tiny spot on my face they gave me all sorts of creams for my face. It was worth Rs 5000, ever since then I have had so many pimples and there spots on my face. It has been over 6 months they have yet not returned my money. I have escalated the issue many time to their highest authority they called me to their khan market office so many times gave me some medicine but it did not help at all. There doctors don't even listen to u properly doctors at preetvihar clinic is completely stupid and know nothing
Now even after 6 month I have pimples all over my face which I never had in my life and they r not going away this is so humiliating and depressing I m just so depressed

Take my advice and never visit kaya ever

Would never recommend Kaya to anyone. They are cheaters. I went for Laser hair reduction.. they sold me mole remover method which turned out to be a nightmare. they changed mole in to a scar. And here i am talking about Khan Market clinic. Doctors are not certified. if something goes wrong they will hide that particular so called doctor.
Manager would not take responsibility of anything.

Cheaters Kaya skin clinic is. I went for mole remover which they changed it into a permanent scar. Khan market staff is unprofessional. They hide the so called doctor if something goes wrong.
Their Manager instead of accepting it started laughing and was almost abusive.

My name is R.Sundar singh.I went for my cheek development in espani centre at Nunkambakkam Chennai.They charged me rs 70000/ for developing ny cheeks.They give me one ml of voluma and one ml of fluida what they say.There was not any improvment in my cheeks.When i went again they did not respond at all.They took money from me but there is no improvment.Do the needful or return my hard earned money.
