Hello, i had gone to the mazyad mall branch on 26 october 2016 for my dark circles treatment. i was asked to pay consultation of dhs. 200, when i asked if there are any deals with any of the banks, i was told "no" by the csr. however, when i checked on their website, it was mentioned that kaya arabia does have ties with various banks, in which case consultation is free and the customers are entitiled for 15% discount.
Anyhow i paid for the consultation as i took sessions costing dhs. 1778/ and i got the receipt for only dhs. 918 as there were some issues with the computer. however, till date i havent got any receipt.
I was asked to pay for kaya glow peel - pyruvic peel (lipseyes) 6 sessions.
However, when i checked on kaya website the treatment for dark circles is entirely different. also, i was asked to pay dhs. 350 for firming and lightning cream (10ml), the price seems to be exorbitantly high.
My only concern is i do not know if i was fooled in terms of treatment, prices and number of sessions. i trusted kaya only to find out i was fooled.

I was suggested chemical peel for acne and post acne pigmentation by Dr Saka Satyaprasad at vishakapatnam branch of kaya skin clinic
during the second session my face was burnt and it left a mark. it was second degree burn. the doctor s very arrogant when i asked him about the remedy and he says he cant do anything about it

    I had bought laser hair removal package on 20th Oct'15 at Kaya Clinic, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. After a while I wanted to upgrade the service and wanted some information, which was never given and neither any appointment. After months of following up, I asked for refund. Which again was unresponsive. I've spoken to the clinic people and I have lodged complaint in the Kaya number provided and yet nobody has called me back. It's been over 6 months, since I've running around and Kaya doesn't seem bothered at all.

    I have taken bridal makeup & m highly disappointed by the service i was provided. Make up was done by the professionals and they were looking like not trained yet. My very special occasion was spoiled due to their very bad make up. Another complaint is against their unprofessional behavior. I have taken services at tonk road.

      I sent following email on 13.10.2016 and reminder on 20.10.2016. Today on 21.10.2016, Some one from Mumbai called me and denied to give difference stating that items sold on their own website are near expiry. I requested to give reply on email instead orally, but SHE REFUSED TO REPLY ON EMAIL.
      Below is email sent on 13.10.2016:
      Dear Sir/Madam,
      I have been regular buyer of your products and treatments but today I am feeling cheated after buying your product. Today (13.10.2016) I visited your Kaya Clinic, Sector 8, Chandigarh for “peel” . After peel, at 6:30 pm, I bought one sunscreen @ Rs 999/- but within 30 minutes I came to know that your own website “shop.kaya.in” is selling @ Rs 749.25/- (25 % discount) same product.
      I told the matter to store manager and requested her to either return the product or give the difference, but she refused as she had issued invoice.
      You are requested to either give refund of difference or take your product back.

        This is not a complaint ... these are the review points i am giving for the response kaya have given me . i have been kaya customer from 7 years i felt the service and products were good ... but now i would say from past 6 months followup with bangalore koramangala i would say that branch manager is incapable of making things on time . she cannot commit on TAT and even i din get my problem resolved neither returned my money from past 6 months no response i feel i am begging for my money .This speaks how bad kaya is looking at their valid customers . i would not step into kaya neither suggest anyone .and i dont know how much response i would get from this mail too .no hope at all :(

          Staff at kaya skin clinic area colony Bhopal was very rude and hostile especially d therapist and customer care executive. They are not doing any social service to clients coming for underarm laser therapy at rs 85.very disappointing service.I was planning to take full service but not worth it.if I make full payment of 6 sittings beforehand then after payment I dont think they will even talk politely.

            It was my nightmare that i landed up to Kaya Clinic, HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore-43. at the age of 16 i took my daughter to this above clinic for laser treatment regarding growth on her upper lip, chin and neck. Now she is 18. The spoken very sweetly and made me a scapegoat by showing offer. they charged 30 to 35k for a package treatment for 6 sittings. when i asked the quality of treatment one customer care executive by name Burny told me that if the hair grown again after the whole treatment, she will refund. However it is not possible, as a Sr.HR Manager I know them and as a customer care executive she cant do that. But it was shocking that once paid the entire behavior of the same executive changed and very rude. The surprise and pain is after 6 sittings also the growth is same and still worst before. after this again i prefer to meet the doctor Jaya, she asked me to consult Endocrinologist for hormone test and treatment. But i wonder, this advise she would have asked my daughter to go through before the laser treatment. However when i consulted the Endocrinologist she has little harmone variation and she is under treatment now. Now i took her again to Kaya Clinic and showed the report to Dr.Jaya. she told my daughter that she has to undergo life long treatment for laser, she said my daughter will face infertility, she said she has pre diabetic, on her face she told. being a doctor how she should handle the patient 0% her knowledge is. she should study psychology of a adolescent if she is is a woman. actually in my daughters file, my husband kpt his diabetic test report accidentally. without seeing the name she blabbered nonsence to my daughter. She doesntot have patience to read the name on the report. Being a mother, i am sitting next to her. she would have explained to me. How much mental trauma my daughter is undergoing God knows. however i paid 2800 on 18.10.2016for maintenance and asked for one sitting laser treatment. You know what happended, this is the second time my daughter is suffering. They burnt the whole area of her neck while doing the laser treatment. being a college girl how they expect her to go to college. please tell me. I am going to take up this matter with child help organisation as well as human right. not only that i am going to consumer court. They have few non experience staff and making money. doctors also dance according to that. they dont have heart. no humanity. i already complained about the burnt to a male doctor and he said he will look into that. again the same thing happended. Tell me whom to blame? i have requested to put one experience trechnical ms. Deepa to my daughter but they reluctant to do that. Deepa is good. she is polite and experienced. they should know how to handle teenagers. should have mercy. Since Dr. Jaya has children and good fertility she have, she canot tell others will face infertility. This is a mental harassment my child is going through. friends in the college teasing her and she is suffering with migrane.

            I want to the next course of action what they do. In spite of calling and informed the HRBR Layout branch, they don't have the courtesy to treat her the burnt area. they never called me back. I definitely call the local media and arrange for an interview.

            Hi To all.
            I make reference to my above complaint. Today we visited the Kalyan Nagar, HRBR Layout Kaya Clinic alongwith my daughter and my husband with regard to the burn issue of my daughter while doing the laser treatment. I am not having any personal grudge or friendship with any of them in Kaya clinic. Whatever I suffered i put in in the forum. because as a mother i have to. Today when i visited in the afternoon at Kaya clinic, w could meet Dr. Jaya and explained everything with proof. She could understand the trauma what my daughter is undergoing and promised us to give better service in future. Also given her a medicine to apply on her burnt area at free of cost. This type of service we require. They should have the concern towards the customer. We trust them and take treatment. Since I kno Dr. Jaya past 8 years i preferred to go with her. So that end up with Kaya. I have tried with Oliva and their price is abnormal. Through my friends reference i reached Kaya. As of todays report I am satisfied with Dr. Jaya's conscent. Hope to have the same service from their end. Sorry if I hurt any one either the clinic, doctors or technicians. It was not my intention to hurt and make problem. If they would not have co-operated, definitely we thought of takiing up this issue with the consumer court. Dr. Jaya advised the technicians over at the clinic and asked them to take care of the customers. Felt very happy now. Actually it was a nightmare for us past 2 days. now Dr. Jaya could solve the problems and assured for good service. thanks to all. Oct 20th 2016

            Dear Sir,
            I visited your centre at HRBR Layout alongwith with my husband and daughter. Spoke to Dr. Jaya and we were happy about her concern towards my daughter. She has witnessed the burn marks physically. With lots of frustration I had to write the above because my daughter had underwent lots of humiliation in her college asking her about the marks. Since I was a customer for Dr. Jaya from 8 years, I was happy with her concern and services so that I landed up with my daughter for laser treatment for spending fair amount. Dr. Jaya has taken necessary action for the next service by rendering a good technician for my daughters skin laser treatment. Satisfactory reply and response we received today ie., on 20th October 2016 from Dr. Jaya. I expect to receive the same patronage and good service and response in future too. She has taken immediate action to prescribe and get the medicine and lotion for the burnt area of my daughter without paying. Money is not a matter, but she is a teen aged girl and we are worried about her. Thanks for your immediate response as well the concerned showed by Dr. Jaya towards my daughter during our visit to your branch. Hope to receive the same service and response in future too to avoid UN-pleasant situation please because we are the neighbors of that branch. I was introduced by my friend and the same way i have introduced so many friends also to that branch. .Hope to keep up the customer's satisfaction in future.

              I am a regular customer at the kaya green park, which was earlier safdurjung, i am undertaking laser hair removal as well as q-switch therapy from the same place. As per the int i am a claustrophobic personality by genre.

              Today, 13 oct, 11.00 i had first session (From package) for q-swetch, reached the place well in time 11.03, the doctor was not available so they made me wait in the room (Small dinghy) alone. At 11.45, when i came out and asked them about how much time is a person supposed to wait for the doctor - dr. Priya is my treating doc - (She has already given me a paid q-switch earlier) but i was breaking out yet thus wanted a consult). To which she says she had no idea i have an appointment, this isn't the first time last year around same time she had made me wait then also. Despite my wait no one was keen on taking responsibility, i wasted all my time -45 min and came without any treatment, since everyone is ready to blame the other for the confusion.

              What i wanna know is how do the cc executives call confirm appointments without knowing if the doctor is available or not?

              Econdly, how can a doctor not know about the appointment and if the clients aren't even seen by the doctor once (As it is here, during my laser sessions also the doc never comes even once to see if things are ok, radiation level is ok) then why do we choose kaya and not the regular saloons offering the service.
              The face of the institute here is the doctor, and believe me i haven't had the doctor visiting any sessions until n unless specially asked for or it being the first session.

              The doctors never visit any sessions, they are not even available when asked for at times. It isn't a clinic, its just a business centre. They shunt be allowed to fool people with clinic attached, that word means a lot.

              I feel cheated for all my investment i made in trusting the skin clinic, where the doctor has no responsibity.

                Hi, i have booked and prepaid sessions for insta clarity laser for facial pigmentation and underarms on the 14th April 2016, and so far i have only attended 3 sessions since i live in dubai and unable to come every month.
                Booking an appointment was never that easy but this time it i didn't get even a reply from Jayanagar clinic at all where i am taking the sessions. I informed them 2 days ago about my return to dubai tomorrow morning but till now no reply...i want the refund for my remaining sessions because i can't keep coming to india paying a huge airfare for nothing...this visit had just become useless this time...please give me my refund... Its not helping...i can send you the receipt too...please help.thank you

                  Hello I have been in family of Kaya from past 10 yrs plus n have taken many services, ( from whitefield clinic Phoenix mall) one service is laser treatment for upper lips n chin, first of all the package for maintenance is 6 sessions n since discounts were on I went for one more maintenance n checked how many more sessions I have in had after paying, it was told 6, just last week when I went for laser treatment the in charge lady is telling me there is some issues their system was not updated n said that I have only 2 setting n she asked me to provide bank payments details n then she clarified n said she checked two times maintaining amt paid n she also told maintaining is only 4 service not 6 ( how can they change as per their choice)but not reflecting in her system so
                  she has written to head office, if errors r
                  done by them why should customer suffer, I seriously feel I should no more continue with ur service if getting cheated, what's the use of taking packages paying so much in
                  advance with improper services... please look into this issue, I don't know i[censored] ppl look into concerns but if this continues the good will of Kaya stays no longer...

                    Dear Kaya Management,
                    I am disappointed by the customer services provided by your team. I was having a file at one of Al Ain branches, and I moved to dubai and asked kindly to continue my laser package at Dubai town centre branch, I called both branches to arrange for the transfer and both assured me that they will follow up and call me, I went personally to town centre branch and they said they will call me to arrange an appointment, it has been more than 3 weeks and I have received no calls, no follow ups, I am overdue for my laser sission and not very happy with this service. Really disappointed. 0/5 for this experience ! and will never consider having another package at Kaya !

                      I payed up for the laser hair removal 6 sessions for upper lip and under arms each. My first two sessions went of well. During my third session their specialist did not provide me with any protection for my eyes, they provide you with protection so that any of the laser beams do not accidentally damage your eyes and also wear it themselves for the same reason. When I asked her she said we don't have enough so you can just close your eyes. To begin with she put my eye sight at risk. I told her I will not sign on the undertaking if this is the service provided she did not bother and started the procedure. I then felt a very strong sensation on my upper lip, I asked her to stop and told her I think she ha burned me and to check she said no no it feels like that because of dry skin sometimes, she insisted it was ok and went on to do my underarms. I went home and by night I had a huge brown burn mark on my upper lip. Today when I tell them that I am not going to pay for this session as the staff who's care I was under was irresponsible and badly trained they tell me they will only not charge me for my upper lip as this is the only thing that got burned. What brilliant service. They put you at risk and then don't even want to compensate for it in any way. It's a shame that I not such a reply, a reputed brand like kaya needs to teach their staff how to address client problems to begin with, secondly be apologetic about ruining someone's face and thirdly should have the business ethics to want to provide some compensation from their end themselves instead o[censored]s asking for it and then having to fight over it. Disgraceful.

                        From last two years facing lots of problems on my face I don't understand what type of treatment they are providing .

                        When first time I visit kaya they recommended for Derma roller . And after derma roller I got dark black patches on my face . they have retured my rest money back of derma roler but money doesn't matter now facing lots of mental torture
                        after this they done lots of peeling in laser to remove to remove black patches but still having patches on my face. its light after peeling .
                        but still I am facing and after lots of session of peeling now my skin become so much sensitive, thin and got now facial hairs also everytime its gets red and my face colour is of two types forehead of some other colour and cheeks are of different colours . everytime I am going in any social parties and all everytime I have to give explanation to people what's wrong with my face this is to much humiliation and mental torture for me Now who is responsible for all this wasting time and facing lots of torture

                          I took hair removal sessions from DLF4 last year and was attended by Kritika. Kritika was a very good manager and a brilliant customer service person. She had always been very cooperative and treated all her clients fairly. She always went out of her way to ensure that the clients are treated at the highest standards.

                          However my latest experience with Sonali and Chanda at this clinic when I requested them for an appointment was horrible and harassing. I called Sonali for an appointment on the 7th September and this is what she said : Mam, you have no sessions left hence I can't give you an appointment. To this I told her that I was promised few complimentary maintenance sessions by Kritika and I don't think that promise should change if the staff has left. Sonali spoke very rudly and said ;mam I don't care about what Kritika said as I am the owner here now and I won't give you any complimentary sessions that may have been promised etc. I was quite shocked at this behaviour however I requested her to give me an appointment for a paid maintenance session. She said that there are no slots available. I pleaded and pleaded and told her that I can send her my one way tickets which proves that I am relocating out of India hence this appointment is very important. Anyhow she agreed to give an appointment for 11 am on the 8th September. I got in the clinic at 1125am as I was struck in traffic. To my surprise they didn't take me in the room till about 1150am and were on constant call with Sonali asking her what to do as they had no instructions. I told them to start the session while they sort out the payment piece but they refused to do so. Since Sonali wasn't at the clinic I requested that I be connected to her so that I can clarify any misunderstandings. But Chanda refused to connect me to Sonali and said mam you haven't paid yet hence we can't take you inside and the other client is about to come. This to me was very harassing and embarrassing. I was shocked at this behaviour!! I requested Chanda to take the money after generating the bill and get the session started. I even agreed to leave the room in half the session in case the other client turns up. I even volunteered that half legs be done now as the next appointment was 45 min later yet she refused. Finally when I took out the money she agreed to give me another slot in the evening.

                          This kind of behaviour shows very poorly on Kaya and makes me believe in the fact that the people you hire can either ruin your business or make it.

                          Sonali and Chanda are not a right fit for this job as the experience that I went through here would discourage me to recommend Kaya to others and I would never want to come back to this clinic ever in the future whenever I am in India again.

                          A very poor and horrifying experience indeed.

                            I had taken service packages from Kaya a few years ago in Thane clinic. I still have few sittings pending. Due to some internal changes the staff had simply lost my account.

                            The manager at Kaya, Viviana, Thane, was very cold and told me That I don't have any balance left. Upon insisting couple of times finally they found my account but refused to tell me about my remaining sittings. I had followed up a number of times for 4 days with them, still got no proper reply from them.

                            Disappointed with this I decided to take this matter to the Kaya management. After I approached Kaya on their FB page, I received a call from from Thane clinic saying that they found my balance. Inspite of me requesting the, a number of times they have not yet told me about my pending sittings.

                            I have over Rs 31, 000/- balance with Kaya. This terrible experience has totally put me off and caused a lot of stress and negative brand image in my eyes.

                              I have taken Lower Face Lazer Treatment, Customer ID KYC1283690, Bill No. SOL3486, as on 28/04/2015 amount Rs. 26010 . Total Sessions 8( including maintenance sessions. And upto now 7 sessions are done and me having condition worse then before, now hair are coming like bread within 7 days. i consulted with docter they are doing nothing but suggested me to have number of Hormone Test thats to when only 1 sitting is left and everytime when i m booking any Docter Meetup they are arranging with new docter and he/she are lyk sorry i dont know why the last docter u meetup suggested u that. One of the docter given me medicine before my 7th Sitting and Because of that i had problems in my Period. n they are like i dont know anything and u have to take more sessions.
                              I dont know what kind of management is this, n offering me further package for lower face after my last sitting.its really bad.i have followed all the instruction docter said and before every sitting i had a docter meetup.

                                I recently visited a Kaya Clinic and was shocked at the way the consultation was offered. The dermatologist at?the clinic superficially checked my face and began selling me?their products and services. There was no proper and thorough investigation of the medical history of the patient, lifestyle patterns, neither any tests were recommended.No proper diagnosis was offered. They offered me services package worth Rs 1 lakh.

                                A few days later I visited another dermatologist who actually diagnosed the reason and cause of my skin problems. The doctor diagnosed that my skin pigmentation was due to a condition called Acanthosis Nigricans and gave me medication accordingly. I have been taking the medicines and applying two serums recommended by the doctor and in 20 days the pigmentation has come down by nearly 30 percent and my skin has also smoothened a lot.

                                I researched a bit and found that Kaya was also in violation of the Code of Medical Ethics Regulations by Indian Medical Council through Part III Section 4 of the Gazette of India, dated 6th April 2002(http://goo.gl/mDpfEb),

                                Some of these violations include:

                                -Kaya charged me Rs 595 for consultation charges but didnt provide any diagnosis about the cause and reason for my skin pigmentation. Government regulation make it compulsory for doctors to provide a diagnosis and prescription.

                                -Secondly the rule requires that any doctor providing consultation needs to mention their medical registration number along with her medical qualifications which are not mentioned in the document provided by Kaya Clinic(check link http://goo.gl/od43Ya)

                                -Consultation lacked any in-depth investigation of patient's medical issues, medical history and Kaya services like laser resurfacing/Microneedle RF and chemical peels were recommended, which is against the law.

                                The above are only a few of the violations I spotted. I have infact highlighted these issues to senior management of Kaya including Harsh Mariwala, Kaya CEO Subbu. They haven't cared to respond, while their customer care head reverted with one liner saying that Kaya complies with all laws. I asked her to explain specifically about the issues of violation I have raised and I am still awaiting a specific response.

                                What's shocking is that Kaya has been violating the laws for the past 12 years. Incidentally I have a call recording of a senior medical staff of Kaya admitting that they dont follow the regulations and are working towards complying to these regulations.

                                Hope the review helps each of the Kaya's existing and prospective customers to demand from Kaya that they follow the law of the land. Next time you visit ask for doctor's qualification at Kaya Clinic, ask for their specialization, their registration number, and the registration number of the Kaya Clinic itself. All these information need to be mentioned in the consultation/diagnosis they hand over.

                                  I took peel package of kaya which give 3 peels and 1 facial treatment.

                                  I have completed my 2 peel sessions at kaya. After 2nd peel I have got lots small acnee and pimples.

                                  So I complained and they called me for examination. They paid for my cab.

                                  I asked doctor about acne. She said it is because of hormonal changes. Ans your skin is looking better than before. I argued that this seems to be for that peel and moreover it has not improved anything. She said we never examine patient after 2nd sitting. Also when I said my friend has taken treatment from local doctor. And he is better in just 5 session in 3rd of amount I paid at kaya. Ahe said don't compare. I did not ask you to come at kaya. You urself has choosen kaya.

                                  She also commented kaya is not going to give u any refund.s o better to go for last Peel.session.

                                  I am continuously getting acnes and pimples. Ao i really can not take risk right now. So waiting for.my skin to get clear then I can think of my 3ed session.

                                  I am very nervous and confused. What to do? I have purchased 4 costly creams from kaya. Which is of no use now. As it is giving too oily skin and I feel it is giving me small small acnes.

                                  I could have done something better withh these money.. please don't goto kaya with an impression that it is going to change the things. Ya it might make difference but not in all cases.

                                  Please do t waste your hard earned money in such things rather consult a good local doctor who will not let make best may be. But better for sure.

                                    So it was my first session for laser face hair reduction at kaya viviana mall thane, there are list of points which i would like to put into the readers notice.
                                    1) the management was only interested to get my money deposited
                                    2) the female handling my session was not experienced with the laser and the shaping part of my beard.
                                    3) she couldn't even use a rasor properly hence i had to do it.

                                    It was just a first session and had already gone through all these problems, my wife was planning for a full body laser but know i think i would not recommend her or anyone to kaya for sure and look for other options if they do not improve the treatment here after, will update you all again after the second session soon.

                                      I was taking laser and dark spot removal treatment at kaya skin clinic swapnil encalve, cochin. Once the payment procedure is done they are least bothered about our treatment. On the first day their hospitality was too good afterwards they wont even bother about our treatment. The service from the doctor over there is too bad. They want money not the result. Their services are very poor. So beware before handing over your hard earned money. Its better to spare some more amount in place of taking any package. Better consult a good skin doctor. Lost of money and time was my final result.

                                        After submitting my complain to customer care at kaya. i received an email from ms sunita confirming that my issue was addressed and a telephonic call confirming the appointment for the facial services scheduled
                                        I recevied a sms from kaya confirming of booking my appointment at inorbit vashi clinic on 15th august 2016 at 11.30 am
                                        On reaching there my ordeal began.
                                        Ms. vandana, ms. shabana and ms. sushma verbally abused threatened me and humiliated me.
                                        According to them i had no appointment scheduled for that day and time.
                                        I called customer care for help and ms. urmilla too joined in with them.
                                        There was no help from ms. sunita as well.
                                        I had too wait 2hours and 30 min to get in writing that they apologies for there misconduct.
                                        I have yet to receive my services /refund
                                        I think kaya clinics are least bothered about there customers.
                                        I felt most humiliated, and abused.
                                        Does no one at kaya feel responsible to sort my issue out
