I am a regular customer at the kaya green park, which was earlier safdurjung, i am undertaking laser hair removal as well as q-switch therapy from the same place. As per the int i am a claustrophobic personality by genre.
Today, 13 oct, 11.00 i had first session (From package) for q-swetch, reached the place well in time 11.03, the doctor was not available so they made me wait in the room (Small dinghy) alone. At 11.45, when i came out and asked them about how much time is a person supposed to wait for the doctor - dr. Priya is my treating doc - (She has already given me a paid q-switch earlier) but i was breaking out yet thus wanted a consult). To which she says she had no idea i have an appointment, this isn't the first time last year around same time she had made me wait then also. Despite my wait no one was keen on taking responsibility, i wasted all my time -45 min and came without any treatment, since everyone is ready to blame the other for the confusion.
What i wanna know is how do the cc executives call confirm appointments without knowing if the doctor is available or not?
Econdly, how can a doctor not know about the appointment and if the clients aren't even seen by the doctor once (As it is here, during my laser sessions also the doc never comes even once to see if things are ok, radiation level is ok) then why do we choose kaya and not the regular saloons offering the service.
The face of the institute here is the doctor, and believe me i haven't had the doctor visiting any sessions until n unless specially asked for or it being the first session.
The doctors never visit any sessions, they are not even available when asked for at times. It isn't a clinic, its just a business centre. They shunt be allowed to fool people with clinic attached, that word means a lot.
I feel cheated for all my investment i made in trusting the skin clinic, where the doctor has no responsibity.

during the second session my face was burnt and it left a mark. it was second degree burn. the doctor s very arrogant when i asked him about the remedy and he says he cant do anything about it
