Dear customer care team,
My name is arshi, my client code rajc9664 and cutomer id is kyc1338268. As we all know that kaya is a well known company for skin treatment, but it's not true, it was my worst experience ever to get treatment from kaya.
I started treatment on[protected] till[protected] with kaya for pigmentation reducing programme intense clarity peel and instance clarity laser, but treatment results in increase of pigmentation. Now i want to refund my hard earned money because your company is failed to fulfill his commitment of "say goodbye to dark spots & uneven skin tone". So you guays kindly refund my money (Rs. 25910 as per your billing + your advised medicine from open market approx. Rs. 12000) asap else i have to go in consumer court.

    I placed an order for kaya products online at shop. Kaya.Com. I did not receive any details regarding the shipping and also the tracking information. I wrote them three mails regarding the same and also requested then to ship my products asap because i'm travelling the entire next week. There was no response even for a single mail.
    I've already paid the entire amount for my products.
    Any kind of response would be appreciated.

      Hi. I have taken package of skin peel at kaya. Which requires 3 session as dermatologist said.. I have gone through 2 sessios but i m not finding any noticeable changes on my face.

      Main purpose I went to kaya is for removing my teenage scars.

      Skin peel has impacted in negative way. I m getting pimples now. Which were never before. And also I m getting red marks. This were not on my ski at aall.also I m getting very very small acne on my skin.

      Before peel sessions I was getting small acnee that was also during my period. After that my skin hardly get such things.

      But now it seems I m not one of those clear skin girls. I m getting pimples or small acne on regular basis.

      I dont think this is my hormonal problem because it can not be in just 15 days. IIm feeling it is due to side effect of peeling.

      I want advice. I want to stop this treatment and want my money back if possible as this has not made any positive change however it has made negative effect.

      All r asking me wht u did in kaya and why this is so. Family friends every one. Please help me with this. How can I get refund.

      I m writing here as i feel if I talk about this in clinic they will suggest me a different treatment and those costly creams. I do not want to waste money anymore. It is my hard earned money..

        I paid 30000 rs in kaya for my lazer hair removal treatment. I was told that that there will be 80 percenthair reduction on my face in 6 sessions. There was some impact in first two sessions and the service provided in the first 3 sessions was good. However after that i was completely neglected. I did speak with the doctor and told her that there is no reduction, instead i have started getting even thicker haqir due to razer to shave off the hair. But this was completely neglected.In my second last session i was given very high rating because of which i started getting pimples on my face however ther was no hair reduction yet.In my last session i told doctor that i the treatment has not reduced the hair growth or density, instead has increased the hair growth. She then gave me a double pass of lazer with considerably lower ratings. This wassomething they should have done for all the sessions. But they simply ignored it after extorting money. Also since there was no painless lazer treatment available in borivali west branch of kaya. I was not informed initially about it. This is cheating. I want either kaya to return my money or treat me to get back to myself as i was before the treatment as my face is full of painfull pimples and thick and dark hair.

          Hi... My name is Bhanu priya, I have taken package for my skin treatment from kaya skin clinic Bangalore HRBR layout Kammanahalli Branch.
          I had made a full payment and i had 1 session. I'am travel my home town where kaya has no clinic so i have called a Kaya HRBR layout Branch clinic and i request for my money refund. They told me that they will send a mail to Kaya head office regarding my refund and they will call me with in a 2 days no call nothing.. so i have called them again reply from they are said No staffs from back office.. i have followed up several time ... no response they least bothered about my call.
          It's a huge amount for me and i cannot just leave it and i'am asking them my money. Please do the needful and get me confirmation refund my money back as soon as possible update me.

            i am Dr. Rubina Ali writing from Seawoods Navi Mumbai
            this is regarding payments done by me and the Kaya Skin Clinic refusing to provide Services for the payment collected from me

            i had purchased a groupon Voucher on the 29th Dec 2015 that was an open Voucher for 1000 Rs on Payment of Rs499
            I purchased 2 such vouchers one for myself and 1 for my sis
            we got an appointment for a facial from kaya skin clinic Inorbit mall Vashi for the 30 th December at 1.30 pm .i had inquired about the charges for facial and also informed them of the voucher before taking the appointment .
            I was told that the charges would be 2300 for each facial .and I could use RS2000 FROM THE VOUCHER
            BUT WHEN I reached there MS Shetty convinced me to take a depigmentation facial and a advance facial for my sister
            she used my ICICI Debit card to swipe Rs 9050 and 1 more swipe of Rs 100 to Avail of offer 0f 3 facials at a discount.
            we used 2 services on the 30th Dec 2015 .1 facial service we could avail after some time .
            After that i do not get Ms Shetty on line
            Ms Shabana takes the call and informs me that she has no such details of 1 service to be given to me


            WHERE HAVE MY MONEY GONE ????????
            WHY HAVE I BEING SWINDLED ???
            Kindly Look in the Matter at the earliest

              Hii..

              I am sanchari bhaduri from kolkata. Mid last year, i had visited kaya skin clinic, loudon street to avail the offer o[censored]nderarm trail session as i was quite hesitant for a laser treatment and its side effects. However, after the session i was quite satisfied with the service so i immediately registered for a full body hair removal laser treatment.

              Initial 3 sessions were simply outstanding in terms of service as well as the outcome. I was very satisfied with the prompt response and follow ups that were done at the staff's end for confirming sessions. The result for the laser treatment was also very satisfactory.

              However, after the 4th session, the hair growth returned very fast and with a denser growth.. Instead of reduction!! I immediately brought this to the notice of the concerned staff who informed that it was a reaction and it would be fine after the 5th session, to which i believed.

              Unfortunately, after the 4th session, the concerned staff resigned and i was handed over to another staff, who was also quite receptive and understanding in terms of her service. Before the session, i also bought it to her notice that there was a growth increase instead of reduction in few of the body parts, to which she said that it would be much better after the 5th session. I believed..

              Due to my professional engagement, i had missed an appointment, that was prior informed to the concerned staff and then 1 month later appointment was provided. When i had received reconfirmation calls, clearly informed the staff that the hair growth had increased to a great extent and she should bring this to the doctor's notice which she said she would.

              I generally take a full day appointment on sundays due to my professional engagement... So on 24th july morning, i received a call from a newly appointment staff for reconfirmation. On arriving the center, which is around 13 kms from my residence, i got to hear that the staff assigned to me has been changed again and they did not bother to even inform me!! I was very specific on all the calls made by kaya that i will not accept any further staff change assigned to me.. No matter what.

              When i refused to avail the session, the cc (Incharge) got a little aggressive and said that the staff who took my 5th session was suddenly absent due to medical reasons and will call her immediately.. Which i refused to accept under humanitarian grounds.

              I went off but was extremely disappointed by the mis communication which happened that morning which led to my harassment. I had repeatedly said before leaving that the doctor needs to be concerned due to the increase in hair growth and the previously allocated staff should contact me immediately for the next appointment as it was an emergency situation now.

              I was very happy to get a call within half an hour of my leaving the centre. In response i told her to call back on tuesday, consult the doctor and provide me with an appointment the following sunday...

              Today is 31st july (Sunday) and no one has bothered to call me from that centre.

              I demand an immediate compensation for the harassment caused to me last sunday, monetary compensation or free maintenance session for the increase in hair growth after the 4th session n till date there is no solution.

              Contact immediately with solution or i shall be forced to take further action (In consumer forum)..

              Awaiting urgent revert!!

                I am Mehar Grewal, my mother had bought me a underarm laser hair removal package of Kaya on me turning 20. She's a loyal and regular customer of your brand even though we don't have it in our hometown.
                Anyway she bought me the package, I took two sessions in Bangalore, then I shifted to Chandigarh and went there and one of the employees there informed me that mine was just a trial thing and am not supposed to be getting more sessions, at that point my mother was in US and she had the bill with her and I was in college and also it was a pretty humiliating experience so I didn't go back again as my mother told me she'll confront them...so about four to five months went by when she came to visit me in Chandigarh and then she told them that she had bought the complete package and they agreed and I got my fourth session where the doctor scolded me for taking so long to come as it'll effect the efficiency of the treatment even though it was their employees mistake.
                Then I shifted to noida and yesterday I went to your branch here and they said ma'am this is the last session, then they ended up giving me the non-pain free treatment even though my mother had bought me the painless one !! And then told me now it's over you pay 4k extra for next four sessions then only it'll completely work.
                My mother had an avid affinity to your brand and would recommend it to everyone but after continuous bad experiences with me I don't think we shall ever be taking your services again in future.

                  To start with we are registered customers with kaya dlf galleria, gurgaon for more than a year now, registered mobile number - [protected] (Mrs. Asha aggarwal)
                  This mobile number is registered for me and my mother (Mrs asha), wherein she is taking facials and i have registered for painfree laser and facials.

                  Pls note the following points and i expect a reply for every point-

                  In this one and a half year, 4-5 clinic managers have changed and with every new manager saying that your amount is due, which as per previous manager and us is not. P. S - you guys do not provide any receipt for any payment or session that we take inspite of asking the manager to provide one.
                  Your so called "system" which does not provide any receipt to customers. Why?
                  No call backs and no call pick ups with repeated calls from our end but all in vain.
                  Then again we know a new manager, named - sonali or saloni is here who says your amount is pending, i call back again some jennifer picks the call, she says no amount pending and few sessions pending which again was wrong number of sessions that she mentioned.
                  But since we do not get any receipt from your bull systems, all we get a reply is that "our system says this" so your system tells different info to every other manager who checks it? (Manager before sonal or saloni was kalpana, before that kritika)
                  Pathetic management, pathetic experience, pathetic system, and bull customer retention, pathetic staff (Except - bimla and shampa)

                  Hoping a quick response from customer care of kaya else i will make sure i post this on every social media and file and consumer court complaint against kaya.

                    I, seema mittal, had my maintenance session of bikini and ua at clinic :- inside transocean house, adi sankaracharya marg, hiranandani garden, powai. On 15th july 2016.

                    I was having burning sensation under one lip, yesterday night i was
                    Hocked to see the big razor cut mark with burning mark under one lip,
                    The lip has also swollen. I am suffering burning sensation while
                    Passing urine and having pain also while sitting and standing.

                    I spoke to ms geeta with powai clinic, narrated all what i am facing
                    And also informed her that i have fly out of mumbai on 22nd july 2016,
                    Friday, but she was very casual to hear all and just suggested me to
                    Apply fubicit cream thrice a day, and if it does not heals come to
                    Clinic...

                    Do you think this was professional???

                    I felt, kaya skin clinic, consists professional group of peoples, but
                    This experience made me realised i was wrong and request all other
                    Peoples not to take further any services from kaya, as they don't care
                    For their clients.

                    As per the telephonic conversation with Ms Sonal from Head Office, i
                    visited your Powai Clinic yesterday (21st July'16) evening around
                    6:45, to see the Doctor for cut and burn mark around Bikini under the
                    lip Bikini area.

                    Sorry to say, Doctor was unavailable, so I spoke to Ms Geeta, Manager
                    of the clinic, I asked her the name of Beautician who did the laser on
                    me, the Beautician is Ms Pooja Paradkar.

                    I showed the cut and burn mark on bikini area to Ms Geeta (Manager)
                    and to Ms Pooja Paradkar (Beautician), and was very shocked to know
                    that both were very casual. I felt highly disgusting that in such a
                    reputed clinic who consists of professional team can behave and react,
                    When I spoke to Ms Geeta (Manager), I told her that I totally agree
                    its a human error, but don't you think that it's your responsibility
                    to intimate the client to take utmost care to apply the cream for
                    healing. We client trust you and handover our Body to you, Its such a
                    ultra sensitive area, and I am in pain from last almost a weak, but
                    she (Ms Geeta, Manager) infact of feeling sorry, started arguing with
                    me.

                    I had this maintenance session, as I will be completing my First year
                    of Marraige on coming 23rd, and have also planned a vacation for 10
                    days outside India, but due to this incident I have to cancel all as I
                    am in such a pain that unable to walk and sit properly...

                    Do you think whatever all I faced due to KAYA SKIN CLINIC, I deserved it??????

                    I suggest you, if at all, KAYA would like to maintain its goodwill in
                    clients, pls hire good, Etiquette professionals, and stop playing and
                    experimenting on others...

                      Hi team,

                      On july 6th i visited kaya for my underarms trial session in phoenix mall, bangalore. I liked it, so i thought to get it done.In this process i asked your kaya clinic people if there are any offers coming, and may be i can come and pay next week. Your representative clearly told me there are no offers for 2 months and asked me to pay right away. Well i paid 15k, and 2 days laters there is 50% off. Now since my treatment didn't start yet, i asked them if i can get 50% off and use the money for other treatment. They denied saying we dont know when offer comes, and we cant give you anything in a harsh way.

                      1) do you think 15k is cheap to pay?
                      2) if you dont know about offers, just dont blabber to get money
                      3) accept your mistake and dont be harsh to customers.

                      Since my treatment didnt start yet and your clinic took money before 2 days itself, why am i not eligible for 50% off?

                        The center/branch manager namely asmi bhat, has not followed the protocol properly. i had visited this clinic on 10th jul'16 at around 4:30pm. i had undergone a panic attack during the mask applying session but there was no doctor available and i was not helped with a doctor. i have brought 2 referrals but despite that i am not been treated well in this clinic.

                        Please look into the same.

                          Hi... I booked an online appointment with indore kaya clinic on 29 june 2016 11:30 am. I waited there fr 1 hour and when i asked they said of busy shedule... I asked abt wht nt informed earlier to me, as i have taken half leave frm the office they lied that they had. After wasting 2 hrs i returned without the service, and the way of talking was so rude nt expected frm the brand name kaya... So shameful. Still.. I m expecting some action or atleast revert

                            I had booked Kaya Laser session in January 2016 and took first session on 8th Feb 2016 from Kaya Lajpat Nagar center -Delhi and till that time I had no acne.
                            I had taken lower face package for Laser treatment which included upper lips, cheeks, chin, side locks and after first session on 8th Feb 2016, after that from that day I got lot of acne on the side locks and the beautician there told that acne will got within next 3-4 days. I was advised fucibet cream but on applying it didn't went completely. Then I went to another session in April 2016 as I wanted to meet my fiance and just after the session the number of acnes increased more on the side locks. So now I am not going to any other session though I had paid for 8 sessions. If the Doctor there does a proper checkup then they should not recommend anyone if acne can come and beautician there are not experts. They charge you for the entire package but the services are not good. Infact what I feel even cleanliness is not maintained and they don't have proper Dr who can guide you to go ahead with laser treatment or not. For them everything is OK.
                            Strict action should be taken against them Kindly refund my remaining amount I don't want to spoil my face with further acne.

                              I hv been taking lower face n full arms lazer fr last 1yr frm Lajpat Nagar Central Market Delhi.Nt getting satisfactory result and respond after so many calls n request.On 24 may i hv taken lower face maintenance n full arms 5th session and within 10days i gt hair growth bth on face n arms while usually i get n one and a half month.On my calls thy keep on evading me by saying tht v will consult dr n let u knw but till knw i didn't get any response.

                                I have taken the above mentioned services for side locks and bikini from kaya skin clinic, malviya nagar, jaipur (Gaurav tower).
                                I am highly dissatisfied with the quality of services provided by the staff. During the treatment the coverage area looked fine as it was mostly shaven. But post treatment i found a lot of area was not covered both in sidelocks and in bikini. Even after mentioning the issue to the staff they kept on convincing me that it is perfect coverage. What is the point of taking the services if result is not satisfactory and i can still see unwanted hair in the zone.
                                Its spoiling the brand name as well. I was supposed to take full body package from the same clininc. But now i really doubt. Kindly look into the matter.

                                Pathetic service. They are only bothered about their money nothing else. Results are bad. Appointments are never given in time. Cancellation everytime.

                                  My name is Darsana S Kamath and I had taken package for derma treatment, upper lip laser and combo pack for side chin and side from Kaya kochi- swapnil enclave
                                  All the payment was done as required and taken 2 or 3 sessions of chin, upper lip and derma but combo offer side was not started as they were not aware. I had been talking to staff from March 2016 to make the refund as I had to travel abroad and where Kaya has no clinic and they said I will get a mail.. Its been more than 2 months..I have no reply ...I follwed up several times..I made calls from here to India and they are least bothered. They asked me to call them next week.
                                  Its a huge amount for me and I cannot just leave it..Please do the needful and get me some confirmation. I had recommended kaya for my friends.Now I feel I was wrong...

                                    Hi I have taken a life time package for laser treatment for lower face. and taken lots of sittings. however at the time of pregnancy i have stopped the service. now after 2 years i would like to take the treatment again however the bangalore HRBR branch says it has lost my registration?!! I mean hello what is wrong with yu guys and your system...something i have put my hard earned money into and how can you loose my registration number?
                                    I am very upset and i am going to do all the possible negative publicity for kaya as possible.

                                      Hello!! Diz is umaya from Bangalore, 20days before I purchased some kaya face products for blackheads n pores from Manthri mall malleshwaram Bangalore. One o[censored]r expert suggested me ( 1. Face cleanser - safe for sensitve skin hypoallergenic, 2. All day Detoxifying concentrate, 3. Sunscreen SPF 15 4. Comedone control serum). After using diz 4 product I got lots of pimples on my face n I feel very dullness on my face.. So wat can I do now plz reply as soon as possible

                                        I got laser treatment done for chin and side locks from kaya punjabi bagh new delhi -26 on 7 th april morning 10.30 pm . This was done by some new girl... at that tym i felt she has done it right way but today i realised that she has not done it the right way... as sm of the parts on side lock r not covered and growth can already been seen at this tym which has never happened earlier... so my this sesson was a complete waste of tym session and money.
                                        So my point is u should not allow new girl to perform the task on there own and they should practice in care of experienced staff.
