This is regarding Kaya Khan Market services where my refund cheque is pending since past 10 months. First the SLA for refund as i was informed was not more than 3 months but it has been over 10 months since i have not received it. All the staff members and the centre manager (Mr. Amit)has allied up together to avoid responding to my calls consistently. The only response that i get is that you will receive a call back which never happens.This process has been infuriating especially when i have been a client of Kaya for several years and have referred a number of people as well.This is not how a customer centrist brand is supposed to deal with the clients. All the correspondence have always been on phone with Ms. Anshu and Mr.Amit from the same branch hence there is no written proof on any commitment on the date and hence they are taking advantage of this situation which is getting extremely frustrating for a client like me who is working and doesn't have time to regularly keep following up with the staff. Please provide a quick resolution for this issue. I hope this escalation helps me as i am really disappointed with the response and the way the clients are handled at your center where they will call you up 100 times to book appointment and get money but will never respond back when they have to return it.

    I have taken six sitting for peeling session for upper arms. after 6th session due to ignorance of doctor and attendent, it had de frost and left a permanent mark. I told doctor but of no help !! I had taken service from kaya skin powai branch.

I took a peel package from her and she told me this service is very nice n gives u permanent solution before 4 session but when I hv completed my 5 session and I told Meenu about my result but she is totally ignore me .and fighting with me is is very women, Meenu is totally sicko person

        I Nitin kapoor your 8 year old client wish to have my 2 deposits refunded Asap. Else i will hv no other option than to go to consumer forum for wrong practices. I do not wish to go in detail else it will effect a dignity of a woman. 27100 in kaya chembur credited by Suzie Kutty and 11500 in kaya pitampura. I DO NOT WISH TO ANYMORE CONTINUE WITH KAYA. MY 3 SESSIONS AVAILED IN LAST 2 WEEKS MAY BE PROPORTATIONATELY BE DEDUCTED. AWAITING YOUR REPLY AND ACTION ON THE SAME.

          I went to kaya, bangalore for laser hair reduction for my chin, however staff pursuaded me to go for upper lip, lower face and side face promising clean n clear face as end result. after two sittings the hair seemed to have reduced, but later started growing thicker and darker in areas where it was not visible earlier. no solution provided after numerous attempts at the centre. their only suggestion is to go for additiinal sittings to make more money. i want a solution and result for the money i have paid. i have ended up wasting money with no result, only embarrassment due to hair growth on my face which has turned out thicker and darker after the treatment.

          I don't understand how you classify it as complaint resolved as I was asked to take a package for maintenance sessions which would show benefits, however even post the maintenance sessions there has not been any visible improvement. Now they suggested me to continue with the máintainance session and come again and its just their way of making money. I want to see the improvement and not ready to continue spending huge amount as they bill

          The complaint has not been resolved yet. I have visited the clinic and spoken to the customer service rep, however they only have suggested to go for maintenance sittings by spending another few thousands of money, wherein my concern is requesting for a solution for the money which i have paid. I want them to provide a solution for the issue which i have raised. I am already going through enough embarrassment because of the adverse effect of their treatment

            I visited th Kaya clinic, Punjabi Bagh, Delhi branch on 27.5.15. I had taken an appointment for the trial underarm laser session @85. When I reached th room, the staff that attended was not efficient & just did not behave rightly. Despite my wearing a sleevless shirt, She asked me to remove my clothes. I asked her to give me a gown or something to change, to which she refused. She told me that they don't have anything to give me to change into. After that she told me that I hadn't shaved my underarms. I told her, that I wasn't asked to do it. If that was the case, u should have informed me while booking an appointment. And soon after she went out of the room, & I told her, if it's such a big Thing for u guys to give a trial session, I'll leave. I left the clinic without taking any session. Now my point is, r u guys so unprofessional? Don't u offer disposable/fabric gowns to change over? R the clients supposed to carry their own changeover dresses? If it's a pre-requisite to shave the underarms prior to th laser session, isn't it ur duty to inform while u book an appointment? Is this the kind of service u give for trial sessions? If it is so, pls stop claiming for such offers, bcos in reality u only give preference/ attention to the clients who book big packages with u. When this was the treatment I got on my 1st visit, y would I ever go there again? I definitely don't like it, & felt very upset with the kind of behaviour o[censored]r staff. I would never want to recommend u guys!

              The staff of Kaya skin clinic is biased towards their own interest. Staff gets a commission based on what service they sell, so instead of serving your interest they will serve their own interest. That is why instead of giving me a package for ND Yag Laser they gave me a package for Painfree hair removal laser for full body - as it is costly package so they get more commission. Painfree hair removal laser led to growth of hard, dark hair on those areas which had fine hair. On complaining they told me it is a side effect of Painfree laser. And they shifted me to ND Yag. I had some reduction but not much. The hair growth is still there and the worst part is on areas which had little to no growth at all :(. I signed up for: 6 sittings of Painfree laser Skin type: Fair Final Result: Only 20% or so overall reduction in areas which had dark hair. Uncontrollable dark hair growth on front, back and shoulders where I had no growth (very fine hair). Status: I complained to Kaya care and they have accepted their fault but refused to do anything about the case. They told me that the person who sold the package has left Kaya so they cannot do anything about it now. But on enquiring I got to know that the girl is still working with Kaya. So basically they never really enquired. Also they tried to compensate me by giving few sittings for face for free. But I refused to accept it. If you want to go for Laser, do not go to kaya. Instead go to some place where a qualified doctor or a qualified technician (in the presence of doctor) will do the procedure. While I took my sittings at kaya doctor was not consulted even once in 6 sittings. On enquiring they said doctor only does those procedures for which she gets money like for dermaroller. So stay away from such big names who have no concern for your time and money.

                I had done laser treatment in Ghatkopar - Rcity Branch, Mumbai.We were given false commitments that maintenance will be needed every 6-8months but in final result we have to do maintenance every month.We even recorded their commitment & shown in their head office still they are not giving proper solution. Money is fully waste at Kaya Skin Clinic.I wont ever recommend this clinic to anyone.

                  Hi, I had booked an appointment with Kaya at Alwarpet, Chennai at 7:00 PM on 7th May, 2015. I was in for a horrible treatment when I arrived at the clinic. 1. There was no record of my booking on the system.(They later found a leaflet on which the person had scribbled my number) 2. There was no beautician available to begin with. They said she had left home early. (That is no excuse to give to a customer, especially if they had made a prior appointment) 3. The moment they realized I am not going to walk away. They called someone up and told me that the person who was not there had tried to call me earlier and inform me. (I received no such call. There is no record of even any missed calls on my phone from Kaya) 4. The staff tried to twist the story and tried to play a blame game telling, I was 10 minutes late and hence cannot offer the service. (There was no beautician in the clinic. So no matter how early I might have reached I still would not have got my service. This was done in bad taste.) 5. When I said I would like to speak to someone higher in the authority such as a manager, the staff was uncooperative and just showed me the feed back book. 6. I have lost Rs.200 commuting to and fro to the clinic and have lost 2 hours of my precious time. I have visited other Kaya clinics and have liked your service but this is worst managed and I was deeply disappointed and also insulted. It just takes one bad egg to ruin a bunch.

                    I have a very bad experience with KAYA, they are just after the money not after customer satisfaction. Incomplete information is given when you go for a service. I went for underarm and elbow peel, I was provided 5 sessions for elbow nad 5 for underarms, after 2 sesions I got to know that I have to exceed those sessions as my skin is not showing improvement, so I decided to stop the elbow peel and go for underams after 4 peels I do not see any improvement and when I asked doctor about the same she said that you have to exceed peels as it might show results after 20-25 peels. Why this was not informed at the first place they just sell sessions of 5 peels and mention that it will work. People are just fooling there its hard earned money why things are not clear at first place. I would like my money to be refunded for the sessions I have not taken yet.

                      Hello I am a customer of kaya from past 4-5 years and i am always entertained with good service and conselling but kaya noida sector 18 is running lack of services an doctor there is not at all interested to spend time with clients eventhough when you don't have rush.She is just interested to tell you lill suggestiond ans send you out of her cabin.please take care of te same that after spending huge amt anybody wud expect gud service and results offcourse.

                        I would like to highlight an unpleasant experience that I have had at the Kaya Clinic, East street Camp Pune. I am a regular customer of Kaya and have taken numerous services in past. I am currently availing Kaya Peel service. Let me begin by giving you the sequence of events 1. I have booked my Peel session with kaya some 3-4 months back. I visited the clinic, the staff said the doctor is on the way and will be reaching in 10-15 mins which was okay with me. But I waited for more than 1 hr but doctor did not turned up. Finally i left the clinic without any service. Note: This instance happened twice. 2. Yesterday I had official appointment for Peel at 3.00pm on 25th April, till 4:15 Pm no room was available. Then when they started my Peel the lady applied a Vaseline on sensitive areas on my face and left saying she will call Doctor. After 10 mins or so she came in and said doctor is busy with consultation and will take more 10 minutes. Why would i have to wait if the appointment is confirmed? A. No courtesy or apology from the staff, as if they are doing me a favour. B. Horrible pathetic service. I request you to please refund my money for the other remaining session at the earliest as i don't want to availed any services. Regards, Rajesh M

                          The South extension Part 2 branch of Kaya Skin Clinic has very poor qualit service and a negligent staff. It is very troublesome to take an appointment with Kaya. Half the times, they say they will call you back but never do. Other times they allege that you are not registered with them. Money is paid in the beginning that is why the consumer has no choice but to continue with them. The staff does not care at all if you voice your concern to them. They have a horrible attitude towards the consumers problem.

                            I had a horrible experience with kaya some 7 years back when in the pretext of peeling, they ended up burning my skin (Safdurjung branch, delhi) and left me with scars on my face. My mistake that i didnt learn from this experience and went to their gk branch for a simple facial last year. The clinic manager, ms. Kiran tried her best to sell me on of their expensive deals, showing me my face in some maching and convinced me that i was the most ugly person on the face of this earth.
                            Willing to try and give kaya a second chance, i took 5 facial pack. Whenever i went for my sitting, they kept telling me that they have one or the other bloody magical treatment which will transform my face. My badluck, i fell for their trick and agreed to a treatment they called prp and some called derma roller. At this time i was treat like the queen of england and the entire staff was dancing on my finger. I took some 3 prp and 5 derma roller pack and was promised that the treatment would take care of my pores and scars.
                            I paid some 70k to them and took 2 prp and 2-3 derma roller sittings, not only are these treatments extremely painful, the after care creams that they recommend or sell too cost a bomb! I had to sit at home for 2 days ater each treatment for the sweeling and pain to subside and the staff and doctor kept assuring me that the effects will be seen in a month. I waited one month, then 2 and then a few more - but there was not an iota of change in my face! When i called the clinic and aked for the manager, they kept saying that call back will come. Guess what - no one called and i kept chasing... I even called the customer care in mumbai and complained. No use!
                            The package cost was about 90k+ and i had already paid 70k and told them that remaining will be paid but i need to see some improvement in my skin. When ever i called the clinic for manager or appointment - they reply from the other side was always " when are u paying the remaining amount:?
                            Common guys, which world do u live and think that u can cheat people... I pay 70k and get even worse skin texture and u want your remaining 20k money?!!!
                            Fed up i went to see the manager and the doctor who did my treatment, the minute i entered, the manager said that my skin looks great.. Blah blah blah... I aksed her to show me the pictures that she had taken before the treatment and she couldnt find it! (Should i be surprised at this?) all lies and trying to save their asses!
                            The doctor now after months realises that i shoudl get some more expensive blood tests done to see if she can recommend me some other treatment... I looked at her in amazement and wonder if she really has a degree to wrok as a dermatologist or making cut from the money they rob from the customers!
                            I have made repeated calls and visits to kaya to sort this but no one at gk branch cares there. If someone from their corporate office is reading this, please refund me my money back. I am extremely agitated and will not shy away from taking this public on any sort of forum and even go take help from my media friends if i have to...
                            If the company or staff members are not sure about the treatment that they are selling to customers, they should not be selling it. I came with a lot of trust to kaya to let them put needles and syringes in my face but i went through not only physical but mental pain too dealing with your gk staff members.

                              I have been a customer of kaya skin clinic since forever (because that's how long your staff takes to make one appointment of a session of q-switch laser). My name and number registered with your clinic in Greater Kailash - 2, M block market, New Delhi - 110048 are as follows: Namrita Chugh [protected] I had taken q-switch laser package for pigmentation and scars on my legs probably last to last season which included 6 sessions. I had to pay total amount in advance since there was a limited period offer going on. I'm left with only 2 of my sessions and see no improvement in my scars. That is not my priority concern anyways because I always believed that results will come out at the end of my 6 sessions. But unfortunately I have to ask for a refund for my remaining 2 sessions because every time taking an appointment is such a task you can't even imagine. I'm a registered customer at gk2 clinic but my sessions take place in vasant vihar because gk2 clinic doesn't have the equipment. This isn't really much of a problem because it is not very difficult for me to drive down to vasant vihar. I have been lied to since the beginning. In the very beginning I was told that my sessions will take place in khan market and I was pretty happy with that because it is nearby and my first session did happen there. After my first session I asked the staff at khan market clinic for my next session to which they said that they will book my appointment after a gap of 2 weeks and that I will get a call. But that never happened. I stayed calm. I called up the gk2 clinic after 3 weeks and asked for my appointment and then I was informed that my sessions will take place in vasant vihar. I still stayed calm, it wasn't much of an issue until next time. Your staff always says that they'll book my appointment and that I will get a call but it never happens. Literally, never happened till today. Anyways, so for my 3rd session I called kaya skin clinic helpline, they connected my cal to gk2 clinic and there they said that I need to call at vasant vihar clinic since my sessions take place there. I called up vasant vihar clinic and from there what came to my knowledge was that I need to call gk2 clinic because the doctor comes from there. Do you see my issues coming up here? Well, that's not it. Somehow, I got my appointment booked for the 3rd session and I was told that I will get a confirmation call a day before my appointment. And guess what? That never happened either. Your staff is really saving some money on phone bills, huh? So calm on the outside but really frustrated on the inside I walked down to the gk2 clinic asked them what the problem was. Then I was informed that they kept calling my number but always somebody else answered and said that there is no Namrita available. I was enlightened with the fact that my registered number had one error in it. So after 2 sessions have already taken place, how do you come up with an error now? Anyways I thought we had corrected the number until the next session. So now 3 sessions have already taken place and it's time for my fourth session. Of course your staff wouldn't call me for my own appointment at their very own clinic so I had to make that call again. I call them and do all the formalities required, they ask for my registered number and apparently the number I give them is not registered. Great! So I tell them my name and they finally find my details and they say that [protected] is the number registered on this name whereas my correct number is [protected]. Let's get into a little flashback here, shall we? This is the same problem that persisted during my 3rd session which apparently did not get resolved at that time because of the wonderful staff that you have :) So anyways I now get my 4th session done as well and now it's time for my 5th session. Same old same, I get my appointment booked, reach at vasant vihar and I am told that doctor is already taking someoneelse's session and that my appointment was at 10.30am and not 12.00pm. But I got a confirmation call from gk2 clinic for my appointment at 12.00pm and there I was. So the lady at the vasant vihar clinic called up the lady at gk2 clinic and screamed at her for this haywire business and also she gave me vasant vihar clinic's number and told me that I shall call on this number for my sessions. I still stayed calm and went on with it. So today I called up vasant vihar clinic for my appointment and guess what I was told? "You need to call gk2 clinic for your appointment because the doctor comes from there." You guys are really testing my patience here, aren't you? Well, just so you know, you guys have really gotten on my nerves. I screamed at the lady in vasant vihar and I got a call from gk2 clinic. So I wanted to book an appointment for this Friday (since my sessions can only happen on Fridays because of some stupid policy that you might have) and I was told that my appointment can be booked on 24th April, 2015. Because apparently the doctors at your clinic get a lot of leaves. Like a lot! I'm guessing I've made my problems clear to you and there is only one solution left to it. Since I don't want anything to do with Kaya Skin Clinic because of the amazing services that you provide, I want a refund of my remaining 2 sessions. I shall also do the math for you since you might not be capable of that. I've paid Rs.18, 500/- for 6 sessions i.e. Rs.3, 083.33(approx.) for each session. So the money that you owe me for 2 sessions is Rs.6, 166/- Thank You (mean it with all my heart)

                                This is with reference to the Kaya Skin Clinicat Siripuram, Vizag. Their staff literally forced me to buy a package of 6 photo-facials. I initially resisted strongly given my inability to be regular at skin clinics in view of my tight work schedule. However, a group of three women on Kaya's staff badgered me so much that I gave in and boy, did I regret it! The photo-facials were useless! Totally ineffective! I think they knew the quality of their product is no good and that's why forced the money out of me in advance so I would just have to keep coming in. Moreover, after extracting money for 6 phot-facials, they are now saying that the package was for 5 sessions, effectively ripping me off money of one phot-facial session. Not that I am keen on it as the service is absolutely faltu & bekaar. But it is a revelation that the Kaya Brand is into ripping off its customers too. I should be asking for a total REFUND from them. I have been disappointed with all their services till date, as nothing works as promised. Even their freebies doled out with packages are an insult as they have faulty dispensers and old, outdated contents. So no more Kaya Maya for me please. Their products & services are as BLAND & insipid as their signature color of white at the same time not living up to the color's nobility & purity. Kaya! Please do tell me how you have been surviving till date. I mean seriously, for beauty services, this is a very competitive era. And I am surely going to your competitors.

                                  Hi, This complain is regarding Kaya Skin Clinic, Aundh Pune Branch. After consultation, the staff asked me to pay for entire treatment which includes multiple sessions at interval of 15 days. But on calling for an appointment the receptionist just shouts saying they do not have any slot free reason being their staff on leave. They are just using my money and not at all providing any service. Thanks, Pooja

                                    I visited kaya . Doctor Neha suggested to me For . Peeling treatment with 6 to 7 times. She said i ll get fresh and clear look. But Result i got nothing. Infact i got much more dark mark on my face and neck. Now they are telling me go for laser treatment. I wasted more 50 k. NoW they want more. My question and complaint is that why they are making fool to us to sale their bad product. Infact i suggest everyone, if thEy Will give free treatment. Dont go ... They will make you face ugly.

                                      Cheaters Kaya! I'm under going a lazer hair removal treatment and my experience is worse. They try hard to fool the clients. Before every sesision, they mark the portion to br treated but when they start doing the lazer, they easily reduce it to half. They don't give the treatment on the marked areas. Fools. NEVER GO TO KAYA!

                                        Hi I took a few service and also about 5 products from Kaya which was suggested the doctors of Kaya, but my skin has become even worse than before. I have spent around 20000 for this...kindly suggest what to do I am very much disturbed due to this because my parents are looking for a groom for me and my face has become very bad after the treatment. Pimples has started coming and it is also leaving spots please help please please please
