Hi!! I am a Kaya skin clinic's customer since 2008. From Khan market clinic I took my sessions. Earlier there attitude towards there work was truly professional. There staff was good and cooperating. My experience with Dr. Hema was exceptionally good. But this year i.e 2015 there professionalism, etiquettes, behaviour all gone and they have turned into money making corporate house who is not bothered about customer and quality of there services....

Not at all good my skin became damaged more after the treatment i lost 6000 rs in the treatment however i could manage to get some money back, there is no coordination among the team and also the staff is rude at Ahmadabad cg road branch, would not recommend to go in kaya and spoil your skin also products arent effective at all, acne prone girls should avoid taking services especially, they would give u promotional offers and all but don't...

They sold me a PRP by offering a facial. I took an appointment. But I was shocked as when I went there, their staff misbehaved with me and told that I have consumed it already. I am getting laser treatment from kaya faridabad centre. I booked an appointment for 8th nov at 11 am and reached the centre accordingly. I was asked to wait for more than an hour inspite of having an appointment.
