Early this year they started with scheme as KSB cards Acc to it they are suppose to suppy a coupon of ₹2000 after 6 stamp collections which were given on each ₹1000 transcation. I have done that 3 months ago, and still havent suppied me with the coupon. When called at costume care they tell mam your last transcation is not of ₹1000, so u r not eligible. whoever in terms on the schemes its clearly mentioned dat they provide stamp only on ₹1000 spend each time.

    I took chemical peel and facial session worth Rs 30000 with Kaya. I was expecting Doctors to be legitimate and being responsible for their actions. I took few peels with dissatisfied and bad results- like scars, i was told i will see results soon. While on 30th Nov, the doctor decided to give me 35% glycolic peel, it damaged and gave me severe burns( 2 days i din go to office, due to burns on my skin). Till now after 23 days i still have marks. I had taken this thing before my wedding and this has worsen my skin. I want my full money back, they have ruined my skin for months. The manager is always unavailable at the clinic to take my feedback and do anything about it. The least Kaya should do is give my complete money back, if not compensation. I am highly disappointed in their service and never recommend any one. I feel bad that i trusted this brand right before my wedding. I hope they hear my voice at least here, otherwise they have the worst customer care.

    hey hiii.. i also have faced the same problem... n day by day my skin becoming more n more n more darker.. infact before my skin was much better than now... worst experience... highly disappointed...

I had kind of just tanning on my face so doctor in kaya skin clinic, salt lake kolkata suggested me with Q switch laser and chemical peeling. but actually it backfired on me, my skin doesn't get any better instead, it got worst than before. my treatment cost 26000/- in which i paid 20000/- and products of around 5000/-. and they are saying they are not responsible for anything. if my skin doesn't get results it shouldn't get worse. i want my refund or compensation from this clinic.

      Services From The Well Renowned " kaya Skin Clinic" Is Really pathetic You will have to go for lots of session and if you dont see any results they are not liable for that you will end up with just wasting thousands of bucks.

        Dear Sir /Madam i have visited KAYA skin clinic located in rajouri garden on 17th oct and took consultation for facial. Sana Shariff was the counselor who gave me the consultation and advised me to take the package of 3 services INtense white luxe which was for 12400 post discount, i was telling her that i will take one session and if it will suit my skin than i will come for further services and i domt have any issue if will not get any discount(cost 5000 without discount for once facial) right now and it is related to my skin and my skin is very allergic as i get allergy very easily so i ll come again "u just give onse facial than i will decide accotrdingly...but she was forcing and convincing me to take full package "mam u will not get desired results with one service and i am giving you best suggestion.Post long discussion package given to me for 3 services which costed to me 12400(invoice no. - inv1627). I have availed the first service post that the beautician who gave me the facial service told me that i m giving you the products which u have to use these products otherwise you will not desired results than again same story repeated i told her " see my skin very much allergic and these creams doesn't suit me very easily so i will take only two products i.e. cleanser and toner" but again she was after my life till the time i said yes to take the products which costed me rs.6900 ( inv - inv1634 and inv 1633). Next day i have got allery on my face and after 2 days pimples also so i have stopped using products. Than i hae received from kaya for next appoint ment and told sana shariff that i have got allergy on my face and and i don't want take any further sessions so plz refund my money than she told me mam come to the clinic and i will arrange the session, i said plz refund my money as i dont want to avail service than very rudely she said y u were not rigid at that as u are right now i was very shocked on her reaction. I could not visited the clink in november due to some family emergency and visited on 5th december and spoke to sana shariff at that also she was very rude and not ready to refund the pending amount.After long discussion she was convincing me to take the other services and my response ws]as no as iw as not satsified with service as well as with the staff behavior also. sans shariif said i m sending your complaint and you will receive call on monday i'e. 7th december and i haven't received any call from kaya ragrding my problem till even i hav called on 12th also and again same response from sana shariff on monday you will get call till now which i havn't received. So my request to the kaya is that plz refund my money which is pending with you around Rs.8000 and plz take back the products which i have used only once and few products not even once. I was not expecting this thing from kaya as your company is having problem in returning customer amount which i havn't used also.

        its already almost 2 month my amounts is pending wit KAYA but still no body is reverting on the same other wise for an appointment they may call n number of times ...pathetic customer grievance handling procedure... only money making is your business not the customer satisfaction.

          Hi!! I am a Kaya skin clinic's customer since 2008. From Khan market clinic I took my sessions. Earlier there attitude towards there work was truly professional. There staff was good and cooperating. My experience with Dr. Hema was exceptionally good. But this year i.e 2015 there professionalism, etiquettes, behaviour all gone and they have turned into money making corporate house who is not bothered about customer and quality of there services. This year again Dr. Hema suggested Fraxel laser to me for pitted scars. I have taken 4 sessions before also so know its pros and cons. This time again they charged me for full face that 8000/ session i.e total package of ₹32000. One session for full face takes 45 mins. Also if you have taken sessions before also then they don't have to check reaction of the session on your face and hence this time they could have started with high intensity sessions so that my 4 sessions turn out to be fruitful. But they have money making strategy in there mind and for that they gave me light session which didn't gave me required effect and also it was not on full face but only on few areas. Usually after session redness goes in 3-4 days and swelling in a weeks time but in mine case both went in an hours time only. It was so light and that was when I told the concerned person to give high intensity session. Immediately after 1 hr I started calling Kaya Khan market for informing about my situation and asked them to connect me to Dr. Hema but they said they will ask Dr Hema to call but no call came the whole day, all 4 times when I called they told me the same. After 2 day, that too when I shouted on them that they gave me Dr. Hema's no. I had word with her and she being doctor understood my position and asked me take that session again in 15 days time. This means that all my four sessions are intact and also she promised me to monitor the session. When I got time to take that session, I called them to fix the appointment, for 2 months they kept me on hold saying they don't have the machine and that I could take sessions at GK or I could wait till it comes back to them. Machine never came back, nor do they called to inform the same. Every time I called they told me the same and gave assurance that machine will come back. After 2 months when I mailed there Mumbai branch my complaint, Mumbai ppl told me that machine will not be back at Khan market and that I have to take session there only. 1st picture o[censored]nprofessional attitude. When my nearest point is there and when before taking money you have not informed me all this issue why should I suffer, but i did. Mumbai ppl lied to me that they have fixed my appointment with my concerned doctor i.e Dr. Hema and that my session will also take place at my concerned clinic only. When I reached the nor Dr Hema nor the staff new about the session and also they didn't had the machine. When I told Dr. Hema that my session as well as my appointment with you is fixed for this clinic only, she showed unawareness about the same and asked me to forward the message that confirmed all that. I did that and she was equally surprised. In front of me she had word with doctor at GK clinic, informed my situation, briefed about the intensity of the session and assured me best result. On her request I went to GK and thankfully that ended to be best session where full face was covered, intensity was high and as usual I recovered from after effect in a 8 days time. For 2nd session, I thought of going to GK only as I was stuck and also had less left in my marriage and 2 sessions require 1 months time in between. I asked Khan market clinic to book my session at GK for saturday. For this I called them on Thursday that means they had 2 days time. I again requested them to ask Dr Hema to brief doctors there about the intensity as they might have forgot as they don't write it down. In 2 days time they neither informed about the appointment or my request. In all 2 days time I was concerned and petrified, they were not concerned, and it was I only who was calling them again and again. They were not like this before. Finally on saturday when I called them they said that they are unable to reach Dr. Hema. Isn't it surprising that they can't reach there own doctor. Over and above they are saying that will inform doc there about my situation. That means now your skin that too for laser treatment is in non qualified hands. But considering that this time they had already made mistake and that they will not repeat again in just 4 session treatment their fault again. I went for the treatment. 45mins session they finished it in 15 mins. Giving polka dot type effect, that is when I have given money for full face. Those who have taken sessions will know what polka dot type effect was. I was wrong that I trusted them. In 4 sessions they messed my 2 sessions, is this called professionalism? Did I asked more if I am asking them to connect my doc on phone to the branch they are sending me too?? Is it not there responsibility that I get best treatment. I was their loyal customer and this is what they did to me that too before my big event. Over and above when complained for the same to there Mumbai ppl, from there the concerned person Ms Urmilla who was telling me that I have mental block that I want doc again and again, is it the way to talk to customer? Ma'am if this is so then on 2nd time when you did not have my doc briefing, why your session didn't end well. Why polka dot effect when I have paid for full face. By the way polka dot comes when you give session only in specific area and skin there only swells. She told me that they write all specifications on paper, even if that would have been true then why you were not able to repeat the 1st session specifications 2nd time? I asked them about the last specifications before my 2nd session but they didn't knew. Further she said that they are not doctor specific but treatment specific. Even this is not true as laser treatment can't be done done without doc and doc who knows your skin for long is an additional benefit as your skin may react. When I told them that I can't trust for my facials anymore and they should refund my facial money, they want to just give my fraxel money as they according them they are just left with 1 session and that they have to give only ₹8000. Where they had full money with them that is my facial account where I have not taken any session, they are not ready to give. When you are unable to give proper sessions and then you are not sorry also but showing shameful face and misbehaving, you want people to stay with you too. How long you can keep customer like this. When your 1st session went wrong and you promised me that session again that means I had 4 sessions after that wrong session and from that I have taken only 2 so still left with 2 and accordingly my left amount is ₹16000. Such ppl have gone so steep. Sorry state!!

            Not at all good my skin became damaged more after the treatment i lost 6000 rs in the treatment however i could manage to get some money back, there is no coordination among the team and also the staff is rude at Ahmadabad cg road branch, would not recommend to go in kaya and spoil your skin also products arent effective at all, acne prone girls should avoid taking services especially, they would give u promotional offers and all but don't try that as well, worst experience

              They sold me a PRP by offering a facial. I took an appointment. But I was shocked as when I went there, their staff misbehaved with me and told that I have consumed it already. When I told her that this is a lie and asked her to show any signature proof as I sign after any session, she said there is no signature.
              After this followed a long follow up with customer care and so far despite them lacking any proof, the case has not been resolved. This was a pure case of cheating and harassment as they sold a service under an offer for a facial and then showed it as falsely consumed and denied any signature proof.

              They do not follow any safety measure in RF treatments also and caused a great harm to my skin.

              The complaint is still not resolved. My total balance with Kaya is 21, 600. I was told to buy any product or service with this amount. I waited for the discount period but when it came and I went to the clinic, I was told that I am not eligible to buy any service at discounted rate. This was contrary to what Ashwini told me earlier, that I would be eligible for all kaya offers and discounts. Due to this, my money is still stuck at Kaya. Commitments made to the customer should be honored.

              There is no response when I call Ashwini at her number and the customer care number also does not get picked up. My money is till stuck. Kindly respond.

                This is Lavanya Chennu . I went to Kaya clinic In velachery, chennai, Tamilnadu . I am taking laser treatment for upper lip and chin And after 4 sittings, to my shock, I found that my Both the lips became black. Why the hell do you gust cheat people like this. I want all my money back for the damage you have done to me. I have paid 18000 in total . Please give my money back. I have all the proofs and photos to prove you Guys really suck.                   I am getting laser treatment from kaya faridabad centre. I booked an appointment for 8th nov at 11 am and reached the centre accordingly. I was asked to wait for more than an hour inspite of having an appointment. After one hour also no one came up n I went to the receiption n got my account transferred to another branch and left the centre without treatment. Atleast customer service and satisfaction should be priority and appointment should be given only when it's available. Horrifying experience !!! I want an action against it!! Customer don't have extra time that's wot appointments are meant for!!

                    In velachery, chennai for laser treatment for upper lip and chin . After 4 sittings, to my shock, I found my lips became black .
                    I have consulted dermatologist to get my lips
                    Into its original color which luckily worked out.
                    Why the hell does Kaya clinic cheat people.
                    Now I want all my money back which is 18000.

                      I had enrolled for laser hairfree lower face and upper neck on 5th november 2013 and as well as enrolled for maintainance of it on 27/09/2014 my customer id IS KYC84118 but instead of hair reduction it had worsened up. i am dissatisfied n in a dilemma as i have wasted my hard earned money on useless service. they just dont stick to their words and change according to their convenience...they dont have any etiquette as well as dont know how to respect n behave with customers..!!!

                        Hi, last year october-november I took kaya skin clinic package for under eye treatment and Cosmo peel worth Rs 25000. I took 2 sessions but didn't get the results at all, instead I got scars near my nosetrills.Now I am also an expecting mother and I wish to discontinue my treatment due to no results.So I asked them to deduct the amount for sessions done and refund me the remaining amount but they are refusing to refund saying that its not there in their policy.Can you plz plz guide/help?

                          Hi I first took 3 sessions of laser hair removal for lower face then took full body laser hair removal which was 1lakh 10 thousand I have finished almost all sessions only 1-2 left. There is no results and on the contrary I have itching on my full body and red scars on my full body. I went to doctor with this query she is asking me to do peels. Then I did prp, ICL, chemical peel all were waste off money. I have gone in depression seeing all these spots on my skin. The least you can do for me is to refund my money, if not full at least some amount. I cannot afford this much loss. Hope that you people will make an action soon.

                            So, i had been to Kaya Skin Clinic, Koramangala Branch for my severe acne problem. To start of with, i had been for a free consultation and the doctor checked my skin and suggested me to take up this treatment. I was told that the treatment will cost only 16600 & that there is some discount hence the cost. I blindly believed the same and paid the amount. Next, i started with my treatment and my first session lasted for only 15 mins after which they told me that my next sitting would be after 2 weeks. I was prescribed to take some antibiotic for 4 weeks in between (every 3 days) and was asked to come for the next sitting (2 weeks later). During the process, i felt there was no change in my acne and had been applying their suncreen (SPF 15) which makes my skin even more oily. There's no reduction in my acne and after 2 sessions within the same month, the incharge asked me to pay another installment of Rs 15000. I was shocked as i am already seeing no result and asking me to pay the amount shamelessly. Good that i went through the reviews and decided not to pay the next half if not it would have costed Rs. 31000 for the damn treatment. I will never recommend this treatment to anyone!! IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY!!

                              I want to inform you regarding my bad experience and wastage of money (Rs 70, 000) In June'2015, I saw free consultation advertisement on social networking sites, after reading I visited the nearest skin clinic in Chandigarh (which is 2 hrs journey from my residence) to avail the offer. As I am having dark circles and uneven skin tone, doctor suggested me to go for eye peel session (10 sessions for approx Rs 19, 000) and Antox ulta sheen therapy ( 3 sessions for Rs 18, 000) for making skin nourished so that Q swtich laser therapy can be done. Along with this they suggested me home kit for dull skin costing around Rs 9, 000 As I wanted a clean skin I paid the money of total around Rs 46, 000. After 1-3 sessions of eye peel slight lightness was observed I was happy with the service and also took 6 sessions of Q switch laser as suggested by doctor costing Rs 25, 800 for 6 sessions. After 3rd session of eye peel the effect stopped and my eyes started getting more and more darker and my skin was same after every session of Q swtich though it was told that single session of Q swtich is also result oriented. In 8th session of eye peel, area under my right eye got burned when I informed doctor she told that mark will not remain but it is still there after 3 weeks . After 4th & 5th session of Q switch, pimples getting started coming frequently on my face though I never had pimples on my skin as I am having very dry skin. Now 01-01 session of both eye peel and Q switch is left from the package but I have not found any improvement rather left with burning scar and pimples on my face. I am very much disappointed after spending Rs 73, 000 rupees over such services apart from 4 hrs journey to avail every session and RS 200 fare charges for every visit - Rs 2000 (for 10 visits) Such huge amount would have been invested somewhere if I have gone for some better options. I need justice towards my skin & mental harrassment or refund my money, Rs 73, 000 is not a small amount that I can forget easily and that too without any improvement. Need Justice.                                   I was taking sessions from kaya skin clinic green park new delhi since 2years or more. And they cheated me, by extending the area for laser to make more money. They did 2 sessions of the area for what i payed and the extended area including in it by saying its a part of it but when i went for another session after few months, the same docter Priya and Noushi refused to do again by saying it was a mistake by them that time and wont do again. The branch manager Megha there started arguing with me and said we did twice by mistake and cant do again which means kaya did a mistake once to make money so we take another package but their mistake is a life time problem for that me. Later the brand manager started being very rude to me as if she abusing me and left me alone in the room by saying "hum nahi karege jo karna hai karlo". What was my fault? Why they cant take care of the issue the mistake they did? Am i asking for much? Do not suggest kaya to anyone, i was shocked there are many unsatisfied customers due to sessions and their money minded business technique. They are not helpful and cheat us even the helplime people and headoffice people just listen the probelm buy do not help as they all are involved, we all have to take a step against our sufferings by the by fowarding the message every where in social media and aware other people going kaya green park specially. As the headoffice or customer serive is part of the clinic and support them only even after looking at the client's photo. Either i should be taken care of what they did or the docters there and the branch manager should be dismissed. I need justice. It is their fault and says easily but ruined my life my face. Resolve my problem!

                                    Hi This is usha Singh from Chandigarh, I am client of Kaya since 10years. But now I feel they have started cheating clients in name of services. Right from head office to the centre. I had taken service from Kaya centre mgf in Jaipur. I made payments in two parts, and asked for bill, but was told system issue. But it will be done. I got the service transferred to Chandigarh, where in I was in card about pending services and was said no dues left. But when I visited Chandigarh clinic was told that amt of 2000 is pending. Called up Jaipur was told it will be sorted out. Even after a week when no call called them up again, they said they forgot but it will be done, then again when no call called up helpline and info them regarding the same. Was said it will be sorted out and i will get call soon, when after week no call I called up they connected me to head office, I spoke to them, was told will be done by today. And that you iday never came, its almost two months, that means rite from higher authority to clinic all are fraud. I work for a news channel and I guess need to alert ppl abt the clinic like which happened in case of Maggie.

                                        I am customer of kaya Phoenix market city Bangalore since last 10 years.

                                        I wanted to convert some of my packages, and have been seeking help on this from a staff called shanta.

                                        I have been discussing this with her for months.

                                        N still, didn't get any resolution so have been following up by calling the clinic every day since a week.

                                        Every time I call, i get an answer she is not available, not around, busy.

                                        Today, when I asked about the same over the phone, was very rudely answered by staff called maclan.

                                        I told her I called just 2 hrs back regarding the same, n was told that, i will get a call back and now this lady is telling me she is not around n left for the day!!

                                        When I said, i have been calling every day not to listen the same thing again n again n when you are telling you will give a call back n not doing i am going to complain about this to your manager, i was rudely answered by the staff called maclan go ahead n do that!

                                        I asked her to give the phone to clinic manager, she rudely denied and disconnected the phone.

                                        I want a serious apology from the clinic manager on this .

                                        I have paid hefty amount on buying your packages and you are not doing any favour on me by answering my calls.
