Dear sir/mam, I have gone to kaya on 22nd April 2013.I was having little bit pimples and lot of open pores in my face. In my first visit, in Kaya, purna das road, I told Dr Saha that I am concerned for only the open pores.He told me I required 4 session of Acneefree Aquatherapy and 4 session of Demaroller for my skin and by the end of 8 sessions, my skin will be glowing and open pores will also be reduced . Now, after 7th sessions, my face becomes dry, dull and the pores becomes much deeper and i'm also getting pimples. And now he is telling me for my open pores i need some laser therapy.I don't know what is going on.I paid total Rs 35, 000/- excluding the products. My entire money is lost there and blocked there. My skin is totally damaged by kaya.Now my face looking ugly and also rough.My relatives are always asking about this.Such a bad and non professional clinic, I never came through before. I want refund of my money asap.I am having the copy of my bill receipt.Can anybody help me how to file a case against them in consumer forum. I am waiting for your answer. Thanks

    I have taken a service for pimple /acne treatment in kaya skin clinic .Iam literally pissed off with this clinic ..WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE . I had paid Rs.40000 and for the past 1 yr, I had visited clinic so many times and there is no proper response at all. When the people get the money from us and guarantee the offer, it should be taken care. Also there is no proper records maintained about the Customer. I really want to get rid of this service. It would be really great the clinic refunds my money .Iam totally disappointed with the service in this clinic –CHENNAI ADYAR KAYA- WASTE OF MONEY & TIME ….Manager-- Worst service always money minded … never treats the customer for satisfaction only concerned about money . Its been one year now no proper appointments …..not at all happy with the service ..Visited branch so many times …I don’t want to continue further or don’t want to go with any service with KAYA … Also I had spoke to current manager and he promised that it would be taken care, However I lost the hope. Hope you will be escalating this from your end and refund the money asap. KAYS SUCKS TIME AND MONEY A BIG TIMEEEEEEEEEEEEE……………………………………….

      kaya skin clinic is the biggest cheaters ...please don't pay your money and waste everything on them.. i payed around 1 lakh rupees for laser treatment... once after you pay they are least bothered about you...its totally a waste of money ..please don't invest your money there... the results are poor... don't feel later on after you give them the amount.. the staffs bhavani and anto and jagadish who where working there are very arrogant handling customers ...

      Kaya Skin Clinic customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      i still have my pending sections with acne with aqua therapy...please help me with my service or else return my money and i wanted to move on to alwarpet kaya clinic from adyar .. also help me with that.. they are not picking my call at alll...they are least bothered about my service appointments... and i have 4 sections of laser treatments still pending and the second section of laser for face has not been completed...

        Hi,


        I am Shyamala. In the month of May, i went for a consultation to Ispahani Centre Kaya Skin Clinic and met a dermatologist. He found my skin to be sensitive and recommended a peel and few products. He suggested me to start using the products right away. I went back with a foot cream alone that day and came back in the month of June and purchased Face wash and Sun screen lotion as per kaya skin clinic's dermatologist recommendation. When I started using, after 3 days i had pimples all over my face. i discontinued the face wash and even then the pimples were there. I discontinued the Sun screen lotion and my skin was better. Again I started using the face wash and there were no issues. I called Ispahani centre Kaya skin clinic on 29th June regarding this and the number was at error. I tried calling continuously and finally on 1st July I got a message saying the number changed. I called them in the new number and some lady picked up. When I told her, i wanted to return the sun screen lotion and i am ready to come by 7.30 pm that day she told me to come on a saturday. I told her i won't be i town this week end and she suggested me to come on next saturday with pre booking which is 13th july. I called the clinic this morning at 10 ( i am waiting to get this issue sorted. so i m trying to reach them as fast as possible). A lady picked and then she passed on the call to a guy. I explained them both the issue and then they asked me to come on Monday as only manager can take decision on this. 1st July was a monday, wouldn't i have gone on that day itself if this is the solution. Then I asked them for their Manager's no. and they gave me Ms Rema's number. I spoke to her. She accepted the fact that their number was not working in the last few days of June, but she refused to accept the returning of the product as it is more than a month. I asked her was it my fault that the number you provided was not reachable, and was it my fault that your colleagues asked me to come today and then now asking me to come on monday. I told her also to check the quantity of the product as I used only for 5 days at the max. she refused. She was very rude and told me she cannot accept returning of the product. She asked me whether I had done this returning in any of the stores. For your information, Jockey showroom do accept product returning for genuine reasons. Metro shoes accept product returning for genuine reasons. All trusted brands do so. I trusted your cilinic so much that only based on your dermatologist recommendation, i used that product. You have to trust your customers too. Now I am rethinking to discontinue all kaya's products. I will not buy new face wash or foot cream when my current ones get over. I willchange the product.

        Will I be getting a solution atleast now?

          My daughter is availing various services from Kaya from Adyar/T.Nagar for the past seven years. She took a package for Laser hair removal for chin and upper neck. We did not get the promised results. She took about 20 maintenance sittings in T.Nagar. The hair growth just got worse and the treatment was completely useless. We were advised to switch to pain free laser and continue the treatment at Alwarpet. After a few single maintenance sittings in Alwarpet, we were suddenly forced to take a package. We insisted that the package should be for chin upper neck. It was accepted by the branch manager Ms Surekha Raj and we took the offer and package.

          Throughout, in the past seven years, the treatment was for chin and upper neck only. Now, half way through the current package, taken some 15 months ago, when she went for the fifth sitting, with prior appointment, she was told very rudely that the package was for chin only and she had to pay more. She was rudely sent out. This is a shocking treatment reserved by Kaya to a customer who stood with them for seven years, in spite of poor response to the treatment.

          We wrote to [protected]@kayaindia.net. The area manager spoke to me the next day. She was very rude and curtly told that nothing can be done. Though mistake was completely on their side, she doesn’t own up any responsibility for the discourteous service. It’s apparent Kaya doesn’t value the relationship with clients.

          WE DO NOT WANT TO CONTINUE WITH KAYA. WE ASKED KAYA’S ALWARPET BRANCH TO REFUND THE MONEY FOR THE TWO SITTINGS NOT GOING TO BE AVAILED BY US. I EXPECT POSITIVE ACTION AND THE REFUND CHEQUE BY 16TH JULY, 2013.

            Kaya is the fraud company.. I am member of it since 3-4years n they havr just looted money from me suggesting different packages.. I have spended lakh of rupees on packages suggested by them... and in return getting zero result... I would suggest no one should go in kaya n false pray to their false commitment...

              I was a regular client at Kaya Khan Market for over 1 year. I came to Kaya to erase the black mark I got on my arm. The mark was not that serious and they promise it would be gone after 1 month of cosmo peeling treatment that cost 10500 IND with discount, exclusive of the kaya products. Then I was asked to buy Sunscreen, and C serum. However, after 3 months, nothing really changed. Then I demand for a laser treatment, which took me another 3 months. The mark still visible. They started to ask me buying some other products from other chemist and try it on my skin. I felt like they were experimenting me. Worst, the mark is still here. When I show my disappointment, they suggested me to go for the same session all over again and asked me to pay for a new package which cost 12500. I felt like they were treating me like a fool. I wanted a refund but only be ignored. I live in a diplomatic community and have been to many country, and this is the first time I felt like my money was conned. I put my trust in Kaya and they failed me, I would tell anyone I know to stay away from this clinic. This really create a bad impression on Indian clinic services.

                I have spent around 30000 for treatment & creams for pimples.scares, black heads & whiteheads on Kaya Skin Clinic -Dr.Eshwari(Jayanagar Bangalore),Instead of getting better it has gone worst and shape of the face also has changed, My 1 cheek is up and another cheek is down & swollen. I have been following up from past 1 year for refund of my money and none is giving satisfactory reply and neither reverting to my mails , I am totally dissatisfied with Kaya service. Kindly help me to get my money back.

                  I have done my treatment with Kaya Skin Clinic at Worli in this same year for my pimples and blackheads for 1 month everything was fine but after 1 month i got more pimples and blackheads on my entire face. My money has got totally waste and at present my whole face is totally spoiled. And i believe Kaya is providing useless and worst service in this world.

                    My name is Priyanka and I am from New Delhi, India. I have been visiting Kaya Skin Clinic New Delhi Vasant Kunj Promenade Mall Branch and Safdarjung Branch for over 5 year now, having taken several different sessions and packages as suggested by the doctor and kaya staff members of these Kaya branches .

                    Recently I had taken a kaya skin pigmentation peel package which include 6 peels after much insistence and recommendation by the kaya staff in Kaya Safdarjung Branch . Though at that time it did seem to me like the staff wanted to meet their monthly target and therefore convinced me by giving repeated calls to go for this treatment even through it was not the right treatment for me. At the same time I was also undergoing another treatment Aqua Fairness Looks in the kaya skin clinic sadarjung branch. During the time I was taking the kaya skin peel package I was told numerous times verbally by the staff that I could change the package to Aqua Fairness Looks if I did not like it. I patiently waited to see great results from this peel package but could not see any improvement rather it made my skin look dull and made my pigmentation marks more prominent on my face. After undergoing three of these skin peel sessions and utter dissatisfaction, I requested the kaya staff in the kaya skin clinic safdarjung branch to switch the remaining session to the Aqua Fairness Looks session by the staff and asked them to give me an appointment for a session of Aqua Fairness Looks. I went for my scheduled appointment to the kaya safdarjung clinic and went inside the kaya treatment room anxiously waiting for my session but then the Assistant manager came inside the room to give me a shock by telling me that I have a balance of on Rs 1000 left and I will have to pay for the current session. When I told the new assistant Manager (Joined a few week ago) that I have 3 treatment left of the value of about Rs. 6800 . I was asked to give her a proof of the same by showing her a bill of the package and she also told me that the system and policies of kaya Clinics have changed and that they do not have a copy of bills and have therefore asked other clients to show proof of purchase by showing them a bill. When I told the new assistant manager that during the time of purchase of the peel package I was told that I could change them to the Aqua Fairness Looks if I did not like it . To this remark of mine, she plainly refused and told me that it may have been informed to me but not written anywhere. I was shocked and she indirectly meant that I should not trust anything that the kaya staff including the doctor in kaya tell me and should take written commitments for all my dealing with kaya . Being a long-time client of Kaya, I was so disappointed by the rude, unprofessional , disrespectful and un accommodating behaviour of the entire staff of the Kaya Clinic Safdarjung branch specially the new client co-ordinator and assistant manager that I left the Kaya Clinic Safdarjung Centre without taking any treatment. I feel cheated and it seems like Kaya treatments have become a hoax and the only thing that the kaya centre is concerned about is minting money from their clients rather than giving quality and genuine services to their clients. I feel this new attitude of kaya is going to make them loose a lot of their regular clients. I will surely broadcast my horrific experience to all my friends and people and advise them not to go to kaya


                    No One in Kaya Clinic realized that they are losing on their most loyal, faithful and old client who has always most genuinely tried spreading good things about Kaya.

                    I also had a bad experience at kaya recently. They promised me 3+1 aqua fairness package and recently lady at kaya preet vihar calls me and asks for the proof of it. 15 days back the same package was offered in front of her to me. Even the sessions did not give me any good results. She did not even have any sense of talking to the client. I was about to take other services, which iv decided i will not take at kaya. I will also find some other laser clinic.after such a bad experience at kaya.

                      Money minting, poor results, unfair charges

                      Hi.. I hav been to kaya ( Cochin) for the past two years.. I took two packages of salicylic peel.. Which was an utter waste of money..later on I tried their laser package for upper neck and lower face .. ( it was atleast useful than the peels)..and I came to take upon this package jus under the guarantee of the doctor (working in kaya Cochin) and the staffs that after the 6 sittings , the maintenance will be only 700-800 rupees per sitting.....

                      I have taken a laser package from Kaya. Firstly, I had to pay a huge sum all at once. The attitude of the staff was very pleasing initially but as they got my money, they started showing their true colors. Just after I made the payment, they were so arrogant, and troubled me to give appointments, stating they had no free slots. Everytime taking appointments has been a pain. I've taken 6 sessions and I'm not at all happy with the results.

                      Expressing my concern to the clinic doctor and the staff, they have been least bothered. They just like to show-off and are always arrogant. They have no manners and don't know how to talk to their clients. Being clients who've paid so much we have every right to be angry and are justified to this anger. But they have no right to behave the way they do.

                      Moreover, the other I've observed is that I see new faces whenever I've visited the clinic. The staff keeps changing which is a clear sign of their inefficient management. In fact, looking at their faces and skin I feel they seriously need help.

                      Anyone going to Kaya should think 100 times before paying that huge sum, because the results are not good and the staff is arrogant, least concerned and they don't know how to behave and handle their clients.

                        I had previously taken 6 sessions from kaya regarding my acne problem... which was one year ago which worked beautifully on my skin. however, recently the acne has started again and i was advised for 4 additional sessions of salicylic peel... its been over 2 months now and i have completed 3 sessions but the acne is getting worse with time.. im very disappointed with the outcome...the products are ineffective too.. please help

                          I have got my blackheads removed from Kaya twice. They have the most inexperienced staff when it comes to performing these kind of services..my nose is completely covered with marks now and I feel like covering it with a hankerchief because it looks pathetic. Kaya, PLEASE SHUT DOWN.

                            I went to Kaya skin clinic in April 2011 and took a treatment for pigmentation.The doctors pointed out the uneven skin tone and suggested me the treatment of 9-10 sessions.They promised hat results will start showing in 3 sittings.No results happened on the pigmented skin but on top of it I started getting pimples and acnes on my face due to the reaction of some new treatment.Each time they would suggest me some other treatment.

                            I also followed each and every product/ dates of treatment recommended by them very regioiusly.Each time I would go for the treatment I find a new doctor who would never know the history of problem.Doctors at Kaya Skin Clinic are just useless.I certainly doubt their qualification and experience.

                            Anyhow, despite my dissatisfaction I kept going for the treatment since I had paid the money.Once they take money from you, they just do not bother.Even the clinic managers are very politically smart and sometimes very rude.If you ask question they get bugged up and start giving illogical explanations.so, to conclude, after having all the recommended sessions nothing happened.NO RESULTS!!

                            It took the whole year and all waste of money & time.

                            I WOULD SUGGEST NEVER GO TO THEM.!! NEVER NEVER NEVER!

                              I am a member of the kaya skin clinic for the past 7-8 yrs now. I have undergone laser hair removal treatment for lower face and also enrolled for their Life-time value plan which allows me to take up maintenance sessions at a nominal price of Rs.750. This was the case until early this year. Yesterday when I called for an appointmewnt, was told the session would now cost Rs.2100! And that maintenance fee is the discretion of management. If that is so, why call it a life time value plan? What is the benefit of being a long time member then? Laser is not a beauty session like everyday radiance which people would misuse in the name of maintenance. People come for laser only because there is hair growth. And we have already paid the premium for the life time an at the time of enrollment. This increase only seems to be another money minting trick from Kaya.

                              I too faced the same problem.Laser maintenance session now cost 2800 for me and when i logged a complaint with kaya i got a call and again visited kaya .They were trying to make me take another package worth 9000. KAYA Sucks!

                              Yes, I agree with Sapna & Shruti. Today when even i called for maintenance session they quote the normal price of 2400/2800. But on mention of previous package redeemed they then consider to provide a consessioned rate, since this is maintenance (wherein the growth is bare minimum) for this they should definitely give a consessioned rate.

                              They need to upgrade their IT system where it should flash that the consumer has already availed for a full laser package and now only intends to do maintenance session.

                              This maintenance session rate card should be readily available to the consumer & the person on phone should not just neglect by merely booking an appointment without disclosing how much would it cost.

                              I have been a member for kaya since 2 years, they are costing me 3 times more for maintenance. I am really disappointed, you should respect your regular customers .

                                  This complaint is against Kaya Skin Clinic, Kamla Nagar. I had written this mail on 7th May, 2012. Then I received a response saying that the reimbursement is being considered. But nothing has been done so far. Please dont go to Kaya ever. They are only interested in the money, but never in really treating your problem or helping you out in any way.
                                  My name is Meenakshi and I had subscribed to the "Pigmentation Solution
                                  (Epidermal) - Peels" of the clinic on 21/4/2012 (Client Code:KNGC7508). I had paid a sum of Rs. 16,600. Immediately after the service, my face broke into pimples and it still has not gone away yet. The lady who sold me the package Ms. Shweta did not ask me to consult any dermatologist at the clinic, but told me to just get ahead with the treatment. I had informed her about the sensitivity of my skin, but she said that she had just asked the dermatologist herself and that I can go ahead, and that there will not be any problems. As I had a major breakout of pimples after this
                                  treatment, I want to discontinue with this treatment immediately. Also, I do not want to buy any products of Kaya, and not do I want to
                                  subscribe to any services offered by your clinic, because I do not want to keep experimenting with my skin. As I already had a bad experience,
                                  not only am I wasting money, I also am facing additional problems because of which I had to consult a dermatologist (not the one at Kaya)
                                  for getting remedial treatment. Therefore, please refund the entire amount of Rs. 16,600 at the earliest as I do not want to avail of anything else in lieu of the aforementioned services. Kindly try to do this at the earliest so that I do not have to go through more inconveniences.

                                    Hi, I am Neha and I was taking the treatment for laser hair removal which was finished in Dec - 2011 at Kaya skin clinic in Vile Parle, East. However I would rather say that the procedure for 'so called treatment' was the only thing which finished. I have not found any difference in the hair growth and the Kaya staff has asked me to take the maintenance sessions, with a cost of approx Rs. 3500 per session. I have already invested Rs.30,000 with no result and I fail to understand why I should pay more for the treatment which Kaya promised to treat. If Kaya is not able to treat, then they should return the money or continue the treatment till the results are achieved. I think it is a blatant cheating and fraud played by Kaya. At the time of taking the fees, they had strongly assured that the results will be positive and at the maximum, there might be only light hair which will not be visible with naked eye. I feel that the customer should be made aware well-in-advance (before charging them full fees at one go) if they expect that the results could vary. I have seen few Kaya replies to some of the complaints registered here and hope the higher authorities are trying to set the things right. If that is the case, I hope my complaint is redressed or else I will have to unwillingly take the shelter of law.

                                      I have been a customer of Kaya Skin Clinic for about 2 years now. Have used many of their services including IHRT, ILS, Peels etc.
                                      Had opted for Laser Hair Removal in 2010. However have not been able to avail the service since I have been having multiple health problems.

                                      Even the doctors in Kaya have agreed that the services cannot be performed under the administration of drugs I m taking. As a result I wanted a refund of the money paid for the package, since it is a huge sum and I cant take any service under my conditions.

                                      However from the last 2 months, there have been multiple delays. Delays in setting up appointment with head doctor. Then every time the documents and file is not forwarded for consideration, computer is down, person is transferred.... multiple excuses being provided !! After all this, request to transfer it to friends etc etc etc. I am tired of this delay in even beginning the processing of my request !!

                                      This is the level of customer orientation and service provided !! And that too when my medical condition itself necessitates that I cannot take any treatments from them ! Their own doctors think its unsuitable but they don't want to refund.. Do administrative people recognize the need of a patient better than a doctor? If this is a way of working capital management by them, it is extremely disappointing and unprofessional !

                                      Need an immediate resolution to this.
