Post the complaint I had written to the Clinic(regarding improper treatment) received a call from the concerned department saying that some senior doctor will be handling my case and was told that an appointment has been booked already in my name. One day prior to the booked session when I call the clinic they said there is nothing booked in this name. Kept calling the clinics as the clinic where Q switched Laser is to be performed is different from where Derma roller sessions will be done to where the senior doctor sits and that the doctor only visits these clinics on special requests and was informed that he will not perform any procedure. I asked the clinic personnel to check the days when the doc pays a visit to the clinic so that I could confirm the appointment. Have called the T-Nagar clinic so many times, have been always told that they need to check with Adyar clinic and will get back. Its been 15 days and I have not heard back from them. Have been trying to reach out to Adyar clinic too where the manager is rarely available (have been told she will come on so and so time). Anyways its been a struggle arranging for appointments where no one exactly knows the process. Must have called the Clinic over 20 times.(This what the best in industry has to offer) Everytime some new person from head office will call up promising things like ruling out chart for the sessions/(which are verbal promises without any base) My Question is that why should I struggle about petty things like getting an appointment fixed. I think I don’t have enough patience/energy/time to keep calling the clinic as I am a working woman and narrate stories about my intolerable/horrifying experiences each time to the customer care. The customer care told me that they do not have any complaint by my name in their records (This was the WOW! Moment for me).Have nothing more to say I think I am done with the inefficiencies/unprofessionalism which your clinic has in store for your clients Need my refund back which sums up to 44k as I do not wish to avail any services in your clinic.

    This is in reference to the Derma roller session I received at KAYA today, at adyar chennai. It seemed the doctor there did not know much about the treatment and did not perform the treatment well as she did not apply the roller on my nose which was a concern cause i went to the clinic only for reduction of nasal pores.Secondly she did not know the difference between the Pores and scars and kept on addressing pores as scars I paid some 44, 000 rs as part of q switched LASER and Derma roller treatment sessions. Moreover she did not explain me the precautions and regime to follow and walked away after the treatment leaving me to wonder what's supposed to be done next I am myself a doctor and could realise that she did not perform the session well by rolling dermaroller for mere 3 minutes on the face when the application time is 15-20 minutes.When questioned about not rolling it over nose she walked away saying the attendant did not apply the anesthetic to the nose which she had When the clinic does not have experienced well qualified doctors, it has no right to make fool of people like this . I need the refund of money paid as I do not wish to avail further services. My experience has been horrifying at the clinic and I feel disgusted about the way the clinic is fooling people around.

      I had done by laser treatment with Kaya Bandra clinic and the doctor there sold me the PRS peel package for INR 21675 charged to me under Invoice number INV-1001334R6L4Y6 under customer ID KYC1091073, client code BANC29041. I also have an maintenance package going on with them on the laser treatment besides above. INR 21675 charged to me under Invoice number INV-638110-L1M8G5 under customer ID KYC1091073, client code BANC29041. + Maintenance package additional . Today i had an appointment with Kaya which was pre-booked over a month in advance and re-confirmed yesterday. When I reached at the appointment time at bandra branch, I was made to wait for half an hour . Upon insistence they moved me to the room with another attendant and not the one with whom I had specifically fixed the appointment. After moving in the room i was made to change and initial preparation was started. I was then made to wait another half an hour in the room half ready for the treatment and was informed every ten minutes that the doctor was coming . After half an hour I was informed that a male doctor will perform the treatment. While I refused to be treated by a male doctor due to the requirements of the treatment, I was informed that the female doctors had left for the day and I should get this done with a male doctor !!! I demanded a refund and cancellation of the service as half my day had been wasted in this unprofessional service of this clinic. It indeed seems like a money making racket. When i insisted to be provided with details of the refund and head of customer service for escalations, I was given no feedback and there is pin drop silence . I wonder if these doctors are unprofessional quacks who give appointment and have no respect for people's time and try to bully their own agenda on customers!! There is also no access to senior management either. I seek help to get complete refund of all my pending treatments with kaya atleast which they smartly collect money for in advance, crooks, let alone the compensation for time wastage, harrasment and mental anguish !!. Unprofessional Quacks !

        Hi I undertook an Aqua Fairness Luxe 1S - SS PKG on 12th September, 2014 at the Vile Parle Clinic, Mumbai. I had a severe allergic reaction post the treatment and had to get treatment at Max Hospital - an injection and antibiotic treatment worth Rs 3000. I had to take 2 days off office - my face was swollen and was red with itchiness. I filed a complaint telephonically on 14th September - complaint number 2394. Since then I have been following up for redressal. They keep putting me to the head office and I have not got a revert at all. I have made atleast 10 calls. They dont bother to come back despite promising redressal. Most unprofessional complaint management system. Bansari

          In July 2014, I purchased a package for under arm laser treatment in Sector-1, Vashi, New Bombay centre. (Bill says the package is valid till Aug 2015) At the time of purchase, I mentioned to them that I might travel out of country by year end and might not be able to avail all the sessions. I was reassured at the time of purchase that I can avail the service as and when I would like and that time is NOT a constraint. Again in October (after 2 sessions of 6 were done) I mentioned to branch manager, Laxmi, that I will be travelling and would like to extend the package validity, she assured and asked me to take her word-of-mouth. I requested her to sign my bill to give the assurance. She denied to give written confirmation. Hence on 15th Oct I made a call to customer care to request a written confirmation in email. But it has been 2 weeks and I am totally being pushed around by Ms Sunita and Ms Zarine by being told that they will call back but they NEVER call back! I am done with sloppy customer service by Sunita, Zarine and especially a rude treatment by Ms Laxmi, I want a refund and no association with Kaya again.

            My experience at Kaya skin clinic, begumpet, Hyderabad had been traumatic hell. I went for laser hair removal on my face. On my first day, everybody was talking too nicely. The doctor checked my skin and they told me i can either pay for a discounted price for all my sessions at once or i can pay session wise. i chose to pay session wise. They tried too hard to convince me to pay up for all sessions at once.The manager lady was quite aggressive too. But i dint change my decision. During the first session, The doctor said it will stinge alittle. But it hurt alot. Right after the session my face became little red. Then i came home, with in an hour or two, to my horror parts of my face where i had done laser began to swell. Disfigured. The upperlip was the worst. By next morning i had two large blisters which made my upperlip swollen to 2inches large size. After taking some meds they prescribed, it took more than a week for my face to become normal. It was the doctors mistake. she did not understand my skin. Dint ask me enough questions. i told her mine was sensitive skin. They should have given me the laser in very low range. Because of their negligence I had to go through so much trauma. Wasn't i paying them full money? There were lapses on their part at every point. Every session a different person handles you, knowing nothing about your case. They dint give me any compensation or anything. The doctor or manager dint apologise for the inconvenience caused. i once gave a feedback on kaya website about my experience. On my next session, they tell if you hav any issues, tell us and dont go reporting on the website. Then why ask for a feedback. Please be ready to go through all this, if you want to put yourself in the hands of these skin clinics.

              Its been 2 years, I got treated for my Chin hair removal laser treatment. It was the worst investment of my life where I wasted Rs.20000 at Chennai Annanagar Clinic. My Chin hair growth is tripled after the treatment. I have to use waxing/tweezers every 2 days to remove my Chin hairs. I personally wrote many e-mails to Kaya customer service. I went to their clinic few times and shouted at them. They are just money cheaters. I feel very annoyed and curse them almost daily because of this condition. I feel embarrassed to go out many times due to my Chin hair. Is there any possibility to get this corrected? or get my refund? Do they even care about their customers?? Thanks, Nikita Hotwani

                worst cliinic customer service...unsatisfactory appointments.kaya clinics dont respond to calls and they book appointments and at the day of service they cancel it...clinic services and staff talking manners is zero.they dun know how to communcate.staff don't know the package price and their computer system on which they wrk r so slow...it takes hell lot of time n money here but the packages r never satisfying.

                  I visited kaya skin clinic in aug 2013 for my acne treatment.I was told that I would have to take a package of Rs 30000 in which they will give me sessions of salicylic peel and my acne and pores will be over .After 2 sessions I noticed that my acne have worsened and pores have increased then I was given certain oral meicines for 6 months, I took these medicines and 4 more sessions but to no avail my acne have repeatedly worsened and on top of that the behaviour of the staff at the time of selling the package and subsequently is completely different .I was told on my informing them that I am a working woman that the clinic runs till 5 pm but subsequently I was informed that the last appointment will be given till 1.30 pm. I was told that i will be given a free facial and lase hair removal free but whenever I call to book an appointment they assure me that the clinic is busy .please look into this matter asmy acne have worsened and I may have to approach the consumer forum for refund

                      Let me begin by giving you the sequence of events - 1. I have booked my laser session (permanent hair reduction) with kaya some 2-3 yrs back and took a facial package a few months back. Since i shifted to gurgaon from jaipur, i got my services shifted here. I had not taken even one session in jaipur. And started with my laser treatment here some 2-3 years back 2. For the past 1 month i have been getting so many issues from kaya skin clinic - tbey have lost all my records and bluntly told me that we dont have any records of you taking any laser or facial from us (That too after making me wait for 1 hr at the clinic) 3. I made repeated complaints to kaya and even spike to kaya bombay clinic and explained my problem. I was told that all my problems will be taken care of 4. Then suddenly the lady at mega mall told me that she had out of the blue found my facial records and did my facial last to last week (thankfully i even have the bill with me for this package since it was booked a few months back only otherwise they wudv bluntly denied) and after my facial i booked the next facial appointment fir 13th july and also asked them to book my laser for 13th after the matter is sorted 5. My laser was booked two days later but they refused to do it since they could not find my records 6. I still got a msg a day after that 'thanks for availing our laser services'. I immediately freaked out that even though i had not taken any service and they just punched false data that they had done my data 7. I spoke to bombay center and they said they will enquire and let me know. I spoke to some lady called zarine 8. She called me 2 days later and told me that all my records had been shifted through system now and i will not face any problems in future. I enquired that if they did not have my records then how were they doing my laser for the oast 2-3 yrs so she said that they will enquire about the same 9. Now today i called kaya mega mall gurgaonagain at 7:55 (to be precise) and i was told that neither did they have booked any appointment for facial(which was booked as per point 4) and also to my surprise she told me that they got my records from jaipur but as per them nothing is pending( how the hell can jaipur clinic say that when i did not get even 1 session done with them) 10. Now i have a family function to attend on monday and have full growth of hair (which is a requirement for laser) but im absolutely pissed now because of your goo[censored]ps i cant get my laser done and will have to get waxing done 11. Pls note that you better resolve this issue within tomorrow because i have to get my facial and laser done on sunday at 11:00 am as per my previous appointment 12. Such an irresponsible behaviour clearly shows that you are least bothered about customers who have paid already for services 13. Till date me and my mom have spent around more than a lac rupees on kaya and its disgusting to be treated this way 14. Most of my friends chose VLCC but i chose kaya and now i feel like a fool. Not only do they get amazing customer support but also complimentary facials and other services because they value the customers 15. Highly mentally frustrated now and you better give proper response. This mega mall clinic has highly fudged up records and i dont know what forgery are you guys upto. Resolve it immediately or else i am going to take a legal action of forgery once and for all 16. Learn how to give good customer support. Disgusted of you guys. This sunday i will go to kaya mega mall at 11:00 am and you better make sure that everything is in place. I have paid for 6 sessions each of my different body parts and hardly 2-3 are conducted. You guys better get your act together. Im fed up.

                        KAYA Managers donot full fill their commitment.

                        I really appreciate Kay services but I have been cheated in billing. I have been a loyal customer of KAYA from last 3 years now. Inspite of that my issues not getting resolved inspite of repeated complaints to KAYA customer care services. Pathetic customer care resolution provided to me.

                        Really disappointed .

                        I paid money after discussion for PRP services and now I got to know there is balance of rs 7000 Why?
                        When certain price was discussed with Noida Manager Ritu than why the same is not given to me.

                        I am feeling so cheated by KAYA. I don't wish to continue with the services.

                        Please refund all my money which I paid in advance for more than rs 2Lakhs . You guys are not worth trusting

                          I had signed up for a pigmentation removal package with Kaya Skin Clinic worth over Rs. 1 lakh. After two sessions, I came to realise that my skin is very sensitive to the treatment and the downtime is much longer (about one full month) before my skin recovers. The treatment is for my back and it is red, peeling and itchy the whole month which is very very uncomfortable. As I am an expatriate, I am unable to stretch this treatment over the longer period that I require (I leave town in two months). Therefore, I requested for a refund of the package for which I was informed of the “no refund” policy and alternate arrangements for refund which were not in any way helpful or making sense such as keeping the money till I return to India next or transferring it to others or exchanging it for other services. I am confident that I am not returning to India unless for holidays which makes it inconvenient to go for treatments during. When I told Kaya to transfer it to their other existing clients (which they definitely can), they are unwilling to. I cannot finish Rs. 1 lakh of facials in two months too. I have been a customer of Kaya for the last three years so it is upsetting that they are claiming to be restricted by a self-imposed internal policy. Where I come from, customer is king. This has been a very unhappy and time consuming experience for me. Is the consumer court in India effective and efficient? How can I lodge a complaint? I will sincerely urge all potential clients not to use Kaya’s services in future if you value your time and money.

                          I just spoke to Kaya customer care. They are blackmailing me on the phone call.
                          They are not paying my money and compensation back. My lips turned worse after taking their treatment .
                          If we ask them why it happened, they say it doesn't happen lie this with Kaya.
                          They think they are the biggest company in the world.
                          How can they not refund someone's hard earned money.
                          How can they suck our blood like this.
                          I am a poor person who was cheated terribly with Kaya.
                          They are saying they won't refund my money back. These private companies cheat poor people . I had never had a blemish on my face all my life. Only after takin treatment, my lips turned black and they were rotten and I had so dried lips and whatever treatment they gives, it takes effect slowly, it gets worse slowly .

                          Even I am shocked ! How an ordinary man react to the situation when a brand like Kaya cheats ! Kaya is no more a brand, it has become a rotten organization now.
                          Kaya is a pathetic organisation. They are cheating people . They are playing with their skin. Their motive is just to make money. Customer satisfaction and safety is least important. Go to their facebook page, it is filled with customer complaints. But they are deaf ear to customer complaints. They dont even bother to reply them or rectify their problems. Its really shocking how they are running a professional organization like this. Its CEO should be informed about the things going inside.
                          We, the sufferers should unite and go to consumer courts/ forums to make this organization get closed.
                          Same thing happened to me. Paid INR 15000. There treatment is not suiting me still they denied refund. Fraud and fake services. They loot customers like anything. While offering the package they never tell that it is non refundable. Once you pay you are bound to them or else you lose money. Dont know why such brands even exist, strict action should be taken against them.
                          I went for skin treatment for myself and my son, kaya staff as enforced to get in to package treatment and after several sessions also there is no result and problem is getting increased.
                          when i asked them to refund the remaining money since i dont want to continue my treatment there the kaya staff giving very rude answers saying it can not be refundable.
                          Now i am thinking to go for consumer court.

                            This is to mention to you that I have been a customer at Kaya skin clinic and doing laser hair reduction for Lower legs and bikini but feeling very sad and like a fool as there is no change or improvement in lower legs . One month after the treatment I almost have full growth. My 6 sessions are over but I think wil need to start waxing again I have wastes my 40000 big time loss as for me this money is real big money I believe in charity n try donating to ppl in society but simy wasted my money by doing this treatment One happy customer gets in innumerable customers and one unhappy customer wil get u opposite Also PLease note that I have nothing against the assistant or technicians who are very nice and the doctors too are very nice . My displeasure is with the staff who sold this to me and giving a wrong picture and duped me Expecting a meeting with the CEO of Kaya

                              To write short I have take a few packages at kaya Cochin for which I had rendered two or three services also but due to ill health I could not continue to render any services during which we were supposed to shift out of INDIA so I asked for refund of my money in sept . 2013 after writing continuous for 23 days I have got reply that u can not get refund o[censored]r advance available. Then due to some family emergencies I could not write them back and by that time our shifting of out of india was also cancelled. Please not that during those period I was In my home town.Now I am came back to kochi and called them on 3rd march, 2013. After continuous calling I have not got any response the I wrote e mail to kaya customer care stating I m back and want to continue my services but have not got reply of any of my mails. Finally I got picked off with this kind of neglected behaviour and wrote them I want refund of my money for which today they replied me back that I have rendered some services. Tell me how cAn I take services when I am physically not present.???and they have mentioned some services nAme about which I even do not know what it is.

                              Request you to please help me get resolve this.

                                I visited Kaya for treatment of pigmentation first. The sales person asked me to take another pack for better skin.

                                Post my first peeling session I developed "n" no. of acne. The doctor there said that I need to visit for treatment when the acne subside. So when they became a little less, she gave me another treatment. The same thing happened. Post this doctor started treating me for acne.

                                Nothing happened. Never in my life have I had such problem. It was my wedding in November and I looked like some acne ambassador. Kaya ruined my wedding. I had to go through so much of mental stress because of this.

                                For the last 5 months I have not used a single kaya product and did not go for treatment.

                                The Kaya people don't know which treatment suits what skin type. There is only one solution to all peel. Thats it.

                                Because of my busy schedule, I could not go personally to complain. Although I did express my dissatisfaction over the phone a couple of times when someone called for an appointment. No one called back to understand or listen to my problem.

                                Finally I took out sometime last weekend on 2nd March and visited the jaipur- MGF mall center where I had gone for my treatment.

                                After 5 days today on Friday I get a call from the corporate office telling me to follow the process for getting waiver and now have called me for a senior doctor consultancy.

                                I told the corporate office lady that "I am very sure the doctors are not going to help me in any way. I know what they will have to say" and requested her to give me the email ID or no. of a senior person, she said I need to follow the process.

                                Where is the stupid process of skin testing while doing treatment. I am highly dissatisfied and want refund of my treatment.

                                In addition to this, they suggested me to take their products while doing the treatment. Neither their cream suited me and the toner was horrible. I complained to them for false selling their product as did not suit all skin type. All they had to say is that- generally it suits everyone so if its not suiting they can't do anything about it. I need to stop using them.

                                  I am a one year old n a regular client of kaya mulund clinic..have taken cosmo peel, laser and mesoglow packages though most of the time i keep up-to my appointments. but this time when i called them 3 hrs prior to cancel my appointment with them due to some emergency, they gave me false information that if i cancel my appointment i will be charged 25% of the session's charge as penalty that too in Cash on my next visit. i was surprised to hear that bcoz such protocol was never conveyed to me when i enrolled and this sounds also weird as such rules actually exist are difficult to believe. the manager of the clinic Ms. Mrunalini spoke to me very rudely and also said that my name is black listed due to cancellations i have done in the past. i was shocked and felt really insulted, because i have paid in advance for the services and they are not doing a favor on me by extending those services.Her way of speaking to me was really disappointing so much so though i love kaya but now i do not wish to continue their services. To cross check the information provided to me regarding penalty n my name being black listed i called up Kaya Customer Care and they denied about having any such penalty system and my name being short listed. Later again i called up the Mulund clinic to confront them on their lie and insult inflicted on me.spoke to Neha. firstly she twisted the matter by beating around the bush and later said that the customer service representatives are ill informed about any accurate about Kaya, its offers and products. Now i have certain questions really kaya is customer friendly they will definitely answer these: 1: Who is telling a lie: Mulund clinic or your Customer Service representative? 2: if it is Mulund clinic staff then is it an independent body which can modify rules of kaya without the company being aware of it? 3: what if i have not found out that they were lying? 4: what if i would have paid 25% of that session that too they wanted in CASH!!! ( this would have been a huge amount because we all know Kaya is an expensive brand) 5: Are Kaya representatives allowed to make such claims if yes then i doubt the whole authenticity of the services! 6: Does this incidence don't amount to fraud and cheating? and if the Customer service Representative who claimed to be the supervisor named Joseph, is lying then what is the purpose of your misleading helpline!!! I am really disappointed for the insult that i was made to go through. i hope i receive a genuine response for this really disheartening, unjustified and unprofessional behavior.

                                    Based on the good name of your skin clinic I visited Kaya Salt lake for treatment of pimple marks plus pimple treatment. I was given a couple of products for pimples like cleanser, comedrome serum, blemish control, purifying spot corrector, sunscream. I was suggested to take cosmo peel sessions. I have taken three sessions of cosmo peel but the results are really not satisfactory and worthless. I expected that there would have been atleast 50% visible results, but I dont see 5% even. After using the products I am getting more frequent pimple outbreaks. I have spent 11000 for the entire treatment and after three sessions I am feeling that Kaya totally faked me with misleading assurance. This is totally not acceptable because no one would like to pay for such un-reliable services.I want refund of my amount because I can no more trust their services.I informed Kaya people about the same and they faked me again and again with misleading words that it will be ok...Please help !!

                                      I has a very bad experience. Once u pay the amount they are least bothered about the subsequent treatments. During my first seating I had paid the amount. Whenever I call up for the next provedure, I will get a reply saying that the Machine is not working. This has hapenned with me twice.

                                        I had got laser done from kaya clinic in indore in 2008-09 and manager that time, Neelu told me I would require 6 settings for legs, arms, under arms, private part, lower face and I paid a whooping fee of 1, 07000/- and that would be enough for complete hair removable, but on completion no such thing happened and I was told, I will require annual maintenance costing 700 for smaller parts like arms, underarm and lower face and for legs and private part 1100/- and I had no option but to go along, yesterday I approached them for maintenance and they first said they have no record as account had become looked and manual records they tore, and started telling me very expensive charge like 13500/- for same, upon which I called the toll free number where they tried selling me more expensive combo seating packages and when I got angry they told me some senior manager will call, but to no avail.
                                        If this is not complete cheating racket, then what is this, first there treatment don't deliverer what they sell, then they don't honor the rate they give, once you are stuck with them they exploit, also there is no response to any grievance.
                                        Pl use your money at clinics who are honest with work and services.
