[Resolved]  Koovs — No product, No refund from Koovs

Could you kindly share the koovs.com founders/CEO email address.
Even I am stuck, I purchased 16GB class 6 SD card from there offer and what landed up was class 2 product.

Bunch of cheats running a funny company ...

I have also faced the same problem with koovs. They have not refunded my amount despite sending 15 emails and multiple calls.
They will go around the same discussion. They agreed to refund the amount but completely stopped responding beyond that and never refunded the amount despite multiple reminders.

Please be wary while you deal with such companies. Please don't fall for their bait.

I have some email IDs since they wrote to me but currently, even they fail to respond but you can give it a try. Keep mailing them and better take it to consumer court since cases are piling up:

Koovs is a fraud site involved in scamming people jointly with some other sites like Fashnvia and Bal gopal

koovs people wont respond you, it is us who are fool...to go their web site to buy things...please share it to all the people so that no more fools will be created...

ya they promised me to update the details of my product ;shipping...but they didnt we must take some sincere action towards this ...

Hello there, people this is the email i sent to koovs.com and this is their reply...they never followed up just faking promises...please if you all are filing a lawsuit or something iconsider me too...i have been duped too. below their reply is my email despite several calls & emails there is no response.why they have given the support number when they dont have to provide support !!!

On (date), I bought a Blackberry 8830 Mobile at koovs.com with coupon id KV[protected]Order# 92538).

Unfortunately, your product (or service) has not performed well because I haven't been able to connect to the internet using the GPRS technology of the above mentioned phone, which was primarily the main reason to purchase the phone. I am disappointed because on your website it clearly mentions under Features Available : Wireless Email, Corporate Data Access, MMS etc. but I’m unable to use it as the phone is not being recognized by the network I contacted my network’s customer care department & configured it the way it should be but unfortunately the serial number on the unit is not being accepted/hidden by/from the network.

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your prompt response & appropriate decision as u may see i have made other purchase too. Enclosed are copies of my records i.e the coupon ID which i have included for your reference.

Please don't visit koovs.com site ever.. I bought a weighing machine last month and it never delivered. I called many times, nobody picking up the phone. some [protected]@koovs.com never replies her mail. Don't know what she does with my mail.

I have brought the item, from Koovs.com. The product never delivered. Their customer care numbers simply present on the website. It never works.
My strong advice: DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM KOOVS.COM.
They are modern day cheaters.

i have order a hp 8 gb pen drive. instead of 8 gb they send 4 gb and more of that they are not answering to my call and neither reply my email. beawre of this fraud company

but on koovs site in my account there is nothing show as i orderd

after i complete all process of payment koovs sites show me "your order unsuccessfull".i mailed koovs but no reply from koovs.
