      I have order few women dress at koovs. I have never get the product i order. I always get a product which is not at all my product. Talk to customer care they said product are not available. they don't refund my money plus did not solve my problem. Choosing koovs site is never a good idea. Beware of this website. Its just a waste of time. Worse customer service ever experience online.

        I had ordered for a pair of shoes from koovs.com on 2 occassions.Order ID2285563 & ID2200073.I had opted for their sale products and both times opted for COD.Both times I recieved confirmation on the orders.Both times after about a week when according to their delivery time the delivery was due, i recieved a cancellation of order.Both times when I complained they said its due to quality check issues.This is just a ruse to attract customers to buy other inferior quality stuff on their website, while they conveniently cancel orders on the better product very delayed, so that we are not informed in time to cancel the other item ordered along.This is pure cheating and they have to be brought to task

          U have the worst service. I didn't got my order which I ordered. It was combo of street wear rich me pink. Firstly the executive told that the stock is damaged and after that they told that stock is finished. They should say one thing. They are only fooling customers by their offers.           I ordered a jacket and i received rain coat and i called koovs customer care they told me that they will call me in next 24 hour for refunding. And also i want to change the size of shirt.

              My order id was 2063984 for COD and after receiving the product, when found the quality was not upto the mark compared to the money I paid, thought of returning the product. Its been a nightmare since then because even after raising a return request and its been 10 days now, no one is showing up for reverse pick up. I AM TIRED of getting new TICKET NO. for my every mail. Even after getting through the customer service, they are just asking for 48 hrs mre, so its like 48 hrs added to every representative you speak with..and its my fourth.

              BEWARE of such fraud companies, who knows very well to take money from you but once you asked for refund, be ready with PEN & PAPER to write down a list of Ticket Numbers for your issues.

                  My order from koovs.com order id: 2035349 has been delivered on 29 may 2016. The item atorse distorted stripes tank is fake and defective. Print is not clear of the brand on vest and it definitely showing fake item. Kindly see the pictures of item.

                  They are updating their website as per customer requirements, like apply coupons code section disappeared sometimes.

                  There is no reviews column of the products on koovs.

                    I ordered a jacket of "L" size from koovs.com and it's too big in my body.So i submit a exchange a "M" size jacket against the delivered item.They accepted the exchange issue and start there return process and gave me a time of 3-5 days, pick up from my door step.But it's now 7 day passed from my exchange time.But still they did not progress the return process.I called them in the provided customer care number but they don't let me connect with their executives.I also send them 2 mails to know about this, but the reply was not fruitful.Now my question is that at the time of delivery they delivered the product within 3days. After getting the money when it's time of exchange they r harassing me by not taking any step.The item is all about INR-2000.And now it's just worthless.My exchange order id is 1961657.

                    I purchased a pair of wedges. But due to problem in size, I have been trying to return the product but there is no way. The customer services are really bad. There is no way to contact you guys. I have mailed them so many times. They ask you to file for return within 15 days but how to file when they have not updated it on the app. There is no option.i have mailed you si many times. Call is not reachable. It is really a disappointment.

                    I want to return the order and I will not file a return till I reach into contact with someone from your side. Because I have heard that you guys don't even refund after the products reach you.

                      Ordered a basic black legging 10 days back, wore it twice, washed it once and it has developed a hole. In a span of a week your product tears off and the brand is'nt willing to take the responsibility. Have used local brands for leggings, which remain intact atleast for 6-8 months of frequent use. Shame on you KOOVS!!
                      What kind of cheap quality clothing are you selling? Kindly spare your big marketing budgets to quality products and sensible customer service, your brand will be valued more.
                      More over, i have other two tops of the same fabric from your substandard brand, am i supposed to wear it and wash it?

                        My Influence Detail Short Sleeve Co-ords set with product code 67560 with order number 1917134 had a defect. they sent me only the crop not where it was a set of pants and crop top .i complained first through mail, git a reply they will get back, also provide my number just in case to contact.then called at the second day on customer care number where the lady told me they will get back to me after confirming with bluedart. i specified there was no defect or torn package it was perfectly wrapped.checked with the bluedart delivery guy about the package he said it was just that box and nothing else. till now have given three mails about the same but not getting any reply. someone tell me what to do or i register first for return and then put a complaint on consumer forum.

                          I purchased a t-shirt but the color was not same as displayed, so i returned it, i called them again and again, they are saying they have received the article, but they are liars and not processing the amount in my account.

                          Even after 20 days, i have not received my money back. And i am trying to call, but they have blocked my nos.

                          I am trying to call them again and again, but helpless. This is completely very disgusting, nobody is bothering to email or call me. Koovs is just bull.

                          Many a times i have informed the company to take the item to be returned and allot me the code so that i could take some other item using that code but there is no response from the company.

                          Koovs.com — Distorted shoe box

                          I ordered for shoes from koovs. The shoe box was completely distorted when it arrived . As a result of which the shoe had scratch marks on it.. Please see to these problems further

                          I had order pair of shoes which was not true to the size chart provided by koovs.
                          So I returned the product on 3rd of September.
                          The product reached koovs on 9th of September.
                          I have made several calls to koovs customer care regarding refund of my money and also mailed them.
                          They always said that your issue is on priority and Wie are processing it.
                          It's been more than 15 days I have not recieved money .
                          Koovs are least bothered about refunding customer's money and they don't even care.

                            I have done shopping with koovs.com and the stuff was really bad i have returned the product but they are not refunding my amount back to me. As i have called to their customer care many a time but they came up with new excuses every time. I think they are totally bluffing the customer. Although it is a gurgaon based company. Stuff are worst like 200rs shirts and they are selling it for 1200. My order no are 1844418 and 1844417. So, please help me to get my money back.

                              Date of incident - 8th april 2016

                              Today on 8th april at 12:09 pm i ordered
                              "nike aw77 cuffed jog pants color:black/white"
                              3 pieces i.E. Three different sizes (S, l, xl).The product was listed under discount section and costed me 3 rupees. After that the payment was made by me through debit card and the order was placed successfully. But on 2:15 pm 8th april koovs.com cancelled my order denying me the product under that discounted price. On calling them three times they kept telling that it was some technical difficulty and now they cant deliver me the product under that discounted price. I would to like to draw your attention towards somewhat same case "date :[protected]

                              The famous case of rs.68 iphone in which the product was not delivered by snapdeal.com and later when the issue was resolved by sangrur district consumer disputes redressal commission the snapdeal was ordered by the court to deliver the iphone at that discounted price (Rs.68) .                               As i did got the confirm messages from koovs.com that the product will be delivered as in the case filed above this makes our kase somewhat similar. Now koovs.com is failing to deliver the product under discounted price and refunded my money saying they cant deliver the product at that discounted price, saying that it is not possible for them to deliver the product at that price. So i would like to file a complaint againt koovs.com for not delivering the product under that discounted price and not honouring the deal . The proof and documents of all the above has been attached with the photos.Hope my rights are protected under consumer protection act, 1986 and hope you guys could help.

                                On 8th April 2016 on browsing through the koovs app I came across offers on 3 clothing items ..I added these in my bag and checked out and paid the amount.after a few hours they canceled my order.I had all the confirmation details on my mail phone and everything.I want these items at the price I checked out with! Please help

                                  I have done shopping with koovs.com and returned the product but my refunded amount is not given by koovs.com .Every time I try to contact they have new excuses . Please help me to get my refunded amount.
                                  My order No is 1844418 and 1844417. I have already given my account details to koovs.com but not refund procedure is started till date . because the status showing in my KOOVS account is same as it was earlier and I have the full institution that my refund will not be initiated by them until any action is taken against them.

                                    I have returned this order on 14, march'16. Now in my account under recent orders i can see the refund has been done on 18th march'16 in the mentioned bank details. But i still can not see money refunded in my bank account.

Fir maine koovs care ko call kiya lekin unka koe respose nahi kiya. Aaj maine product retun krne ke liye call kiya tha to koovs care ne mere return request liya. Lekin address change karne ke liye koovs care ne return request cancle kr ke firse return request karne ke liye kaha. To maine return request ko cancle kiya. Or koovs care ko call kr ke firse sahi address bata kr return requst kiya. Koovs care ne request submit bhi ki.

                                        I had placed the return request on the 28th of February, and they kept asking me to wait, and now they have stopped replying to my mail.
