Sir/ Madam,

I have been requesting koovs.com since ages to submit a proof of the transaction of the refunded amount and all they sent me was a screenshot of the status of the product from their side, without even my name in it.
I need a proper receipt of the transaction with proper details of the transaction ON THE RECEIPT so i can show it to the bank.
I also submitted the bank statements to koovs when they asked me to and when i asked them for further proof from their side, they sent me a mere photograph which doesn't even have the details of the transaction. I have attached the photo below.
My order number is 2974843
This is really disappointing.
Please do the needful asap.

    I bought shoes from koovs.com and requested for return in couple of days (16/12/16),
    It's been more than 20 days they did not come to pick up the package I called them 5-6 times and every time they lied saying that they will send their man within 2-3 working days.
    You have no idea how frustrated i am,
    Wasting this much time into this ####.

      So my order id is 3174908 I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on Jan 5th, so I called up the cx support guy to ask how much time it will take to get the product he told me it will take 24-48 hours to ship the product and then 3-4 days for you to get it and after 3 days I called again cause I was worried cause I didn't get any msg or email or anything about the product whether it's been shipped or what so cx support guy told me the same again. And now I'm so damn worried cause I need those products on urgent basis and now I think I won't get them on time, ordering from koovs seems to be a mistake for me now as I already have made online payment, so contact me on [protected] cause if I'm not gonna get my things before 13 Jan I'm gonna be so mad and going to take legal action about them cause I saw so many complaints about koovs like everywhere.

          I had ordered a dress from Koovs sometime back. However, there were some fitting issues so I decided to return it and filed a return request on 8/12/16. On 12/12/16 I received an email from Koovs that my refund request has been processed and the amount should reflect in the bank account within 7-10 days. I waited till 27/12/16 for this, and even after that the amount was not transacted in my bank account. The customer care dept asked for my bank account statements as a proof that the amount has not been credited. Even after emailing the required details, Koovs failed to provide an update on this issue and its been more than a week now. Their customer care dept keeps saying that we are looking into the matter and does NOTHING!! They promised that this issue will be escalated as a priority case and will get sorted asap. All they have to say is, that we have processed the return request and provide the bank reference number. But how is it my responsibility to get in touch with the bank!? You refund the amount and if it doesnt reaches the customer, its your MAJOR responsibility to look into it!!! Please for once keep yourself in the customer's place and imagine why is it fair to keep the customer's money for such a long time, inspite of it not being their fault!

          I will never ever recommend Koovs to anyone from now onwards and neither will I use it myself if you dont get this sorted!

                    My concerned is that i ordered one pair of shoes and socks together
                    The product is ordered together.There is one order ID 2635897.If this order is cancelled, it means both product should cancel.Before delivered the incomplete product they should ask to customer. I got SMS that remaining 1 item in the order will shipped separately. but it did not deliver.
                    They mentioned that... Product got rejected in Quality check
                    But still product is on the site if quality issue than why they showing that product on the site.
                    If they are not able to deliver the remaining product they should pickup the delivered product because i ordered the product together and there is single order ID 2635897.

                        Koovs — Worst return service

                        I have placed for a return request twice but no action yet. Even so i get messages about my returning pickup from my place but they never turn up. Worst online shopping experience ever. Don't ever shop from koovs thats my suggestion to all.

                            I placed about 3 times different orders from different email address in SALE495 with the name of SANJEEV RATHORE.
                            And like always this time also u cancel my order with your invalid reasons and its order id is - 2537262.
                            Now I m totally fed up with your website and your services.
                            Koovs really don't know how to serve its customers. U guys are not selling branded products in cheap but u r just making fool to customers. I will never recommend to anyone to go for KOOVS.COM.

                              I ordered 2 items from koovs with an order id 2570873. I wasn't satisfied so i thought of returning the items. I tried searching for the return option, but i couldn't find any. I tried mailing them but i didn't get any response. Products were good but they were different and not for me. I want to get this thing done. Can a koovs representative guide and help me outta this?

                                Worst company. Please don't purchase from the website as, I have ordered a jogger under Order I'd 2462092 for 390 rupees when offer was going on and I felt happy that I got a good deal for best price but after 10 days the other was cancelled without intimating me. I made a phone call and asked and they said me that, product was cancelled as it does not meet the quality. Waste of my phone balance for calling, waste of time for spending time to send email and I also got disappointed for order cancellation.
                                Atlast I did not get the product but lost my phone balance, time.

                                I always try to order things from the discounted products waiting for the whole day to add more but when i check to buy it shows sold out !!! disgusting... an if it was for attracting the Coustmers i should say please stop it's annoying!!! aaaarrrrggghhh 😡

                                You always display and shows products in advertisement all are sold out so why you guys not delete the false images from the ads and displays. Its really pathetic when you go click the items 99% are sold out. Why you not display the stock you have. Please make a move in that case and value precious time of others.

                                    I have ordered a 4 pair of maxi dress from koovs.com COD. the product was delivered to me on 29 August and to my shocking experience when i open the product none of the product was my order but all the 4 product are totally different from which i have order not in terms of size or color but a totally different. I quickly take pics of the product send mail to customer care for refund and in a meant time i have call up the customer care for refund and i did not ever ask for exchange as it was really disappointing. The customer care guy somehow convince me for exchange and i finally agreed and waited for the standard exchange procedure which they said 3-7 business days. After few days i call up and check the status of the exchange out of 4 product 1 product has been sold out hence they will refund my money back for that particular product in a mean time i some how got my exchange for 2 product on different days but 1 product is still not yet receive nor my money is not refunded. I have call up several times and sent multiples email about the issue. Today is 16 business days for which i am not getting my exchange and refund for the remaining 2 products.

                                      I ordered a dress from your site it was delivered within 3-5 days but it was ill-fitted so i wished to return it. But when i came along koovs' return policy. It didn't show any 'return' option. Although i got the product still it is showing 'in progress' due to which i am unable to get the return option. Kindly help me. Thank you.                                         I have ordered koovs zip detail ankle boots on july 23, 2016 from koovs and the product was delivered on august 1, 2016. Since the boots were ill fitting i wanted to return the product. So i request to refund my money in store credits as soon as possible since this is the last day for the return of the product.
