Helloooooo if someone is listening... I am the unfortunate person who placed order no. 1140920. Been just 30 days since I had requested for refund of my money and after countless mails and calls, I am here.. still waiting... God you guys are awesome at stalling and keeping others money with you. Anyways next complaint of mine will contain an application number from consumer court... Poor unfortunate users can only hope, that the newbie e-comm sites don't disappear with their money... Lesson learnt to go back at shopping with Myntra and Flipkart

    I bought a pair of shoes two months back from this site and i got the wrong size after repeated reminders and calls. I tell them about the issue but there's no person coming to my place for picking it up for exchange Now after more than one month a guy comes finally when i have sent them many emails and made many calls. They don't reply to e-mails and calls. It is the worst service ever. After picking up my shoes they didn't revert i called them daily and then after 10 days they finally pick up my call and tell me that the product is sold out now! Some serious action has to be taken against them i have called these guys 100 times and they put me on hold for 10-15 mins minimum everytime. This is not a consumer oriented company at all!

      I bought a dress from koovs Order id: 1080957 on 12 may 2015 and they deliveed a defective product. After repeative calls to these people they arranged a reverse pick. There quality check continued for 10 days as informed to me every call Imade. And story doesn't end here, the customer care monkeys never pick up the calls and the supervisor monkeys are always in meeting. Once quality check over, they asked me to send the bank details and it took finance department idoits to approve that for another 5 days. Its been month now, the money hasn, t been refunded yet. Request you all to take severeaction against these people for harassing consumer.

        Order No. 921021 for article 'FEMME FATALE Suede Finish Hobo Bag' worth Rs. 750/- was placed by me on DT. 29.12.2014 on koovs.com. The order was received on DT. 02.01.2015. However, the bag seemed quite old and used. The quality was also not good. Therefore return request for the same was made to KOOVS.com vide e-mail dated 04.01.2015 for refund of amount in my bank account, details of which were provided with the e-mail. The return pickup was made by KOOVS.com, however the refund has not been made to me till date i.e. even after 5 months despite several correspondences in this regard. KOOVS.com vide e-mail dated 28.01.2015 initially informed that a Promo Code of Rs. 750/- (REFUND1F3DTHSQ) has been issued, which may be used for placing new order. However, as I was not interested in using the Promo Code, I requested KOOVS.com vide e-mail dated 30.01.2015 to refund the amount in my saving bank account along with details of the account. KOOVS.com vide e-mail dated 04.02.2015 informed that the refund of Rs. 750/- has been processed and the refunded amount will get credited to my account within next 5-7 working days. Vide E-mail dated 05.02.2015, Reference ID: 54d3287d84416 was given by KOOVS.com. However, as the amount was not credited to my account, e-mails were sent to KOOVS.Com on dated 20.02.15, 25.02.15 & 27.02.15. KOOVS.com vide e-mail dated 07.03.2015 informed that the amount has been refunded through payment gateway vide Ref. No.[protected]. However, still the payment was not received in my account. The matter was taken up with bank, but due to unavailability of transaction UTR No., bank was unable to help. Despite of my e-mails dated 09.03.15 & 27.03.15, KOOVS.com was only able to provide an RRN No. IX70733587 vide e-mail dated 02.04.15, which was not recognized by my bank, as informed by me to KOOVS.com vide e-mail dated 07.04.15. KOOVS.com vide e-mail dated 09.04.15 asked for my bank account statement for the period of 05.02.15 to 05.03.15, which was provided vide my e-mail dated 28.04.15 along with my complete bank statement for the period of 01.01.15 to 28.04.15, showing no refund received. Since then despite my several correspondences with KOOVS.com and payu.in, the refund has not been credited into my account and same RRN no. is being provided over & over again, which is not recognized by my bank. A refund receipt was also provided by payu.in vide e-mail dated 11.05.15, which was not accepted by my bank due to unavailability o[censored]TR No. and ban account no. to whom refund has been made. I have repeatedly requested KOOVS.com and payu.in to take up the matter with their bank on their end but no action has been taken so far. Please do the needful to refund the said amount of Rs.750/- pending since last 5 months to my account at the earliest.

            Hello Koovs! I'm Abhi, I have been trying to receive my coupon for a product that I got exchanged. My order number is 1003439. I have called many times asking for a coupon and it has been a month since I returned the product. This is absolutely ridiculous! Every time I call your executives they give me the same reason saying that the server is down or some . I am not going to buy anything hereon and I am going to ask my friends on Facebook not to buy any product from your website. I am going to post this on every social networking site possible. I was promised to be emailed with the coupon code within 24 hours from every call that I made to your customer care.

              Firstly, i would like to say that i have had the worst experience shopping from Koovs. I always heard that the products are good, but what's the use when the customer service is downright bad. So, i had placed an order for a fastrack watch on the 21st of march and today its the 30th and i still have no clue where my order is. Infact 2 days back i got to know my order no. which had not been given to me before that. Also, I had to specially call customer care to ask them what my order no. is since i did not get any mail/call/sms from your side. (customer care executive spoke politely though)And finally as i login to my Koovs account my order status shows "complete". Now can you kindly explain to me what on earth does that mean ? has my ordered been delivered ? has it been dispatched ?or do you expect the customer to sit and guess what that means or keep anticipating the delivery of their orders despite having a busy schedule?I have sent repeated mails on both your customer care id's. Apart from "your request has been issued and your request no. is blah blah" replies i haven't received a single mail regarding the status of my order or whether some action has been taken to locate it. So what am i supposed to do? Keep waiting?And in the end after such a heavy essay that I've written i would just like to say that I'm still CLUELESS about where my order is.You've got to learn a lot about CUSTOMER CARE!NEVER ORDERING FROM KOOVS AGAIN. LESSON LEARNT!Thank you!

                I have purchased products from Koovs.com and they never reply to my mails or pick up my calls for returns. Eventhough the site states "Easy Returns", it offers one of the most irresponsive and most pathetic customer services. On the contrary, This e-commerce site does not even provide cash refund. Plus the most delayed deliveries. I have yet not recieved an order since 3 months. Even after multiple calls to the company as well as their courier partner(which was not my duty) I have yet not recieved my order. My Suggession would be to never buy from this site. !!

                  I had quite an amount in my koovs account due to return of an expensive item, using which I purchased a few sale items last time. But having some refund amount (Rs.1000) still left to be used, when i try to purchase any sale item, i get a message saying coupon cannot be redeemed on any items in the cart !!! So they're telling me to buy a product using my card even though i have a refunded amount which is going to expire in a few days ?? Why the sudden change in thier policy (refund amount cant be used on sale itemss!!) ? Who are they trying to fool ? Will NEVER recommend this fraud website to anyone . Worst customer service and refund policy

                      Order no. 966625... Ordered for a red bodycon strapless dress for a valentine aprty.. The fitting was horrible ... Asked for a reverse pick up in 16th Feb ticket no 134553. Nobody has come till 28th Feb for a reverse pick wherein I was told withing 5 days somebody will come to pick it up... I wanted to buy another dress for a party on 1st March from Koovs. Couldn't do that. Have never had such an awful experience with any of the online company. I want you to refund me the money back as my purpose is lost...

                        Regarding my Order No:984794 I have a word with their sales associate regarding the status update. I ordered on 9 Feb and cancel my order on 10 Feb .Despite of cancelling the order, I got the product .As said by Koovs team I didn't receive the product and reverted it back .Today i am sitting on 23 Feb and still not got any update regarding my refund.I called so many times and they are keep on telling me that you didn't received the product and will not initaite the refund until they will receive the product . I called them many times . Its been 15 days i didn't even get any intimation mail

                          This is regarding Order ID :-925693, the return pickup was done on 19 Jan 2015. And till date I am waiting for my money to be credited back to my account.

                          I have made many calls to them and everytime they promised me that it will happen in a day or two.

                          Its been now a month's time and I do not get any email or call from them now. They used to call me until they did not recieve the product.

                          Now they got the product back and they are not giving me my money back.

                                koovs gave me return coupon for a product i returned in novemeber and now when i thought o[censored]sing that coupon its showing expired. I have been writing them mails from last 10 days and called them so many times on their customer care number but it always keep saying all executives are busy and we will attend you shortly but no one does and no one ever replied to my emails. now i am reading so many bad reviews about koovs as they did this to so many people before, i wish i should have read review before shopping from them, i think this company should be closed, its fraud.                                   >>>Raising a complaint here seems to be the only way to get a response from koovs.com So here goes... #since in my last purchase from this site I was sent a torn skirt I had to send it back, only to find out refund with be In the form of a coupon code. #2030 stuck with koovs account to purchase from them again. #so I bought 3 tops out of which one's colour completely leaked in the 1st wash and has stained my other clothes too.before this purchase I was told that the 2030 coupon can be used partially but I've to write them an email to credit the remaining amount #I spent 1480 and have been dropping mails since 2 weeks, calling up customer care ( only to hear annoying repeated recorded msgs which finally ends up to ...all our lines are busy please hold your call is important to us ..and wait endlessly?!), but balance rs.550 is not being credited # another top I ordered has a zipper below the underarms and is very uncomfortable and I want to return it, but have got no reponse for that either. #I dread purchasing from them again until the credits are used up.in a deadlock situation . #and for some reason the chat box they had has disappeared??

                                  I had similar experience with Koovs. I had ordered a dress January 15th and since it did not fit well, I requested for an reverse order pick up on 21st Jan. I got an automated response that I would get aresponse from them in 24-48 hrs. I am yet to receive a response from them and noone has ome to pick up the order. Repeated call (atleast 20 calls) to their customer service numbers gave me the same response every time ( all lines are busy ). Wonder how their numbers are busy all time of the day or there is noone to attend the call.
                                  After expereincing an excellent service from e commerce companies like Myntra, Jabong, Fipkart, Koovs service is completely pathetic. I would never dare to buy anything from them an lose my money and definitely would not recommend it to anyone.

                                    I ordered a skirt and top for my sister's birthday as a gift and requested it to be delivered within 3 days.But I got a response after 2 days saying that I have just placed an order so I've to wait 5 days whereas other websites try their best if faster delivery is requested and inform the respective department.So I ordered on 26th night and it arrived on the 1st after her birthday. the skirt was stained (old stock) and I have requested for return but no reply yet. They could from their software know I was planning a purchase and call to confirm, but when there is a query they take so long to reply. Moreover they work only Mon to Sat 10-6 (which is bad because even I'm at work at that time)so now I've to wait until Monday for a response. Also they refund will be in form of a.promo code so even if I don't wish to I'm forced to purchase from them again. Which I'm ok with unless they don't send me old stock, soiled products :( very bad experience

                                      I ordered 4 items for Koovs and wanted to return some of them, and I called, scheduled a pick up, firstly they dont refund your amount, you can either exchange or get a promo code for the amount. Anyway they took 3 days to send someone to pick it up... since then there has been no response.. I keep getting calls now asking if the parcel has been picked up.. which is stupid because Koovs should be more coordinated with their activities.. I called the customer care line and now they say the parcel in process. :/ I am extremely shocked and sad about this service, I have ordered many times from many websites, internationally as well as in India and this Koovs experience is going to make me stop.

                                        Please refer to the order ID 816963 worth Rs. 1149/- placed by me at KOOVS website on 27th July, 2014. The order consisted of following items: 1. FEMME FATALE Suede Finish Hobo Bag worth Rs. 1499/- 2. Maybelline Baby Lips worth Rs. 150/- Being the first order after registration, a discount of Rs. 500/- was offered to me and accordingly, an amount of Rs. 1149/- was paid instead of Rs. 1649/-. Basically, the above order was placed in view of the discount of Rs. 500/- offered by website on first purchase. Return for the 1st item (FEMME FATALE Suede Finish Hobo Bag) was requested by me and accordingly the item was picked up from my premises. Now against this return, I have received a refund coupon worth Rs. 1044/-, which is useless for me, as the same cannot be used by me for purchase of any other item similar to that purchased earlier (worth Rs. 1045/- or more), as neither the first time discount of Rs. 500/- will be applicable for my purchase nor I am able to create another account for availing first time discount and applying two coupons (first time discount coupon and refund coupon) simultaneously. This is a serious problem in KOOVS return policy. Either the exact amount paid for the product (i.e. Rs. 1044/-) should be refunded in my bank account/ in cash or refund coupon for the full amount (i.e. Rs. 1499/- without discount) should be issued, so as to enable me to purchase a similar item. It is worth mentioning that all the other online purchase sites are providing both these facilities i.e. refund of amount in bank account and replacement with similar products. Please do the needful at the earliest to avoid any financial loss/ harassment to online customers like me. An early reply/ action will be highly appreciated.
