After reading so many comments from other users it seems that I'm not the only one who's really disgusted with the service of this highly unprofessional online shopping site!​I had requested for a return for my order number 1255149 seven days back. Their auto reply to the return request said that they shall come back to me in 24-48 hrs.. really? I haven't heard from anybody- have been trying to call their so called customer care number...but who cares!! There's no one available to talk to!​I am sorry Koovs team- but this is no​t how online shopping works.. you really need to pull up your socks because your competitors like Jabong are doing a much much better job!

    This company promise you to reply for ''return policy email'' within 24 to 48 hrs.. Its been 2 weeks they havent replied.. Even the customer care no. is busy all the time...holding for 20-25 minutes they still say our customer executive no. is busy kindly wait... I want to return 4000 bucks of jeans and they will not accpt it aftr 30 days And its 14 days already...

      I have been trying to contact them and its been fifteen days but they never answer neither replying to any of the mails.I ordered a product from their website but its smaller in size and after that have been trying to contact them but nobody answers and keeps the customer on hold.This is really inappropriate that for one product one has to suffer that much.The product is worth rs.600 and now it looks like my phone bill would come this much at the end of the month.Kindly take this website seriously.Really a very bad mismanagement from their side.

The order was paid for in advance using net-banking transaction. No refund has been initiated or received against the cancelled order. In spite of multiple tries to reach them via their helpline/ cust-care, there has been no response

          I bought a dress from koovs and returned it. I got a coupon of that amount and I purchased a trouser of lesser value. Now I want the coupon of the remaining amount but their helpline number is always busy. I have been calling them for days but it's always busy. I have also mailed them several times regarding the same but still not getting any reply.
          Complaint marked as Resolved 
          My issue has been resolved. Yesterday I mailed them back to back 6-7 times and today I got a call from them. They apologised for the delay stating that it was due to sale rush and issued me the coupon.

            I tried to order items on koovs app worth Rs 390 on 19thaugust. The payment was made but the order never got placed . So I wrote an email to [protected]@koovs.com with the screenshots of the bank reference number and also the items I intended to order . . Since then I have been calling their helpline number[protected] . All I get is " your call is important to us. Our fashion care executives are currently busy " . Busy all the 7 seven days ??? I have written e-mails to the [protected]@koovs.com, Manish Tewari ([protected]@koovs.com) . Nobody seems to care to reply or call back . This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced . I need my product or refund of the money I paid

              As i requested for reverse pick ..reverse pick up id :P45926709...The koovs people took back the product on 11/8/2015.. its been a week since they took the product back ..theirs no response FROM THE KOOVS ..so I request you to solve my problem as soon as it's possible. ..and get my cash back

                I had ordered a dress from koovs on 15th July'2015 but the dress recieved has blue stains on the white fabric on the front of the dress. The request email for return was sent to koovs customer care by me on 20th July'2015, after which they had asked me to submit the photo of the same to proove it on 25th July'2015, the same was sent by me to them and requested them to organise for a pick up as per their return policies.                   ORDER# 1229196, I purchased two items from KOOVs.com and did the payment using net banking. later i saw that they have only sent one item and other they have cancelled. there is no intimation to me. I keep trying to reach them by 5-5 time phone call n infinite waiting, email, facebook, twitter and google+ etc. but cannt reach to them at all. i will nvr ever buy from this fraud site. they must refund my money with compensation. the funny part the item they cancelled is still available in the site with the size i had.. so obviously its planned cheating they do to trap many people. Buggers

                    Been trying to contact koovs on the number they have on the website, but no body answers when it's comes to customer service. hough you're on line for 15-20 mins. Anytime of the day you dont get through. Tried emailing too. Absolutely no response. I still haven’t heard back from them. This is ridiculous behavior. None of their executives are got on line any time of the day. This is so unprofessional. No one responding to the emails. I need the product purchased to be returned, as it’s too big a size.

                      Hi, I bought a shirt online from Koovs.com on 27th Jul 15, my order no. is 1177389, I & same day I had requested to return the product as the quality of the was very bad. On 28th Jul I had returned it through Pickinoo Courier ‘request ID is P60442664’ pick was arranged by Koovs only. After that many times I followed up with the for the cash back, every time they told me I will get a promo code in 48hrs however I haven't received my cash back or promo code yet.

                          I ordered converse shoes from koovs.com and they provided me the wrong size. now according to their return policy I tried to call them and even emailed them numerous times. neither did they attend any of my phone calls nor did they replied to my emails. I am frustrated by their negligence. please take suitable action against them. I will be thankful to you. my order no. is 1216340.

                            Hi my name is haq. And I ordered a cap and a T-shirt on koovs.com with order id 1207646 but I got a women's dress in my package instead. I tried calling them several times on there customer care number ([protected]) but nobody answers the call it goes to the recorded message straight away. I also have sent 2 emails on [protected]@koovs.com but no reply what so ever. Please find a solution for my problem and Kindly help me with this situation and I am never using koovs.com to shop again.

                              Have taken shoes from the koovs.. And was having problem with the size so I return it on 31st of July ..for other details they said it ll take 72hrs from the delivery time.. From 3rd of August I am calling daily on the number but my call never got connect.. It's been 10 days .. I have not got my refund .. Totally frustrated with the services..

                                  Order Id - 1162516 I ordered a pair of shoes but when I recieved them they were dirty. After sharing of the pics they initiated the return which took a full ten days for pick-up. After successful pick-up, I have still not received the amount. I have had asked for the transaction number but they never provided that even if had they initiated the refund an Neft transaction doesn't take more than a few hours.

                                    I placed a order first time on koovs, and because of size issue i wanna replace it or return it. the only number they game, its always keep me in queue.they also dont have any toll free number, i guess its purposefully, because its also one of the way they earn. the call charges me more than 200 rs as i tried to call them several times. when i mailed them i just got an automated response to acknowledge that my enquiry has been received, and that they will call me, but they never call me. i hate the experience with koovs. its one of the fraud online company we have in india. dont go for it. my order no. is 1192499.

                                      I bought goods from online shopping site 'www.koovs.com', i paid them all the money with online credit card option and they confirmed the order and said u will get this order min. 3-5 days, . but when i checked on their website my order status there was written 'Received back at Koovs', as you could see in the pictures attached. I placed order on July 29, 2015 but on this very day i don't know where my package is and i e-mailed them many times at their official contact e-mail address'[protected]@koovs.com' but got no replies and also used the contact number mentioned on their website as you could see in the pictures attached '[protected]', to make contact with them during their working hours but no one picks up calls. now i don't where my product is because no mode of communication with them worked, and i paid full amount as desired by them to buy that product but now i think i wasted my money here, don't know where to go, just help me.
