      I requested for the return of the above order on 22 Jan 2016 but still waiting for that. As per their website, it should have done within 48-72 hrs. They don't even reply to my mail. Their service is worse than the material they provide. I am not sure when they will send courier for pick up and when they will refund after all checks. Don't know what shall I do next. Please assist.

          I have purchased shoes on date[protected]order no:1602692) UK-4.I received the product on[protected] But the shoes was one size bigger and I placed an exchange request the same day.When I called in customer care he said the size UK-3 is available.After the exchange request the size was available.I have been calling them many times the answer was it will take more 3 days to place your order but when I called customer care today[protected]After 15 days the person is telling me the size is sold out.I am disappointed and unsatisfied with your service.This never happened with any order Online shopping App.

            I placed two orders order numbers 1609249 and 1609279 on 13th January. The order was accepted and dispatched. Payment was made. However I am yet to receive either. Upon inquiring by email I was told that my delivery address was out of delivery area. At the time of payment you failed to intimate that it was not possible to deliver to the address provided. I then wrote several more emails, after which I was told to pick my clothes up from some address in Sonepat. I live in a hostel and it is not possible for me to do that. I then provided my residence address for delivery. I was told that it would be delivered to the new address within 2-3 days of the conversation which took place on 23rd January. I have yet to receive anything. Please resolve this conflict at your end and deliver my goods at either of my addresses provided. I have wasted a lot of time let alone the inconvenience caused. I am very disappointed by your service.

                I had ordered 4 items from koovs.com by seeing their tremendous popular marketing campaign.I received my after 1 week, but for my shock all the items were of bad quality 1.Dress-Even you cant use that as floor cleaning mop, even mop clothes have better quality. 2. Golden bracelet:Very cheap quality, I will through that away.As they don't have return policy for accessories. 3. Earring...but quality as per price charged is too high.On streets you might get more cheaper and good quality products. 4.Bluberry statement necklace:Different from what you see in video, ..very cheap My suggestion is, don't get fooled by their marketing campaign and videos..the actual products they might deliver is of worst quality..one of fraud company, I will never buy anything from them now.Please circulate this.

                            My order no for koovs is 1305318. I have shipped the product on 16th of october and they have received the return 3days after. I waited for a week and i dint hear anything from them about the refund. Then I called them which took almost 1/2 hr to go throught just to hear that it is under quality check and till today it has never crossed the quality check. I'm really pissed and do not know what to do about it. I just want my money back. And i advice anyone thinking about buying from them should give up the thought. Crapiest e-commerce website ever. Go for more reputed one.

                              Actually i was ordered one shirt in koovs.com with online payment, once i received that product i was not happy about it, so i was planned to return that shirt.
                              so i have sent a mail to customer care they conformed like they will send my money to my account once they received the product.

                              i sent it that shirt via bule dot courier product has reached to them but they didn't sent my amount back. i have sent so many mails but i didn't get reply. please do the need full.

                                  My order id is 1375614... I got this product 2 week ago...this was a 3rd class product.. With 3rd class of smell coming out from product. I initiated return, Reverse pickup was done on next day... But still they haven't refunded my money back. Last week they said it will take another 36 to 48 hours.. Today when i called they are telling like it will take another 15 to 20 Working days.. Nothing is systematic here... Hell kind of product and service... No proper response...

                                    My order id 1371574. I have placed this order on 20.10.15 from koovs.com and today is 6.11.15. The product has not been deliverer till today there has been no.support from the koov customer service. These people are just rubbish. They have just opened up a online shooping website. They just dont get it that the customers are having problem. No.support at all. In addition the call center people dont have the way to talk to their customers. I have.incurred a loss of 20000 because of them.
                                    koovs is really rubish. they only cheat and make money. poor people get trapped. there is no customer support. actions must be taken against them.
