My order no. 1688818.
I am ordered 5 products in the Koovs. But 3 products are missing in the box. I am compliant to Koovs customer care. Customers care not good response and they are directly closed my case....

I lodged a return request[protected] of the products i had ordered since they were all over-sized. I even talked at the customer care. The only thing they said was that the products would be picked up from my place within 48 hours but no one came. I've heard this the fourth time today. (i.e[protected]...

I requested for the return of the above order on 22 Jan 2016 but still waiting for that. As per their website, it should have done within 48-72 hrs. They don't even reply to my mail. Their service is worse than the material they provide. I am not sure when they will send courier for pick up and when they will refund after all checks. Don't know what shall I do next. Please assist....
