Pathetic and fake is the synonym i should use for Koovs.com.I had purchased a pair of shoe with koovs in the month of september, but sincei didnt find it up to the mark with quality i had returned the product on 25th Sept 2015 and had requested for the refund of Money. Its been more than 20 days there hasnt been any process of the refund even though koovs have received the product. I think its one of the worst online marketeers. there...

I have given all my bank details ..and it's been three months m trying to get my cash back ..but ders no response. ..can you tell me will I get my money r not? They have taken my product and now they r not responding and not refunding my cash. ..I need a response ..They are trying to cheat me .....
