Pathetic and fake is the synonym i should use for Koovs.com.I had purchased a pair of shoe with koovs in the month of september, but sincei didnt find it up to the mark with quality i had returned the product on 25th Sept 2015 and had requested for the refund of Money. Its been more than 20 days there hasnt been any process of the refund even though koovs have received the product. I think its one of the worst online marketeers. there call centre no is useless...No one is there to take call. I have given all my bank details ..and it's been three months m trying to get my cash back ..but ders no response. ..can you tell me will I get my money r not? They have taken my product and now they r not responding and not refunding my cash. ..I need a response ..They are trying to cheat me ..

I am Rahul, mail id:- rahul.[protected]@gmail.com I ordered a shirt from KOOVS.com on august 23, 2015. the shirt is called the Koovs canyon shirt. they took almost a month to deliver. i don't remember the exact delivery date but on the site its showing Oct 6. it was on discount and I got it at Rs 450. today is 9th oct and i wore it exactly twice... and it got torn... pathetic fabric quality... in my entire life i have never worn anything that gets ripped of from the center back seam when i bend down (in d middle of the road).. that was one hell of a surprise and embarrassment... it was a complete waste of money...please refund my money or send me another shirt of good quality which i can wear... it is insane... i have never seen a shirt getting torn like that.. m no superhero... P:S i shop a lot from koovs, at times they deliver real good qualities.. but this is just something that i can't digest and also koovs people never reply, so I'm writing it here...

Hey koovs you thief fraud people if you cant know how to work faithfully dont n shut your company..what in the world the customer care is 247 hr buzy you think that eating other money you will succeed..no you are not...for 1 month i have been calling you n messaging you not even a single response...you are keeping all the customer no in busy mode because you have full enough to feed...seriously i am so fed of trying you...i am giving a complaint really to police...even my money is less still it my money not yours...so return my cash n give a quick response

I ordered one product from koovs as d product was big in size i orderd an exchange of product with right size...i already paid to dem on delivery of 1st product...d courier company took d package from my house on 25 september but still i have not recieved my product not cashback...with der online assistance which dey hardly provide.. der executive number are always busy no proper revert on mails...dey issued a cupon for me with discount of 500 which is applicable on shopping of 1500 ...but my product orderd was of Rs595 ...after dat i tried many calls to dem but still no rply...worst..fake fraud company

Refund for my order no 1256003 has not been made from koovs.com.i made a return for this order and a processing mail for the refund has been sent to me on 7 sep2015 and its been so long no progress has been made. Kindly look into the matter and refund my money back as soon as possible.

I have been trying to call the customer care but haven't been able to get in touch with an executive. Please get back to me as soon as possible. I had places an order on the 11th of August. ORDER ID: 1235406 On receiving the product i wanted to place a reverse pick up as the size was big. No one answers the call. Have written more than 15 emails, not a single response, Only an auto msg which says they will contact me within 24-48hrs but they didn't contact me till now. This has been the most horrible, pathetic, frustrating website ever. I've come across. Still waiting for them to get in touch with me for the reverse pick up. There's no senior members contact person to get in touch, absolutely disgusting. Service sucks BIG TIME.

I'd ordered this shoe online from koovs.com on the 9th Aug' 15. The product order wasn't processed for over a week. So I'd to re-place the order. Happened that I received both the products ordered and the return request hasn't been accepted. No response to mails or helpline numbers since over a week. I don't want the product anymore with such disappointing service. Kindly look into the matter. (Order no. 1228523 Date : 9th Aug'15 Re order no. 1264310 Date : 25th Aug'15 These orders had to be canceled and a return request is made for the same. Due to non delivery of the product during the expected period, three orders were placed. So kindly take the return for the products and refund the cash along with the fresh order -1278669 placed on 2.09.15. Kindly process the request before the delivery of the aforesaid order. So, I had ordered these 2 t-shirts which I had successfully returned following the needful procedure correctly and keeping the terms and conditions in mind. Its been more than 2 weeks that the courier guy came and took the parcel and I have received no confirmation of receipt of the returned products by the company. I was supposed to get a refund in terms of a promotional or return code which would let me buy something else from the webstore. Despite constant efforts to make a call, which never really gets attended and mails which are hardly ever responded, after being done having tapped the company more than enough times, I never received an intimation by their end. Even after having warned them to take advances to file a complaint, the company turns a deaf ear to the required support. Its highly disappointing that they do so much of promotions, like the ads popping on this very website itself too, they have a very poor customer service. I want a strict action to be taken against them so that they don't carry on this way deceiving the customers.

The most pathetic and most frustrating website ever. My Order 1205916 placed on 3 august more than one month back for which product is taken back a long time ago but there is no effing update for refund. There site shows they received it on 1 September but all they are providing me with is a mediocre time frame of 48 hrs, dont know when there 48 hours will be over. Moreover i have constant email but there no reply from there end and there call center is worst of all. It does not get connected and constantly there executives are on someone else probably whole nation is fed up of there services and is complaining at same time. I want refund for the full order now. I just do not want to return one product. Refund my full amount asap or I will drag you to court.

As per koovs they asked me to send my bank details so dat they can credit the amount ...I have sent all my bank details. ..and they told the money il get credited in 10 to 15 days ..but it's a month ..I dint recive any cash ..so I request u to solve my problem

I had ordered a ladies top from Koovs.com which I returned since the product did not fit me well. It has been more than 15 days and the company has not issued me a replacement code as yet. The consumer helpline numberis always busy. NEVER SHOP FROM KOOVS.COM

This is in regard to the payment made for nike wmns nike orive nm us size 8.5 on 31st aug 2015 from koovs.com. The amount got debited from the account but the order wasnt placed.

So, i made the payment once again and now the order is successfully placed from my account.

Wtf is wrong with this company. I have been trying to reach them from last 3-4 days but no reply. I called to the number provided by Koovs many times but it's always busy none of their executive are available and I have sent them emails too but there too no response only an auto msg which says they will contact me within 24-48hrs but they didn't contact me till now. I wanted to return an item as it's size big. Their service is very poor they don't even have a toll free number. How can they ignore the customers like that. KOOVS is the worst online shopping site I have ever found. Their service sucks. I hope they improve it and resolve the problem ASAP. Am very disappointed and frustrated with their service.
