i ordered a tshirt online from koovs.com . The produt was of very bad quality. I called Koovs to get a refund but they said we will only give u a credit not. But now they sent me a mail & My refund code is only till end of sept. This is very bad on the part of Koovs. 1stly the product delivered was of bad quality - then there is NO REFUND but only credit money.. and that too only for 2 months time.. this is just called cheating
Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I had ordered 4 items from koovs.com by seeing their tremendous popular marketing campaign.I received my after 1 week, but for my shock all the items were of bad quality 1.Dress-Even you cant use that as floor cleaning mop, even mop clothes have better quality. 2. Golden bracelet:Very cheap quality, I will through that away.As they don't have return policy for accessories. 3. Earring...but quality as per price charged is too high.On streets you might get more cheaper and good quality products. 4.Bluberry statement necklace:Different from what you see in video, ..very cheap My suggestion is, don't get fooled by their marketing campaign and videos..the actual products they might deliver is of worst quality..one of fraud company, I will never buy anything from them now.Please circulate this.

    I am anbazhagan working in australia, I purchased 6 items order number 610092 on koovs.Com on 23th march for my fathers birthday. After placing my order they shipped item by item (not in one pack, individual items), items directly came from vendors.
    Still I didn’t get the below product from koovs.Com, then I have called 20 times and mailed 10 times, but not yet received my items. Finally I have checked first flight courier, their website says ravichandran received the products, I dont know who is ravichandran

      I purchased a shoe from koovs.com on 3-August 2012 . I ordered size 4 but size 4.5 was shipped to me. As per koovs website, one can get 30-day exchange or return. But this policy is FAKE. Till date there has been no addressable to my complaint to their customer care. Their customer care executives behaves rudely and unable to resolve my complaint. They have even circulated my number to some unknown people outside who calls me and abuse. I want to lodge this consumer complaint against the company so that they don't cheat any innocent in future. I want JUSTICE.

      I am Ankit Vakharia from mumbai placed a 7 orders (KV[protected],KV[protected],KV[protected],KV[protected],KV[protected],KV[protec... worth web price Rs.24,670/- on one of e-commerce website which is www.koovs.com
      as far as company policy, they delivers products in 7 days, but very next day of order placed i have got an email that all the products i have been placed are out of stock, day after i called customer care about the issue, they told me that new lot is coming so they will ship my product and i will get it and also they committed me for tracking detail, moreover 2 days this drama continuous, and finally today morning again when i called up they told me they have dispatched my products and shipping details will be updated by evening but after that i tried to contact one of the team leader of the team, he told me that they have refunded my money today.
      the worst way of business i have seen till date in e-commerce, they used money for a week and after that replying that they are refunding my money,
      now my wish is that to cancel the refund and to get the exact products which i have ordered.
      I also found out about the negative ratings only after paying them. Please send me your mobile number. If they do not ship my order we can decide on an FIR together.

        I had bought an ambipur car perfume using Koovs website in december 2011. I had paid the money using credit card and my order number is 329922.

        In spite of repeated compalints and reminders to the company, the product has not been shipped to me till date! Plz help me in getting the item delivered. thanks

        I have ordered 2 (two) hard drives (Buy Seagate Expansion 3.5 inch) from KOOVS.com on 27 Sep, with Order id:181964, and coupon id:KV[protected] and KV[protected].
        Till date it has not been delivered to me.

        Also I had ordered 3(three) phones (Buy Nokia X2-01 Mobile at our ) on 21 Oct, with order id:246808, and coupon id: KV[protected], KV[protected] and KV[protected].

        It was delivered on 28 Oct.
        But only two (2) phones were delivered to me instead of three (3).

        There customer care is inresponsive and phones are almost dead all the times.

        I would request you to kindly escalate the issue
        to whom it may concern

          I had ordered for nike chromo thong on june 3. I called the customer care an spoke to them on 5th of june asking for the status of my product. The guy replied sayin that my product will be shipped within 15 days. Again i called the customer care on 11th of june an spoke to some supervisor named ranjit. That guys assured me that the product will be delivered to me by 15th of june. On 16th when i call back ranjit to ask about the status of the product, he said that its not available an he has cancelled the order an it will tale 21 days for the money to refund. If you don't have a product in stock then why do you put it on display.
          I'm totally annoyed with this kind of behaviour from theor customer care.

          Koovs is really disappointing! I have ordered from Flipkart, Jabong, Snapdeal, Future Bazaar and never got the bad service I received from Koovs. It was my first time ordering with them, and after 7 days I didn't receive my product and I called them, they claimed they'd have my 3 items delivered in next 3 days, next thing I see on the website that my order is cancelled without any call from them to inform me of the matter. Luckily it was COD, it was my first time ordering and will definitely be my last!!! I just want to know now how to delete my account.

            i have booked a watch from koovs.com and the details of which are
            watch model no. : Casio EDIFICE EF-312D-1AVDF Men's Watch

            date of booking : Jun 03, 2012
            The above mentioned watch was booked by me on 3rd June and the product was there in the stock. i received no response from the company till 6th, then i have to call them and they replied that the product is out of stock and assured me that the product will be supplied very soon. then again after repeated calling by me they just kept on promising the same. In the meantime i was shocked to see the same watch being sold by them at a higher price. i again called up, but they were now refusing to supply the product at the booked price and insisting me to cancel the order. Koovs.com is cheating with the consumer by selling the same product under different product code and not supplying me the booked product at agreed price. I want you to please look into the matter and help me to receive my product at booked price as they have no right to sell the same product at higher price without supplying to the previous orders.

              I purchased a sweepstakes for Rs. 1 (Order number : 568853) from www.koovs.com on 4th Mar 2012.
              The listing mentioned as follows
              "Pay just Re. 1 and get a chance to win Apple iPhone 4 worth Rs. 32000 or get 50 times money credited to your account for any future purchase on Koovs.com
              How it works:
              Pay Re. 1 and get a chance to Win Apple iPhone 4, 16 GB.
              Else, use your Koovs coupon id for this deal to get 50 times money off any future purchase on Koovs.com"

              As I didn't won the sweepstakes they must have credited Rs. 50 back in my koovs account. They did this but placed a minimum purchase condition. I can use those Rs. 50 only if I buy something worth Rs. 150 or more from their site. When this was not even mentioned in the listing, how can they place such conditions at end. This is CHEATING.

              On top of this their customer support never replies to mails sent to them. When I contact them on facebook, they just replies and went quiet even without resolving my query.

                Hello, I Booked an order from online shoping portal www.Koovs.com. My order no is 633099, booked on 11-April-2012. The shipping address is "Himani Malik, H No 313, Jiwan Nager, Back of Munshi Ram Sweets, Hansi Road, KARNAL - 132001, HARYANA, Email : [protected]@gmail.com, Mobile : [protected]". The payment of Rs 393.00 was made through ICICI Bank Online Internet Banking. Prior to booking the order, Koovs.com customer care, confirm the order will reach up to 14-April-2012. Koovs.com dispatched this order on 16th- April which they were suppose to deliver on 14th-April. Koovs.com dispatch this order through FedEx courier services with Track id [protected]. When I am trying to track this order from FedEx with same Track id, FedEx failed to acknowledge the Track Id stating that they required 12 digit id, where is Track id provided by Koovs.com was 15 digit id.

                Still the order is not delivered at destination, neither Koovs.com nor FedEx is willing to help.

                  Im ashish soni, i ordered a pen drive from koovs. Com online shopping store and my order number is 369048 on 25 dec 2011, and make a payment of rs. 699. And they committed to delivered within 3-4 working days but still on 16 apr 2012, i cant got my order and when im calling them they just said that your order in process please wait. And im called them several time but they just make my call on hold and then cut the line and im not getting any response from there side. Now im getting very disturbed by all that so please help me to out this problem please.

                  I have booked a Cell phone Blackberry Torch 9800 (White Color) amount to Rs. 19,900/- Dt. 29/12/2011 vide Order No. 386388..

                  As on date i have not received any details on despatch.. I have called the company almost 15 times and i always get reply that our exectives shall get back to you.. Is this the kind of service you cater to your clients?

                  Koovs — Non receipt of product which was paid instantly

                  I ordered a Transcend digital photo frame on Jan 10 from http://www.koovs.com/ website. Even after one week I didn't receive any response or the ordered product from them. So I contacted them through phone and email. After two days only they responded and said that my order is held up since there was some transaction error and they will ship the product or refund money in 1-2 days.

                  Complaint #1: If there was transaction error, why didn't they intimate me for a week


                  Even after 5 days, I didn't got any response from them. So I chased them again. But they are not responding to my phone calls or email them. My money is stuck with them for more than 10 days. Please get me the product or the refund money from them.

                    Jan 15th, 2012 : I placed an order for 3 photo Mugs at koovs.com for a special price of Rs.150
                    Jan 24th, 2012 : Received a courier with 3 mug boxes taped together - appeared light at one end. contents:
                    1. Only box, no mug in 1
                    2. Handle broken in 5 pieces in 2nd box
                    3. One full mug
                    Jan 24th, 2012 : Lodged complaint on website - no response , sent email
                    Jan 26th, 2012 : Got a response that these are breakable items, I should send a picture of broken mug
                    Jan 30th, 2012 : Sent picture of broken mug and cracked flimsy packaging. My earlier experience of ordering mugs online was excellent - tough packing, no issues
                    Feb 7th , 2012 : Received one mug, emailed for second mug, NO RESPONSE TILL DATE.
                    Effectively, I paid 450/- instead of 300/- for two mugs, wasted time in following up and waited for 1 month.

                      I'm just logging this to advise fellow friends to NEVER use services of koovs.com. Although they have good prices on items, once you get a defective product, then thats it - they literally have NO customer service.

                      I made an order for a Milton flask - order 439762 but it arrived in BROKEN condition. See attached picture.

                      I sent them a mail way back on Jan 17, since no one ever answers their customer service numbers. Always plays automated messages.

                      After mailing 5 times, they finally responded saying:


                      Dear Customer

                      We really apologize for the inconvenience caused. We will arrange the reverse pick up for the wrong product, we will reship the correct product to you, however you ll be intimated about the same.
                      Please be assured.

                        I placed an order for Micromax X210 Mobil Handset on 21st March 2012 with Koovs and made full payment via credit card for Rs.1332/-
                        Post that I have been calling their Call Center on following days to check status of same & to get shipping status ( which by the way is not updated / displayed anywhere on their website)
                        22nd March[protected] hrs
                        26th March[protected] hrs
                        28th March[protected] hrs
                        30th March[protected] hrs*

                        During all these calls I was been assured that I will receive my consignment on time.
                        Interim on 28th March I had also written email to contact person suggested by customer care executive with deficiencies in service which I had observed and also raised ticket around 26th March 2012, both havent been answered as yet.

                        When I called today i.e on 30th March 2012, the executive updated me that my consignment is yet to be shipped & asked me to wait 72 hrs more.
                        for refund they claimed to take 21-30 working days.
                        On further check I have found that their have been similar experiences by other users too.
                        It seems majority of time this site just uses money received from people via card payment for instance in my acse koovs has received money on 21st March & assuming that I will receive money bak after 10 days from today which would be 10th April , they have used my money for this period.

                          I have ordered a item - Combo Offer of Pigeon Little Wonder 550w + 3Pc Non Stick Gift Set (1 Qty) on dated Feb 13, 2012, 10:22 PM on www.koovs.com. I received the items on 23.02.2012 from Koovs. When the courier is opne I found that Pigeon Mixer is damaged. I booked a complaint on the same day. Even I e-mailed a photos of damaged item with time stamp on the photos showing damaged area. They told me that they would arrange for reverse pickup with in 48 Hrs and replaced the damaged item. After 20 days there is no progress. The customer care no shown on Bill invoice is wrong. The customer care number available on Website www.koovs.com is also not working - on calling, this telephone does not exist. Till today there is no progress of any kind. There is no progress by the company

                          Have not received the product. Called the Koovs people many times, every time they assure that they are going to send it now and you will receive it in 3-4 days. Finally after so many requests made, I did not received the product and asked to refund the money into my account. They are making fool of me and messaging me that they will solve the issue by the day end or within an hour or so. Now they have stopped responding too.

                            The Offer was from www.websworldonline.com. contact person Mr.Rahul ([protected]) & Rajat Gupta.([protected]) They were in communication First they were Replying that www.koovs.com had not made payment to them Hence please talk to them and we have started your work of web designing without Recieving payment. please talk to Online Shopping - Buy Mobiles, Cameras, Computers, Fashion & Accessories at Lowest Price in India - Koovs.com for our payment how can we work If we are not having Payment. I talked to koovs call center no.[protected]. that www.websworldonline.com is replying me that they have not received payments so please make them payment and my work will be Done fast. the contact person from www.koovs.com was Mr. Vinod Chaturvedi his contact no is ([protected]). He Replied me that He had Talked to websworldonline.com To Mr. Rahul & Rajat Gupta. and thier payment is made from koovs.com and there is no issue now and the work will be done. then i talk to Mr. Rahul & Rajat Gupta He confirmed that they have Recieved payment and my website will be made as soon as possible but later on they were not Responding to me. I Doubted so i crossed checked on www.godaddy.com my domain name registration but it was not Registered then I mailed to them what is going on ? are they doing my work or no they replied through mail that they are not going to do my work and replied that they had a disscusion for my refund and they will refund me my Amount of 4499/- on 20/2/2012. but they are not giving me my refund. now they are not even receiving my phone calls.
                            I have mailed several times to [protected]@koovs.com but no reply was Received from their side.
                            i have called koovs and complained on phone but no Action has been Taken They Just Keeps me on Hold for 30-30 minutes then I have to Disconnect call from my side Now I am Helpless
                            I have all the conversation made through mails which mr.Rajat Gupta Accepted for Refunding.

                            Please help me to get my refund Back with Compensation.coz I am being Harassed from 13 december 2011.

                              I have purchased a sony in ear phone MDR-EX10LP for rupees 550 on 13 th of February 2012(Order ID 514273). At the time of shopping they mentioned that the product will get delivered within 7 days. But on the 8th day when i did contact to Koovs.com they told me that the product is out of stock though at the time of shopping the product was well in stock; i can't understand how the product can be out of stock as it was purchased through the full payment.
                              Whenever I do contact them, they are coming up with a new idea from their idea factory to make the customer fool and cheat.

                                I have ordered Prestige Pressure Cooker Apple 2Ltr Aliminium(1 qty) nd Philips Electric Shaver HQ-6900(1 qty) on 5th of Feb (order num 495465) .i've received philips shaver alone,Prestige cooker not yet shipped several complaints made it's been already 15 days gone.So i told to cancel my order and refund my amount which deducted against prestige cooker.They not giving proper reply,just telling shipped already delivered.

                                  I placed an order for Samsung Galaxy R I9103 on february 3rd 2012.
                                  I decided to call up their customer care(CC) after 2 days without an update.
                                  They told they'll ship it within 7 days and asked to wait till then.
                                  I waited till 10th where they updated FALSE SHIPPING DETAILS WITH FALSE TRACKING ID so that i'll keep quiet for few days.
                                  When i checked with courier company they told they didnt received any Parcel with that tracking id.
                                  Then i again called koovs CC, they told i'll receive today. When i told about my interaction with courier company they told i'll not receive it today and the product is out of stock. They told me to mail to [protected]@koovsmail.com and said i'll receive reply within an hour. i received reply immediately from google stating the Address rejected/absent !!!!!!!!!!
                                  How can they make such a big blunder??
                                  What are the ways to retrieve my money and make koovs sorry for this false drama they are playing with me

                                    I purchased an Memory card via koovs.com on jan 3rd,2012. They shipped the product after ten days via First flight couriers. These fellows lost(stole) the product. When i contact the first flight courier they saying to contact the seller(koovs) when i contacted koovs these fellows saying contact the courier company. finally i don't get the product. It took 10th feb but no response from both fellows. What a customer management, i am frustrated much out of these fellows. Until these fellows are there India's development is a ?

                                      I have brought an item from koovs on January 2nd order id 401018, still i have not received the product, I called the customer care multiple times but everytime they assured me that the product will be delivered within 2-3 days and also never got any email response too.
                                      They even agreed to refund the amount within 48 hours but completely stopped responding beyond that and never refunded the amount despite multiple calls/reminders.

                                        I had done an online shopping for a Pigeon 4 ltr pressure cooker worth Rs 744 with Koovs.com with order number 463195 on January 24th 2012 but still now after 7 days also I didn't receive the product. So I called up there customer care number +[protected]. Even i sent some mails to them at [protected]@koovs.com. They didnt reply properly. In there website the status of my product is shipping in progress. I want my money back with some additional compensationas they have caused lot of trouble for me.

                                        Koovs is really disappointing! I have ordered from Flipkart, Jabong, Snapdeal, Future Bazaar and never got the bad service I received from Koovs. It was my first time ordering with them, and after 7 days I didn't receive my product and I called them, they claimed they'd have my 3 items delivered, next thing I see on the website that my order is cancelled without any call from them to inform me of the matter. Luckily it was COD, I never received the product, it was my first time ordering and will definitely be my last!!!
