i ordered a Newfeel Shoes on http://www.koovs.com, on Dec 13th 2011 and made the payment online.
More than 40 Days have passed and i didnt got my order yet
on there site its showing Shipped on 18th Dec 2011 throug Blue Dart Courier.
from that day whenever im trying to track my order from bluedart site its showing Numbers Not Found.
i called koovs customer care many time but didn't got any usefull answer from them.
and now thwy are not responding to e-mails and nor attending calls on customer care,
Even if they do so they just give lame excuses that they have intimated the concern department.
I am helpless, to whom do i ask.. they are not even canceling my order.

Koovs is really disappointing! I have ordered from Flipkart, Jabong, Snapdeal, Future Bazaar and never got the bad service I received from Koovs. It was my first time ordering with them, and after 7 days I didn't receive my product and I called them, they claimed they'd have my 3 items delivered, next thing I see on the website that my order is cancelled without any call from them to inform me of the matter. Luckily it was COD, I never received the product, it was my first time ordering and will definitely be my last!!!

    Today I brought two coupons from KOOVS.COM for buying watches in http://www.thewatchshop.in. I tried to used them today for purchasing a watch. It was saying my coupon was expired.

      Hello Team,

      This complaint is against a e-Commerce web site ''Koovs'' ( http://www.koovs.com ). I purchased a offer on Koovs on 22 December at around 11.57 pm.
      Offer Name :: Picnik Square Salad Bowl 6 inch. Free Home Delivery.

      'Koovs' came up with a offer 'Picnik Square Salad Bowl 6 inch. Free Home Delivery' and I purchased it on 22 December but unfortunately due to network issue my money got deducted from my bank account but order number did not generated. I waited for 10 days in hope I will get my refund automatically like all e-Commerce web sites do but when they did not initiated any refund process I mailed them thrice (with follow-up mails) with the bank statements and transaction id and all the details that I had but they never replied back to my mails.
      I even called them for so many times but they never attended my calls. Every time I ended my calls after waiting for 10-15 minutes hearing their computer recorded voice. This happened for so many days.

      And, When i contacted Citibank for this query they mailed me following statement :
      "The purchase has been successfully made and the payment has been effected to the Merchant vide Payment Voucher (PV) # [protected] and trace number[protected]. We request you to contact the service provider quoting the above reference numbers for further assistance."

        i got confirm mail from koovs also

        but on koovs site in my account there is nothing show as i orderd

        after i complete all process of payment koovs sites show me "your order unsuccessfull".i mailed koovs but no reply from koovs.

        They will never reply you, I am the one victim of them.
        Simple way to stop these guys from fraud is to ORDER as many items as you can and when they will come to deliver the order deny it.

        then they will call you back, at that time you can take your revenge and can save others to lose money because of these fraud websites.

        I had ordered galaxy note on 22nd Jan online via koovs.com.There said it will be shipped in 7 days.
        When i folowed it regularly they told me its shipped & gave me tracking number.When i followed it with blue dart tehy said the number shows the product has already been delivered on Dec12th to some othe person.When i pulled them up they said prod hasnt been delivered yet.
        Everydayi call them & they say its been delievered but it isnt.
        Pls guide how to take appropriate action.

          I ordered "Sandisk 4 GB Ultra SD Card" from www.koovs.com on 29th Dec. order id is "385191". till now i didn't received product. i sent lot of mails, no one replying to that. even i called lot of times, they are keep on asking 48 hours. I attached screen shot with this mail. I asked them to cancel my order also, they are not doing anything and telling some nonsense reasons.
          Please help me out to get money back and take the action against KOOVS. if you need any other information needed, please let me know.

              I am writing this complaint because I am very disappointed with Koovs.com Koovs is a stupid, mismanaged online company. Stay AWAY from KOOVS. There are dozens of better options.
              This website appears to be created by fraudsters. Pl be very careful. My order no 394123 has not been shipped . Repeated mails, calls etc are of no use.They even dont reply. They have simply escaped with my money. If you call up the call centre, they will say "all our agents are busy...." and eventually you would get tired. Occasionally if someone picks up, they would not understand your problem and nothing would be solved. They refuse to connect to a supervisor, take a complain or get back with a solution .They even dont reply through ticket system . I think i have been harassed by them therefore i want others to beware of that. They are destroying the beauty of online purchases. I feel it is a bogus site, a waste of time and to cheat us. On checking with some friends I heard similar stories about this site. My recommendation would be to simply stay clear of this website. They seem to be there to cheat people out of their money and nothing else.Their call centre is horrible. It just keeps ringing all the time and no one answers the call. You have to try at least 25 times before your call can even get through.

                  I am a regular online shopper and have purchased from various online shopping portals.However when i bought a product from koovs.com,the experience has been terrible.i ordered for a Wildcarft Laptop bag on 14th Nov & received it.But the bag did not meet the description provided & was not a laptop bag at all.It didnt have a laptop sleeve itself.I spoke to the customer care & they asked me to ship the product back.I returned the product on 24th Nov to the mentioned address.Howver after receiving the product,their attitude towards me has been appaling.I was trying to contact them to know the status and have been queued for for very time wasting my phone bill. At last they agreed to refund the money & asked me to wait for 21 days for the money transfer to be reflected. I even confirmed the same several times during this period. After 21 days when i called, I am not getting any proper response and they are starting the process all over again and just asking what is the issue. The mail i received from them is in inappropriate tone and highly disrespectful. Now I feel cheated as they havent returned my hard earned money and are in possession of my bag too.they said they will call my number and they are switchin off their cell.they agreed and confirmed to refund and they have been cheating us all this days and now they are saying its not possible.

                    This is regarding koovs.com from where i purchase a coupon for dental treatment in dental life clinic gurgaon of 199 rs value ,according to their terms i will get benefits of 4000 rs of dental treatment but when i called dental clinic for appointment of dental treatment they said that there is no service from their side of coupan and they dont know how koovs.com offering this service or even name of site ,they said i don't know from where they put and took this advertisement after calling many times to koovs.com and asking for refund they ask about my account no,account holder name and ifsc code of bank,even there was not any standard procedure of refunding ,i got to know that they are just diverting the customer by their fraud deals.
                    kindly solve my problem matter is not money it is matter off customer value,
                    i called their customer care many times and each time they took call after 10 minutes of waiting where standard call charge rate applied,there is no response from koovs.com even dental clinic revert regarding this issue but not by koovs.com

                      This is with reference to my Order no 328318 placed on Koovs.com for a Transcend 16gb microsd card worth Rs 799/-. These people have not shipped the product for over 15 days and every day I call them they never pickup the phone. Once or twice when they pick they tell me sir please wait one more day, two more day and so on but to no avail.
                      I have mailed them 4 times at [protected]@koovs.com but they do not reply to that also

                        www.koovs.com is currently running a campaign on their website that says "Get 25% cashback on all purchases". If we read this cash back policy in detail, it says "Buy this product now and you would receive a credit of Rs 3345 in your Koovs Account. This credit can be redeemed on any subsequent purchases at koovs.com.
                        The cashback would be valid on a minimum purchase of Rs 10035 and valid for 1 Month"

                        I have also attached two screen-shots of the website confirming this.

                        How can this be called a cash back offer??

                        A cash back offer is where the buyer get CASH $$$$$ back from the seller, this is just a credit to purchase items on the same website.

                        I hope that authorities will take appropriate action against such online stores who are cheating their customers.

                          I happened to visit koovs site unfortunately for a product named : Black & Decker Car Vacuum Cleaners ACV 1205 which costs 2516 INR
                          But KOOVS delivered Black & Decker Car Vacuum Cleaner AV 1205 which is only 1796 INR .
                          I have lost 720 INR by this very first deal.

                          In the front of the box KOOVS billed as Black & Decker Car Vacuum Cleaners ACV 1205 ( see the photo)

                          In the box it is Black & Decker Car Vacuum Cleaner AV 1205 and also the MRP is 1995 ( after discount 1796) See the photo

                          I feel being cheated in the very first transaction with KOOVS and is extremely disappointed.

                          I had asked for a refund the amount 720 INR or replace the order with the correct item. The Customer support team at KOOVS agreed for a refund . But after that mail they are not responding for any emails. No refund at all

                            I ordered a Targus bag worth Rs. 1700 on koovs.com. I was sent some other bag of lower value on Friday, 18th November. I called Customer Service immediately & they told me someone from the concerned team will get in touch with me. Till Monday nothing happened. I called again & was asked to sent an email to Mr. Sanjay. Mr. Sanjay replied that in next two three days your product will be picked up from ur place & will be replaced. Since then I was sent an email to both Mr. Sanjay as well as [protected]@koovs.com but no reply till today. Today I even wrote that if I don't get a reply then I will consider it as a fraud, still I didn't get any response.
                            Please register this as a complaint & take necessary action against koovs.com

                              I ordered a Prestige Induction Cook-Top PIC 6.0. the order no is 266207 from koovs.com an online shopping website, on 29 Oct 12, 12:00 AM. It was promised to be delivered in 7 days. I did not receive item and I called to customer service and their call centre is horrible. It just keeps ringing all the time and no one answers the call. You have to try at least 25 times before your call can even get through. And when your call gets through, there is a lady at the other end who is clueless about everything.Please take action against this FRAUDULENT site which lures customers in the name of discounts, but ends up CHEATING them.

                                Respected Sir,
                                I wanted to lodge a complaint against the malpractices of Koovs, an online trading company.
                                I have ordered a camouflage coloured, Nikon AW100 camera from koovs.com an online shopping website, on Sep 27 2011 order no 183771. It was promised to be delivered in 7 days. I did not recieve item and I called to customer service and registered a complaint number 607. After giving the complaint I received email stating shipment details on Oct 08 2011. The item got delivered by bluedart courier on Oct 11 2011.
                                But the item is not what I ordered. I purchased camera only because of its colour. Now they give me a black camera. No one even contacted while they are changing the product I ordered. I contacted customer care once again on Oct 12 2011. As per instructions given by representative, I sent an email requesting replacement procedure to [protected]@koovs.com. She asked me to ship item back providing the address. It turned out Bluedart charges 1600 rupees without insuring the parcel and 2000 rupees with insuring it. I was awestruck as it was more than 10 percent of products price. Called customer service once again and spoke to Aruna who told me they will send replacement and then pick the previous item shipped. This conversation was on Oct 16 2011.
                                From then the harassment started. They wont reply to emails. Latest sent on 25 oct 2011. I called 26 times till date from date I paid for the product. Almost 85 minutes total on calls per my call records. Everyone I speak to will ask same details again and again and connect call to Aruna who says “We are sending it sir,We are sending it”. No sign of the item yet and not even a courteous email reply about status. Koovs and their merchant both cheated me and their customer service is harassing me.
                                I want my money back I gave them a lot of time for replacing, which they did not. They say Aruna and sanjay both ids at @koovs.com are the point of contacts. What a joke as the point of contacts are never available and obviously donot reply or do not check their emails or their emails are fake.

                                PS: Koovs.com is online cheating company who don’t deliver what they show on websites. Do not order. I have audio recorded files of conversations with Koovs customer service. Print outs of my order clearly stating the colour I requested and a string of emails are available in which they accepted their mistake and promised replacement.

                                  Is Koovs.com a fake?

                                  Dear all, I do not know what is ur experience buying stuffs from online sites but after doing many transactions with many sites, I can only say that be careful while choosing ur online stores.

                                  First of all, do not do any big amount transactions and if you do any big transactions, order them on the basis of cash on delivery.

                                  In the past, I have done online transactions with flipkart, flipgraph (coinjoos now), Indiaplaza, infibeam, nbcindia.com, bookadda.com, letsbuy etc.

                                  The services of all were great except Indiaplaza. The Flipkart was the best. I am sure flipkart remains as number one and my prediction is that these new comers will vanish within few months/years after grabbing some big orders if we are not careful.
                                  Personally, I can trust only flipkart.

                                  However, I thought I will give a try to koovs.com as I had never transacted from here. I ordered a good worth 800 Rs. almost 8 days back where they had promised that I will get the goods within seven days.
                                  I paid the amount by credit card and I think I did that mistake. Thereafter, there is no update on the shipping and delivery. I am yet to get the goods. When I check their site after logging into my account, I can see what I bought but there is no updates regarding whether
                                  it has been shipped or when it will be delivered.

                                  I contacted them many times in their mobile number given at their site but the mobile number [protected] is switched off all the time. I called up their landline number
                                  +[protected] but no one picks up the phone. They do not even have an answering machine if they are closed on any day or time though they claim they are
                                  24 hours working. I called them up on week days and weekend days but no response from their side.

                                  I do not know what do they think? Do they think that they can sustain their business in this competitive market by providing this kind of service?
                                  The way the landline was ringing and no one was picking up the phone made me to think that they have converted their common room in one BHK to an office and started their business but I am sure
                                  they gonna fail soon.

                                  I want to know from friends how is Ur experience shopping from koovs.com? Did you guys face any such problems before?

                                  What options I will have now? I am thinking to wait for few more days (2-3 days) and if they do not respond, will file a criminal complaint FIR under IT Act. I am not sure if I take these steps or not but
                                  I am hugely disappointed with their service and will never shop again with Koovs.com. I am learning day by day and my experience is ‘Try to always do shopping on CASH ON DELIVERY BASIS unless you trust the website completely like I do flipkart.com’.

                                  I have a similar grievance. I just posted a complaint here to educate people about this cheater website. They are fraudulent and their customer service incompetent. They should be shut down.

                                    Hello there, people this is the email i sent to koovs.com and this is their reply.....they never followed up just faking promises.....please if you all are filing a lawsuit or something iconsider me too.....i have been duped too. below their reply is my email despite several calls & emails there is no response.why they have given the support number when they dont have to provide support !!!

                                    On (date), I bought a Blackberry 8830 Mobile at koovs.com with coupon id KV[protected]Order# 92538).

                                    Unfortunately, your product (or service) has not performed well because I haven't been able to connect to the internet using the GPRS technology of the above mentioned phone,which was primarily the main reason to purchase the phone. I am disappointed because on your website it clearly mentions under Features Available : Wireless Email, Corporate Data Access,MMS etc. but I’m unable to use it as the phone is not being recognized by the network I contacted my network’s customer care department & configured it the way it should be but unfortunately the serial number on the unit is not being accepted/hidden by/from the network.

                                    To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your prompt response & appropriate decision as u may see i have made other purchase too. Enclosed are copies of my records i.e the coupon ID which i have included for your reference.

                                    I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until 4th august 2011 before seeking help from a consumer protection agency. Please contact me at the above address or by phone at +91-[protected].

                                      I Amit Gupta who have ordered an Online product from Koovs website, non stick Pan, Pigeon company whose Order no is:KV[protected]

                                      As the order placed is about more than a two month and till date there is no delivery of the product. Every time i speak to your customer support staff they

                                      assure that the product is on the way for delivery, but due to many call attempts the product never reached. I had really a bad experience about this koovs online shopping experience

                                      I also attached the PDF invoice copy of the product along with this mail, but no response

                                      i have ordered a philips head phones from koovs.com but the product has not being recived. i have ordered the product on 05th june 2011
                                      the company garantees delivery in 7 days.i have not recied the product till now.

It has been more than 11 days, I have not recieved the order. Even after giving multiple reminders they have not done anythng. I want my money to be refunded.

                                        NON RECEIVING OF GOOD
                                        Respected sir,
                                        I bought a Belkin backpack by online from www.koovs.com dt. on 13.08.2011. I made the payment of Rs.1299/-through online transfer of SBI. After the successfully transaction, i got a Code KV[protected] and assured for the delivery between 7 working days. Now it is showing the same product worth Rs.999/- .When I am calling the customer care number mentioned in the website (Call +91-[protected] (9am to 7pm, 6 days a week) someone is picking the phone and disconnecting this is so annoying that instead o[censored]pdating on status after picking the call they are disconnecting.

                                        I am regular online shopper and this is first time i have bought something from Koovs.com and I am really disappointed with the customer service.
                                        So, i am very disappointed and hopeless. Please help me to get my money back. I dont want this product after this much problem. My e-mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.
