[Resolved]  LG India — Customer displeasure and dissatisfaction!

I bought a LG Washing Machine Model No: WF-N7131FN through Lg deaer in bangalore on New year. My shop keeper launch informed to the customer care for giving demnostration about the new machine on the next day itself. But till they have not come for demo. But I got a SMS stating that my complaint id is S8C10201556. I dont know what kind of service LG providing to the customer. If they so many days for demo for the new machine , think about if machin gets faulty !!!!!!

Please note the following order of events following my purchase of GL-325TMG4. DSIZEBN Frost Free Refrigerator vide VAT Tax Invoice no. SINCALCA108/7081 dated 04.08.08 through dealer code Ino14410CAL01634_INSTITL

fixed the same using Black Tape (Adhesive Tape meant for insulation of open electrical wires )
02.02.09 N9C20203018 Door Gasket was again detached, though nothing
was done by your technician on that day, later a senior technician called us and told us to detach the Door Gasket fully and soak it in warm and cold water alternatively for some time. On being exclaiming that this is ridiculous, the technician was of the opinion that rather what we feel is ridiculous. On repeat complaint on 09.02.09 it was learned that the technician submitted an “all ok” report.
09.02.09 N9C20902071 Once again the vegetables got damaged as if frost
bitten, your technician claimed that the same is due to Loose Door Gasket, the Gasket was adjusted. A few days later a used replacement of Door was sent to us which was refused at our end.
24.05.09 N9C52400187 The Refrigerator stopped working, your technician
changed the Timer.
29.06.09 N9C62911967 Once again the vegetables got damaged as if frost
bitten, technician changed the temperature setting from 4 & 3 to 4 & 6 for the lower & upper part.
11.07.09 N9C71100227 Vegetable continues to rot, technician changed the
temperature setting from 4 & 6 to 2 & 9 for the lower & upper part.

The whole order of events does not fall in any seriatim and clearly specifies that we are being taken for a ride and are being made to pay (both financially and emotionally) for buying an LG product. Time and again on every fault and complaint we felt that the service team is reluctant in accepting the fault, trying to avoid the complaint, finding fault with the complaint itself, giving different explanations (excuses) for the same problem on different visit, trying to find temporary and fragile solutions to the problem and most importantly trying to buy time to pass the warranty period so that they can start charging for their visits. This certainly was an utterly unpleasant experience leaving a very bad taste with a Die Hard LG user (Plasma TV, LCD TV, Microwave, Washing machine, Computer, AC’s etc)
The idea behind writing to you after last 9 months of tormenting, tolerance and the ultimate test of patience is to let you know the state of affairs and the kind of people involved with a reputed brand like LG. You need no directions or leads, sitting at the helm of affairs of a Consumer Durable Conglomerate like LG surely know better then any o[censored]s how to handle these situations, of course, provided there is a will to do so.
WE HAD INSTALED 1.5 TON SPLIT AC BY COMFORT BARODA BUT NO PROPER RESPONSE FROM THE DEALER .STILL WE HAVE COMPLAIN OF COOLING AND WATER DRIPPING FROM THE INSIDE UNIT.

I bought an Lg convection 2 years ago in ahmedabad. Few days back I found the m/c producing a bit of a noise when switched on. When I contacted the Lg guys said that it was due to the magnetron, which needed to be replaced. This they declared even without checking the m/c. The magnetron was changed, and also got an AMC done.

Six months later, one day on swithching on I found the m/c completely dead. They said that it was due to humidity, and that I should keep the m/c switched on 24/7. (Ahmedabad is known for its dry and hot weather ! ). This problem has occured 3 times in a span of 5 days. The first time they attended to it the same day. the second time they took 4 days and a follow-up complaint. This is the third time it has happened. I have complained 3 days back and am still waiting...

One thing I know for sure - I will never buy an Lg product in future.
I Bought a Fully automatic washing machine on 1st Aug-09. Which deliverd us one out of fur legs dented.
Even the washing machine could not stand. We came to know about the same when thr demo person came and opened to gv us demo.

Than he told us it will be replace by Company within 3 days and he lodged the complain in front o[censored]s.

But till today on 28th Aug 09 we are chasing them. One person is giving us the no of another person and nobody have answer even they have stopped picking my calls while seeing the No.

I bought a automatic washing mechine on 12/09/09 from habsun srinagar, kashmir . but till date they have not come to my home for installation / demonestration, i have already sent a e mail about this mater but no reply received from your end . if you dont give this service then why you are selling this product in market, who will responsible for this mater.Intimate reason for delay. my cell no [protected].
I have purchased Lg washing machine and refrigerator both r worst as refrigerator is getting rust on most of the parts of the body and washing machine does'nt remove dirt and stains from the clothes, i have already fired the same complaint against the same twice, not my problem has not been resolved yet, kindly do the needful as the earliest possible to avoid any legal haseless

Maine dhantersh 2008 me l.g ka pc liya jisme 3year ki warranty hai lekin wo 3 month chalne ke baad kharaab ho gaya aur korba(c.g) ka service center wale pure chutya hai jo 7 mahne tak ko problem nahi pakad paye. L.g service me sudhar karo...aaj tak mera cpu kharab pada hai .what i do.

LG 17" Flatron Colour Monitor — LG Cheated us in a Repairment Case

The LG 17" Flatron Colour Monitor of our personal Desktop was carried by a LG Representative for the purpose of repairement to there service center with a commitment to return back the same by one week.
But still we didn't get the same after 4 weeks, even no feedback is getting from them, they are just stolen it simply.

I BOUGHT LG INTELLOCOOK MICROWAVE FROM PARAKH ELECTRONICS, NASIK ON 24 OCT 2008 WITH A THINKING THAT IT WAS A RELIABLE BRAND AMONGST THE NO OF COMS. SELLING MICROWAVES, AND AFTER A LOT OF DELIBERATIONS AND LOT OF THOUGHT AND LOT OF MARKET SURVEY. SINCE THEN, WITHIN 12 MONTHS, I HAD TO CALL THE SERVICE CENTER FOR REPAIRS AS THERE WAS PROBLEM IN THE AUTO SWITCH ON_OFF WHILE ON THE MICRO MODE. DURING THE GUARANTEE PERIOD, THE SERVICE PERSONNEL CAME IMMEDIATELY, JUST WENT AROUND THE MACHINE, AND SAID THAT THE NEEDFUL WAS DONE. STILL THE PROBLEM PERSISTS. ABOUT 2 MONTHS BACK, THE SERVICE PERSONNEL TOLD ME THAT I WAS WRONGLY SHUTTING THE DOOR OF THE MICRO, AND HENCE THE PROBLEM OF AUTO SWITCH OFF_ON FUNCTION. BUT, AFTER CALLING THE SERVICE ONCE AGAIN ON 20 NOV 2009, THAT IS YESTERDAY, THEY CAME, OPENED THE MACHINE, DID SOME SO CALLED REPAIRS, CHARGED ME RS 250, SINCE THE GUARANTEE HAD EXPIRED. BUT TODAY AGAIN I AM STRANDED WITH THE SAME PROBLEM! NOW I KNOW FOR SURE THAT THE PROBLEM IS NOT MY OPENING OR SHUTTING OF TH DOOR PROPERLY, BUT SOME REAL PROBLEM INSIDE THE MACHINE. I DONT MIND PAYING SOME CHARGES, BUT A REPUTED BRAND LIKE LG, SHOULD ENSURE COMPLETE REDRESSSAL OF OUR COMPLAINT, AND KEEP UPTO ITS BRAND SLOGAN OF "LIFE'S GOOD".

I ahd purchased 29" Flatron LG color television on 20/02/09 since there lots of problem i am facing on the tV recently my TV DEAD due to technical problem i had registred complaint on 22/11/09 but till date no engg. even called up me and they had written 24 hrs service available but 36 hrs more then gone but no call has come

where do i go just suggest if there is lack of services in warenty period to customer how we manage ourselves.

The very next day the monitor started malfunctioning. I logged a complaint at LG customer care, Complaint No: 90152 and on 09/September/2005 my monitor got picked up by one of the service engineer of Techsol Computers and Network Solutions, S.R. Nagar, Bangalore -27, saying that the LCD monitor needs to be replaced by issuing a Job sheet. Even after many weeks of following I don't get any response from Techsol Computers and Network Solutions and later I came to know that this company got closed with out any communication to me for replacement of my monitor.

After contacting LG customer care they asked me to contact Srinivasa Technologies, Mission road, Bangalore 560027. I followed up with Pushpa / Manikantan of Srinivasa Technologies many times. I have sent the Xerox copies of Invoice, Job sheet by courier to Srinivasa Technologies and they acknowledged it. So after waiting for couple of months I
decided to get one more monitor and got different companies Monitor. Finally In Jan 2006 Manikantan of Srinivasa Technologies said the monitor is ready and asked me to take it, but since I already got one more monitor, I requested them to pay back my money. Till now I did
not get any reply. I sincerely request you to settle this matter by paying the money I paid for the monitor plus the interest. Waiting for your quick settlement.

I have purchase conventional MWO 6 months before from dealer DASS with giving three free coupeons of cookery class from their showroom, but till date there is no response, saying free service at LG- J M Road only. I stay at pune -nagar road, wagholi and from my place J M Road at distance 30 KMS approx. so my complaint against your dealer of giving false information, it is completely breach of trust and faith against your company, so hence foreward we will see that will not purchase any of LG's product.When I am totally not aware of hoe to use your product machine, how I tell about your machine .

i have purchased a lg ke260 model mobile it is not released in india. now its problem with display where can i get repaired in hyderabad
I bought an LG solardome microwave just 6 months back and I had to get it fixed 5 times already.The light in the microwave went out first, then there was a short circuit in the wiring, then there was a problem with the fuse, and now my microwave isn working again.There service engineers fix the problem and go and I have to call them within a week or two because of some other problem in the oven.I regret buying this product.I should have gone for a cheaper option in another brand .This is supposed to be LG's high end product.I spend half the time geting the oven fixed raher than using it!
i purchesed 21 inch flat Lg tv two years back, since tlast my tv is dead,
not working, power led on for few second & then off .please suggest or see the problem asap.
