[Resolved]  LG India — Customer displeasure and dissatisfaction!

I bought a LG Washing Machine Model No: WF-N7131FN through Lg deaer in bangalore on New year. My shop keeper launch informed to the customer care for giving demnostration about the new machine on the next day itself. But till they have not come for demo. But I got a SMS stating that my complaint id is S8C10201556. I dont know what kind of service LG providing to the customer. If they so many days for demo for the new machine , think about if machin gets faulty !!!!!!

bought a LG Fridge Model No: 265 TMG through ARCEE elctronics Nerul bill n0 24522. There is a crack in it. I am following up with the SHOP and LG for the last 3 months. No postive result. The shop is now behaving as though LG is a outsider for them.

i have purchased a LG split AC 2 TON AGAINST BILL NO.492 ON[protected]...WHEN I WENT TO THE LG shop in CAMS CORNER 8/1 MIDDLETON ROW, KOLKATA WEST BENGAL, INDIA, POSTAL CODE- 700071, BEING PHONE NUMBER[protected].
THE SALES MAN FROM THIS SHOP NAMED Mr. SUMAN AND THE SHOP OWNER SHOWED ME A PRODUCT AND UPON PURCHASING IT GAVE ME DELIVERY OF ANOTHER PRODUCT...AND WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY DENIED THAT THEY HAVE NOT SHOWN ANY DIFFERENT PRODUCT AND IT WAS MY MISTAKE. AS I HAVE PURCHASED THE AC FOR A EMERGENCY PURPOSE DUE TO MY FATHERS SEVERE CONDITION I DIDNT WANTED ANY MORE HARRASMENT BUT NO SOONER DO I START USING THE PRODUCT, IT STARTS WITH ITS MALFUNCTIONS AS IT MAKES NUMERIOUS AMOUNT OF NOISE AND IS MAKING NOISE POLLUTION
EVER SINCE I HAVE MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINS AND OUT OF 6 OR 7 COMPLAINS ONLY 3 TIMES THE SERVICE MAN HAS COME AND HAS MADE THE SAME DECLARATION STATING THAT SUCH TYPE OF PRODUCT MAKES SUCH TYPE OF NOISE THERE IS NOTHING TO BE DONE...TO MY AMUSEMENT HE IS SAYING THAT I SHOULDNT HAVE PURCHASED THIS MODEL AND NOW SINCE I HAVE BOUGHT IT I AM BOUND TO USE IT, NO MATTER WHAT KIND OF NOISE IT MAKES. UPON ASKING TO REPLACE THE PRODUCT HE SAYS THE PURCHASE IS MADE UPON A Warranty AND NOT GIVEN TO YOU ON A Guaranty...SO I HAVE NO OPTION BUT TO SUFFER AND USE THE DAMAGED PRODUCT
I AM PERPLEXED AND I AM REPENTING WHY DID I PURCHASE THIS CRAP LG PRODUCT.I HAVE MADE A BIG MISTAKE

MY WARRENTY ENDS ON THE 26-05-08 AND MY AC IS STILL MAKING NOISES AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM FROM LG, ITS CLEAR CASE OF CHEATING
i have written a letter to Deepak Koul Branch Manager LG Mobiles Jammu as on 02.05.2007 regarding my mobile handset M4410. Inspite of several repeated reminders to Mr. Deepak Koul, only verbal assurance regarding replacement of handset has been given to me but till a year has been passed neither i have received any response from company side nor my handset has been replaced till date. i have written more than 4 letters to Deepak Koul but all in vain. now i want to go to consumer forum kindly forward my complaint to company officials either i have to go to the court of law.

We bought LG Split AC from a delear in Guntur Name: Vijay TV & Video Home ( Digital Square ) Guntur.
The Unit has 1 year wareanty. The inside unit developed a problem. when we called service Centre, the agent said that the remote was faulty and wanted us to rectify somewhere else as the trasmitter was not working . We got the remote tested and found it to be working perfectly fine. We called the service center and told them the same. The agent came back and said the reciever in the inside unit was not working and also said the Reciever PCB needs to be changed. Its been more than 15 days and no one has turned up insipite o[censored]s calling them morning and evening.

This is a demonstration of pathatic after sales service provided by LG india. I would never recommand LG products to anyone.

LG service sucks and I have started to hate the product.

I had purchase a Refrigerator being model no-GL-181rp from Cell world, Bhubaneswar Orissa.Fast of all from next day problems are arise.when i will go to the shop they said they cant do any thing.after that i will log complain in lg once one boy came and said this is now ok, but next day the problem arise.
when i will call to Mr.Samant who is the Servise Engg here whose no-[protected].He told we cant do any thing again you have to keep this one.I am afraid with lg service.it is very poor.

I have purchased a assembled PC from a local assembler in PUNE.
The Monitor is Of LG - Flatron. The purchase was made in March & the there is problem with the monitor. Display getting interupted after 2 hrs usage. I have tried to launch a complaint at the TOLL FREE NO but initially the executive was not taking the complaint saying that this belongs to WEST ZONE.
Finally I could launch a complaint # W8C62305164 dated 23/06/2008. Today is 1 st July still the complaint is still open. I am calling LG authorised service centre[protected] nothing is moving. Looking at the attitude of the persons it seems that we have made a mistake by purchasing LG Monitor.
Considering a good after market service it is been brought but Unfortunately PATHETIC. I will not recomend to any of my relatives, freinds to go for LG PC.
This is regarding my LG mobile, model No. KP220.

I had bought this mobile 2 months back.
But started facing the following problems after a week or two :

1> Mobile getting discharged very soon
2> When I put on charge, sometimes I get the message : "Battery Temperature Out Of Limit" and thereafter mobile shuts down
3> If sometimes, it gets charged by any chance, gets discharged after a call or so.
4> When the charge is low, screen becomes GREY

I have shown my LG Handset at the Ameerpet Service Centre thrice.
I wasted my time, energy and money on this.
But they could do nothing.
Sometimes I doubt what they repaired.
I feel like it was a complete waste of money.

Request you to take it forward and help me with this.
It's a Brand New LG Handset, Model No. KP220
And it's URGENT too.

i bought a washing machine on June 1st. LG servicers took one week to install the machine after giving so many complaints and call to the customer care of LG and service centres. That too they didn't provide the machine with the rat mesh. Even the person who came to install the machine, he also didn't tell us about the mesh. We bought the machine in Adishwars (bangalore). Actually, the sales centre (adishwar) has to provide the machine with the rat mesh. At first, they didn't provide. now, they are asking us to come and collect the rat mesh from them. Now, the machine got spoiled because of rat. After giving complaint to the customer care of LG, a person came and noted the faulty in the machine. Now, it has been 20 days there is no action taken. We called customer care, and the service centre in Bangalore, Purchase department in Bangalore (Mr. Mansoor). There is no response. Now, i am regretting that why i bought the washing machine from LG. I could have bought some other brand. I don't know what to do.. If possible provide me some contact number other than the people what i have mentioned above. I want to talk to them and i request them to take back the machine.

I haven't seen such a worst service anywhere or in any other brand.

what is the use of investing a large sum of money or believing Lg is a good company?
i am not agree on the above comments. i am using lg product at my home and office i did not come accross any problem with the procucts like ac.cheken products etc. even any small problem when i ringup to the service provier local lg. the come with in 24 hrs and repair the product. it is good. tks
i had brought lg kp220 mobile 3days back and facing some problem problem is:-

when i connect my lg kp220 to my pc a message opens that your usb device is malfunctioned and windows does not recognise it
and it is not connecting.

I purchased LG mobile phone a year back.. Trust me it bombed within a month and the battery died soon. When I spoke to the seller, they happily washed their hands-off. From then I discontinued buying the LG equipments. Surprising, even after repeated calls to the service center they were reluctant to service the handset. This has ended the saga of buying LG electronics item...Unfortunately, LG did not turn neither 'Lucky' NOR 'Gold'.
I have purchase a mobile"LG KE 260"back a year to rachit communication topi baazar at gwalior and he gave me a original cash memo but this mobile is not launched in india.and parts is not available in lg service centre.so, change my mobile otherwise i have to go consumer court. Dear Sir,

I have purchased the lg mobile RD9800 few days ago.

I have downloaded the modem driver for internet connection and it is running well. I have also downloaded phonebook manager.

But there are some issue which are disturbing me and need your support -
1. SD card shows mp3 files when used in card reader but I am unable to run the files in mobile as mobile shows that no mp3 files saved.

2. How could I download other data like mp3, vedio files etc from PC to mobile and mobile to PC without using SD card.

3. When I run vedio files from SD card on my PC, it does not recognise the format. Please advise.

4. How could I download MS-Office and other software in my mobile to view attachment of my e-mails.

5. Can I use internet on my mobile, if yes then how.

Please also advise the website to refer in future if have any problem.
