I mohd rafiq, had purchased a lg flat slim model no 29fg2rge ctv on 12th january, 2008 from ajanta electronics, sakinaka, mumbai. The tv was faulty having patches which on complaint the dealer got it replaced but the replaced tv too consisted of the same problem which then the dealer forwarded to the company.


A technician was sent from the company who visited my place and adjusted some yoke in the tv which was of no use and indeed the patches increased to the worst .Then the tv got replaced by the company on 12th february, 2008.The replaced tv had the same problem on which i asked for a senior engineers assistance, to which a technician mr rajbhar visited and said that he would send his senior to see the problem .A senior engineer mr. Singh visited my place after 2-3 days and to my surprise he explained me the difference between a mercedes car and a maruticar .It was really great to know that you have people who can explain such things rather than what their work is, he assured and promised me of inquiring whether the same problem occurs in other tvs and would call me, but he dint returned even a call.
The other technician i.E. Mr rajbhar said to me that your tv is cheap therefore it has such low picture quality which he said in front of the dealer. Is it that you make big promises about your globally renowned products that are said to be best in class and of the highest quality which your own technicians consider to be a cheap product.
Now i too think that your senior engineer and technician were correct about the quality of your product.
By now i am fed up of your cheap quality of service and product .I even called up the mumbai branch manager mr. Ankur joshi (Mobile no. [protected]) on 11th april, 2008 who assured me of returning back a call for a feedback and said that, "i know my job". And now even after 4 days i understand how much he knows about his job and on what basis lg appoints responsible people that too in customer services.
I am totally frustrated and exhausted by this sort of irresponsible and irritable behaviour of your technicians, senior engineer, service manager and dealer.The dealer even insist me on getting other brands. You make big promises about the quality charter, your customer services, responses and quality products and even the 6 sigma's.
At the end i would like to say that i want a refund in a week or else i would to my dissatisfaction would hav to go to consumer guidance society and other such organisation to put a light on your customes services and your commitment to excellence and quality as mentioned in your advertisements and booklets.
I hope to notice some response or action as soon as possible

I purchased LG refrigerator from Apex electronics KOTA (Rajasthan) (Bill no.8607 Dt.22.10.08)
It is not cooling properly, my things are getting spoiled.
I logged my complaint to M/S Apex Electronics& LG service center Kota.
Even after more than 5-6 days. It is not attended yet.
They says that spares (Timer) are not available.
I am using LG washing machine, Ac also.
It is very shameful for the company that they are unable to maintain proper servicing center.
Please look in in to the matter & advise them for prompt service.
Delay in service may spoil the image LG of such reputated company.

I totally agree with you buddy. These people are shameless and do not value others money and time. I am trying to locate some real LG representative and will see what they say about it. Or else will try to go in consumer court. Lets see.

LG / Desktop With Flatron L224ws — NOT PROVIDING THE FREE ITEMS WITH THE PRODUCTS

I have purchase a LG Desktop with flatron from Relience Digital City centre mall Nasik.I have paid Rs 34990/- cash, there were some items free with this purchase, they gave me two items and about the two remaing items( Philips speakers & TCL wireless headphones) they told me to come after three days, when I went there to collect the items after 10 days they told me to collect only philips speakers and about the second item they told me to come after 3 days when I asked them why they are not giving me now they (Mr. Dheeraj and Mr, Deepak) tod me that we dont have in stock, and they mentioned me that while purchasing Desktop we told you that we have problem getting these gift items from our office.

Sir, please tell me for a small items we have to go there again and again, and ask like a begger.

These gifts should be given while purchasing only.

LG India — Money taken by company and product not delivered

We had purchased a LCD TV "LG 32 inch LCD combo offer" on 8-Jul-09. We had made all the relevant payments and followed the procedure mentioned for LCD and TATA Sky Digital Setup box. But till time we haven't received delivery of Setup Box from company. We also cannot reach them through phone[protected]. And in case we reach them on phone we get reply saying "We will get the setup box on Monday", we even tried to contact Solapur Area Office "LG Electronics Ltd" even they are not able to tell us or help us on why are we not getting the setup box in specified time frame.

We launched a complaint in company office we got a written commitment from comany they will be delivering the Setup box on 25-Aug-09, but till time we didnot receive it. We again contacted company for not delivering the Setup baox, now we are not receiving any reply from company.

Can anyone help us with this?

Last december I purchased one of LG mobile(Model No - KG195) from one of your authorized dealer at Noida.But after three month it has some crack on its keypad, on that time i ignore all of this, But time to time that carack become a big issue for me, As compare to other same model(LGKG195) cell phone i found that my cell phone is deffective piece of production.

Reg: unsatisfactory working of LG washing machine - irresponsible way of handling of customers complaints by Mr. Shahid of Aditya Services, Vikhroli, Mumbai.

In response to my complaint in the first week of July 2009, the person from Aditya Services visited my premises, and inspected the machine. The complaint is the washing drum wobbles especially with the DRYING MODE. Without going into minute details, he just rotated the drum manually and said the machine is OK and charged me Rs. 275/--.

After 8 days I again complained to Aditya Services. Their representative came. When I explained to him the situation, he said that the GEARBOX has gone away and we have to replace the Gear box so that the machine will give uninterrupted trouble free service. He said the Gear box will cost about Rs. 3500/-- I readily agreed and said that he should replace the Gearbox immediately. He promised that the Gearbox will be replaced within 3 to 4 days.

It is more than one and half months that there is no response from Aditya Services.

If I had known that my LIFE WILL BE BAD with LG because o[censored]nsatisfactory service, I would not have choosen thie LG product.

In case my machine is not set right within a week, I will not hesitate to report this matter to Press.

LG Kg 300 — PCM Misplaced

Dear Sir,

I have a handset of LG KG 300, I have some problem in that , regarding this problem i have visited a authorized service center, During the checking process they misplaced my PCB with another PCB plate,and say that is very costly to repair that and replaced that set to me. After this i am back with my mobile to home and found that they have replaced my PCB.

I know this when i have checked handsets IMEI No.

LG MobileCDMA Rd10000 — having trouble with lg phone

I bought an LG CDMA business phone (model no.RD10000) worth RS.22800/- on 3rd March'2009. and ever since i've bought this phone there has always been some problem or the other.
1) The next day i came to know that there is no spring attached to the earphone which should be there.
2) After a month the end key started troubling me and it is still not working after so many months.
3) I was also promised to get a leather cover worth Rs.1000 and that too was not been given to me.
4) the phone now hands everytime i try to use multiple programs.

this phone has gone 5 times to the service center and after a week only the same problem occurs. now they arent interested to clear it out and check my phone. instead they are asking me to wait for atleast 1 month. Its been so much trouble to me and i want a replacement or my money back. just coz of it i've suffered a lot in my job.

Looking ofr some positive results from you.

The said mobile phone's Camera is not working it just shows loading and directly comes to home page and its a major fault . This mobile comes under WARRANTY PERIOD , Kindly do the needful at the earliest
