I mohd rafiq, had purchased a lg flat slim model no 29fg2rge ctv on 12th january, 2008 from ajanta electronics, sakinaka, mumbai. The tv was faulty having patches which on complaint the dealer got it replaced but the replaced tv too consisted of the same problem which then the dealer forwarded to the company.


A technician was sent from the company who visited my place and adjusted some yoke in the tv which was of no use and indeed the patches increased to the worst .Then the tv got replaced by the company on 12th february, 2008.The replaced tv had the same problem on which i asked for a senior engineers assistance, to which a technician mr rajbhar visited and said that he would send his senior to see the problem .A senior engineer mr. Singh visited my place after 2-3 days and to my surprise he explained me the difference between a mercedes car and a maruticar .It was really great to know that you have people who can explain such things rather than what their work is, he assured and promised me of inquiring whether the same problem occurs in other tvs and would call me, but he dint returned even a call.
The other technician i.E. Mr rajbhar said to me that your tv is cheap therefore it has such low picture quality which he said in front of the dealer. Is it that you make big promises about your globally renowned products that are said to be best in class and of the highest quality which your own technicians consider to be a cheap product.
Now i too think that your senior engineer and technician were correct about the quality of your product.
By now i am fed up of your cheap quality of service and product .I even called up the mumbai branch manager mr. Ankur joshi (Mobile no. [protected]) on 11th april, 2008 who assured me of returning back a call for a feedback and said that, "i know my job". And now even after 4 days i understand how much he knows about his job and on what basis lg appoints responsible people that too in customer services.
I am totally frustrated and exhausted by this sort of irresponsible and irritable behaviour of your technicians, senior engineer, service manager and dealer.The dealer even insist me on getting other brands. You make big promises about the quality charter, your customer services, responses and quality products and even the 6 sigma's.
At the end i would like to say that i want a refund in a week or else i would to my dissatisfaction would hav to go to consumer guidance society and other such organisation to put a light on your customes services and your commitment to excellence and quality as mentioned in your advertisements and booklets.
I hope to notice some response or action as soon as possible

LG Monitor TV 18.5" — UNABLE TO GET THE DTH as promised by LG

I have purchasd a LG monitor TV on 11.10.2009 and as per the attached details I have submitted
the claim vocher with other documents as per the list and DD for Rs 99. through post. I have receied
a message from M/s spectramind on 30.010.09 stating that they have received the claim form on 16.10.2009. But till now I have not received any DTH offer as promised in the LG product brocher.
My claim vocher no is 138193.
Even I have tried to contact spectramind through email which was not fruit ful. If this offer is false why
companies like LG is not taking any legal actions on this company ? Is this one of the ways for making money by taking DD for Rs 100 ? Since the above advertisement is given by LG and promoted by LG they are also fully responsible for all misdeeds of spectramind marketing.

LG — Poor services of LG product and bad customer support

I had a problem in a DVD and have given that to the LG service centre located in bangalore, KG road. Where as the DVD is not ready till date. It is been more than three months. Whenever i give a call or email them they dont update me on the status. In simple i feel that they fool the people. Being a Global company i never ever expected this from LG. They cannot do the service for any other country product which belongs to LG. Then why should they run the Service centre? In simple they cheat all the consumers. I am also a victim of LG. Probably the tolerance level of Indians are too high. Therefore, MNCs like LG take the consumers for a ride. My issue started consequent upon purchasing a LG LCD for Rs.43, 000/- way back from January, 2009. Neither my correspondences since then have been acknowledged nor has it been responded. As the limits of patience has come to an end, I have no alternative but to approach the Consumer Court for justice. Hope many more victims of LG may also do the same.

I moved to a new house 5 months back and bought an LG microwave, fridge and washing machine.

The microwave stopped working in 3 months time. When we called the customer service helpline it took 3 days to get a response after which 2 more days to get a technician to visit and inform us about a faulty part which need to be replaced.

The faulty part took more than 2 weeks to come as a result the microwave was out of order for a full month.

2 weeks back the washing machine started giving trouble. We called the helpline and got an sms with the complaint id C09B0411047

We are yet to receive a call.

LG customer service has been a disaster.

If only half the funds spent on the advertising campaign were invested in ensuring a decent amount of customer service for essential househld appliances.

Maybe the brand statement of ‘LIFE’s GOOD’ would be true.
Buy LG LCD TV monitor and Get Free DTH - A Cheating Promo with Indian Customers

Dear Members,

I bought LG 22" LCD TV monitor on 27/08/2009(Bill Attached B.jpg).
I bought seeing promos given by LG company (To see the promo see LG WEBSITE)

I completed all the formalities to get my DTH service according to the LG IT CLAIM FORM ( See A.jpg)

And couriered it to Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd. as mention in CLAIM FORM on 30th by Doc. No. 3137 through First Flight.

Now after a long time, i got a letter (c.jpg) stating that I have not attached Invoice Photocopy. Which is absolutely incorrect and I believe it’s a game played my LG company. As I have send all the documents as mention in "LG IT CLAIM FORM" and I also believe that there might be more customers cheated by LG Company.

As mention in (C.jpg) letter from Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd., I cannot even re-submit my CLAIM FORM.

Now what can I do to get my DTH Free service with 6 months subscription free.( as promised in the promos during that time)

LG Electronics India Ltd / LG Ac — DEFECTIVE PRODUCT/POOR SERVICE

We have purchased a lg split ac (model LSASNF2VFC1) ON 19/4/2009 , and it has stopped working from September 25,2009 onwards.
then we have lodged a complaint through lg customer care number (request id S9CA0307969) ,then a service engineer has come and checked the ac, and told us to replace the stabilizer from the showroom,which we had done ,but the service engineer has not turned up again to check the condition of the ac.(AC is still not working with this new and checked stabilizer)
again we have lodged another complaint through the customer care telephone number (request id S9CB2005883 DATED 20.11.2009) , and as of now there is no response from any of the service engineer or the customer care center.
Being a reputed company in consumer electronics ,we expect a lot of more customer oriented service from LG ELECTRONICS INDIA LTD,which is infact not happening
We expect a good response from you to solve our problem to get a satisfaction from your product performance and your service

Philips 21 Inches CTV — Irresponsible Service

9 I hav given Philips 21" CTV at Omsree Electronics, Hyderabad (Authorised Service Centre) 20 days back. problem is Power not coming into TV. After 3 days TV was returned and found that only 36 channels are displayed instead of 99 Channels. As we questioned Mr.Uday, he again taken back TV to his Show Room and get back after 2 days. But same position. Again he has taken Back TV and returned after 4 days with out solving the problem. MY Complaint is Philips Authorised Centre at Hyderabad, Omsree Electronice made 99 channels CTV into 36 channels CTV. It is the failure of Philps company i say. Now what to do. MY Tv's age is only 1 and 1/2 year. Please let me what to do.

LG / Mobile Phone - Kp500 — Sub-standard and poorly tested product.

Dear sir/madam,
LG has sold me a highly sub standard merchandise called the LG Cookie - KP500 mobile phone. This product had not been tested properly and the problems that I and so many others have faced with this phone is clear evidence to it.
Now my phone just switched off all by itself whenever it feels like! I understand that a lot of people are facing similar problems.
The LG service people has time and over failed to rectify this and my phone is a total loss. Please help me get compensation from LG for the time and money loss and metal anguish that this product has brought to my life.
How can we stop this irresponsible behaviour from companies like this which has repeatedly marketed below average quality goods and complimented it with bad after sales service?
I will NEVER another LG product ever that is for sure. after all wat are companies without customers!

L.G — poor customer care service

my plasma tv-42" x-canvas has stopped woorking since 17/11/2009.(is still not working) i complained on same day req uest id-CO9B1721637& WAS PROMISED SERVICE WITHIN 24HRS. however i called patiently after 48 hrs. & wasonce again promised service within 24 hours. finally the technician called on 20/11/09 and promised to call the next day and come at 1:30p.m. i once again patiently waited and called at 3:30p.m. to my shock my complain no. had been cancelled and showed that the technician had already visited me. i made another complain request id-CO9B2108845& was promised service within 24 hours.
finally on monday i spoke to a senier person and had the technician visit me on 23/11/09 he noted down the spoilt part and said it would replaced within 8 days. on the 9th day when i once again called to my shock the required t.v. part had not been registered with the company and no one had a clue regarding my complain. i had to once again make THIRD COMPLAIN request id-CO9B2714483. my call was attended by another technician on 28/11/09 and he too has noted down the damaged part. i was promised replacement of part within next 10 days(8/12/09) however ONCE AGAIN I FAILED TO GET SERVICE. on calling the next day i was promised replacement on the part on 10/12/09. TILL DATE I AM WAITING WITH EMPTY PROMISES AND A T.V THAT IS NOT WORKING SINCE A MONTH. WAITING FOR A SPEEDY SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM.

LCD Of LG — Screen is divided by a green line when it is used

I have sent all the required documents, demand drafts on following address on 25OCTOMBER 2009

And I have POD (post of delivery) that spectramind received these documents on 23OCTO.2009

IT WAS CLEARLY MENTIONED IN THE GIFT VOUCHER THAT WITHIN 4 WEEKS GIFT WILL REACH AT CUSTOMER'S PLACE.

I am enquiring continuously in the showroom from last 1 and half month, also on the provided phone number of spectramind mkt pvt ltd., noida. But there is no response, zero response from spectramind and even from showroom authority..

LG Ks - 360 — MOBILE NOT WORKING PROPERLY

Hai I bought LG KS-360 [slider with qwery keys ] in may 2009.
But I hav been facing so many troubles with it from the first week. The proceesing speed is very slow. To delete inbox messages it takes nearly 40 minutes. Dont get shocked it True. And you cant make any calls from this mobile , because after talking to them you cant cut the call even by pressing the red key.
And one more problem is If i got one call and one message at the same time my bomile will me automatically swiches off !!!

In the first month im very busy with my personal works...so time not permited me to give a complaint in the very first month.

After some time i took my mobile to a service center in hyderabad. Thery asked me to come after two days. After 2 days they told to me that they cant solve the problem as they dont know any thing about that model. So I took that mobile to another LG- Authorised servise point. They took my mobile and asked me to come after 2 days. They told the same answer after 2 days also. From that day I used to goto theier office [ which is too far to my house] for every two days. Every time they used to say that they will give my mobile after two days. They kept my mobile with them for two months. I asked them that if you cant repair that phone please give me my mobile I ll consult CONSUMER FORUM. But they pleaded me to wait for one more week.

After one week they returned my mobile.But the mobile is in the same condition. Its not at all working properly. After two days i again went to their office to return my mobile. But they didnt agree to take my mobile and repair it. Instead they told me that we cant repait your phone. We dont know any thing about that so please goto another service point.

so this is my story. I have purchased this phone for 10,500 rupees and spentde 2000 rupees for its repair but still its not working properly????

please give any suggestion to me to solve my problems?

Me mobile still in warranty period so is there any way to get a new mobile ????
