LG Flat 21" TV — Complaint not been entertained
Issue with LG product i.e. 21” television is that the sound gets mute after continuation watching for 4-5 hrs and comes back when channel is tuned, which I rarely watch. This problem was since last two months but was thinking that is fault with cable operators. The fault comes under notice when the same channel with sound was running to next door and mine was mute on the 25th October 2009, then I raised complaint with request id C09A2510029. Engineer came to my address and did some setting and said problem is most probably fixed if raised again call me up. Yesterday on 30th October 2009 night I found the fault again and raised the complaint again on 31th October 2009 with request id C09A3101361. Now Engineer is saying it is chargeable since the product is out of warranty.FYI. – Product was purchase on September 2009
I know the product in out of warranty but the fault was during the warranty period. And what kind of product is this?? Warranty period is about to over and starting getting trouble.
My concern is that I was unable to observe the fault was with the product or cable.
• First issue even the engineer at first attempt was unable to identify the actual fault them how could I?
• If the fault is with cable should I raise the complaint for the product is correct?
My mistake is that I with identifying the actual problem and raised the complaint.
I have few more product of LG. I don’t have habit of making useless complaint.
I was very happy and satisfy with the service did by the company for my previous complaint regarding the remote for the same and from then I made my mind for LG products and have to more LG product and also recommend my friends for same.
But now I have no words since I am not satisfy.
I will be very happy & satisfy if the problem is been fixed.
sir, i purchased on of the lg mobile model no KG-195 for Rs-4000.but immidiately after one month the body cover with key pad broken, and this problem arries with no of people who came to the service center.service center people replaced the same within the weak.but after another one month the same problem arries.then i lodge a complint in customer care they assured me to replace the peace with another model, and the difference amount i have paid, i aggreed but still now there is no response from customer care as i have told them 2 time.

LG Electronics 42 Inch Plasma — LG does not supply spares forces on AMC or exhorbitant charges by authorised service station.
We have 10 Nos of LG plasma bought in 2007, one of them was faulty under warranty which LG took more than 5 months to service , again the same TV had problem they said it could be repaired only on chargeable basis. they charge exorbitantly and do not give you proper estimates on their official letterhead, another TV had a problem for which they wanted Rs28000 for repairs, whereas we found out that it could be repaired by changing 2 modules costing less than rs 4000/-but they refuse to give the spares.they are forcing on AMC or their service at exorbitant cost.LG Refrigerator 382lit Double Door — replacement of compressor
sir,i have purchased a LG double door fridge in 2002. now in august2009 the fridge is not working to its maximum cooling capicity. i have registered my complaint to the customer care via toll free number having id no.N9C81213496 after that the company engineener visited & told that the compressor needs to be changed but after that there is no response from him.on 30.10.2009 again i have registered my complaint at customer care dep.having request id C09A3000949 but again there is no response from your company''s side.
LG Microwave 30l — UNDUE DELAY IN REPLACING DDAMAGED PART
Dear LG,This I am writing with great concern in connection with my LG Microwave woven (30L). On 02 Oct 09, your service mechanic visited my residence after I lodged a complaint. The machine was not operating due to some internal problem. The mechanic Mr. Sandeep whom I guess is a total incompetent and casual opened the machine and conveyed me that the Magnet on component was defective. I agreed with it and allowed him to replace the component with a new one. Two weeks later, he brought a new Magnet on and tried to arrange it in the machine. But the machine did not work. He was completely puzzled and his incompetency was clearly visible in the manner he was approaching. Then he came with a idea that the transformer was burnt, and along with Magnet on, the transformer had to be replaced. I doubted it and told him that he was not sure enough about the fault of the machine. He than went to suggest that the Front panel is defective. I having no option had to abide by him and allowed to carry the front panel for replacement. It is more than a month now, but your esteemed organisation has not replaced the component. I have called up several times to LG Customer care but to no avail. Customer care centres of your esteemed company are existing for name's sake. The contact numbers of service centres given by the customer care are not either existing or not ringing. The customer care now says that the concerned component is not being manufactured by the company and it may take few more months for replacement.
Please do reply to me. After some days, I will have no option than approaching Consumer court.
Colour TV — No response on complaint
Samsung service does not match their slick advertising to sell their products. At best their service is shoddy.I have complained about my TV not working at least thrice. Their service franchise has visited my premises twice. The first time he did not have the necessary parts and told me that the same shall be arranged and the complaint shall be addressed. The second time a technician visited, i assumed he had come to take care of the problem. However, he was clueless about the first visit and still did not have the necessary parts. He told me that i will receive a call from Samsung service center about the cost of the elusive part. This was at least 10 days ago. No call has come so far.
Very disappointed as all the electronic products in my home i.e. Audio system, fridge, tv, AC are Samsung
Few days before I got a mail from a e-mail id terming LG Promo Award and I asked for the clarification to rely on that. Then, Yesterday I got a second mail (below) from a concern named "Raymonds Law Firm.UK", to fill and send the details.

Hence he advised that DEMO in this condition may caused further damaged inside the machine. Hence he do not performed the DEMO.
Since machine was well packed along with thermo Cole till received at the home, up to opening in front of service engineer. Being an engineer, my opinion is that this is “ manufacturing defect “ . Since such type o[censored]niform plain bend can not be occurred during transit / transportation.
Hence I request your honour to replaced the machine at the earliest and advised the deler JANTA GALLARY, Janta Tower, BHUSAWAL -425 201 ( Maharashtra) accordingly.
You may depute your expert engineer for investigation of the fault /defect on my above addressed.

LG Colour TV Xd Picture — NO RESPONSE BY LG ENGINEER AFTER TAKING FEE
I have purchased LG COLOUR TV with XD PICTURE QUALIT before 4 years.. but now it turns off automatically, we start it again.. in every 5 to 10 minutes its repeat.. we carried it to the agency in BUDAUN U.P. The engineer repaired it and took Rs.1500/- but when we came and saw its same.. we are going to the engineer from two months in every 2 or three days but he does not come..LG Marine Mobile As A Free Gift To Valued Customer — I was bluffed that it is a free gift
I had a call from India Today Book Club on 03.11.09 from one Mr. Anupam saying that I have won a LG Marine mobile free as a valued customer & also free gift of diamond voucher,free air ticket and reservation at hotel. He asked if I had a credit card. I enquired that if the gift is free then why do you need the credit card. He told he needs the same to generate Booking ID. I enquired him three four times and he replied the same. I told him that I will give the same tomorrow.Next day (04.11.09) he called me from a PCO around 9.45 am. and told to keep the card handy. I again enquired the same thing and he replied that is just to generate Booking ID. He called me again around 11.00am. and told nothing to worry & transferred my call for Booking ID generation. I was given Booking ID of[protected].Now on the evening of 04.11.09 I found the amount of Rs.6498 has been debited to my Axis Bank Account. I called your helpline & talked to one Mr. Adil and told him that I do not want the gift and requsted him to cancel my Booking ID and credit the amount to my account. He told that "the ID has not received by me and as soon as I receive the same I will do the necessary".
On 06.11.09 the one Mr.Anupam again called me from your office and told that my gift has been despatched. I wanted to tell him that I do not want the mobile and that my account has been debited but he disconnected the telephone.
Now I would request that
1. I do not want the mobile as I was bluffed that it is a free gift.
2. My Booking ID no.[protected] should be cancelled.
3. The amount debited should be credited to my account.

LG — No replacement of Microwave
Dear Sir,I have bought Microwave MC-7687AB on 17th October 2009.
& few days back I found that the door of the MW is malted from inside.
I lodge a complaint No. C09B1421383 on 14th November 2009 with the customer service, LG engineer visted for a check & promised for a replacement within 7 days.
Now today 21st Noveber 2009 after 7 days I am getting a response from your store room that they don't have the same model in their stock & they don't know whether it will come in stock in next 10 days / 15 days.
At this movement I am not able to use my microwave at all & bacause of that facing problems.
I request you to please arrange this model to exchange with my faulty MW ASAP.

LG Washing Mechine, Ttomma — new washing machine broke down
Dear sir,I purchased a LG washing machine model Tromma about 15 days back from Amutha Agencies Tambaram ,Chennai. Within 2 days after commissioning by your service engineer , the machine broke down after our repeated complaint your service engineer came And removed some damaged part from the washing promising he will replace the part within 2days but after almost 10days he didn’t show up and my repeated queries doesn’t Yield any positive result because your Chennai, Nandanam Service department
Event don’t have the courtesy of responding my call.
Kindly advice what you want me to do, I paid for new machine believing LG is good product but now I am suffering since both your product and your service is worst .
I request you to change your defective washing machine immediately and and replace with a good one and don’t compel me to go the consumer court .
