I mohd rafiq, had purchased a lg flat slim model no 29fg2rge ctv on 12th january, 2008 from ajanta electronics, sakinaka, mumbai. The tv was faulty having patches which on complaint the dealer got it replaced but the replaced tv too consisted of the same problem which then the dealer forwarded to the company.


A technician was sent from the company who visited my place and adjusted some yoke in the tv which was of no use and indeed the patches increased to the worst .Then the tv got replaced by the company on 12th february, 2008.The replaced tv had the same problem on which i asked for a senior engineers assistance, to which a technician mr rajbhar visited and said that he would send his senior to see the problem .A senior engineer mr. Singh visited my place after 2-3 days and to my surprise he explained me the difference between a mercedes car and a maruticar .It was really great to know that you have people who can explain such things rather than what their work is, he assured and promised me of inquiring whether the same problem occurs in other tvs and would call me, but he dint returned even a call.
The other technician i.E. Mr rajbhar said to me that your tv is cheap therefore it has such low picture quality which he said in front of the dealer. Is it that you make big promises about your globally renowned products that are said to be best in class and of the highest quality which your own technicians consider to be a cheap product.
Now i too think that your senior engineer and technician were correct about the quality of your product.
By now i am fed up of your cheap quality of service and product .I even called up the mumbai branch manager mr. Ankur joshi (Mobile no. [protected]) on 11th april, 2008 who assured me of returning back a call for a feedback and said that, "i know my job". And now even after 4 days i understand how much he knows about his job and on what basis lg appoints responsible people that too in customer services.
I am totally frustrated and exhausted by this sort of irresponsible and irritable behaviour of your technicians, senior engineer, service manager and dealer.The dealer even insist me on getting other brands. You make big promises about the quality charter, your customer services, responses and quality products and even the 6 sigma's.
At the end i would like to say that i want a refund in a week or else i would to my dissatisfaction would hav to go to consumer guidance society and other such organisation to put a light on your customes services and your commitment to excellence and quality as mentioned in your advertisements and booklets.
I hope to notice some response or action as soon as possible

WE REGISTERED A COMPALIN ON 08 SEP 2009 THRU VIDYA ELECTRONICS , UTTAM NAGAR FROM WE PURCHASED THE PRODUCT. COMPLAIN WAS THAT DVD PLYER IS NOT READING CD IN DRIVE . MR ANAND ATTENDED COMPLAIN FROM LG NOTED SERIAL NO OF DVD PLAYER AND WITHOUT CHEKING THE DVD SAID THAT FILM WILL BE REPLACED AND HE WILL RETRUN BACK AS SOON AS HE RECIVE THE COMPONENT FROM THE CO. WE CALL HIM SO MANY TIMES AND HE WAS RUDE ON REPLY , WE SPOKEN TO HIS INCHARGE MR SATISH SONI AT [protected] AND HE ALSO ASSURED THAT FILM HAS COME IN STOCK AND HE WILL SEND MR ANAND TO REPLACE IT. NO ONE MOVE TILL DATE. even i won a bluetooth headset in that offer and you will be interested to know that even i havn't got any gift till now. what you can do is just complain on mobilestore site fill the feedback form or complain form. youu will receive a call from them the very next day...but not the gift.

LG Microvave — not heating

the microwave is not working . there is no heating in the microwave.pl sent some person to repair it. we bought it 2 years back.
Both LG and spectramind are biggest frauds. Tell your relatives and friends never to buy LG products.
The company is involved with cheap promotions and not fulfilling the promises given by them. they know poor indian customer will not go for legal options and cashing their hard-earned money. Some one shoul file a petition in supreme court against such promotional offers.

LG Microwave Model No. 8047 — complaint against non delivery of gift items with microwave

I have booked a LG microwave model no. 8047 in a exhibition in a LG exhibition at Maharaja palace in Hoshiarpur (Punjab) on[protected], vide booking slip no. 582. at that time the company was offering a cash discount and several gift items like reebok bag, kit, cd, treo bowl set,appran, gloves etc. with the microwave. I have payed the full amount i.e. Rs. 12400/- at the time of booking. But inspite of my best efforts I am still waiting for my gift items.

i had bought Oleo mac SPARTA 42 bruschcutter cost around rs.25000 two month ago . After one month it is not working due to the clutch failed.Then i have replaced the clutch it cost about rs.1200, after two week same problam has arrised (clutch failer) .We had trusted your brand and purchased your product but we are disappointed by its perfomance . All this is reflecting a bad image of your brand to me. I request before your good self to take appropriate action by replacing the faulty bruschcutter with new one or return my complete amount spent on the purchase of this bruschcutters. LG Refrigerator 2007 model — No response from LG Engineers

Sir,
I would like to inform u that I have purchased a LG refrigerator (2 years back). Since 5th October 2009, I am facing prublem with the home appliance as my refrigerator which I purchased is causing cooling problem. For the same, I have already fired a complaint to the LG customer Care Centre but no action has been taken yet.

A representative came at my place on 7th October 2009 and told me that the timer of the refrigerator needs to be replaced. After that, no engineer of LG came to my place to change the spare part. After complaining on a regular basis approximately around after 1 week, the LG Customer Care Executive informed me that the timer is out of stock and will be replaced on 9th October 2009.

All my efforts with the LG Customer Care Centre are in vain. I am facing a lot of problem after puchasing this home appliance for home use. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

As the name of your company suggests LG (life's good), I totally disagree. Why should'nt it be LG (LOW GRADE)? I had purchased a tv on 10/07/2009 after visiting your LG mela, model 21FE4RGE.On 23/09/2009 the set went dead. I immediately called up your authorised service centre at Malda West Bengal, Nucleous Services. They sent a representative(Bapi Datta) on 03/10/2009, and he told me that the picture tube needs to be changed and that I need to send the set to their office. As told by him I complied.I was told there that the CRT will arrive in two days time and they will inform me when the set is ready.After a week I enquired with them and was told that the CRT had arrived as said but due to too much pending complaint jobs like mine(sic! LG-----Low Grade)they require more time.A few days later again I enquired and was told that my set is ready and they will deliver the set to my home in the evening.Today is 16/10/2009 and it's already three days I was told about delivery status. Please do something about this callouse nature of your service franchisees as your reputation is at stake. As for me I had bought your AC and a 320 ltr refridgerator within the last three months from your dealer in Malda, Raj Electronics. BUT no more LG and I most definitely will discourage others from buying your products which you people are only too Happy to sell and greatly saddened to provide after sales service.Please reply if any action taken has been taken regarding my complaint.

LG LCD TV 42" — No Installation - after 8 Days of purchase

I purchase LG LCD TV 42" and DVD player from Croma, Faridabad on 16/10/09. Subsequently TV was delivered on 17/10/09 and DVD player is yet to be delivered.

Since then TV is packed in the box and no engineer has visited the place for the installation of the same. My Invoice numbers are[protected] and[protected].

I received following service request number from LG : C09A1903429 and C09A1810522. I had constant followup with 24 hours customer help centre twice I was told they have send the reminder. They also gave one contact number which was not contactable.

Surprisingly, when contacted the call centre on 24/10/09,I was told that according to their record there was no power available at home to install the TV.

It seems LG believes only in selling in products and forget about after sales service they are least bothered about even installation of the TV .
