I mohd rafiq, had purchased a lg flat slim model no 29fg2rge ctv on 12th january, 2008 from ajanta electronics, sakinaka, mumbai. The tv was faulty having patches which on complaint the dealer got it replaced but the replaced tv too consisted of the same problem which then the dealer forwarded to the company.


A technician was sent from the company who visited my place and adjusted some yoke in the tv which was of no use and indeed the patches increased to the worst .Then the tv got replaced by the company on 12th february, 2008.The replaced tv had the same problem on which i asked for a senior engineers assistance, to which a technician mr rajbhar visited and said that he would send his senior to see the problem .A senior engineer mr. Singh visited my place after 2-3 days and to my surprise he explained me the difference between a mercedes car and a maruticar .It was really great to know that you have people who can explain such things rather than what their work is, he assured and promised me of inquiring whether the same problem occurs in other tvs and would call me, but he dint returned even a call.
The other technician i.E. Mr rajbhar said to me that your tv is cheap therefore it has such low picture quality which he said in front of the dealer. Is it that you make big promises about your globally renowned products that are said to be best in class and of the highest quality which your own technicians consider to be a cheap product.
Now i too think that your senior engineer and technician were correct about the quality of your product.
By now i am fed up of your cheap quality of service and product .I even called up the mumbai branch manager mr. Ankur joshi (Mobile no. [protected]) on 11th april, 2008 who assured me of returning back a call for a feedback and said that, "i know my job". And now even after 4 days i understand how much he knows about his job and on what basis lg appoints responsible people that too in customer services.
I am totally frustrated and exhausted by this sort of irresponsible and irritable behaviour of your technicians, senior engineer, service manager and dealer.The dealer even insist me on getting other brands. You make big promises about the quality charter, your customer services, responses and quality products and even the 6 sigma's.
At the end i would like to say that i want a refund in a week or else i would to my dissatisfaction would hav to go to consumer guidance society and other such organisation to put a light on your customes services and your commitment to excellence and quality as mentioned in your advertisements and booklets.
I hope to notice some response or action as soon as possible

Dear sir,
I purchased LG refrigeratorGR-S362QLC. I took AMCfor 3 years which is up to27-9-09.I registered complaintt on[protected] on 9-7-09. The comp. no is N-9C70913345.Every day I request to solve the mistake.Inspite of 12 days nobody from jaipur office of LG doesnot come after 10-09-09. We are facing great problem in thease very hot temprature days . Please look into the matter & give immidiate instructions to solve the problem.

LG, 1.5 Tone Window Ac — improper and dissatisfactory services from the company authorised service center

No proper action taken from the company, since last one and a half month, although many mails were send and daily reminders were given on phone, but what was from the company end was consoling mails, which finally forced us to purchase a new AC. On the other end service center people who have AMC for the AC are non cooperative and rude, they have also manhandled the product and are now not interested to look into the matter.
Im Sudhakar, Bought LG products (Washing Machine Front Loading, Microwave Oven with BBG.) Microwave just worked for just only month after purchasing it. After that, it started vibrating with more noise. So far, I have called[protected] so many times. Only SMS was delivered with complaint number all the times, but no engineers have come to service. Now, I am planning to buy other brand AC.

It is staed that we have purchased a 32"LCD TV Model No. 32LG80UR from Mangla Vision sector-11 Panchkula with a scheme of a free DTH service. We have sent a filled coupon alongwith a DD of Rs. 99, copy of invoice, and cutting of model no. of the above mentioned tv to Spectramind Marketing private limited Noida on 01/07/09 through registered post. Nothing has been received or communicated so far in this regard

LG/ Mobile — Repair Cost

Sir,

I have purchased new mobile LG- RD3510 of Rs. 970. Now water damage happen on my mobile so i go to LG Mobile Customer care(Bodakdev, Ahmd). and give them for repairing. After two day when go there they told me following charges for repair.
PCB- 1200
LCD - 375
+ extra tax.
So repair total is around 1600. This is only repair cost of water damage. If i just include battery, charger and body then may be total cost of mobile will reach 2500.
New mobile is of rs 970 and All part repair cost 2500.

What can we do in such condition. This is not compliant but i want to know is this valid?

I believe that the frustrations of the LG cusomers are really genuine. For the first time in my life I made a mistake of buying an LG product and today you can add my name also to the list of frustrated LG customers.
ON 27th July 2009, I purchased an LCD TV (Model No. 32LH70YR, Serial No. 906LPHT002081) which is one among the much hyped scarlet series of LCD TV by LG.
On the day of purchase the dealer (M/s Sargam, Dr. B. Baruah Road, Guwahati (Ph No.[protected], [protected])) promised that it will be installed the very next day but unfortunately till today i.e. 4th August 2009 no body bothered to attend to install it.
My complaint registration No. is N9C72700809. I made several calls to LG office at Guwahati and LG customer care and to the Dealer. Everybody gave only lame exuces and false promises but till now my LCD remains in the carton box.
WHAT AN IRONY...
If the LG people are readying kindly look into the matter and save your shameless face.

LG - LGpme4230l — Replacement of defective Refrigerator

Sir, I have bought a refrigerator of LG company from local dealer Eko electronics, patiala on Nov. 5, 2007. But after two months of purchase it had a problem of Gas choking. The problem got rectified by the local service centre by getting the refrigerator to their showroom. They returne it after two days. But the same problem occured in June 2008, then in October 2008. IN oct i requested the company to make the replacement, but no body listend to my request. And LG's branch manager verbally promised me to replace the fridge when this same problem will occur in the future. But the same problem occured in january 2009. and then in April2009. From April the service centre has taken my fridge to their centre. and from april till now there is no replacement or any information provided by the company. The company first asked me for paying 20% depriciation as the time of warranty was lapsed on Nov 2008. Sir making no of calls, going personnaly to the dealer, to service centre does not make any help to me. At this time i am feeling very helpless and in a position like is there anyone who can listen to one's problem. I u can do anything for this please do tell me Sir .

Reliance Mobile (LG Handset) — handset not working

we are using reliance mobile conections from last 5-6 yeays the first conection we had by name sanjay mehra mobile no. [protected]in the year 2002/2003 when in amritsar reliance launches there service for the very first time. then aproxemately 3 years back we took 2 more landline conections by the name of mehra guest house numbring [protected] & [protected]. after that one more comection we took by name kama lkishore mehra numbering [protected].
we are paying our bills regulerly & non of our conection was defaulter but from last 6 months we are facing problem in our 2 handsets related, [protected] & [protected] for this we registered our complaints to * 333 & the service center of lg took our handset & replaced batery, anteena, recever wire at different times but the results were no setesfactory. every time they took the handset the problem become more seriouse. now the present situation is that one handset is troubling a lot & during calls it loses its network, loses the batery backup & disconects the call which put us in such condition to make call again & again.
On 25 of july we register a complaint to india communication ( new name of webworld) old name ish communication, building no.393/3/6, Katra ahluwalia, near jallian wala babh Amritsar. and again on 28th of july the above noted web world organised a service camp we personely visited the web world & register our fresh complaint with the representative from there head office from ranjeet avenue where he assure us that our both hand sets will be replaced with in 5 working days. but till today we have not received any of the satesfactory responce from the company whereas we have visited to india comunication 3 times after our complaint & 2 time to the web world at mall road in amritsar & also visited to the coustemere care *222 for 2-3 times but didn't get any satesfactory answer. which is against all the laws. so we request again that the company should take some action against all related departments.

LG Electronics Ltd / CTV — No one attending the service

I logged a complaint wide complaint no. W9C73106847 on Friday July 31st 2009, which is not been attended till date August 7, 2009. I even called the customer service number twice and even mailed twice on [protected]@lgindia.com to remind and requested to send someone to attend the complaint; but no action.
On every call and on mail they have a uniform answer; that they have forwarded the complaint to the concerned service manager and he will attend you today… How long should a customer wait for the complaint to be attended?
Television is a basic necessity in day to day life and especially if children’s are at home.
Would like to know from the LG team where is the prompt service gone which they are committed?

LG / Mobile Phone - 6600 — Frequently Front Case Detached

I have purchased mobile hand set, Model No.6600, after six months of purchased key pad was detouched from the set and I went to Barackpore/WB service centre, they have replaced new kea pad and after one month again same thing was happened. It has communicated to me from the concerned service centre that, particularly this model was diffective, I was surprised when I understood that inspite of knowing by the company that particular model is diffectivethe and why the company still seling the particular model in the market. I also verified from few o[censored]sers, same problem they are facing. My warranty period will expiered in the next month. Pl advise and support for the same.
Strongly with the above complaint. We are another victim of LG service care, which is totally false and fraud.
