[Resolved]  LG Washing Machine — no one to attend complaint in their service department

I work for an appliance repair business. I will tell you from personal experience it is a NIGHTMARE to get replacement parts for their machines. You can only get them strictly through LG, they have no parts catalogue and the customer service reps have no idea what the parts are. They have to fax me a copy of the machine diagram so I can tell them the diagram # just to get the part # so we can order it for a customer. It took us about 2 months to get this poor ladies washer fixed. I'm sure she paid about a grand for it, and it wasnt an old machine either. Good Luck!

My washing machine service complaint was made on 26/12/08, s7cc2601943 but was not attended, then again complaint was made on 2/1/08 - complaint no. s8c[protected] and nobody reverted, but we reminded the service no. every day and the executives like srinivas, murali, mansur, then finally murali was supposed to come on 4th and but every day being so busy and is unable to come .. till date 15th jan 08 they have not figured out to service.. why did I bought this product which is costly than any equivalent products, is the company hearing????? pl attend

LG Washing Machine — DRY PORTION IS NOT WORKING.

I am having a semi-auto LG washing machine, purchased on 9.9.1999. Of late the dry portion of the machine is not working. It is requested that you may please depute a technician so that the fault can be rectified. An early action is solicited.

LG Washing Machine — LG Support for Washing Machine

I bought a LG washing machine in Jan 2008, while buying the product itself I asked for a demo and installation. Agreed to give the demo the next day but it doesn't happened. I tried for around 3 weeks and finally gave up.

Service/Call center doesn’t address any of your queries. Customer service is very poor in Bangalore.

We have LG Washing machine, and the same has been automatically stopped working on 06.07.2008

a lg washing machine was damaged till from 2006 i cantact all customer care but there was no answer

we lodged a complaint with Lg customer care and a serviceman came and gave a quotation and Collected money from us stating that within 2 days he will fix the problem.It is nearly a month gone but nothing has been done.Service people reply stating that part is not yet available..

These people do not have the courtesy to call the customer back and inform them about the delay.Customers must keep calling them and inquire as to when the parts would arrive.
They collect money and no response.What A FEEDBACK.

Such a poor service LG is having!!Never expected to be like this.

machine is delivered on 20 Aug and same is defective, complaint is loadge but no body is turned up as on date 25 Aug 08

Tromm Front loading 6.5 kg Washing machine — No Demo

I bought tromm 6.5 kg Front loading Washing machine through CSD outlet at Puliakulam Coimbatore Tamil Nadu on 13 Oct 08 Today is 15 oct 08 No one has come to give the Demo and install the machine.i am given a no S8CA1307416 but inspite of reminding no one has come for the last Three days. Pls intervene .

LG Washing Machine — LG Engineer burnt my machine

My LG washing machine was burnt by a LG engineer from Bangalore by pouring 1 litre of VINEGAR in my washing machine. He says that he is having 10 years of experience in washing machine repairs. God save me!

I Purchased washing Machine WF-N7035DN on 26/12/08 Paid Cash Rs.11, 000/- from Central 2nd floor, Raghuleela Mall, Vashi.

Complain >after paid cash, Machine delivered after 2days, *.Box was not sealed pack, after two days technician came to fix, he found that there is no drain pipe in the packing, again two days passed, now machine is making noise, as per technician says there is major problem in this machine.Replace me a new as early as possible URGENTLY.pls let me know what to do,

LG Washing Machine — Service Centre is not responding

I have got some problem in my Washing Machine. I have already lodged the complaint four times with the customer care and every time they promised me for urgent attention. It is now three weeks already and not even a single service engineer has turned up yet.

I do not know, what to do now.

I puraches a washing machine in may 2006. now machine not working proper. many time i request to lg company but they not attend my complained. my first complaint requiest id n9c32105737 date 21.03.09.
and second requiest id n9c33000386 date 30.03.09. No Response till date.

I have had an equally pathetic experience with the servicing of my LG front load machine. I would discourage anybody thinking of buying an LG product from doing so on account of their terrible after-sales service. I have had no such complaints with Samsung, Whirlpool or IFB.

I placed a complaint with the LG call centre in April 09 and only after 3-4 calls to the call centre did a technician get in touch. He arrived to tell me that we needed to replace our PCB -- something that costed us nearly Rs 5000.

Within a month, the machine gives us the same IE error! I placed another call to the call centre (Complaint no -- S9C[protected] and requested that the technician arrive on a Sat, May 16th (3 days later) since I would be out of town. The technician calls me on Friday -- obviously I can not have the machine serviced then. On Sat, when I call the call centre to find out when the technician would arrive, I get to know that my complaint has been closed, so I was given a new complaint no -- S9C51600686!! After umpteen calls to their so-called supervisor, a technician arrived to tell me that another part needs replacement. When I questioned the servicing earlier, I was casually told by the supervisor that a part can give way anytime even half an hour after servicing. I was promised a stand-by machine in case my machine could not be repaired immediately. To add to it, the supervisor tried to sell me an AMC in the midst of all of this. I was promised that the technician would arrive with the part today, but I'm still waiting with a pile of clothes for washing.

Life's Good? Buy an LG product and realise that it surely WAS Good!

LG Washing Machine — Very worst- product not working

I bought a LG Front loading washing machine from Viveks, 20 days back.
I have registered nearly 15 complaints in LG customer care, someone keeps
