[Resolved]  Lic India — Made the premium payment to LIC through BillPay but still not reflecting on LIC site.

I have made the payement through BillPay section of Credit card. The amount got billed against my credit card but LIC record is not updated. Even I don't have information of any customer care centre they have where we can enquire.

even i asked LIC to close my policy and they siaid it will be closed. but in feb and again after 6 months they deducted amount from my ICICI by ECS and there is no details regarding this transection on LIC site.why they were silent till now i dont understande.

I made a payment of my LIC policy thru Credit Card.

Dear Sir,
I have setup auto bill pay through my bank to pay the LIC premiums. It was working for few years. Right now I have received a mail from my bank saying that there is no request received from LIC to pay the premium. I am unable to find any contact details to pursue this with LIC. I do not want to be a defaulter just because LIC did not process the premium request this time.
I need help to resolve this issue.

I have renewed my policy no[protected] on Nov 23rd 2009. along with the renewel quqtation my request for address change also inserted But after two weeks i have not received any receipt from lic. my husband called and spok to the service branch and thy are just ignored the call . I am expecting much better servise from lic. please do the need full and get me the last receipt .

I had mailed to you 2 times the following mentioned matter. until now no any reply or massage received from you. this type of behavior forcing us to not to continue with other policies. so kindly take immediate steps and avoid further delay from your end
