poor cash desk management

while paying premium for the ULIP policies, LIC brances are not accepting premium. but advsie to go to that or this branch for technical reasons, that server is some where else. When will they be truly networked, as they claim?

this happens after a prolonged wait in the que to pay 10k or 20k.

many branches do not have full-time designated cashiers to handle cash function. they are working on an adhoc basis is...

My name is duke thomas .my policy no is[protected]. I took this policy in may 2002 and as it is a money back policy i need to get Money of Rs 10.000/- by cheque in may 2007 but till this month that is may 2008 i had not yet recieved my money even though their is no mistake from my side as regularly i am paying the premium and my policy is in force.Sir please help me to get the money....

My Father has a pension policy for which he receives 12 cheques every year, each cheque amounting to Rs.1158. He has not received his cheques for the year 2008 till now. Even after repeated follow up with LIC, no response has been received from their side....

I have paid my 1st premium in April 2007. In the receipt it was spesified that the units allotted will be informed subsequently.
