Life Insurance Corporation — Non-receipt of policy payment

Hi

This is regarding my LIC Policy #[protected]. The policy has matured and I am supposed to paid in monthly instalments every month. I have not received the cheques for the payment thi year. I have tried to call them and wrote to them on several times. But I have not got any response from them.

The experience is very pathetic. They have got a Customer Complaint Cell but either nobody responds on the numbers given on the website, or it says that the number is invalid.

Looking for help, if somebody can help sort this out.

online premium facilty, after the completion of transaction due to the power failure I did not get the message of transaction success. with
reference to the conversation I had with the customer executive (Mr Manish) on the telephone I came to know that the status is still not updated,

I take the said policy-"jivan kishor" at the time of his birth.From Ist standard his surname is SHAH.He recognised as Apurva Shah.Now I met the concern officer of the said branch but they insist me to execute affidavite on 100/=rupee stamp paper unless he made cheque with applied my surname i.e.solanki.Sir i requested him many times but he did't consider.The said policy if mature on February-2012.Pl.look into matter.

But, the premium due for August 2011 and and November 2011 have not been collected the amount from my Bank even though I have sufficient funds in my account.
I have not received any letter either from my Bank or from LIC for non collection of premiums or reasons for not collecting the amount.
Only I have received premium reminder letter from LIC after completing the due date.Then I have paid the due amount on[protected] for which they have collected Late fee of Rs.16-90.
This shows deficient in services.
Can I ask LIC to pay compensation for this defectiveness in services and to refund the late fee of Rs. 16-90 even though they are not collecting charges for this ( ECS) services.

I had the same issue on online premium payment. I have paid my premium via IB and the money was deducted from my bank account. But no receipt o[censored]pdate from LIC side! I had sent many emails to them via all the available channels that I could get from their website but none was replied.
I am still keep sending my feedback to them hoping to receive a reply and assistance to resolve the payment issues.

In the mean time I would urge every one not to take any policy with LIC as their service and supports are worst than expected.

Myself Anil Das, I have paid Rs. 5808/- (Five Thousand Eight Hundred and Eight) only for the premium of Policy No.[protected] vide Payment ID- IHMP[protected], LIC Order No. 18545387 on 22.03.17 at 16:19:19 hrs. and same time the above noted amount was debited from my Bank Account. But till date I have not received any receipt from your end. Kindly do the needful.

For income tax purpose, premium paid certificate is sufficient
this is given to you if you give a requistion letter for certificate to policy servicing branch

Dear Sir,

I have not received my 7500/- against my money back policy in the year 2008 August. I had complaint about this to LIC officer in Bilaspur Office ( Chattish garh ) as per them they have released cheque on 14 th July 2008 ( CHQ. No.- 453878) but till date nither I have received any cheque nor any chq. of this number deposited in by account. My Agent Mr. P. K. Madwani also approach for this to LIC officer but nothing had happened.
I want to know why this negligency?
Is LIC stopped entertaining their small investers?
