This is with reference to my payment of Rs. 25319/- for the LIC policy number[protected] paid on 28th November 2008 through our website www.licindia.in using my citi bank account. But here my problem is till now it is not updated in site and I didn't get any any receipts as of now. But amount is deducted from my citibank account. Please check with this ASAP and let me the updates.

    I have paid the premium online (thru portal licindia.com) and didn't get the receipt.Raised a complaint in licindia.com, also called the divisional office and call centre numbers.Looks like no body is worrying about it.

      I got a house in Greater Noida BHS09 Scheme draw. LIC Officer: Rajiv Gupta approached me for Loan. I applied the loan for amount of 20 Lacs @ 10.75 interest rate. I visited LIC Office on KG Marg, N Delhi and during the meeting after seeing my papers the manager: Mr. Alok assured me the loan of 20 Lacs. I gave them the PDC cheque of amount 5600/- and they told me it would be debited only after approval of loan. Just two days before the last day of submitting amount in Gr. Noida, ie 19-07-08, I got a call from LIC that they approved loan of just 16 Lacs. I told them it will not solve the purpose as cost of house is 36 Lacs as they promised me for 20 Lacs. And meanwhile I got a loan from SBI for amount of 20 Lacs with the same set of papers, I submitted to LIC. So I refused the loan to LIC. Without informing me they debited my cheque for Rs. 5600/- for service charges. They misguided me for a month on phone and then I approached the same office for return of charges and also submitted application along with SBI approval Letter as a proof and after many calls to them they told it will not be returned. LIC is doing fraud as they never told me that loan cannot be approved for required the amount (20 Lacs) and approved the amount (16 Lacs) which was not solving my purpose. Please suggest what I should do. I am having stamped receipt of application which I submitted to LIC for return of money.

      Same is the case with me.
      What to do next in this case as the lic says no return
      of amount but at the time of issuing they say it is refundable
      Same case with me. I had applied for loan on[protected] and wish to go for Fixed for 10 years but Mr.Satyanarayana of mangalore office (presently in MUMBAI) had cheated and not informed me that the rule going to change from JAN 30th. Presently instead of 9% intrest fixed for 10 years now I am infloating with 11.75%!.

      My home loan is almost 5 years old and amount is Rs890000 for 20years and my current emi is
      Rs.8838 and my home loan a/c number is F/6888245/11
      when interest rates were increased you also increased the rates but when interest rats were gone down
      you did`nt reduse and I am paying you more than 10% rate of interest on housing loan which is not applicable in any of bank in india even present rate of INTEREST of LIC is also 8.75% than why you r over charging me almost one thousand extra every month I am feelin that Lic has cheated me.

      pls advised me where should i present the issue

          I had written on line to transfer my policy from branch 868 (Vapi) to 893 (mumbai) and it was transffered on 27/11/2008.Unfortunatly I had forgotten to mention my other policy no. which is[protected] which also had to be transferred from 868(Vapi) branch to 893(Mumbai). I have shifted my residence to Mumbai some Ten years back and have no more connection in Vapi. Please do the needful. Thanking you.

            I have an account at licindia.com. I have once policy already enrolled over therer. I have enrolled one more policy[protected] on 12th Nov 2008, but still it's not listed under the "View Enrolled Policies", but it's successfulyy enrolled and I am able to see under "Enrol Policies". When I click on View Enrolled Policies link it doesnt show my above enrolled policy. I registered a complaint on the web on 18th Nov 2008, but when I tried to view the status of my complaint using link Complaint Status View the web shows "Policy Not Yet Attended" and the status is still open. I don't know when are they going to resolve the issue, but requesting to take a look asap. Thanks-Bikash

            I have an account at licindia.com. i have enrolled few policies there but when i click on View Enrolled Policies link it doesnt show my policies. I registered a complaint on the web and but when i tried to view the status of my complaint using link Complaint Status View the web shows complaint count is zero. While registering the complaint web didnt provide me any complaint no. and no email communication.
            i tried few other links like update profile but it is also not working.
            not able to open home page of lic..
            licindia.com is not working. Iam trying for last few mins, it is giving me the error "page cannot be found". It is stopping me to pay premium for which the last date is today
            I agree that the web site cannot be opened. We require hacker to open it.
            I am policy holder of LIC India. I have been trying to open the web site since so many days. I have already lodged my complaint as I am writting today. I have given my email address too. It is very bad You are not responding positively to the customer and attending the problems. There is no courtesy from your end to at least acknowledge the complaint.
            You can send suggestions instructing the settings if any to be changed in the Internet explorer. I am having windows vista operating system with IE and Mozila browser. In both browser I am not able to access my account. I am comfortable with other government sites. What is wrong then with your site?

              Dear Sir...

              I introduce myself as an Officer at LIC of India, Zonal Office at Secretariate, Secunderabad. I have applied for your credit card on the insistance of local agents in secunderabad and was given an application no:[protected] and finally got rejected. I don't have any grievances regarding this issue as we have number of other banks offering us the credit card facilities. But the way your agents have ran after me to collect necessary documents gave the impression that you will be obliging my application. If you have any problems in giving your facilities, you need not have such foolish agents and confuse people with this kind of attitude. You have not even quoted the reason for rejecting my application which clearly shows that your system is lacking the process of proper scrutiny. Keeping in view the standing of your bank in the country, I request you to kindly desist from fooling people with such advertisements and killing their time.

              He told me that after 45 days you will get your card But after 3 Month I have not received any information regarding this matter .During many times telephonic discussion with them they told me that no need to worry you will get your card as early as possible it in transaction . But today I have call in your call center and subsequent in your Delhi office they told me that there is no record of your card application .

                Most respectfully I beg to state that I have sent an application on 12 Jul 08 by Registered letter (RLAD A3490 dated 12.08.2008) to Branch Manager, Swaroop Nagar, Kanpur-208002 to transfer my Money Plus Policy to my Present above said address as I have taken discharge from Air Force and settled in my home town. The details of my Policy are as follows:

                    I applied for a housing loan from LIC HOUSING FINANCE LIMITED for which I paid a processing fee of Rs 10113.00 on August 22, 2007 (This is the only refundable part of the processing fee as I was told while applying the loan). I planned to purchase a property in Ghaziabad and finally the deal did not went as per my expectancy. Although the loan got sanctioned (Application No. 605336) but I never availed the loan as I din't have the requirement for the same i.e. the loan amount was never disbursed.

                    Now I have requested for the refund of processing fee amount which was incurred when I applied for the loan. It has already been more than 8 months but I haven't received the refund amount cheque yet. When I talk to the LIC Noida (where I originally applied for the loan) Branch Manager there is no proper response regarding the same.

                    I have a similar experience with LICHFL, Bangalore. Even though the loan was not sanctioned, they had eaten away the processing fee of Rs.6118, from me. There is no response either from LIC HFL
                    ( J.P.Nagar, Bangalore ) or their Agent, ( Akshaya Consultants, J.P.Nagar, Bangalore ). Don't believe LICHFL or their agents. They are wholesome cheaters.

                          i am manjiri khanolkar from ramnagar, dombivle (e), thane mumbai, maharashtra. all lic agents are frauds. they take false cheques from their clients to show their business. MY AGENT RAJESH INDAP from lic office, ramnagar, dombivli, thane mumbai, maharashtra took a cheque of rs.1000000/- ten lakhs from me at the end of march 08 when i was not having that money. he gave me his hand written note for my bank manager to stop the payment on that cheque. thus lic shows big business on the paper at the end of every financial year when they have no business.

                              I have paid my LIC premium through online payment mode. the amount debitted from the Bank account but the LIC premium account has not been credited. i enquired with the bank regarding this problem and they told that the payment was very much successful in the bank side. then i clarrified it with the LIC staff in the related branch. they told that no such payment was made. and the payment is not available even with rejected payment account. Need information to handle this problem. to whom i contact to solve this problem. reply with some fruitful details. thanks.

                              Last year July-2008, i have shifted my all policy from Modasa ( Gujarat ) branch to Borivali ( west ) J.B Nagar branch, Mumbai and completed all formalaties for ECS payment of my total -5 policy. as i am not staying in india from last one year,
                              without any intimate of payment due, send a letter about policy lapsced.
                              Once i confirm with branch manager, before i leave india, this is the hight of iresponsibilty of branch, even not imformed to customer, in case there is any problem in ECS facility after submision all document Policy no[protected] Plan 88/25

                              After having continousoly trying to registre/open new account ID online for policy number[protected], there is always a message of some technical error or the other.
                              Can you tell me the reason for disabling my online payment account. Also pl note that due to this I cannot pay mine as well as any of my family members policy payment. Any fines or dues in my policy will be LIC’s own responsibility. By writing this email I am legally informing you about the problem. So pl don’t show the usual non response to my emails.

                              I have four LIC polices No's as follows :[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected] I paid required amount via my debit card (no-[protected] &amp; bank-HDFC) on 5th aug'14 and get transaction id as well 04546822, earlier it was reflecting as under process post that its status reflected as no record found (although balance not depleted from bank a/c), today i again made a payment for these polices but unfortunately missed to note transaction id(balance not deducted this time as well)

                              Please let me know the status of these transactions id or I have to visit branch to pay amount in cash.

                              This is very sad that company with such huge figure not able to carry out basic facilities in a proper way than no need to introduced E-payment where customer has to face such concerns.

                              LIC is running in a white collar SCAM on the name of online payment collection! Here what LIC have done is induced intentional bug in the payment response handling system, thus 95% of the successful payments will NOT receive any receipt what so ever, but the debit/credit card, bank account will get charged.

                              Now LIC puts the customer in the situation to run for their money, by either running in to LIC offices or t the most write an email to [protected]@licindia.com where they never reply. Now there will be atleast 10-20% of people who don't know who, where, what to be approached for justice, & LIC misuses this loop hole to make some money and logically such a way of raising money is a kind of MONEY LAUNDERING!

                              So, this is a clear case online fraud! This can be treated under section 420 where bank account, debit/credit card is been charged but goods/service NOT been provided. Also running in a business without a customer service department.

                              LIC IS THE BIGGEST FRAUD & IRDA SHOULD BE ADVERTISING NOT TO PAY LIC PREMIUMS ONLINE THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE AS LONG AS THEY DON'T FIX THE BUG!

                                I have applied a Home loan from Gurgaon Branch of LICHFL, through Area Manager Ashutosh Sood and his subordinate Yogesh Gupta in the month of Oct'08. and Being a RBS employee they said you will get the loan at the discounted rate of 11.25% instead of rate of 11.5% (which was not the true scenario) and also they have committed LICHFL is disbursing the loan for DLF Express Greens, New DLF Gurgaon. After their confirmation we have submitted all the papers with half processing fees of Rs 5618 & Rs. 650 in cash. After several follow up they said for DLF Express Greens property LICHFL is not disbursing a loan.
                                Then we are asking to return our papers. Now Ashutosh Sood & Yogesh Gupta are not picking up my phone.
                                Is this the way one of the most prestigious organizations in the country try to cheat its consumers by giving wrong information?
                                It would be great, if any one could help to get our money & paper back.
                                Also I request LICHFL to increase transparency to provide clear information so that the Customers can have better understanding before applying a loan & never harassed.

                                Lic home finance ltd. has no clear policy about processing fee. they charge you as much as they can.
                                it is litteraly cheating!! how document proceesing can be different for different peoples? thus processing fee should also be same for all.
                                Lic Hfl should declare its processing fee publically to all.( in terms of %age of sanctioned loan amount)

                                      My Policy no.[protected],[protected] from LIC . I had paid the premium of 28492 Rs for both the two policies on 15 sept 2008 vide netbanking. Some how on 27 Oct 2008 same amount got deducted through my ICICI bank account via ECS .

                                      I have sent mail to LIC for the refund of extra amount but no response for past 7 days . Also no one is picking up the phone no. of helpline given on website.

                                      Really bad If i had known earlier such type of service is there of LIC I would not have enrolled any of my policies.
