Amount : INR 5, 378.00
Dated : 10/10/2008

Amount is deducted from my ICICI Net Banking account, But it is to inform you that I did not get the digitally signed lic premium receipt.

    mane India — non receipt of documents

    Docket LNo:[protected] DT: 09.06.2008 still we dint receive the document which we booked from mumbai to our factory dundigal. Also all of your local offices numbers are not working they are not lifting phone calls kinldy give us the feedback in this regard as it contains Lr COpy which we have to produce to the transporter for taking the consignment

    Sir, i have a policy no.[protected] matured on[protected] at Dhemaji branch of Assam. but on[protected] i submitted it at Dhemaji branch after nine years as they didnt inform me about it and i have little knowledge about LIC. now i m a retired teacher and the branch manager inform me that i have withdrawn the money which cannt be possible without my knowledge and receipt of any documents. Sir i request for your help and waiting for justice.

    Life Insurance Corporation — Non-receipt of policy payment

    Hi

    This is regarding my LIC Policy #[protected]. The policy has matured and I am supposed to paid in monthly instalments every month. I have not received the cheques for the payment thi year. I have tried to call them and wrote to them on several times. But I have not got any response from them.

    The experience is very pathetic. They have got a Customer Complaint Cell but either nobody responds on the numbers given on the website, or it says that the number is invalid.

    Looking for help, if somebody can help sort this out.

    I am Garima Verma a policy Holder, My policy was due for the payment sice 28th sep' 2010. I deposited policy from LIC website through
    online premium facilty, after the completion of transaction due to the power failure I did not get the message of transaction success. with
    reference to the conversation I had with the customer executive (Mr Manish) on the telephone I came to know that the status is still not updated,
    but amount is debited from my account.

    Kindly take appropriate action so that either my amount should credited in my account or update the status of poilicy, which ever is feasible.

    Regarding the police No.[protected], branch-CBO-13/857 Ahmedabad.
    I have submitted policy along with copies of school leaving certificate & affidavite on 50/= rupee stamp paper for change of my son's surname. I take the said policy-"jivan kishor" at the time of his birth.From Ist standard his surname is SHAH.He recognised as Apurva Shah.Now I met the concern officer of the said branch but they insist me to execute affidavite on 100/=rupee stamp paper unless he made cheque with applied my surname i.e.solanki.Sir i requested him many times but he did't consider.The said policy if mature on February-2012.Pl.look into matter.

    For the past more than 4 years I am paying the premium amount under ECS.
    But, the premium due for August 2011 and and November 2011 have not been collected the amount from my Bank even though I have sufficient funds in my account.
    I have not received any letter either from my Bank or from LIC for non collection of premiums or reasons for not collecting the amount.
    Only I have received premium reminder letter from LIC after completing the due date.Then I have paid the due amount on[protected] for which they have collected Late fee of Rs.16-90.
    This shows deficient in services.
    Can I ask LIC to pay compensation for this defectiveness in services and to refund the late fee of Rs. 16-90 even though they are not collecting charges for this ( ECS) services.
    Kindly clarify.

    I had the same issue on online premium payment. I have paid my premium via IB and the money was deducted from my bank account. But no receipt o[censored]pdate from LIC side! I had sent many emails to them via all the available channels that I could get from their website but none was replied.
    I am still keep sending my feedback to them hoping to receive a reply and assistance to resolve the payment issues.

    In the mean time I would urge every one not to take any policy with LIC as their service and supports are worst than expected.

Till date premium receipt has not yet been generated. Whereas, the amount has been deducted from my ICICI bank account. I am very much worried about this lapse on the part of LIC.               I have deposited premium of month november 2007 of Policy No[protected] on date 20-11-07 by Cheque No-907415 of amount Rs. 2849.00 vide receipt number is 76182 dated 20-11-07. This cheque has been cleared from my a/c No-[protected] of SBI, Nand Nagri, Delhi on 22-11-07.
              But Branch Manager(Branch 11-B, Sakarpur) sent me an information of dishonored cheque vide no.-903 dated 31-01-08.
              I had intimated to Branch Manager several times in writing along with the copy of my bank statement and I intimated Divisional Manager(CRM), Delhi Division II also on dt 19-08-08, but no action has been taken till now and my policy stands lapse till date.

              i think lic agents are frauds. they take false cheques from their clients. like my agen RAJESH INDAP from ramnagar, dombivli east, thane, maharashtra took a rs.1000000/- ten lakhs false check from me at the end of march 08 just to show his business. he gave me his hand written letter for my bank to stop the payment on my cheque. thus lic shows its big business on the paper at the end of the every financial year when actually they have no business.

I deposit 10, 000/- (Ten Thousand) Through LIC Agent Mr. Hanuman Choudhary Agent Code no.:01295183 and D.O Code.:15183.But LIC issue policy of Rs.1, 00, 000/- and accepts money and give receipt only of Rs.5000/- I talk First time with LIC agent And Bramer Branch Manager.So the Manager say to me this is LIC mistake in your policy. We adjust next premium. I have verbly complaint to second time LIC Branch Manager they have don’t response about this propose. And not adjust in my next premium. due in sep 2007.

The policy matured (ANNUITY VESTS) on 15.07.05 and 12 monthly cheques of Rs 768 issued by LIC of India, Northern Zonal office, (IPP Cell), 11th floor, Jeevan Bharti, con circus, NEW DELHI 110001, due between 1.09.05 and 1.08.06 were sent to me. Since 1.09.06, I was receiving this amount of Rs 768 directly(ECS) in my SB A/c no. 17794 with Punjab National Bank, Khanpur, N delhi 110062. However after 1.08.08, no amount has been received, i.e. I did not get the int due on 1.09.08 and 1.10.08 credited in my A/c with PNB (Incidentally about 2 years back PNB has changed this A/c No. into 16 digit one & it is now [protected] and I have been receiving htis amount in this account).

                        the same thing is there, i m also unsatisfied with l.i.c. response. because my father shri bheem singh dabhi also having policy no.[protected] matuerd on dated 1/1/2009 and this policy was undertaken in the scheme " Own Your Home "in[protected], but the loan was not taken and policy bond, house titled as sequirity were taken by l.i.c and now after maturing policy, l.i.c needs our policy bond for giving matured premium amount. but now question arises that how can they say like that because l.i.c. already has our policy bond given by us..
                        so now i thing its really shame on l.i.c a reputed firm, and we can't expect from l.i.c such like activities and its really mently and physically harrashment given by l.i.c. to our family.and still we are not found any kind of positive response from l.i.c.and their branch officers, so its not my request but its a my fundamental right to say about such matter to solve out from l.i.c., otherwise they have to pay for it.

                          My neighbors have one pension scheme each with LIC of India . The Policy numbers are[protected] &[protected]. They had submitted the certificate of existence through their agent before April'08.But till date they were not paid the pension payable to them on monthly basis. How harsh is the harassment meted to two aged people having age 80 & 77. Can any body imagine a company like LIC harassing senior citizens like this. This amount is their bread and butter. Since last three months nobody knows how they are living. It is also learnt that their cheques are not made payable to their nearest bank ie. SBT therby the payments were received late and after deduction of commission. This matter was also represented several times but of o avail. They have no money left for buying medicines and already a note is kept saying that LIC is responsible for their plight Need attention.

                          I agree with the complaint. They initially sent a yearly pension- cheque in 2007 via their branch at raipur, but no information thereafter. They won't send even an information on what, why, and how.After enquiring heither and theither I came to know that life-certificate should be submitted, which I sent to their Bhopal office. But no sight of response.I have no clues even about their e-mail adress.

                          monthly pension by ECS — EXISTENCE CERTIFICATE

                          I had been receiving monthly pension of Rs412/- against my Annuity no27254 through ECS system regularly for the last 3-4 years.But all of sudden it has been stopped wef[protected].

                          On[protected] I have received a letter from Manager (p&GS) to send him the EXISTENCE CERTIFICATE
                          duly verified from my Bank Manager enabling him release further payment to me.

                          Accordingly I confirm having sent him the said certificate by registered mail on[protected].

                          I also sent the scan copy of certificate and my forwarding letter via email on14-09-09 which is unacknowledged till date.I now wish to know that when my payment will be released and why such action to stop payment has been taken prior to any intimation to me

                              I got a letter from LIC vide Ref:P &GS/UNIT III/PENSION CELL, dated 26/08/2008 stating the reduced rate for pension. U have enclosed cheques from 30/08/2008 to 30/11/2008 at enhance rate of Rs.6345/- P.M (which i was eligible) and from Dec -2008 onwards manual cheques at reduced rate of Rs.3173/- p.m. I am unable to understand why u deducting my pension.

                              On Oct 2010 i applied for withdrawing my superannuation accumulation of my previous employer after leaving the Organization, SANDOZ (Pvt) Ltd. Same application forwarded to Sandoz HO office-Mumbai, But till date i have not received any correspondence or payment. My Master policy no : GS/CA/610451.

                              I will be highly obliged if i get the latest status of the same.

                              My super annuation master policy number GA/12567, Annuaty no. 091M[protected]. I was getting my monthly pension regulerly through ECS in Pune.
                              But I have not received my Pension for the month of April 2011.

                              I would request to deposit monthly ammount in my bank through ECS. Or pl. let me know if any problem in system.

                              Ref: Annuity A/c No.011M[protected] (LIC of India, New Delhi)
                              I was retired on 31.08.2005 under C.R.S. from the service of the company. I had received 1/3 amount against deposited in my superannuation fund as on 31.08.09, Further I am getting monthly pension of Rs.836/- only against balance amount deposited in my superannuation fund A/c of Rs.174446/- since Sept'2005, which is equivalent to 5.75% per year interest. I can't understand this lower rate of interest as compared to Bank FDR interest rate is 9.50% per year and Provident Fund interest rate is also 9.50% per year.

                              Further, I would like to withdraw the balance amount deposited in my superannuation fund account of Rs.174446/- instead of monthly pension, please let me know the procedure to withdraw the balance amount deposited in my superannuation fund with LIC of India.
                              Please reply and help me at the earliest.

                                Policy No[protected] and[protected]. After clearing the entire loan amount the above said policies were handed over to the LIC of India, Armenian street branch, Chennai Division II office on 21.6.2008 for re assigning and intimation regarding the amount to be paid as premium and mode of payment etc. But till date, we have not received any intimation regarding the same and he original policies are still lying with the branch office. Inspite of my best effort to contact them over phone to enquire about the same did not yield any result at all. I kindly request you to do the needful to inform the status of the policies and the amount of premium to be paid etc. to enable us to continue further in this matter. Your early action is solicited and will be very much appreciated.

On attaing the age of 22, as per policy conditions, I was to receive 30% of the sum assured w.e.f. september 2008 but till today I have not receive the payment. It is despite the fact that I have visited the concerned branch (branch 124, Karol Bagh, New Delhi 110005). I request that necessary action be taken and payment release immediately.

                                    IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT LIC OF INDIA
                                    CLOSES ITS WEBSITE.

                                    WHAT IS THE USE OF HAVING A WEBSITE WHICH
                                    IS NOT OPENING FOR CUSTOMERS FOR HOURS.

                                    EVERY DAY A PERSON LIKE ME TRIES TO FIND OUT
                                    THE DETAILS OF HIS PREMIUM ON POLICIES, ITS DUE DATES,
                                    BUT IT IS OF NO AVAIL TRYING TO FIND THROUGH LIC WEBSITE.

                                    THEREFORE, LIC OF INDIA CLOSES ITS OWN WEBSITE AND GIVEN THE JOB...

                                    I am a officer in Air India, Government Organization, I did apply to transfer my housing loan from HDFC to LIC Housing on April 2008. They was sanctioned my loan on 10 May 2008 which file no is 507363 and loan a/c no is 10005647 and paper transfer from HDFC to LIC on 02 September 2008. But till today they are not released me the remaining amount. I call the LIC staff Mr Rakesh Choudhary cell phone no [protected], Mr Vikash yadav phone no[protected] and the branch manager Ms Nirupma phone no[protected] at least more then 50 each but no one given me satisfy answer. I submitted my all document with processing fee cheque, August month interest cheque and my bank ecs form but till today I am not received me my loan amount.
                                    Please take this matter to higher authority and told them either they should give me my loan amount or canceled this loan and refund me all my amount and document immediately. Other wise i will register a case in RBI Ombudsmen cell and also lodge a case in consumer court.

                                    I am dhananjay resident of Navi Mumbai & got a home loan from LIC Housing last year. I am in a scheme of paying amounts as per my building work in progress & i am paying my EMI to LIC from last 11 months too without fail. now the builder ask to do some payment & following up with LIC to disburse the same from 15th of June but I have neither got any answer from LIC nor they made the payment to builder. Builder is after me for the payment & charging a huge interst for non payment. please suugest me on the same you can reach me on [protected]
