Under way bill no. RL EN[protected] IN dated 10.07.2008, Life insurance Corporation of India, City Branch Code 2 Basheerbagh X Road, Hyderabad 500029 sent me a cover to my house address 2nd flr., anugraha apartmenet, 2-3-736/12[353], 6#cross road, Shankarmagar, Bagh Amberpet, Hyderabad 500013 which has still not been received till the evening hours of Thursday, the July 17, 2008.

my self Gunjan jain. i have running my lic agency.my D.O. Mr.R. N. GOYAL IS NOT MAKING MY AGENCY RENEWED. LIC IS NOT DILIVERING MY CLIENTS POLICY BONDS FROM LAST 1 YEAR.PLEASE TRY TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

My neighbors have one pension scheme each with LIC of India . The Policy numbers are[protected] &[protected]. They had submitted the certificate of existence through their agent before April'08.But till date they were not paid the pension payable to them on monthly basis. How harsh is the harassment meted to two aged people having age 80 & 77. Can any body imagine a company like LIC harassing senior citizens like this. This amount is their bread and butter. Since last three months nobody knows how they are living. It is also learnt that their cheques are not made payable to their nearest bank ie. SBT therby the payments were received late and after deduction of commission. This matter was also represented several times but of o avail. They have no money left for buying medicines and already a note is kept saying that LIC is responsible for their plight Need attention.

I was receiving the monthly amount in ICICI bank Pune branch a/c no[protected]. As I have shifted to Bangalore I transfered this account to Bangaluru malleswaram branch the a/c no is
[protected]. I wanted the amount paid through group superannuation scheme pension amount of Jaya Hind Sciaky ltd, Pune to be remited to Bangaluru Malleswaram branch the a/c no[protected].

I hope my request will be fulfilled.

Policy No[protected] and[protected]. After clearing the entire loan amount the above said policies were handed over to the LIC of India, Armenian street branch, Chennai Division II office on 21.6.2008 for re assigning and intimation regarding the amount to be paid as premium and mode of payment etc. But till date, we have not received any intimation regarding the same and he original policies are still lying with the branch office. Inspite of my best effort to contact them over phone to enquire about the same did not yield any result at all. I kindly request you to do the needful to inform the status of the policies and the amount of premium to be paid etc. to enable us to continue further in this matter. Your early action is solicited and will be very much appreciated.

I GOT ONE LIC POLICY NO.[protected]BRANCH CODE 25-JM NOIDA SECTOR-1) . IT IS A MONEY BACK POLICY, AS PER POLICY PLAN I HAVE TO GET RS15000/ ON 5TH SEPT2008, BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED CHEQUE FROM THEM

IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT LIC OF INDIA
CLOSES ITS WEBSITE.

WHAT IS THE USE OF HAVING A WEBSITE WHICH
IS NOT OPENING FOR CUSTOMERS FOR HOURS.

EVERY DAY A PERSON LIKE ME TRIES TO FIND OUT
THE DETAILS OF HIS PREMIUM ON POLICIES, ITS DUE DATES,
BUT IT IS OF NO AVAIL TRYING TO FIND THROUGH LIC WEBSITE.

THEREFORE, LIC OF INDIA CLOSES ITS OWN WEBSITE AND GIVEN THE JOB...

I am a officer in Air India, Government Organization, I did apply to transfer my housing loan from HDFC to LIC Housing on April 2008. They was sanctioned my loan on 10 May 2008 which file no is 507363 and loan a/c no is 10005647 and paper transfer from HDFC to LIC on 02 September 2008. But till today they are not released me the remaining amount. I call the LIC staff Mr Rakesh Choudhary cell phone no [protected], Mr Vikash yadav phone no[protected] and the branch manager Ms Nirupma phone no[protected] at least more then 50 each but no one given me satisfy answer. I submitted my all document with processing fee cheque, August month interest cheque and my bank ecs form but till today I am not received me my loan amount.
Please take this matter to higher authority and told them either they should give me my loan amount or canceled this loan and refund me all my amount and document immediately. Other wise i will register a case in RBI Ombudsmen cell and also lodge a case in consumer court.

sir, lic launches new product moneyplus1 on 22nd may2008.but we are unable to get the policy information on their own website.frankly they are unable to publicise their policies.GREAT FAILURE.

My LIC Plocies Nos.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] I paid the policy amount in various dates from May 2008, Till date I have not reached the Receipts and I requested the LIC Office @ Salem (TN) North branch whether you recd the amounts and if not inform me by Mail or My Mobile, till date no communication received, kindly do the needful or inform where I have to contact.

1. I am the holder of LIC policy No.[protected], due for maturity on 28 Sep 08.

2. During my last visit to Ambala Branch of LIC of India, in
Jul 08, I was advised by the dealing staff, to send them the following documents, for issue of a post dated cheque, for payment of my maturity claim :-

(a) Original copy of my LIC Policy

(b) Form for claiming maturity benefits, duly filled and
signed

3. I have already sent the above mentioned documents, under my letter No. 641206/JPS dated 04 Aug 08. through registered post, on 04 Aug 08. Photocopies of the receipt obtained from the Axis Bank, showing payment of the premium for the quarter ending Mar 08 and the receipt received from your Mumbai branch, showing payment of the premium for the quarter ending Jun 08, were also sent to substantiate extra recovery of the premium amounting Rs 135.90.

4. have not yet got the cheques for maturity claim and refund of extra recovery, in spite of repeated requests through emails. I am an Army person proceeding on retirement with next two months hence am in dire need of money.

last year when i bought lic money plus policy, my agent said policy is transferable to any place as well as premium is paid to any branch.but this year when i went to fateganj branch from where i bought policy, the officials told that the policy is non-transcferable as well as the premium can not be paid to the other city branch.so i personally feel
that lic agnets have less knowledge or they ignore what consumer want or misguiding to consumer.so what can be done to be more transparent to consumer
for lic.

i have taken lic money plus policy on 4/8/2007.the second premium was paid on 8/8/2008.i phoned many times to lic & my agent but still i have not received unit statment.policy no is[protected].

I have a police Jeevan Surabhi 106 Plan Policy No[protected] Branch Adarch Nagar New Delhi -33 Actually Always we received one month before cheque . This time last date 1 Oct -08 . but till date we do not received bonus cheque . I contract Care No. And visit branch office again and again but i do not received any positive reply always they told me only wait.

About nine months ago there is a branch of LIC in sector-2, Rohini but since that it has been closed and we are asked to deposit our premium at Janak Puri Branch which is 10 Km away from Rohini area. You know that at present there is no branch of LIC in North West Delhi area like Pitam Pura, Shalimar Bagh, Rohini and outer Delhi area.
Kindly let me know when and where the new branch of LIC will be open in Rohini area, so that miillions of your customers can deposits their premium at their convenience...with regards.

Dear Sir,

During January '2008 I have sent letter for change of SB ACCOUNT NO. in connection with the pension amount being transferred to me through EC system directly to my SB ACCOUNT NO .12882 with, Indian Oversea Bank, Thaltej Branch. Ahmedabad . The old SB Account was No. 3822 with IOB, Stadium Branch and was to be shifted to IOB, SB ACCOUNT NO. 12882 with Thaltej Branch . The effect has been not made till date and the amount of Rs. 2000/-per month from the month of April 2008 is not credited to my new S.B. account No. 12882 IOB, Thaltej Branch, AHmedabad. However no amount is credited April onwards.

I, therefore request you to please check up and transfer the amount of Rs . 2000/- each for the month of April, May, June, July, August 2008 and ensure that the pension amount is regularly transfer to my new account.
