The above statement is received by me from LIC Head Office, Mumbai through mail ( np.[protected]@licindia.com) but till today I have not received the cheques.It is already on month passed. Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

sir I am son of sh.s.k.jain who was the policy holder of your policy no:[protected] with the name of "jeevan suraksha".he had died on 17 august 2008. we had opted for 25% commutation amount and the rest through pension cheques, but till date we had not received any cheque till date but commutation cheque has been received. I had done many mails to your kanpur office but no resolution has been done till now.

Dear Sirs,
I had surrendered Jeevan dhara policy No.[protected] on 16.2.2010 to Tripunithura (Code No. 78-A) branch under Ernakulam Division. The computer has indicated Rs. 31, 100/- as the surrender value of the policy. But the dealing Officer is not satisfied with the fiture and she says the computer is not trustworthy. She has to study the rules and regulations to arrive at the surrender value. I contacted her again on 27.2.2010 when again she said "no body knows the method of determining the surrender value of Jeevan Dhara and Jeevan Astha policies". Hence it may take months together to settle the claim. Sir, I am facing this problem when I am alive. You can imagine the plight of the nominee, if I had died earlier, to get this monty. It is a shame that LIC spent crores of Rupees to install software shich is not trust worthy. I request to settle my claim and send the funds to my bank account before 10.3.2010, failing which I will take up the matter with Insurance Ombudsman, Kochi.
