Hi,
I had applied for Home Loan against my property of 13 Lacks and at that time i was assured by the agent that i will get upto 12 Lacks amount for this property, but finally we got only Rs. 965000 approved loan check from LICHFL. Rest amount has been borrwed from someone else on high interest rate.

I put my pain to LICHFL Jaipur's higher authority and they ensured me to get rest of the amount i.e approx 1.6 lacks.

but even after many queries they did not replied or giving me an satisfectory answer.

kindly intervene and resolve it as due to this i was completly disturbed now a days.

    Sir,
    I had given many application to branch No 892 Kurla for trasfer of my policy to thane branch No-91J since last one and half year but they are not doing their work and every time they are forcing me to fill the revival form and this is the fifth time when I got letter from them to fill revival form again.Sir last four time I have filled the form and submmitted to that office but now it is beyond my tolerance power. So I have decided to comlain against them. you hope you will do something in my favour.

      I am to state that am in correspondence with CB No.7 and 10, for non-settlement of Matured Policies, as shown below:

      - no response, inspite of numerous requests made through post/email AND vague replies by staff concerned - when contated over phone.

      The policy which was under SSS in the name of my spouse has been settled belatedly, and a cheque has been issued on self & spouse, and cheque has been returned back in April 2007 with a request to issue cheque on any single name instead of joint/names. We indicated our consent to fulfil any conditionality for this or else pledge our current policies for security purpose, if called for.
      No response yet, one year passed - inspite of continued purusation/correspondence.

      I had applied for change of my new address in year 2003~04.But my address not registred, after one year i had repeated same.LIC (CBO-1) kanpur not responding till date.At present i have not receieved S.B.cheque which was due on 22 oct.08.LIC agent not taking any action, Presently i settle in gurgaon from last ten years.

        while paying premium for the ULIP policies, LIC brances are not accepting premium. but advsie to go to that or this branch for technical reasons, that server is some where else. When will they be truly networked, as they claim?

        this happens after a prolonged wait in the que to pay 10k or 20k.

        many branches do not have full-time designated cashiers to handle cash function. they are working on an adhoc basis is an insider info.

        such a fin. monolthi does not have full time cashiers to handle its cash function in many of its units - isn't a shame for this big brand in life insurance?

        You are correct. I am myself a victim of this "Server Down" nonsense
        and it mostly happens with the LIC Money PLUS (ULIP) Policy.

        Is there any way of paying the premium (ULIP Policy) without having to go through
        all this . Can we pay the premium online ?

          He has taken the Premium Rupees and not submitted yet.
          I complaned so much times but Your website is not poperly working (Shows cant find server).So the complain is not registered.
          Plz try so check the matter and solve it.
          No dought on your services but dought that you may recruit lazy and corrupt agents coz they spend money in their own ways.
          I am not at my home thats why unknown with blunder.

          Hope that you solve this matter. If you are unable to solve this matter plz inform us that I provide this matter in Human Resource.

          I have complained to Chairman, LIC of India against Sri S.S.Prusty LIC agent that he has miss utilized the amount of Rs. 2, 10, 000/- which i handed over him through pay orders in favour of LIC of India. He handed over me court affidavit in which he confessed all his deeds. I complained to LIC of India( All Heads) with all documents. more than one year passed but LIC of India has not taken any action against him. i am not only the victim person but he cheated many persons. All are complaining against him but LIC is not taking any action against him. These persons are silent killers. Immediate action to be taken against him.As LIC is not taking active part i request you kindly do need ful.

          Were you able to get your issues resolved with SBI LIC? I am running into the same problems where a Life Insurance policy was cancelled within the cancellation period but they are not refunding the premium we paid. We have complained to the Chairman of SBI and CEO/MD of SBI LIC with no response. Please let me know if and how you were effective in getting your matters resolved with SBI LIC for the benefit of myself and others like us who are being cheated by SBI LIC.

In my A/c says cleared the echeque in licindia at 18/10/2008. Mean while I checked my account. But sofor the receipt for the payment is not received sofor in website. Please send the premium receipt to my emial ID (for proof purpose). My email ID is [protected]@yahoo.co.in Please look in to this and do the needful and communicate the same.

          we have paid our policy premium for 2007-08 for my father and mother policy and when the time came for the next policy we came to know that the policy has lapsed and we didn't even received a single reminder notice from the life indurance company .Now when we are complaining against the agent they are not taking any kind of serious action against the agent .. i have expereinced really a very bad experience with the LIC INDIA.

I took this policy in may 2002 and as it is a money back policy i need to get Money of Rs 10.000/- by cheque in may 2007 but till this month that is may 2008 i had not yet recieved my money even though their is no mistake from my side as regularly i am paying the premium and my policy is in force.Sir please help me to get the money.

                  This is to inform you that i was polocy holder of Max newyork life insurance company my policy number was[protected] which is withdrawn last month and i recd full & final payment as per theri company policy but problem is that after withdrawl of policy they continiously deduction emi from my salary account from april i was regularly following my case with them but no reply yet i submitted my hand written letter for stoping my emi but they are still deduction my amount from my account, i spoken with my bank also but thay are saying that max newyork life insurance produce my signed document with them and we do not stop your payment if they demand,

                      sir, my father died on[protected] but till now we are not paid the amount regarding his poliucies no[protected],[protected],[protected] @s.a.s.rao raigarh (c.g)

                      I had purchased a insurance policy in the name of Mrs.Hemalatha.V.Shetty a year back . unfortunately, she expired 6 months back and i had submitted the papers for the death benefit claim since then.But there is no official response to my claim. hopeing to get your response at the earliest. thank you
                      LIC policy no[protected] on name of the Mandapati Ramachandra Raju s/o Appala Narasimha Raju (48years) resident of Salur, Policy taken from LIC of india - Rajam (srikakalum dist) branch. this person expried on 9th January'08 at Salur(vizianagaram dist). Cliam applied on 12th Feb'08 all required doc submited at rajam (srikakulam) branch. Name of the Nominee is Saraswathi (wife).

                      Near around 10months completed, but still not recd any claim regarding this policy.

                      Please give me the updated status for abouve mentioned policy as soon as possible.

                        Non receipt of pension policy cheques for Policy no:[protected]
                        My Father has a pension policy for which he receives 12 cheques every year, each cheque amounting to Rs.1158. He has not received his cheques for the year 2008 till now. Even after repeated follow up with LIC, no response has been received from their side.

                        This policy is my first policy & am continuing this policy from last 3 yrs, making the premium on time, today I have gone to deposit the premium at Bhubaneshwar-Branch no-II (Kharvel Nagar) at 10 o'clk sharp. the office is totally closed (suprisingly), it opens around 10:30am & the casher came down 11o'clk
                        when already a big que has been created, as I was at earlier customer so I thought i will be get rid of this que very early, but when I was going to deposit the money counter arround 11:15am the cashier said
                        link is fail you have to wait, I have waited another 15 minutes & after lots of request to other customer I again deposit the money the cashier again saying link is failure but surpringly one Bhadrak branch policy amount deposited, cashier is saying as this out of station Branch so it is taking time & he refuse to accept the amount.

                        Then I move to higer authority Asis Kr pal who said ABM -Sales rather helping me he told me why do not u deposit the amont through "AXIS Bank".
                        Other person come Named Mr.Ashok Kr Patra he said him self Branch Manager, he is declairing the statement customer like me sgould not opt lic & do whatever I can.

                        I am really stunned this is the way the employee of LIC harrases customer, if in the time of depositing money this kind of harrasment I faced then what will be in claiming the money.
                        Request to GM of LIC pls take the issue seriously to take proper action & kindly educate the employee of customer handling soft skills & punctuality.

                        I fully agreed. The behaviour and services of LIC officers and staff are not satisfactory.

                        I also have been harassed by the LIC Branch No.112, N-69, Connought Circus, New Delhi. I surrendered ULIP. Although the cheque has been prepared last week but the same is still pending for dispatch with one Dada Type Dispatch Clerk named Mr. Deepak Thapa who is normally found at the enquiry counter. Neither thapa giving cheque by hand nor dispatching it despite several requests. he is sitting on the cheque intentionally.

                        It is felt that mr. rajesh kumar choudhary, branch manager and deepak thapa, dispatch clerk are willfully harassing the customers. They told that nobody can touch them.

                        In July 2007, I had requested for transfer of my policy No.[protected] from Noida(E-3) branch to Koramangala (Branch 61L) Bangalore. Till date it has not been received at Koramangala Branch.
                        After several visits to Koramangala Br. and reminders to Noida Br., I came to know that my policy has been wrongly transfered to Branch 612 Bangalore. Several communications by both Koramangala and Noida branches, LIC branch 612 Bangalore is DEADLY SILENT. No response for any thing.
                        Premium for the policy was due on 28-07-08. LIC koramangala refused to accept premium payment as their computers are not able to access the said policy account.
                        By the end of the August, the grace period will also be over. Who is responsible for all these? will some one in LIC weak up?!!

                        LIC / Jeevan Suraksha — Maturity Amount not received

                        Ref :- Policy no[protected] of LIC / Jeewan Suraksha

                        The above referred LIC Policy was opened on 14.1.04 at the age of 45 yrs. and maturity at 50 yrs with one time maturity payment option. The all documents required have been submitted at the parent branch (Dalli-Rajhara, Dt- Durg Chhattisgarh). But, the Branch is expressing that one declaration form is to be submitted for one time payment, which is not available at this branch and to be collected from Bhopal regional office. However, the bond / certificate "one time payment" is mentioned. I am being harrased by LIC. Please look into at the earliest.

                        LICI — Proposal form lost but cheque encashed

                        Dear Sir,

                        Please note there are cases where Proposal form along with Premium amount in Cheque was submitted on 26th March, the cheque was encashed by LICI but even after 30 days they remain silent regarding issuing the Policy and so now on enquiring the matter, I've come to learn that they have lost the Proposal form & so due to their irresponsible action I am not being able to avail the IT benefit for the FY 2008-09.

                        The details of my proposed Policy is Komal Jeevan, Branch 110070, Sarsuna, 620 DH Road, Kolkata, BOC No. of Proposal Deposit reciept 16643 amounting to Rs. 7528.00.

                        The ultimate grievance is that, the Branch Manager himself is unaware about the fact & when informed, behaved too indecently to protect & hide his faults. On requesting him to refund my amount immediately, he points out the SYSTEM of issuing cheque which may take several weeks!!!

                        My question is, what SYSTEM do they follow when they deposit cheques in their Banks for encashment when the Proposal form was missing - so am I also to follow & agree to their SYSTEM & wait endlessly to get back my paid amount.?
                        I am money back policy holder with Policy No:[protected]. The premium has been deducted from my salary upto December, 2008. Due to personal reasons, I left from Hyderabad Industries Ltd, Sanathnagar, Hyderabad in the month of Dec, 2008. Since then, I have not paid any premium upto May, 2009.                         I would like to bring into your kind notice of the fraud happened in my LIC policy of Rs 88, 000.
                        The suspect has made a duplicate Pan Card and Driving License on my name has got the loan approved of Rs 88, 000 (Eighty Eight Thousand) against my LIC policy.

                        Name: Mr.Pradeep Agrawal, son of Shri. Shantilal Agrawal.
                        Even though the suspect has given wrong address in the Pan Card and in the driving license i was amazed that Bank has also verified his identity as Pradeep Agrawal and opened this account in the name of the suspect on the basis of information provided by him.
                        I came to know that one application has been submitted that I have lost my policy and against that application the suspect has got the duplicate policy issued against which he has taken out the money in four instalments from the ING Vysya Bank ATM situated at Sanjay Place Agra.
                        According to the rules LIC keeps the policy with them when any person takes a loan against it, but my policy is still with me so how can they issue the loan against it and I have not even submitted any application for the loan before. This shows that there is something wrong going on in the LIC office of Firozabad.
                        I have intimated this fraud even in the LIC office but they have not taken any action and did not cooperate at all with me. So with the help of my advocate I have filed a complaint in Firozabad Police station (North Zone) and sent the notice to LIC Firozabad Branch Head, Senior Division Manager LIC Agra and Zonal Manager LIC Kanpur but still I have not received any reply from their side.
                        In my opinion the employees of LIC firozabad are involved in the fraud as without their help this cannot be done.
                        So, I want to know how safe we consider our money is with you or we should lose our faith in one of the biggest organisation of India.
                        Hope that your organisation will take strict actions against the culprits who are involved in the fraud and will retain back my money so that I should maintain my faith in you.

                        I completely agree with bad attitude of LIC agents towards customers. When my premium policy last day was 27th, the agent collected the cheque on 28 and is not submitted till 5 th of next month. When i called the agent he gave all kind of lame excuses and even after warning that there would be a complaint against him on bad followup, he was very rude and feels no worries about if i have to make one...We trust LIC but the agents are .

                        There is no way i can cancel my agents commision, penalising him for his bad follow up. No body can do anything against them.

                        Will the govt. do something on this instead of just collection premium.

After nearly 4 months I got no response and when again I met the officials, their argument was that once the name is registered (SO WHAT WRONGLY???) cannot be changed in the policy paper. Now I am reallly frightened by these LIC MONSTERS who will gulp all my money for 20 years and when the time will come for the policy to mature, they will PLAY GAMES with me as they are playing with scores of HAPLESS people.

                        Dated 10/09/2009 i paid Rs.24816/- & 38623/-(Total amt.Rs.63439/-).

                        After this payment my refund claim amount of Rs.55000/- is due before LIC.

                        Till date my claim amount Rs.55000/-is never released by LIC.I paid Rs.10491/-
                        only as intrest to LIC.Now i need Rs.55000/- with intrest withine next 7days otherwise i am free to loged a case before consumer protection act.

                        Employee Murthy made me to stand at his Desk for 15 mins without even responding to my query twice on the same day. When I approached him to clarify some doubts concerning Loan on couple of my LIC Insurance Bond, he was too high with his tone and did not respect my cause and urgency. After clarifying with one of the Divisional officer I was able to fill the form. I then had to approach him again but he did not oblige instead had to approach another officer to verify details concerning the cheque. Murthy wanted me to come on Wednesday because he had about 28 queries to work the next day (Tuesday).

                        This kind of attitude will not help the company’s cause in anyways and I’m disturbed with his behavior.

                        interest has paid by 5 Federal bank cheuqes, it has sent from my employment

                        To confirm the receipt of these cheques i have sent several email and number of
                        calls to chengannur, Asst Manager Mr. Ajayakumr and Mr. Rajesh attended my calls and they promised me they will look into the matter and reply to me.
                        Until now i have not received any mail or call from the Chengannur Br regarding
                        this subject.

                        On 14th of March my bank has reimbused the loan amount to LIC against the
                        PolicyNo.[protected] and[protected].Now i want to confirm is it credited in your
                        account or no?


                        There is no use of contacting the irresponsible officers in Chengannur br. I am ready to foward all my corrpondence which i made to Chengannur branch for your
                        clarification.

                          I have paid my 1st premium in April 2007. In the receipt it was spesified that the units allotted will be informed subsequently. But so far no intimation received.Now i have paid my 2nd premium in April 2008. But i have informed that units allotted will be informed subsequently. I got the only certificate for the money plus investment on payment of 1st premium. Till date i don't know how many units are allotted even after one year. I was told that i can access licindiaulip.com for details. but there is no site as such. kindly itimate how i can check units allotted to me atleast after payment of my 2nd instalment.

                          Even i had this problem, but i found out the soultion myself, pls check if this is informative for u

                          just go to LICs website www.licindia.com, create a new login id by clicking the new user link.

                          after creating the user id and password, login with that and after u login check the page to the left side u will find enroll policy, fill the details by just giving the policy number and the number of policies and enroll it

                          after enrolling, just click View Enrolled Policies on the left side to view your policy details that has your units allotted and u can check NAV on the LICs site by clicking plan NAV tab on the top of the page

                            I have deposited my half yearly premium in respect of police no. 12119266 for Rs. 942/- Through cheque no. 704786 at LIC of India Branch unit - IIX, F-19, United Life BLDG. Ist Floor, Connaught Circus New Delhi vide Receipt No 3035370 dated 19.02.08.
                            I was informed vide letter dated 26.02.08 from Cannaught Circus Branch that the cheque has not been honoured. I enquired from my bank SBI Indirapuram Ghaziabad Branch for reson of non clearance of the cheque. my banker informed that no such cheque was ever produced for payment. my account has sufficient fund for payment of the cheque. it appares that the staff of the cannought circus LIC has not submitted the cheque insted have wrongly forwared to me.

                            The matter may please be enquired upon and I should not be panalised for no fault of mine. I can not pay panelty of Rs. 130/- because of negligence of LIC staff.

                            It is requested that the panelty imposed upon me may kindly be waved off and intimation regarding same be convey to me so that i can repay the premium due in respect of above quoted policy.

                              sir, im son of late s.a.srinivasa rao who died on[protected].
                              he is a policy holder of lic with 3 policies they are[protected],
                              [protected],[protected]. We are resident of raigarh(c.g).
                              it has been nearly one and half year since his death but hadnt recieved any response form lic though we have completed all the formalities. i had already complained to ombudsman raipur but it is useless.i hope at least u would respond to this complaint.

                              I Mr. Ranjeet Kumar Yadav and my sister-in-law Mrs. Rajpati Yadav having my lic policy no.[protected] and my sister-in-law policy no.[protected] and both of them under 12G branch. We both have applied to changing address from 7B.Amritpuri, Garhi, East of Kailash, New Delhi-110065 to 57A.Amritpuri, Garhi, East of Kailash, New Delhi-110065 and in this connection we have despatched two courier on dated 15/12/2008 by blazflash but up to today dated there is no change of address.So for your kind consideration when the polish holder wanted for his own convinent to change address why the branch do not do this.Here is a question to your department does the department want to return of every letter despatch to client and if it so I think it is not benefit for LIC.I want comment in this matter.

                              Dear Sirs,
                              I had surrendered Jeevan dhara policy No.[protected] on 16.2.2010 to Tripunithura (Code No. 78-A) branch under Ernakulam Division. The computer has indicated Rs. 31, 100/- as the surrender value of the policy. But the dealing Officer is not satisfied with the fiture and she says the computer is not trustworthy. She has to study the rules and regulations to arrive at the surrender value. I contacted her again on 27.2.2010 when again she said "no body knows the method of determining the surrender value of Jeevan Dhara and Jeevan Astha policies". Hence it may take months together to settle the claim. Sir, I am facing this problem when I am alive. You can imagine the plight of the nominee, if I had died earlier, to get this monty. It is a shame that LIC spent crores of Rupees to install software shich is not trust worthy. I request to settle my claim and send the funds to my bank account before 10.3.2010, failing which I will take up the matter with Insurance Ombudsman, Kochi.

                                Sub : Excess Cash took by LIC Housing Finance Agent ( Mrs.Alamelu ), who is residing at Madipakkam, Chennai. ( Mob:[protected] )

                                Dear Sirs,

                                This is to let you all know that excess cash of Rs.4711/- has been taken by Mrs.Alamelu, LIC Agent (Mob:[protected]) from me and she has not returned back the amount took by her till date. Its been more than 6 months. She is not picking up the call and I have only one proof that she has paid my LIC housing fees with her cheque. I have already sent a mail to ombudsman with regard to non-disbursement of housing loan ( IO(CHN)/20.09.2510/2006-07)where I have mentioned that Agent whereabouts is not reachable. Now, as she has took cash from me in order to get my loan sanctioned asap, she paid part amount with her Andhra bank cheque and partly paid with my cash. As there was a miscalculation by her ( viz., I got loan sanctioned for ~ 8 lacs at first and I have paid the fees for the same. Then I applied for increase in loan due to my salary increase, where, I have given excess cash. ), and as I have sent a mail to you, she came back to me and collected cash, which was excess by Rs.4711/-.



                                When I call her, she never picks up, and I reached her through another number, she picked up and says, she has already given all the receipts.Also, when I contacted the manager of LIC Housing Finance, Mr.Narasimhan, he says that she is just an agent of LIC and she is not an employee of LICHF, Tambaram branch and moreover, as she is not coming to Tambaram branch, he is unable to help me.I like to say my sincere thanks for chasing up many times by Mr.Narasimhan who has recently joined LICHF, Tambaram branch.



                                It would be great, If any one could help in recovering the money from her. Moreover, as an LIC agent she should not take cash from the clients. However, this has been communicated to her Manager ( Mr.Narasimhan )of LIC Housing Finance, Tambaram branch and he is aware of this issue and he was not able to take any action as she is not coming to Tambaram Branch.



                                I request you take legal action, if possible, against Mrs.Alamelu by cancelling the position as an LIC agent, as it gives a bad name for all the LIC branch because of an cheating agent, who takes cash from clients and doesn't give receipts neither return the cash back to the clients. I have registered this issue vide Registration No. DPG/X/2008/80036 under online legal website http://dpg.bharatsarkar.nic.in.



                                I have planned to take this issue to consumer court to return the money with 36% interest, as I have paid 36% interest because of shortage of Working capital on monthly expenses, as I can post the question, as why she should pay my LIC fees with her Andhra Bank Cheque and this will prove as she has took cash from me. Moreover, I have sent a letter to Mrs.Alamelu marking copy to LICHF, Tambaram branch on 11th September 2007 with the below details.

                                  That I want to inform you that I have received the cheque from your City Branch 10 at 1 & 3, Brabourne Road, 5th Floor, Kolkata – 700 001 for the LICI BIMA NIVESH Policy No.[protected] of my husband Late Sushanta Dutta Mazumder as nominee on 1.7.2006 vide cheque No. 786601 dated 27.6.2006 amounting to Rs. 6, 92, 929/- (Rupees Six Lakh Ninety-two Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-nine) only drawn on Bank Of Baroda, Brabourne Road Branch, Kolkata – 700 001.

                                  That my husband Sri Sushanta Dutta Mazumder was died on 20.3.2006 at his residence at 27-K, Rajkrishna Street, P.S. - Uttarpara, District - Hooghly which is within Ward No. 15 o[censored]ttarpara–Kotrung Municipality. That Uttarpara–Kotrung Municipality has issued death certificate of my deceased husband.

                                  That my husband was a retired West Bengal State Government Employee. He was a policy holder of LICI BIMA NIVESH Policy No.[protected] issued by Life Insurance Corporation Of India from City Branch 10 at 1 & 3, Brabourne Road, 5th Floor, Kolkata – 700 001. I am the nominee of the aforesaid policy.

                                  That I have intimated the matter within stipulated time and on 1.7.2006, 9 (nine) days before the maturity of the aforesaid policy, I received the cheque from LICI. Previously, on 9.6.2006, I received a letter dated 25.5.2006 (posted by you on 7.6.2007) from LICI which was addressed to my husband’s name and the letter shows that the amount receivable after maturity is Rs. 7, 51, 828.34 (Rupees Seven Lakh Fifty-one Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-eight and Paisa Thirty-four) only. But I received the cheque of Rs. 6, 92, 929/- (Rupees Six Lakh Ninety-two Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-nine) only, nine days before its maturity and it is less Rs. 58899.34 (Rupees Fifty-eight Thousand eight Hundred Ninety-nine and Paisa Thirty-four) only from the maturity amount. I do not understand why LICI has deducted the amount of Rs. 58899.34 (Rupees Fifty-eight Thousand eight Hundred Ninety-nine and Paisa Thirty-four) from the maturity amount of Rs. 7, 51, 828.34 (Rupees Seven Lakh Fifty-one Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-eight and Paisa Thirty-four). LICI has issued the cheque on 27.6.2006, only 12 (twelve) days before the maturity and I have received it 9 (nine) days before maturity and for 12 (twelve) days the amount deducted is of Rs. 58899.34 (Rupees Fifty-eight Thousand eight Hundred Ninety-nine and Paisa Thirty-four). It is very unfortunate action by a reputed company like LICI. There is no whisper of any condition mentioned in the “policy” that any amount would be deducted when the policy-holder dies only three and half month before the maturity of that policy. An amount of Rs. 58899.34 (Rupees Fifty-eight Thousand eight Hundred Ninety-nine and Paisa Thirty-four) has been deducted for 12 (twelve) days early payment(!), it is unbelievable and unfortunate act done by LICI.

                                  I think there is a mistake of calculation or mis-understanding by LICI. I think as a nominee of my husband I am fully entitled to get the full amount, i.e., Rs. 7, 51, 828.34 (Rupees Seven Lakh Fifty-one Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-eight and Paisa Thirty-four) only which was entrusted to you by my husband.

                                  In view of the above, I wrote to The Branch Manager, Life Insurance Corporation Of India, City Branch 10, Kolkata about this matter twice and on 29.11.2006 I received from a letter dated 16.11.2006 from P. Br. Manager, CBO-10, KMDO-1, LICI stating some flimsy and illogical grounds for non-payment of Rs. 58899.34 (Rupees Fifty-eight Thousand eight Hundred Ninety-nine and Paisa Thirty-four). But I think the aforesaid letter is only a casual reply of my letter and there is no ground to support for the less payment of Rs. 58899.34 (Rupees Fifty-eight Thousand eight Hundred Ninety-nine and Paisa Thirty-four) for 12 (twelve) days early payment by LICI. So, please rectify the mistake and kindly arrange to pay the rest amount of Rs. 58899.34 (Rupees Fifty-eight Thousand eight Hundred Ninety-nine and Paisa Thirty-four) for full payment for the above mentioned policy as soon as possible.

                                  I am a widow lady and it is a hardship for me to correspondence regularly to claim my legal demand from LICI and if you not take the matter seriously I’ll not get my justified claim from LICI in future.

                                  So, I request you that you would be kind enough to pay the balance amount of Rs. 58899.34 (Rupees Fifty-eight Thousand eight Hundred Ninety-nine and Paisa Thirty-four) only for LICI BIMA NIVESH Policy No.[protected] of my deceased husband at your earliest and oblige thereby.

                                  lici needs to stop making profit from lapsation.even though there is a dramatic distinction between profit and surplus but at some point of time we being a laymem fails to understand it categorically from that 58 thousand and some deduction. insurence maturity is non taxable.is it a mistake or an intentional act regularity.coming back to the first point of no profit till first 3 years, i being a laymen think lici doesnot reach the break even point if say someone pays a premium of 4000rs per year.if some one pays a yearly premium of 100000 rs per year how does the euqilibrium comes to a justification that till three year the cost goes into the maintanace of the policy for first 3 yrs.does the cashies who recieve the cash, or the underwritter who checks the various parameters or anyone associted or being paid for the making of the policy paid more in the second case.i believe that lici annnounces declares same bonus for same policy irrespective of the sum assured.why dont lici promote the insurence aspect of its product more than a invest ans insure kind of a trhing.hope lici the kohonoor of indias finance do the proper justification with its p.h. keepinf in mind the fasct of 100 cr share capital awa the going to be deduction of its investment potfolio from 30 percent to 10 percent in sensex. hope lici stops selling each and every policy with some or other lie.
                                  In this case there may be final maturity Bonus, which is not paid due to death claim arise before stipulated date of maturity.

                                  It has been come to my knowledge that, both the policies are lapsed in the record of your Organization; whereas every month our bank is sending premium for these policies responding your own demand list. I am astonished, how it can happen! Where the premium are going every month since, 1993 & 1997!!!

                                  I am taken back to find that my in-laws including Pulok Prakash Boral, an LIC Agent in your branch having Agency Code 01159428 suppressed the fact of the marital status of my deceased husband Sulok Prakash Boral and managed to extract the death claim of my deceased husband surreptitiously without any investigation by the LICI about the marital status of the deceased policyholder in favour of my mother-in-law Sabitri Boral who happened to have been the nominee in the first two policies excepting Policy No.[protected] for Rs.5, 000/- as is evident from the status reports enclosed.

                                  I have attached Xerox copies of my Voter Card, PAN Card, Marriage Registration Certificate and death certificate of my late husband so as to reopen the death claim already settled in favour of my mother-in-law without any benefit for the widow of the policyholder.

                                  I would, therefore, earnestly request you to review the death claim already settled and claim back the paid amount from the claimant or the agent Pulok Prakash Boral and resettle the death claim in favour of me on the ground of equity and justice to a hapless widow of the late policyholder.

He died when he was in his native village at Kakraha, Tehsil Rudouli Zill Faizabad. I have submitted the duly filled claim form and an enquiry to this effect has been carried out by the Central LIC office at my office GVT, 5th Floor KRIBHCO Bhawan, A-10, Sector-1, NOIDA. At the time of enquiry, the team assured me that same type of enquiry would be conducted from their Faizabad office at village Kakraha where my husband died. However, more than 1 year has passed and the enquiry has not been conducted. As a result my claim is pending with LIC for more than one and half year. I would like lodge my complaint through your window to get my claim settled at the earliest otherwise I will have to lodge complaiint to the Minister for Finance. Govt. of India.

                                      i have a loan on this policy and monthly premium is dedcuted as per time to time but loan amount is not deposited by father so i want to ask you that if i paid premium but not yet paid loan amount so what can i do?

                                      I have applied for claim 1.2 years ago.

                                      The chief manager who is doing enquiry is a very corrupt person.He wants me to deposit money in LIC before i got the claim money, (i.e) if i deposit the money which i would get after settlement of claim, then only he will send his enquiry report to the secunderabad branch(which do claim settlements).

                                      I am very shocked to learn that, inspite of like these, how LIC could stand at no.1 position in india.
                                      I Smt. Suvarna Akshay Chavan w/o late Akshay P. Chavan applied death claim dated 19/11/2010 & submited all claim settlement documents to your branch 939, Jeevan Kunj, N.G. Aacharya Marg, Chembur, Mumbai - 400 071 against my husband LIC policy no.[protected]. But still I have not received any information regarding claim settlement of above case. Please intimate as early as possible or contact me on my mobile no. [protected].

                                      I have a apply for loan on this policy till today we have not received in any single Rupesh in my bank account so what can I do?
                                      Mr. Ajay Kumar Pandey, who was expired on 04.10.2012, had taken policies of LIC as under:

                                      [protected], dated 08.05.2011 at Gyanpur Branch
                                      [protected], dated 24.05.2012 at Maldahia, Varanasi Branch

                                      His death claim was filed on 17.12.2012 at Varanasi Mandal Office. Till date there is no response. The clamet had already submitted all requirement as they are required.

                                      Kindly Do the needful about payment.

                                        I have taken the above policy under plan 161 for an amount of rs266665.i have changed my address to
                                        BUILDING 3, GF1 RHYTHM TANGO PARSN SESH NESTLE NANJUNDAPURAM ROAD, COIMBATORE-641036.my old address was 25, cauvery nagar, srirangam, trichy-620006.though i have submitted my address change twice and once through this forum no effective action so far to send my pension cheque to my new address.please consider this as extremely urgent and do needful.
