i have read about your problem but the step you are taking is not appropriate i know you and your aunt is ahaving problem and you are very much right at your place but let me tell you they will not have any problem if you close the policies as lic of india is a govt. body and you know the behaviour and work of govt. employees(mostly not everyone) so dear friend go to the good lawyer of this field and firstly give notice to the concerned branch and then also if thre is no response then you must let it know to IRDAA(insurance regulatory authority of india) and also with that you must file a case in the consumer forum u will definitely get justice along with thatyou can also claim legal fees borne by you and mental disturbance compensation which can be upto 10000-10, 00, 000/-

My name is Malik, I have taken a Endowment LIC policy on Jun-2005 when I was an Indian Citizen, Recently on Dec-2007 I have migrated to Singapore Citizen and am holding an OCI card (Overseas Citizen of India) last year. until now I have paid my premium with in due date.

Kindly please any one help me on this issue.
1. how to update my Citizenship status, the address?
2. what are the documents to submit?
3. Do I have any problem at time of maturity?

I beg to inform you that I deposit Rs.10, 000/-Dated.:30/03/07 for LIC Money Plus Policy Yearly premium. I deposit 10, 000/- (Ten Thousand) Through LIC Agent Mr. Hanuman Choudhary Agent Code no.:01295183 and D.O Code.:15183.But LIC issue policy of Rs.1, 00, 000/- and accepts money and give receipt only of Rs.5000/- I talk First time with LIC agent And Bramer Branch Manager.So the Manager say to me this is LIC mistake in your policy. We adjust next premium. I have verbly complaint to second time LIC Branch Manager they have don’t response about this propose. And not adjust in my next premium. due in sep 2007.

I go to branch office barmer and I requested to accpect my premium cash for my balance premium. But branch not accept my premium and told to me your case and your docket is sent to division office Jodhpur. This case is very difficult and you are not pay this premium. you wait above said subject result.

I am request to the third time B.M. Barmer for regular my policy no.[protected] dt.:30/03/2007.But don’t regular my policy.

I have sent a mail and registered post to LIC regarding change of my address and branch from Ahmedabad to Delhi. Its been more than a month but not received any reply from them about the status of my application. If i go to LIC office in Delhi they say I have to contact Ahmedabad Branch. No one is replying. if they have branch in Delhi atleast they can check the status of my application. But no body is bothered.

I am really dissatisfied with your services. My policy no is[protected].

I made payment of Rs 1, 662/- through SBI net banking to my husband. His policy no is[protected]. Due date is 12/03/2009. I have made this on 12/03/2009. So, in my bank account this amount was withdrawed. But again in his policy details the due date is 12/03/09 only. Was this amount paid or not?

I took the LIC policy on[protected] having number.[protected]Jivan Saral) from LIC office at Sayajigunj Vadodara through Agent but still date I am not receiving LIC Receipt and no responce from the LIC development officer. (Mr. Jignesh Bhatt).

My self Pradip Variya from Vadodara-Gujarat. I face the problem for Receiving LIC policy receipt.
I took the LIC policy on[protected]. Still date I am not receiving the original LIC policy receipt.The other details are below:

Still date I am not receiving the original LIC receipt.
None of the person from the LIC respond to me.
I already make call to Mr. Jignesh Bhatt ( Vadodara Branch - Sayajigunj, Development Officer)having zero response.
So, Please do needfull that is my request to all LIC customere care officer.

I have received my maturity benift for my own policy from Panduah Branch by a without authorised signed Cheque whose no is 652338 o[censored]nited Bank of India, Panduah branch dated 31/03/09 of Rs.72840 (Seventy two thousand eight hundred and forty rupees only) at 25/06/09 from an agent by hand.
Kindly take a necessary action for that.

I want some information about bima gold policy and searching on licindia website. When i call in lic india office the phone number is out of service.

Lic India is not updated his phone number on his site.
