Sub. : refund of VP MO no. 4644/VPL356020W College sangli

VP MO no.4644 (VPL356020 ) was wrongly booked by our post office on[protected] & our post office have recovered the amount ( Rs.699/- ) from me. We have sent a telegram to stop payment of the same which was confirmed by IGNOU Post office on telephone.
We have sent the VP letter also with remarks " not claimed return to sender on it ". But still they have paid the VP money order to you. So I request you to give me refund of the same.
Please check the details given below & refund the amount to me on following address.

with context to your advertisement through newspaper i had ordered REEBOK SHOES, REEBOK BAG, REEBOK TRACK SUIT, REEBOK TOWEL on date 23/3/09. i received your order(n0. oga[protected] on date 20/4/09 through first flight courier service and paid for the same.

but i was shocked about your response that i received SANDLE instead of SHOES and HAND TOWEL instead ofTOWEL.

I contact your office and they told to send whole packet back so I sent your whole package back on 22/4/09 through dtdc courier service and reache the same in your office on date 24/04/09.

you had resend the package and they asked to repay for which i have already paid through order no. oga[protected] again your office staff changed the order no. ora[protected] and ask again to repay

I was dissappointed with that kind of result, I booked your order with your reputation having faith in you, but your package endeed up in a total dissappointing end.

so, i request you to solve my problem as early as possible or else i have to go to consumer court.

All the above comments appear to be true and I totally agree with the complainants. I am also a great sufferer of the plot of India Today / Living Media. India Today / Living Media are doing a fraud business and it will not last long because every body is now getting aware of it. I think the days are not far away.

Around three weeks back I booked for a Sony Ericsson Mobile Phone carrying a free gift of track suit and a Gold Voucher of Rs. 1, 10, 000.00 with Booking IDs[protected] &[protected] . I paid Rs. 21, 000.00 approx. for this but to my surprise I have received four ugly wrist watches in four boxes. No track suit has been sent and I will not be surprised now if nothing more is received further. Unfortunately I have been befooled under temptation offered from the callers but I am not going to leave whether it may be through lodging a case in consumer forum or even a court case for the fraudulent act of India Today / Living Media.
