I ordered for a pair of Reebok shoes on 12/02 but it did not arrive till date. Whenver I communicate and ask for the reason of delay I always get the same response that it will be delivered within next few days. I have almost fade up with their service and also lost the hope of receiving my order....

I have paid rs 2600 with India Today Book Club and they promised me to send the 3 days package for couple with a child anywhere in india by flight up and down by paying another rs 7000 at the time of flight. I havent got the response from them afterwards, I called there customer care number no response. They told me to login to www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm, But thats a false link. I don't what I have to do next to claim my package....
