I was informed of winning gift voucher no: E35370 of Rs. 3301/- from bookstoday by sms. Then mr. Punit contacted me for confirming the order booking and assuredto confirm tru the email. But till date I have not received the confirmation tru email. Hence request you to kindly confirm the same by mail id: [protected]@rediffmail.com. In future also pl confirm the same tru emails only....

they shown some type of contest won by you by sending email to me. accordingly i fill up the details & send it. according to them they have to send a holiday voucher worth rs. 5000 against payment of rs. 574. but they send only books & nothing else. even the logging website www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm is not opening. this is very fraud company, i request you to take serious action against such firm...

I'm also experiencing the same problem with India today Book Club. I have purchased from India today book club for Rs.764 but the gift of adidass bag and round trip air tickets not given to me. when i go through the web site as per their advice to register and collect the gifts, there is nothing to register and everything is fake. after that i've contacted customer support for help and submitted all the invoice and unique codes...
