That’s why I have cancelled the order and ask for refund. ITBC has given me reference number RE08000485 on 6th October, 2008. Still I am waiting and waiting and talked 6-7 times to ITBC office, but till today’s date I did not get refund as committed me 45-60 days. I just think that ITBC make fraud with me. But I have all recorded conversions that I have made with ITBC customer care. You can also check my earlier mails sent to customer care. I got repeated answers every times. I am waiting for your favorable answer for a week. Then after I must have to take any legal action. Hope that you will help me to come out from this fraud.
