I am receiving many sms daily and disturbing all the day with senders name as TM-IndiaTdy, TA-BookClub, TA-ITBC, TA-ICICBNK, ID-YSR, TM-TDP, AT-Planet M, TM-TShop, TM-JOBLESS, MD-YSR, TM-NCBN. Could you please raise a compaint against them and help me how to avoid such messages in future.

I am also receiving these message. Please let me know how I can avoid getting these messages.
I have recd my order still 3 weeks . My card account has got debited .Kindly let me know where to complaint. recd message that my order has been deliverd thru dart mail. how to proceed
i think the mobile companies should be fined for allowing these messages, they are so annoying.

India Today Book Club — Unsolicited books parcel-no refund

I had received an unsolicited parcel of books and in my absence my daughter accepted and paid for it. I returned the books and since last 4 months, the company is denying refund. I have written atleast 15 e-mails but they are replied with cut and paste answers like a call center response.

I am planning a law suit with damages and I welcome any similar experience to be brought out which could strengthened my case..
I am also receiving these message. Please let me know how I can avoid getting these messages

i have ordered a reabok kit order no0ga[protected] for rs 3199 after three weeks i have recd a wrong parcel which contains only books and air bag we have paid cash rs 3199 can anybody tell me how will i receive my correct order or the refund
I'm getting contenuous SMSs and Calls from India Today Book club on my phone[protected]. Sometime I feel I've made mistake of buying books from you.

    I had placed an order on 7th of MARCH with TODAY SHOP with a total order value of Rs 2998.But they have not delivered it even after 31 DAYS . They promised me to deliver it within a week.My order ID is [protected] and order no. is 0GA[protected].They don't even response to the calls[protected] and their web site is also down.i think we all should file a case against them...

    If I donot get any responce then at TataSteel I am going to spread this news through our broadcast system . It may be caution for my other friends .

    socks — Rude Manager

    I was in the Kmart store in Rapid City, South Dakota, and when I was checking out, the socks I was going to purchase rang up higher than the sale price on the card where they were advertised. The cashier summoned for the manager, and let me tell you what...this woman should have never, ever have been hired for a manager postion. I'm not going to go into a lengthy, detailed complete word for word of what took place, but this woman sickened me to the point where I decided "that's it...as peaceful as it is in here, I'm going back to Wal-Mart's busy madness because at least they TREAT YOU RIGHT. The employees at K-Mart in Rapid City just plain SUCK.
    i just received the kit. i am really dissapointed by it.
    the shoe size is wrong inspite of being written on the outside.
    i didnt get the reebok bag inside the kit.
    and they gave me the deleivery today when i had ordered on 9 march.

Spects got damaged- the shape of the spects was not proper and box got damaged The entire parcel is damaged. This is the way they gave me the parcel.     i hav got an offer from tv today shop of getting a reebock shoe @ the cost of 499+handling charges. i made all the payments online in the month of dec 09 and did not recieve the shoe till date. for last one year i have been complining , every time they giv assurence only. they did not evn reply to my legal notice, i went to consumer court at bhopal they said that as the party is der in delhi they cant accept my application at bhopal. its very difficult for me to move delhi for legal formalities.

I have placed order of reebok style kit on 15Th of Oct2009, and paid the entire amount of rupees(2499+499)=2998/- throug my credit card (Barclay card). And till date i have not received my parcel. I have complain for so many times, and every time they give me new complain number, I have spend 400-500 rupees for complaining through mobile, on complaining to the given number. last time I have called on 13th January 2010 and this time they have given me complain No:-314004, and has talked with their executive(Rishid). So i please you to pass this complain and make it clear to get my parcel. Every time they give me some reason like sock not ready, system not upgrade, and you will received it this time,etc. I think it was my blunder mistake that i have paid online cash through credit card, rather than to give it during delivery. So please take my complain as it as take already three months.
    i ordered this for for 3000 of reebok.
    when i opened the pack, i saw fake reebok shoes.
    this company is doing fraud with costumers
    i had placed an order for a Reebok kit, tracksuit, shoes, bag, towel, watch near about 2month back. I received a massage that it has been processed and order No. is OGA[protected] on 03/01/10 but still i didnt got it.

    Reebok fitness kit along with Free gift — non-delivery of goods

    I had booked a Reebok fitness kit from the India today book club on 01.02.2009 and I haven't got it yet. I have repeatedly sent mails and made phone calls to all the concerned, but everytime I get a reply that my order will be sent within 14 days. Now that I have asked my money back, they are again telling me that it will be processed within 14 days, last such mail was received on 12.02.2010
    I have not recived my kit .kindely check it

      One of the ITBC reps called me up with an offer for Rs 2589/- that included bestsellers, air ticket, holiday volucher, a watch. I accepted & the money was debited from my credit card on the 28th of January. I was given Booking id –[protected]. The products were promised in 2 weeks.

      It has been 2 months now & I still have not recieved anything - i have sent multiple emails with no resolution or response. I recieved an email asking for my credit card details to trace the order - when i expressed my concern at sending details over email - I was reassured that it was safe. When i sent the details I never recieved any communication back. It has been over a month since this.

      I have called the help line number everyday - just as i begin talking the representative cuts the phone line. Looking at this, i really wonder how India today is allowed to operate being such crooks. I would like my money refunded at once & do not want any further association with the organization

        Dear Sir

        .I had recieved an offer from ITBC that if i order the 20 pack cd worth 2599 then i will get reebok shoes+diamond voucher +air tickets+holiday etc like this in nov08 after which i ordered them 20 cd packs worth 2599 paid the cash on delivery in january then when i didn't recieve the free gifts i called up the customer care nearly 20 times my mobile bill regarding this has come close to Rs 1000 since jan and every customer care executive initially kept saying that it will be delivered in seven days and nothing happened, later when i kept on calling each one of the tele executive started putting my call on hold for a very long time till i disconnect.I am not going to leave this company like this, i am going to lodge an fir with all the invoice, the offer, call details etc so that people like us can be protected from company like this india today book club.Please try to help me out .

          I have bought Indiatoday Book Club products for Rs. 1049/- and in the process, I was told that I am eligible for a Free Holiday Voucher issued by ITBC for Ooty trip (with a service charge of Rs 800/).

          But I am doubtful if at the time of holidaying, Will the Hotelier demand extra amount? Also, a woman executive from India Hotel review.com named Poonam Devi is not answering my questions properly. The questions asked by me are

          * In respect of my voucher, can I prefer trip on the following dates ?

          1. 29.9.2009 to 1.10.2009 @ Ooty
          2. 24.3.2010 to 26.3.2010 @ Udupi
          3. 5.4.2010 to 7.4.2010 @ Munnar

          * I have seen lot of complaints in Travel forums about non compliance by your firm in respect of
          Holiday Vouchers. Can You clear my doubts about the reliability of these offers?

          But till date the questions are not answered properly.

          If any person utilised India Today Book club Holiday Vouchers successfully .

          Pl intimate me so that I can proceed with Train Ticket reservation. If this is all fraud, I will restrict my wrongs at least now.

            On receipt of anoffer of a holiday package ( holiday voucher for [protected]@3D stay for a couple + Air Flight Voucher worth Rs.7000 ) on purchase of a pack of 20 CDs for Rs.2599 I ordered for the same . The order was promptly executed and I have received 20 CDs along with instructions as to how I should claim the free gifts.
            I downloaded the documents and sent them, duly complying with all instructions, by courier along with a DD for Rs.800 on[protected]. Since I did not get reply I sent mails to their sites [protected]@india--- and [protected]@india---.On[protected] I got back documents by the courier with remarks-" no such address and no response".
            Since then I have been reminding the seller through mails .I am still to get proper reply and direction as to what I should do to get the free gifts. Without the freegifts 20 CDs @ Rs 2599 is too expensive., which can be called, simply put, cheating.Every mail is replied by a different officer.

            India Today Book Club — Free Gifts and Holiday Package

            I had purchased books from the India Today Book Club as per scheme mailed to me.My invoice no is ORA[protected] of 21st January'2009 and the amount Rs 2598 paid instantly on line.

            To redeem my free gifts assured in the scheme(Adidas Bag and Holiday Vouchers, I logged on the site as mentioned in the invoice on 4/2/'09 and was asked for an unique promotion no supposed to have been mentioned in the invoice.As no such nos were there in the invoice, I called up[protected] and was told that this is a 19 digit no and for security reasons not mentioned in the invoice.I was given a no after around 10 mins of std call from Kolkata.The 19 digit no given to me was found invalid.I once more rang up at[protected] and after talking for arond 10 to 15minutes was told that it will take 3 to 8 hrs for validation process as the no apparently was generated on basis of my last call and that is the system.

            On this, I again tried to get through with the no on 5/02/'09, literally after 24 hrs and find that still it is not working and showing as invalid.Thereafter I mailed all the details to them and asked for redressal within 24 hrs or I would take necessary action.After 48 hrs also I do not find any action from that end and not even a reply to my mail.

            I take serious view of this as a consumer and would like that very stringent action is taken for such fraudulent act.Further pls intimate the company that if I do not receive redressal at earliest, I shall put the matter through for legal action for claiming the gifts assured along with demmurages on account of harassment meted out to me.

            In the month of December, 2009 India Today Book Club through their scheme offered me books and free holiday packages and charged me an amount of Rs.6396/- thru credit card. After delivery of books they asked me to deposit another Rs.1798 by draft immediately as service charges so that holiday package can be redeemed. Accordingly I couriered drafts (No.454852 & 454853 drawn on Canara bank) and registration forms on 12th Jan '10 to Premier Sales promotions Pvt. Ltd at their post box No.5042 in Bangalore. In fact on these service charges their sales guy did not tell me and promised me that there won't be any extra cost on this deal. Till this all activities went smoothly…After that there is no revert till now from their side. I tried to contact their helpdesk a few occasions with lot of pain - getting line takes minimum of half an hrs' holding. As per them its been actioned and I will get a revert in couple of days... this is their usual robot message...but still I don't have any clue about how long I have to wait…

            Hope you will respond to this communication on priority.

            In Dec '09 Indiatoday bookclub called and offered me some books and free holiday package. Accordingly they charged me thru credit card an amout of Rs.6396. Couple of weeks later i got a communication from this fraud company asking me choose my holiday places and again send draft for Rs.1798 (Rs.899 x 2). I have done that also thinking my vacation would happen in any moment after a couple of days but still i dont have any clue about this. There is no contact no.for them on which we can contact easily. I tried to contact their helpdesk a few occasions with lot of pain - getting line takes minimum of half an hrs' holding. As per them its being actioned and i will get a revert in couple of days... this is their usual robot message...but still i don't have any clue about how long i have to wait..

            If making easy money is their aim then please stop it now and mend their way..

              I have already unsubscribed from the SMS list by sending an SMS to 567678 and received a sent message confirmation. Despite that I am still receiving these nuisance messages at least twice a day, at odd timing. It has become such a bother. They spam your inbox with free promotional SMS and charge 3Rs to get rid of the nuisance and even after you pay you still have to put up with this unsolicited non-sense. Please advise as to what can be done to rid myself of this problem once and for all.

But I am still receiving SMS offers as on today, that is April 9, 2009. Someone please advise as to how I can get rid of this nuisance once and for all.

              These promotional messages from TM-xyz (they are endless and countless) have become a nuisance and is nothing short of breach of privacy. Its time that the court steps in and puts a ban in all these with immediate effect linking these activities with heavy penalties.

              I am also one among those irritated bythe free ADs SMS from TA India Today and similar sources. I feel sorry for their fate. Very decent Publishing houses, reduced to resort to SMS, unwanted and loathed by general public. Why can not they wind up, if they can not manage.                     I have purchased one set of Devotional Songs for Rs.999/- Invoice No.ORA[protected] dated[protected]. The Management of the India Today Book Club promised to give two free offers. But when I tried to login in the website http://offers.indiatodaybookclub.com/gifts.htm after typing the Unique No. which they provided in the inovice, the website is showing error messages. When I tried to get help from the helpline, no one is responding properly. It is showing a clearcut FRAUD from the big company and they are exploiting the public. Please help me and our country.

                      Based on a friend's advice, I had purchased a 3CD pack of Encyclopaedia Brittanica from ITBC. After that, I have been constantly bombarded on my email account with umpteen offers.. All that crap about CUSTOMER OF DISTINCTION, 60LAKHS SWEEPSTAKES, and the like.

                      Have been writing back to them time and again saying this is not fair AND asking them to desist from sending such SPAM mailers. The following screens in the Ad actually collect personal data which is liable for misuse..

                      This is to place on record my disgust and anger at the inert reaction of the ITBC guys. I have a mail id called '[protected]@indiatodaybookclub.com' but no mail id of any other higher official of the company whom i can mark the mail to..

                        I had placed an order with the above mentioned company worth Rs. 3199/-. These people come out with full page advertisements in various national dailies to lure the customers. Please do not fall into there trap. Inspite of prominisng that they would deliver within one week, they have not done so for over seven weeks. These people are taking consumers for a ride. Leave alone the delivery of goods, they do not even respond to calls and emails. I have tried communicating witht them for over 2 months now. These people are big time cheats. My sincere advice to everyone would be to refrain from doing any sort of business with them . PLEASE DO NOT place any orders with this business house lest u want to be in an imbroglio like me.

                        In my Case I booked the order for Comprising of RBK Roller Coaster Shoe MRP 4999 + UBC Sunglasses MRP 3999 ( which they came out in Full page Advertisement on 15th/16th March.). They have delievered the material on 16th April, 09

                        To my surprise the colour of shoes turned out be black, which I accepted becuase they are hiding behind the clause that the product may differ than what is shown in the Adverstisement.

                        But the major shock came in the form of MRP mentioned on the RBK shoe Box 3599. I tried talking to them on telephine and have sent an emails and lets see what replies they give. They lure us by big ads and recover their costs by sending cheaper products. I am absolutely convinced that this is new way to make money in the time of recession i.e CHEATING.

                        The purpose of this email is to eductae all those who are reading this, that be prepared to feel sorry if you place an order with TODAY SHOP

                        India Today Group / Good Housekeeping — Not Received Subscription Gift

                        Subscribed to Good Housekeeping during June 2009. As per the offer the subscription gift was to be delivered within 8-10 weeks. More than six months have passed and there is no gift in site.

                        Have spoken to thair Customer Care folks few times (last being on 6th October 2009 at 2:45pm with a lady called Simrit). Earlier thay said that the original gift is out-of-stock and we are procuring. Later thay said we could not procure the original gift and are waiting for your consent to send you a different one (!!!! consent - they never called or wrote to me). When i said send whateever you have, i was told it will be dispatched within next two weeks. Another 3 months passed after that with no action.

                        I wonder how such so-called reputed companies are able to consumers for a ride.....

                        My Subscription ID: - 1884471 is for India today and had applied for sunscription in Jan 2010 and had not been received the gift that is a 3000 rupees watch from past months.
                        Moreover when is try and contact them on phone they give no information abt. the gift and after try on email i get reply that it was send my the courier company DTDC 2 months back the courier no is L21769183 but and courier company deletes the data after 2 months so we don mot have any data about the gift.                         Magazines And Gift Not Sent By India Today Group Despite Repeated Reminders And Requests — non receipt of magazines and gift

                        THIS IS A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE INDIA TODAY GROUP. MY SUBSCRIPTION NOS. INDIA TODAY: ITE 142728; Business Today 40740 and Money Today 03MONTO1851104
                        The above mentioned are not being sent regularly; the irregular receipt of magazines has been brought to the notice of customer service department; sometimes, they do send some magazines----after repeated reminders and requests----in a bundle, long after their usefulness is lost; sometimes, they just put my request in the dustbin; it is more or less an act of merciful begging; the group does not have any respect for customers like me and does not instruct service executives to look into customer complaints seriously
                        About 6 months back the India today magazine started the subscription drive promising to deliver a mobile phone as a subscriber's assured gift. The gift was not sent to me. I wrote 10 mails regarding this. No one bothered to help me. Only mails assuring its delivery in about 8-10 weeks were coming. In frustration, i took up the issue with customer service department and one Mr. Piyush told me that the gift was sent long ago and if i have not received it, i need to go and sort it out with postal department. I said i have nothing to do with post and telegraphs department; it is their responsibility to send the gift to customers in a safe manner; if they have failed in their duty, it is their duty to rectify the mistake. Thereafter, they stopped responding to my mails; the customer service executives are giving only evasive replies. So far, as on date, i have not received the assured gift. The whole things seems to have been the product of their fertile imagination. They seem to have instructed the service executives to come out with this kind of standard replies and after some repeated attempts the customers also will forget about everything.
                        Please bring this to the notice of everyone about the unscrupulous acts and practices of the ggroup----indulging in this kind of cheap and bizzarre tactics in order to make money---at superfast speed. i will be extremely grateful if you could post the complaint to the consumer forum also

                        Non delivery of goods after 18 months of placing the order

                        I had placed an order with the company(India Today Group, Today Shop, India Today Book Club) worth Rs. 3199/- (Reebok kit) order booked on 28/9/2009 and dispatched on 10/10/2009.my order no:OGA[protected]. i have received damage post parcel (parcel no: - -lajpat_PO/ED697046IN) we returned it back same day but we didn't received the product again. We called several times to customer care they accept their mistake of non-delivery and telling us we will receive it in 15days. From the past 18months their reply is same that we will received in15-20 days. We booked the product through credit card.

                        Need the strong action of want the subscription money back if they cant deliver the gift in time.

                            Mr. Mayank, Ms. Shabnam Khan, Arvind, Dominic Savio, Priya, Ishleen all these employees give different reasons / excuses but not even one has helped. I feel am helpless as I am based in Mumbai and this company is in Delhi.

                            This is to bring into your kind attention about a fraud on my order which has not been delivered completely.
                            I recieved a mail about a promo offer for a 20 devotional CDs pack and a holiday package worth Rs. 5000/- for just Rs. 999/- from India Today Book Club. I booked the order with order date as 3-Mar-2009. My order was delievered on 9-Mar-2009 only with 20 CDs pack. There was no information about my holiday package. There was a website URl provided as http://offers.indiatodaybookclub.com/gifts.htm and was asked to put my Unique number alongwith my email address.

                            I have been trying to enter my unique number as well as my email address but everytime I am recieving the same error message ' You have made incorrect entries. Kindly check and enter once again !!!'.
                            I tried to call india today book club on[protected] a number of times but could connect only twice after waiting on call for 10-12 minutes everytime. The customer service is at its worst and customer service representatives were so unprofessional and rude in tone and did not provide correct information. Last time I called india today book club on 10-Mar-2009 and the operator told me that my unique number is inactive and he has raised the request. The same unique number will be activated in 24 hrs. It has been now well over 48 hrs.

                            I am feeling cheated and feel like india today book club is a fraud and all the offers/promos are fraudulent. I am planning to lodge a complaint in Regional Cyber Crime office in Bangalore as well as my local police station. I will lodge a complaint in Consumer Forum also against India Today Book club and will send them a notice of fraud from court.

                            I have the same problem with ITBC. I received an email offer for a Reebok Fitness Kit and tried to place the online order on 1st Feb. The credit card transaction did not go through. Following this the ITBC executives called me up and took my credit card number and gave me an order ref number which I am now told is invalid. However, my credit card statement shows the amount has been credited to ITBC.

                            I waited for the required 2-3 weeks and contacted ITBC on 27th Feb since I had still not received the order. I also received an email giving another order ref number which was assigned to the online order which did not go through asking me to pay for that order on delivery. I have been trying to get this resolved since then and have sent innumerable emails alongwith copies of previous correspondence which has both the order ref numbers and my credit card statement copy. The persons concerned obviously do not bother to read the contents of the emails or the documents and every email is answeered by a mail asking me to provide the ITBC membership number an the order ref numbers. I am not an ITBC member and I pity those who are. It has been over 2 months now and ITBC has no clue what to do with my order or my queries. I have spoken to atleast 10 executives so far .These include, Priya, Amit and Upendra among others and have repiled to emails received by Zeeshan Ahmed, Amit Kumar, Sushil Kumar, Geeta Gautam & Jamshed Ali with no resolution offered by any of the above.
                            I am also facing the same situation and I have also posted my wrong shoe size on Feb 14, 2009, but till now there is no update. They give fallacious reasons which will not solve the purpose. ITBC must be banned and responsible persons must be imprisoned for atleast 1 year.

                            India Today Book Club — Order not delivered

                            I had ordered for a movie voucher worth 588/- which was promised to be delivered in 10 days. It has been 3 weeks since I made the payment and still no voucher has been sent to me.
                            I had ordered Encyclopedia CDs on the basis of an advt that appeared in the newspaper, the order was made in Dec'08, payment of Rs.999 was debited the next day from my credit card, I got an sms on 7th Jan that i had missed the delivery, on calling up i found they had enetered the wrong address, i have been following up since then for the delivery, what i have been getting is just complaint nos. (27457, 84121) & the assurance that the delivery will be made within 14 days, my membership no is ITBC08780430, the order has still not been delivered till today (11.05.09), this is highly unexpected from a big group like INDIA TODAY

                            We have odered a sony ericson mobile rate 2998.00 with voucher of jet up to 7000.00 and surat jewellery voucher up to 5000.00 I have paid these payment by credit card our booking no.                             India Today Book Club — Reebok Kit not received

                            Hi

                            This is Venkatramna and after getting frustrated with the repeated call from ITBC I decided to buy the Reebok Kit. I had ordered the Track Suit of XXL Size and Shoes of Size11. But when the kit arrived the sizes delivered were nowhere near to my size as the Track Suit was of Medium size and the shoes were of Size 8. Hence I had to send it back to you on the 23rd of March. And
                            after making repeated calls I end up getting same reply that the replacement would be sent to me within 15 days. Today was the fourth time did I call the customer care and again got the same reply with a reference no. as 129883 against the order no. 0GA[protected]. This is my sincere request that atleast now live up to the name of India Today. I am very much frustrated with the deal I had with you and I assure you that now I am not going to make the same mistake again. When you cant provide good customer service then whats the point of selling such things. I am still waiting for the delivery of the kit.

                            I have made a subscription four month before , and the amount has been deducted from my credit card, my sub no is[protected].. when i used to talk to any customer care they used to tell wait for 21 days, even i have made more than ten times call and e-mails .. even his no[protected] is just wasting my call charges now nobody ans over there and even there toll free no is now not working i.e. [protected].

                              I purchased a Devotional 20 cd pack from ITBC and the compeny offered me a return ticket by air of any destination in india worth 7000/ & free holiday package for 3 nights and 2 days worth Rs 5000 + one reebock bag and shoes of reebock worth Rs 2999/.
                              As per their I applied for air ticket online and my form number was IT 5684 just after receiving the 20 CD pack by VPP, and i alo applied for holiday voucher indiahotelreview.com on 22.12.2008 and i gave my shoes number to send shoes of reebock as free gift
                              i even phonne to itbc thrice and for flight voucher to premier sales promotion pvt ltd, Banglore and phone them on[protected]., but none of gift was given to me till today
                              its realy shameful for a compeny like ITBC.

                                I have received 20 CD pack of scared moments through courier on cash payment of Rs. 999/- vide my order No. OGA[protected], membership No. ITBC09919619. As per the instruction given in the brochure "Claim your free gifts from India Today book club, step 1 - 5, I am unable to log on to mentioned site at step 1 i.e., http://offers.inditodaybookclub.com/gifts.htm.

                                I realy feel cheated that I have been trying for this site for last three days.

                                  I recently received a mail from India Today Book Club saying I'd won a free gift worth XX Rs. And I could claim one more gift if I paid some YY Rs. I was intrigued so I went onto the site and said I was interested. They then asked me for my credit card details. Which was not like it usually on an online site. They asked for EVERY detail, including the CVV number. I know that no one is supposed to give out their CVV number. I hope you'll take action and ask India Today Book Club to remove this from their site. It could lead to a lot of misuse.

                                    I ordered a pack of Books for Rs 999/- during February, 2009 and made the payment through my Credit Card.

                                    The order was processed and I was given the Order Ref. No. as[protected] and told that the order would be delivered in 2 days.

                                    Also, I was promised the following:

                                    a) Assured Free Holiday package worth Rs. 5000/- and

                                    b) A pair of Reebok shoes - for which even the size was taken on phone on 19/2/2009, but till today nothing has been recieved by me.

                                    Inspite of several phone calls on[protected], which 90% of the time is not attended and the balance 10% customer service persons put on long hold till the line is disconnected.

                                    You are therefore requested to investigate the matter at your end and let me know the status of the same by return.

                                      there was offer from india today in times of india paper on 15th Feb 2009.
                                      the offer was for a reebok laptop bag, UCB watch, rebbok belt and shirt of worth 2499 along with 300 of shipment charegs, so the total was 2799.

                                      its more than one month now there was no response, the customer care executives are only giving false assurance of delivery. I spoke to Priya, who is the senior among the customer care executives.She told me to call me incase it won't get delivered, but she didn't.i sent emails also but only to receive consolation email but no actions are taken to deliver my parcel

Further, I have made the online payment using my credit card, which was wrongly credited twice to India today. Thus, Rs. 6396 were paid instead of Rs. 3198. Moreover, to prove that, I received two order Ids -

                                        1. MITBC-WEB[protected]
                                        2. M-COMMERCE/0GA[protected].

                                        I have written several emails giving all the details (and attaching the copy of my credit card statement for February 2009 which clearly shows that Living Media has received the payment twice on the same day itself. Thus, Rs. 6396 has been paid instead of Rs. 3198). However, there is no movement from their side and everytime a customer care executive promises to respond to my email id within 24 hours but no action is taken by them.

                                        In such circumstances, I am not left with any option than to pursue a legal action on the company.

                                        Please treat this case seriously and serve your customers diligently. My details are given below: -
