I want to know what is the basic qualification in your company if I would like to apply for a job in maruti . If I am not wrong it should be graguate degree but in my knowledge I know some of your dealers who accept fraud certificates for a job of sales executive in ROHAN MOTORS in Ghaziabad . I donno Know what is the intention in their mind if you will not take any action or if you will not pay any attention to this mail then i will look forward for higher authosities.

i am from jalgaon m.s.i book swift vdi in gray color dt 9.05.09 & ad.ch.Rs.5000 pay to MANRAJ MOTORS JALGAON then new model RITZ lonch i demand RITZ mr.deepak s.ex.says no gray color avalable about 2 months wating but next tow days in aurangabad AUTOMOTIVE RITZ are avalable i am contact the parson & avable ritz he says purchase the car i refund your ad.pay.rs.5000.then after 8 days you book swift vdi & compulsary purchase the car ro your ad.is not refund.then mr.deepak is spoken in very arrogent gilty language.pl.refund my ad.rs.5000.&enqury &punish this parsan.

Could you please look into this matter and let me know the action / next steps.

Hello,I am planning to but a Maruti A-Star car (Vxi model) in Metallic White colour, where the ex-showroom price reflecting in the Maruti's website is 375126.45 and there's a sales scheme by Maruti on the above model has been launched as- "Consumer offer : Free 3rd Yr. EW + MGA worth Rs.8, 100/- ", which is valid from 01-Jul-09 to 31-Jul-09 (screenshot attached as proof).
But, when i walked to the Maruti's dealer (Apra auto (India) pvt. ltd., Mahipalpur and Rana Motor, Bhikaji Kama Palace), they told me it's not true, it may be a fault from Maruti's side and they have no information about this scheme and hence they cannot provide it to us.
I cannot believe as Maruti could do such mistakes. The dealers are surely trying to cheat us.
Please need your help on this.

you people are absolutely right.i am having same problem.I have booked it on 4th may and they told me that they will take only 1month bt still date I did n't get any response from sevok motors in siliguri.I already take the legal action.I dont knw why Dealer of maruti udyog take the order if they cant able to provide it timely.

He pretents like he is giving the vehicle free of cost He dont have the basic culture itself to behave with the customer I wondered from where RNS motors got this guy . This is very true even I am facing the same problem with a Swift Car booked With Ms. Popular Automobiles, Kottayam, Kerala. Car booked in the name of my mother - Mrs. Susan Panicker over a month ago, still not delivered.
I think the best way out is mess for Mariti to make it mandatory to book all Maruti vehicles through their web site. All dealers should book through this site and the booking status should be visible to all the customers of maruti. Similar to railway ticket booking.

I have booked swift dzire vxi on 16 may 09 from chandrapur, maharashtra. Rs 50000 was the initial booking amount. It was said that delivary would be within 2 months. Now they are saying that its better to bye vdi or vxi will still take 6 mths now. This is so confusing &annoying.

I had booked Dezire LXi, petrol on 23.3.09 at Magic Auto, Motinagar ( New Showroom) Delhi by paying Rs 15000/- ( which was not a very large amount like all of you ) .Delivery period given to me was 3 months i.e July 1st week .
In between I just kept on reminding them about delivery date . Sales Executive told me not to worry and that car wiould definitely be given in Ist week of July.
Now, July month is coming to an end but car is no where in my hands. I called them today also but the concerned Sales Executive did not take the call and some other person was put on line informing that I would receive a call shortly.But no body from Magic Auto has bothered to call me back .
I am so upset with this indifferent attitude of Dealer personnel that utimately I decided to lodge complaint with Any Time Maruti, Customer Care Cell .
I have been alloted complaint no. and the person assured me that somebody from concerned deptt would
look into the matter and call me back within 72 hours .
I hope to receive call

Northern Railways — Booking of Maruti Wagon R not done
Sir,Consiquent my transfer I wanted to book and transport my vehicle through Railways and went to the booking office at railway Station Jammu.In that office I was advised to send it by road instead.The incharge Sardarji said that the rate is forty thousand and for such booking they have to make special arrangement.When I demanded the rate list to satisfy myself.It was not shown and I was advised to contact CCM rates, IRC building, State entry Road, Northern Railways in New-Delhi. I was astonished and couldnt digest.Can you tell me what it would have costed me in reality by email and take action against such officer who turns away consigners and putting the railway in loss, if he has lied.

I am very thankful to you nitin actually i have planning to purchase swift desire but after reading the attitude of marutis staff I change my plan to purchase swift desire. We are the customer and We are able to pay full amount of swift and with in the range of swift desire type of vehicals then why we wait so now i have plan to purchase hundai or tata vehical thanks lots for your nice comments
Maruti Suzuki - Swift Desire — Damaged card sold to me
HiI had taken a Maruti Suzuki-Swift Desire from Karlo Automobiles. But later I found that it is damaged one. When I visited Karlo Automobiles regarding this they din't give any response to my complain. I want to get the vehicle replaced.
Kindly help me in getting the car replaced.

1) Gear shifting not smooth &
2)Transmission oil leakage.
I had gone to your Service Centre twice but still this problem is persisting.
Each time they told that they have rectified the problem but still it persist.
Due to this problem I loose my precious time by visiting your Service centre Frequently and also monetary loss for the Payment I have to pay for the Transmission oil and Servicing.
I hope you will look into the matter seriously so that I do not face this problem next time.

I fully agree with the complaints being posted against maruti dealers regarding booking & delivery of Dzire. I have gone through the horrifying experience from the date of booking till date of delivery which took around 3 months. I have reasons to believe that the dealers are manupulating and taking advantage of rising market demand for Maruti-Dzire. More sad and surprizing part of it is the attitute of corporate office (CRM Deptt) of Maruti. Despite repeated communication through mails and telephone they will not respond or reply except sending acknowledgement of your mail or giving assurance to look into the matter shortly. In my openion the grievance redressal system of Maruti is one of the worst I have ever experienced. My experiene with the dealer (Exel Autovista, Mumbai) has been a lesson for future. They had taken my booking (along with 4 other bookings from same organization) on PRIORITY QUOTA and assured the delivery in 30 days. But they manupulated the enitre deal and delivered the car after 78days of booking. I have reasons to believe that the cars received from factory on priority-quota might have been sold on premium to others and we were made to wait till delivery for later booking arrived. Now despite being pressurised the dealer is not ready to reveal the date of escalation of booking to the factory on which the car is delivered. So I suggest to verify the credibility of dealer before going for a booking.

I too agree, don't know who is playing with customers, whether the dealers or Maruti. At places you pay additional amount to the dealer and this may go upto Rs.35000/- based on the model/colour etc. you can get the delivery within one week.
This is serious and maruti need to clear this issue with Swift Dzire once and all.
