[Resolved]  Max Life Insurance — policy surrender claim amount

Dear sir,
I surrendered my policy no.[protected] nikhilkumar kanubhai sagar in MAX NEWYORK LIFE INSURANCE CO. LTD. at c.g.road branch ahmedabad on[protected].where co. represntive told me that you will get your surrender policy amount within 7-10 days.
After 15 days i didnot get my payment,so I contact to co..office they inform me that my payment has been credited by mistake to other party a/c.It was not our mistake. Now co. told me that you may get your payment within 7 days but till today after almost 60 days I have not received my payment
So i want to get my payment adding interest to my surrender policy value immdiately.
