Dear sir/Madam,

We are residents of BE Block Hari Nagar, New Delhi- 110064. We want to bring your kind attention towards the illegal construction being carried on the land which was a park a few years ago.For the past 4-5 years and now also there is illegal construction beingcarried out by land mafia and builders on the government land which was a park.These people have made forged papers of govt. land , while in govt. records, this land is part of green belt park.These people have illegallay captuted half of the park and created a new street called " 8 no. gali " and made buildings over it. Playground of the children has already been swallowed by these people.

Few years ago, government agencies took half-hearted action against these illegal buildings and only demolished 10-12 bricks of these buildings to show the demolition in their files only. 1 month after this action, these people recaptured more area and completely swallowed the park with no one to take any action on them as these people have been bribing the government officials and police for closing the complaints.
Inspite of so many complaints against them,no action has been taken so far.These people are politically connected to a local BJP MLA - Harsharan singh Balli. Residents who oppose these people are threatened and beaten-up.
We request you to please restore the government park and take stern action against these illegal buildings.

Hello, I had ordered birth certificate of my son by using MCD website. And I have not received any certificate even after payment was done successfully. This complaint had been registered by myself online on 16/09/2009, but since than this is still pending.
I do not know why MCD is not responding?

I am a resident of 25 Block, Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi. We have not been getting any water supply for the past three days. We have no water at all, we have been buying water for drinking and for the daily usage. Kindly look into the matter and get the water supply back into place asap.

Mr. Sharma, resident of F- 462 Sarita Vihar , South Delhi, 110076 (ground floor) has illegaly encroached upon the space behind his flat. Citing the reason of getting everything clean, he moved the water tanks and motors to a differnt position (almost near a choked drain) and has blocked the entire space between his house's back wall and the tanks by iron fence. This is causing too much inconvinience to all other residents and is an open violation of laws. The work of shifting the motors and the tanks has not been done as promised before. Therefore we want that the encroachment should be removed immediately.

This is to inform you that the sewer outside my house is overflowing since 3-4 Weeks but even after repeated complaints to local authorities, there has been no action taken to correct it. The dirty water from the sewer keeps coming out of it and has made the whole road in front of me smelling foul. Due to this sewer problem our hones toilets are also not working properly . MCD sewer in front of A-Block houses (A-69 to A-79) in Chittaranjan Park, new Delhi-110019 gets frequently choked resulting in overflowing and discharge of effluent in the entire locality causing it filthy and totally unfit for human living. Choking is largely due to undersized sewer line which was perhaps laid way back in 1960's when a very few houses existed. Secondly, due to disposal o[censored]nrestricted and untreated hotel / restaurant wastes ( mostly containing oil, fat, and food article etc) of Chawla Chicken,a restaurant in A-Block convenient shopping centre directly into the said sewer.Matter has been referred to MCD several times but without any avail. It is also to be rechecked and ascertained whether proper permission has been accorded by MCD to the said restaurant to connect such drains and if yes, why its adverse affect on the environment and local residents were not assessed? Matter is extremely grave as it is badly damaging the environment and living condition of the residents.
MCD needs to act swiftly and decisively.

We live in 'E' block of Defence Colony but the main road in front of our house is not a colony road, so the colony sweepers do not sweep the road neither do they clear the garbage thrown on this road. Therefore we the residents of E Block have to suffer the dirty & un-swept road which is parallel to the ring road. Moreover whenever some construction work is done by the MCD, the left-over debris is also left unsorted & also any garbage dumped by some careless person will keep lying on the road till the winds blow it all over.
This matter had been reported to the local MCD office via the RWA (Gumbad) but there is no change in status.
I request the authorities to look into this & do the needful & give us a clean environment to be proud of!!

Respected sir,

i am residing in c 8 vasant kunj area, where you can find maximum number of illegal constructions being continued. most of the people have constructed an extra toilet whose drains open into sewage disposal resulting in all mismatch and water clogging and further its stagnation resulting in a vicious circle. the educated class is not expected of this but still it is being continued. i am not lodging complaint against any particular person because it is very clear that you wont take any action so considering your capabilities please kindly get the drains cleared off by sewerage as it may pose a health hazard and if swine flu virus creeps into vasant kunj all unhygenic areas would just help it to spread.

Request to direct MCD to take immediate action for cleaning of drains in the locality.

I, Karan SIngh Mehta would like to draw your attention towards the illegal construction going on
AD-71, Ground Floor, Tagore Garden, New Delhi-110027. The said property is approved residential plot however the owner of Ground Floor S. Inderjit SIngh is carrying out to illegal construction shops in the said building . Even after several complainst lodged against the said illegal construction no action has been taken. Therefore I request to the concerned government officals to take necessary action to stop this illegal construction with immediate effect.

Over flow of sewer.

I am living in G-32 Naraina Vihar New Delhi-110028.

Sewer lines are blocked and getting over flowed due to rains in which dirtry water comes out of overflowing sawer pipes. It creates health hazards. We have made several complaints to MCD.

Moreover, we have meet MCD officials to clean the severs and made online complaints also. but nothing has been done yet. it is requested that MCD may be directed to clean the sever immediately .

An early action in this regard is soliciated please.

Comlaint against street dogs
dear Sir/Madam,
My name is V S Bajaj would like to bring your kind attention on the problem which BE Block, Hari Nagar Near Ramgarhia Gurdwara areas people facing in these days. Sir, there are so many mad street dogs in this locality because of them its very difficult to take step out from our houses espcially at night.I come late night from my office and I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and they come closer to the motor bike rider to bite them. sometime biker lose their consideration from the road wcich become a cause of serious casulities.Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim all the person who pass from them.I have fallen on the bike two times as well. so this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on this letter and send immediately Dog catcher team in this area so that we wil get rid of this problem soon.

I,harish kumar malik,resides at A-102 Ashok Vihar Phase-3,Delhi-52 requests you to chop off the two trees namely one of them is amaltas and other one is gulmohar.
These two trees are standing in front of my main gate of the house and they are increasing endangerously and are affecting and covering our balconies.
Sometimes the branches of trees fell down in our courtyard where our small children play.Once on a stormy day a branch of tree fell down on the head of my mother.She is very much old person, about 70 years.She got badly hurt. And these two trees are on the M.C.D. land.
So I request you once again not to cut them whole but chop off some part of them.Kindly do the needful at earliest.Thanking you.

Laxmi nagar in east delhi is commercial cum residential area where price of propoerties are sky rocketing due to malls, metro and market. But, whole area is desinged with open nali on both side of raod. These nalies are always choked due to garbage people throw into it. It smells and breed mosquitoes in it.

I request MCD to plan closed drainage system and block all the nalies so that laxmi nagar can acheive a high standsard of cleanliness before common wealth games.

Dear Sir

This is to bring into your knowledge about the extended space in front of Houses of Block No. B-5, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110063 [Specifically in the lane of House No. 131 to 140]

No action has been taken by MCD regarding the problem faced by the residents as the whole row has extended the space covering the drain and area beyond by constructing the cemented floor and also fenced the same with grill. To avoid de-construction, few people have even planted trees which is actually a road space creating parking problem for all the residents.

Kindly direct the MCD to regularise the extended space in front of house.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Existiing/Forthcoming factory owners of Street No. 5, East Azad Nagar, Delhi - 110051 got the proposal sanctioned by BYPL(i) to Shift the centrally Located POLE no. N - 781 at the North enterance of the Street(i)POLE is the only support to the Holy Peepal Tree which saved it from the vehicles(iii)Central Location supports the smooth flow to the PRIVATE vehicles on both the sides but not to COMMERCIAL vehicles(iv)Street No. 5 is a Notified Residential Street(v) Due to encroachment, width of the street is 12 feet at various points and the south enterance of the street is not even 12 feet wide(vi)Street is always parked with the vehicles as the residences of the street are too small to provide indoor parking.
TWO MONTHS AGO on 14-07-09, I submitted my representation to DGM(O&M)-BYPL and enquirred the reason of shifting.He informed that the issue of widening the enterance is forwarded by Hon'ble Minister Shri Arvinder Singh Lovely.With regard to the Peepal Tree,DGM stated that the Tree is dry and will be cut.For LAST TWO MONTHS(14.07.09 to 14.09.09), I have written letters to :
a) TEN CONCERENED AUTHORITIES and reminded with the Copies forwarded to Hon'ble Chief Minister, Hon'ble Lt. Governer and Environment & Pollution Control Authority(EPCA) for their support to the ISSUE RAISED BY ME.
b) OBSERVING THE INACTION, I started requesting on 24.07.09, Hoticulture Deptt. MCD and Deputy Commissioner, Shadara South Zone,MCD to surround the ALIVE,WELL NOURISHED AND REGULARLY WORSHIPPED HOLLY PEEPAL TREE in accordance with the Norms prescribed by Hort. Deptt. as the PITHOLES WERE OBSERVED arround it,which can award untimely death to it.
c)Instead, getting the Support from the concerned Authorities/Administration,experienced as under :

This is in continuation to my letter ML/PL/SOPT/7/DC-SSZ dated 27/08/09 requesting your goodself to get the HOLY PEEPAL TREE surrounded in accordance with the norms prescribed by HORTICULTURE Deptt. in order to save it from the MISCREANTS who are determined to destroy it and also who declared this particular alive, well-nourished and regularly worshipped HOLY PEEPAL TREE as dried and of no use, two months ago.

Further, please recall that the work of laying the pipeline for SEWERAGE Project of Street no. 5, East Azad Nagar, Delhi-110051 has been completed this week. In next few days, construction of road/laying the floor will start.

I wish to bring to your kind notice that the work for:

1. Constructing drains for rain water disposal has been completed for only a particular portion on both the sides of the Street no. 5.
2. Leveling of the same portion of the street has also been completed.

3. The OTHER PORTION OF THE STREET is FILLED WITH DEBRIS collected from the rest of the leveled PORTION of the street.
4. It is understood that the portion filled with DEBRIS has not been handed over to the department responsible for the construction work of flooring/road by the WATER & SEWERAGE DISPOSAL DEPARTMENT.
5. The laying of pipeline from started in the first week of June’09 the Main Raghubarpura Road and Terminated in the first week of September’09 at the other end at SATNAM ROAD.
6. The residents of the PORTION OF THE STREET NO. 5 where the work started three months before is bearing the MALPRACTICES of your office till date.

Such behavior is not expected from PUBLIC SERVANTS in a Democratic country like India and also it is very difficult to Tolerate Favourism/Discrimination by the people of a Democracy. Hence, it is prayed to your goodself to INTERVENE personally and ensure justice by :
1) Surround the Holy Peepal Tree as per prescribed norms before the flooring of Street No.5, East Azad Nagar takes place.
2)Get the remaining portion of the street leveled and also get the drainage work completed before the flooring work starts.
3)The flooring work side should start from the Raghubarpura Road i,e, in the same order of the work as pipe laying took place to avoid Favourism and Discrimination.
4)Flooring work should not start unless the Water and Sewerage Disposal Deptt.hands over the charge of entire Street No. 5 for flooring.

Referring to above, I am disappointed once again by Discom Krishna Nagar for their RIGID/IGNORANT attitude shown on 28.08.09 & 07.09.09 towards the facts submitted by me on various occasions since 13/07/09. The comments of Discom-Krishna Nagar TO RESOLVE THE SERIOUS ISSUE in response to my innumeral letters containing the facts are as under:

It is clearly observed from the above mentioned resolutions that instead of giving due consideration to the facts submitted, BYPL (Discom-Krishna Nagar) kept itself busy in manipulating the issue raised by me. Initially, Discom Krishna Nagar repeated the STATUS OF 13/07/09 till 21/08/09 and maintained “THE SHIFTING WORK HAS BEEN STOPPED” and ignored my request to WITHDRAW THEIR DECISION OF SHIFTING.

Upon realising that I have checked their intensions/manipulations and also have pointed out the same on different occassions. Discom-Krishna Nagar did not repeat the same and hence resolved in different way on 28.08.09 & 07.07.09. Though, they changed their way of resolution yet they maintained same ignorant attitude, did not change their rigid behavior and asked me to visit O&M office at 18-Block,Geeta Colony, Delhi. It means that Discom-Krishna Nagar wants to clarify verbally but not in writing.

Their reaction/behavior of BYPL in response to my letters clearly prove that intension of Discom-Krishna Nagar is not to give justice to the alive, well-nourished and regularly worshipped Holy Peepal Tree by not WITHDRAWING THEIR TWO MONTHS OLD DECISION TO SHIFT CENTRALLY LOCATED POLE No. N-781.

I hereby, once again request your goodself to advice Discom Krishna Nagar to: Either withdraw their two months old decision to shift centrally located Pole No. N-781 OR reply to the unanswered queries raised by me and justify their decision for shifting the Pole No. N-781.
In case, Discom Krishna Nagar again ignores the issue raised by me for the SAFETY OF HOLY PEEPAL TREE, I will be forced to seek the LEGAL HELP.

Dear sir / madam,

We are resident of dp block, pitam pura, new delhi.

For the last couple of weeks, we are facing bad condition of mcd park in front of residence : dp-49, dp-50&51, dp - 52&53, dp 54, dp-160. Several other residents are being faced bad condition of mcd park due to water logging, bad condition of trees & plants in the park. At the same time stray dogs are using this park for releasing.
Bad condition getting worse now. This condition may add to lots of dangerous mosquitoes in the park which leads to hazardous diseases amongst nearby residents of dp block.

Would request concerned mcd officials to look into immediately before it gets troublsome for residents of dp block, pitam pura.

our neighbour in gali no.1, RZF-1/13 mahavir enclave is keeping buffalow in his house. due to this too many flies and mosquitoes are flying in our locality and chances of deases are increased. Even the condition of bufflaow is also very poor and misreable.... kindly remove buffalow from our locality so that all our neighoubrs can live in peace....
